Taylor The Lady Costumer Representative So curious and knowledgeable went further and beyond when I came to a halt to whereas my 2nd half of services would have to wait for over an hour thus at her own initiative did the Solid to have the Service workers to continue to finish me up and on my way back to New Jersey. I wish to sincerely thank Ms.Taylor and Staff greatly so much!🤓🚛🎩

I needed to pick up 2 kittens that flew Aeroflot. I arrived around 8/8:30pm (4 hours after their flight landed), so there weren't any other customers there. The staff knew what they were doing and everything went smoothly, though part of the smooth process was us having all our docs and paperwork ready. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. The only downside was that I needed to use the bathroom after driving from MD, but unfortunately the door to get into the adjacent entrance (where the bathroom is located) was locked and the staff didn't have a key card for it

Picked up my Rottweiler from Russia. People were a little rude but efficient. I would suggest they get their live cargo out before just packages. It was cold and we could see our dogs crate but we're not allowed to get him. The tow motors were frightening to him also.
