They didn't even let us check in! We're locals from Florida and decided to stay near the parks. We made the reservation online with no problems but once we actually arrived they turned us away! We got a refund but still ridiculous. When I asked the guy why they accepted our reservation he said that the website doesn't promote anything negative. Like turning away guest last minute! My sister in-law was accepted, she's from out of state, and said that the conditions were horrible. The floor is wet and ceilings moldy with lack luster breakfast. Luckily we got a room at the Best Western across the street and the room was pristine, breakfast was actual breakfast and locals accepted. So my suggestion is to choose the Best Western across the street and thank whatever God you pray to that you read this review.

My experience here from the front desk of the hotel to bed time, has been very underwhelming. The room my wife and I stayed in stank of mold. The rugs were dank with god knows what… there was water damage on the sealing, the towels felt like sand paper, the bed sheets felt like they hadn’t been washed, mattress was soft tho.
Lamps are all corroded. One of the electrical outlets have a ground pin stuck inside so it’s useless if you need to connect anything that needs ground. And also the rugs besides being wet all the time they look all stained with some unknown stuff. Horrid.
On the website they advertise high speed internet, yet it is incredibly slow. They also advertise “breakfast” included yet what they serve you is a miserable muffin with some juice… I even found trash behind the fridge!
Housekeeping woke us up at the crack of dawn and then proceeded to never come back to fix the room or give us fresh towels.
Long story short, this place is one of the absolute worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Never again and I recommend you go some place else.
I will post all the pictures I can of the condition the room was. This place is disgusting.
Terrible stay!! The rug was flooded with either toilet bowl water or the tub was leaking there is mold everywhere! The bathroom door was previously broken in her room and they charged her 250$ how disgusting!! I can’t believe I’d ever say I found a hotel that just isn’t worth anyone’s time we’re active travelers and this will never happen again for me or for anyone else that knows there are many airport hotels and this is the least of my picks now and forever. Please take the time to close this joint down and repair the entire place it needs complete restoration
Horrible place but the ladies at the front desk when I checked in and out were nice. The moment I saw the hallway I knew it was about to be no good. The room was clearly dirty (carpet definitely was), the lights were rusted, shower curtain was torn badly. I honestly felt dirty just being there. The bed had a huge sink hole and no lies I lined the bed with all the towels I could find especially the pillow just to sleep which I never did. I have sensitive skin and all I did was itch being on the bed. I’d never go back. The pool was nothing I’d go in either.
The most horrible place I have ever stayed in my life.... Just checked in for a few hours rest before flight... It turned out to be a nightmare. Pls stay away from here... It is a haunted place... Dirty all over. You complain about one room, just to get another one... Which is even more poorer in condition... Nothing works... Even basic hot/cold water, the microwave... This is just a place to loot travelers... Don't make a mistake like me... By stopping by, without reading reviews... you will not trace my reservation, as you dont want to admit it... honestly.. the most horrible stay I ever had !! CHEATERS... And what I am wondering is how they still have 3.5 stars! Are there paid reviews in google?
Very nice lady at front desk, but condition of room leaves much to be desired. Would not stay at this hotel again very poor condition.
Great bang for your buck! The pool is clean and open, the rooms were clean, close to a great restaurant and cool local bar. No airport shuttle but everything else was solid!
The corridors are very dirty, the carpet in the room was suspiciously wet and made our feet black, everything metal in the room was rusty, and the desk chair was calling apart. The water pressure was extremely low, and we had to set the temperature on the water as hot as it would go to make it warm.
At least the bedding was clean.
Nice cheap hotel to stay at near the air port on your way in or out. It was a bummer the hot tub was out of order though! They only served juice and one pack breakfast cookies as a breakfast meal in a brown paper grab bag. So if you plan on staying for more than one night, be ready to go out to eat for breakfast!
Terrifying experience! I came here from Daytona to stay the night before my flight at 7am next morning and it was awful. Sure it was cheap but the room was absolutely disgusting, to add there was a giant cockroach in the room! It’s not in a good area at all and I clearly had no idea. The front desk lady was super nice and she said she was going to refund me, I hope that’s the case but if you’re looking for something half decent I would find something different. I spent the $150 more to stay at the Hyatt at the airport because all the other hotels around were questionable.
The room was nice and very clean. Had a slight unpleasant odor. Unidentifiable. The spa was out of order but the pool was working. Weird furniture around the pool it was like living room furniture not patio furniture.
Front desk agent was nice but it was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed in. The moisture in the room made everything "wet". Lamps are rusty, walls are dirty. Smelled bad in the moldy corner. Bed linens were clean (so that's good).
Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. Staff is accommodating. Service with a smile even when someone was being rude. Love my room. Very impressed!
Check in was quick and staff was nice. Hotel room was disgusting. The bathroom door was broken off the henges, the toilet paper holder was ripped out the wall and barely hanging on. There was mold on the roof above the shower which looked like it's been painted over a few times. I will never return.
If I could give it 1 star I would. The floors were not vacuumed and the bathrooms were not very clean. I had to bring my own Clorox wipes to clean the bathrooms and all surfaces. When asked for extra towels and pillows none were delivered. I called down twice and still ended up having to go down and get the supplies. Then the night receptionist was very rude. He gave me one towel and when I said I needed more because my child had gotten sick and I was trying to clean up after her and pointed to the ROWS of towels he said “this is not a 4 star hotel, I don’t know what to tell you”. In short I will never stay there again and I will make sure my friends, family, and any stranger I meet never stays as well
Advertise an airport shuttle, they haven't had it in over a year. It's a cheap hotel you get what you pay for. Towel rack and toilet paper rack hanging off wall, room only kinda clean. Fine for one night on a road trip but I won't book here again. Ended up spending $41 on airport cabs due to them not having a shuttle.
Nice room, no chairs for guests or at the desk. Toilet leaked every time I flushed it. Lobby Door was locked during check in time (check in 3pm) it was a line waiting outside til 3:12pm
Easy to find, close to the airport. Lobby nice. Rooms dated but clean. Couch in room was nice addition to the king "suite".
Great place to stay if you are near or need to be close to MCO. I've stayed here a few times, and each time the staff has always been great!
You get what you pay for. Dirty room. Mold on the walls. You can breath the mold. Breakfast miss leading not hot but cold and in a bag. Everyone from management down should be re trained. People spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
I have stayed here before because it is conveniently located right next to the Red Coach bus station. My only problem this time was that the TV didn't work, but I don't watch the lies being told by the Fake News, so I did not even bother to ask maintenance to fix it.
Alfredo was very nice when checking us in. The room wasn't terrible. What I'd expect for the price. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is to express my disappointment. Their website said they had free shuttle service. I checked their COVID updates page and it only mentions safety policies and measures taken, etc. When I arrived I called to be picked up and was told I the shuttle service wasn't currently available due to COVID. I probably should have spent the extra $50 I put toward Ubers on a nicer hotel with a shuttle. Advertising amenities you don't currently have available is very misleading.
Best place I've ever stayed in for being such a small hotel. When hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico I was forced to flee and go to Orlando, FL. So when I went there FEMA made me a voucher to stay in this place and the Staff treated me like a King. Everyone was so nice, understanding and reasonable. Specially the receptionist. The young Venezuelan lady was specifically nice. I will definitely stay here when I get vacation from work. Amazing job. Thank you Days Inn.

The best hospitality have ever recieved. Good price and worth
Night shift front desk guy was extremely rude and unprofessional so I took my business elsewhere
Good hotel so Peaceful I feel like home.
Hotel looks way better in pictures . Don’t waste you’re money coming here. The room I was going to stay in had stained sheets and a dirty bathroom. I gave them a second chance and decided to look at another room but it was much worse. The room had pubic hairs all over the bathroom sink and the smell was terrible. The housekeeping person should be fired , that’s how bad my experience was. Once I brought up these issues to the front desk they had the audacity to tell me all the rooms were up to date and that nothing was wrong with them. Save you’re money people and check in with a different hotel, trust me!
Not too bad for the price. But there seemed to be a huge family that looked as if they lived there. That not only took up the whole pool playing chicken and screaming kids running all over and jumping in and out of the water and they partied and were loud until late at night and we could hear them in our room and we had a early flight to catch so it was hard to get rest.
Alfredo was awesome. I had a good, quiet night of sleep & had no concerns. That's a good night! The location was in a relatively good spot. The room was slightly outdated but still filled what I needed it for. I got in, had a good shower, rested, got up, got ready & left.
So.. If you're looking for a simple room, they have it covered.
Good spot to lay ur head, not worth anything of $60 a night, hot tub not hot, phone in room not working, and same with alarm not working, but a good spot to just lay ur head for the night only
Gave it three stars because the bed was comfortable and room clean other then that the tv nor the radio worked I the shuttle service was not available when i told it was cost 20 to taxi from airport there was a granola bar for breakfast and I didnt get the room I paid for oh and they charged me the additional 3.50 for the shuttle service anyway so I guess you get what you pay for
Good spot to lay ur head, not worth anything of $60 a night, hot tub not hot, phone in room not working, and same with alarm not working, but a good spot to just lay ur head for the night only
Not a good experience at all. When I arrived the main entrance to the lobby was closed from the inside. The front desk clerk came and open it ask if I am a guest here. I ask why the door was closed she said it was for her protection. Which lead me to my second question. Is this place a bad area and is it safe for me to be here. Anyhow. I proceed to the check-in counter and she ask for my ID which I provide and my credit card for security hold. She then proceed to make copies of my ID which I did not find to be a safe practice for hotels,I ask why she was take a photo copy of my ID she reply rudely that it was hotel policy and if I dont like it she would be happy to cancel my reservation and send me on my way. I replied that was not necessary as I never had a hotel clerk make copies of my driver license at any hotel I have stayed at before and found it strange. I think she give me the worse room after that. Any way I went up placed my stuff done and order take out. There were alot of strange people hanging out side rooms so I stayed in mine the next morning I went to make some coffee in my room and placed water in the coffee machine. Turned it on and went back to look inside and there was a roach floating in the hot water. Wow. Yea heance the term roach motel. I checked out after a shower and don't think I'll ever return this this hotel chain ever again.
Was a last minute travel decision however turned pleasant. Breakfast is fair, covers the basic for morning eats. Hot eggs and toast, coffee or tea. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and area quiet.
Our room was not cleaned after night 1 of stay, called and spoke with front desk to at least bring us towels and soap. Nobody came, had to go to get ourselves. Never received an apology or explanation.
We had other issues, but I'm not going to waste my time with this place. Find somewhere else to stay. There are better options.
Average Budget Motel conveniently located near Orlando International Airport. It has an outdoor pool and a Whirlpool which appear to be in good condition. Breakfast was quite good with hot and cold options. Alfredo at the front desk was awesome! Otherwise this would be an average hotel.
The room was a basic stay, nothing too fancy but everything was functional and clean with exception of the iron not working with no signs of critters.
It's in a nice location with several quick bite locations within walking distance from the hotel.
The staff was on par with service but I say this having dealt with them only at check in and check out. Im not sure how they would handle a situation outside of that but she immediately jumped on the iron situation at checkout.
The shuttle staff was pleasant and on time, to and from the airport.
Overall I would use this location again for the basics as it is affordable and met the minimum requirements needed for my trip.
Really large rooms that were comfortable. Definitely needs some serious updating, but the staff was great and it was fantastic for the price. We only stayed 1 night to get to our cruise the next day so I'm not sure about all of their amenities.
Got to the hotel and it took forever to check in. One person running two computers. Couldn't get rooms next to each other but we booked online for connected rooms. Our room smelled like wet dog and had puke on in the bathroom. Our room also was humid and so wet. Not the great. Was able to book the 4:50 shuttle to the airport but it went to another hotel after ours and sat there for ten minutes waiting while another shuttle came and went from the hotel. Make our way to the airport and the shuttle sounded like it was able to break down on the side of the road and the driver couldn't remember the airlines we were going to. We also got on the first shuttle so if you need to leave before 4:50 don't waste your money. Over all not a great experience.
Staff was nice. Common area look nice. While the rooms was clean. It is need of some refurbishing. Window curtains have holes in them. Dead bugs in the window curtains. Toilet paper holder broken and hanging off the wall. Carpet is nasty and needs replaced. The handle to the shower is loose. For a Days Inn, I am greatly disappointed. This hotel needs refurbished and they need to put alot of attention into the little details.
Clean, safe hotel. Good breakfast with eggs, bacon & waffles. Not a bad location. Nice room but too strong of a bleach smell. Very overwhelming
Bad service. Don't recommend. I asked for linen change but it clearly was not changed at all the next day. Did not replace small clean towels after room cleaning. The hair dryer was broken. And the front desk clearly did not show any attitude to help with just saying will report to maintenance. I am checking out the next day. How is that going to help? Refuse to find me another hair drier in other room, refuse to change me to another room while I see lots empty. He just doesn't understand long hair does need a long time to dry without hair drier and I just want to take a shower get my hair dried and go to bed asap since it is already 2am.
The one on east colonial by alafaya is god forsaken. Rooms are atrocious and staff is rude. The cleaning staff are the only ones that are nice
Do not recommend. Our room smelled like chlorine, due to being so close to the pool. The front desk employee personality was like she's rather be doing anything else and the food for the breakfast they provided was bad. The eggs taste and texture were like powered eggs. Not to mention their shuttle service to and from the airport was non existent. We waited over 50 minutes for their shuttle to only get in a cab.
For us a family of 2 adults and 2 children 5 stars for an awesome customer service from Amy the lovely lady at the front desk...
Room was fine and breakfast was regular but good, continental style. There was a bit of a hiccup with the airport shuttle but Amy solved everything and made our day. Thanks Amy...keep the good work going ...we will definitely visit you again
Front desk staff was great. We stayed there for 4 nights. Asked Housekeeping to comeback at a later time as we were still getting ready. They never came back. They only came the last day we were there. We had to go ask for fresh towels as we had used the same ones from day one.
As you can see in my photos my room wasn’t very clean.
The shower head didn’t work. I had to bathe.
There was a musky smell in the room.
The bed didn’t come with a quilt or comforter. It only had a bed sheet a fleece blanket and an additional bed sheet on top.
The draws had sand in it.
Also the couch had what I think was sand all over it
I call room service 3 times no one ever answered.
I asked for an extra pillow never got it
It’s unfortunate because the staff I did encounter were so professional and sweet. Very welcoming and fast.
I very much enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast.
Don’t know where should I start! Our stay was for three days because we were visiting Universal Studios. The room didn’t look very clean, our carpet had blood stains. Bathroom tub was clogged and it was a mess every time we have to take a shower. We let the lobby attendants aware and they went to the room and fix it. Every night there was a fight outside of the rooms and people yelling and cursing even the police came one day as well. The only thing we were satisfied was the complimentary continental breakfast, that was good. In this case you get what you paid for but try to avoid this place there are many other options in Orlando

The check in was smooth...breakfast was also good. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. My problem housekeeping my stay was 3 days . Day 1 they did not have to clean my room I was in all day. Day 2 I was out more than 5 hours no towels when I return. Day 3 went out for 3 hours return room not touch. Had to call for towels at 5 PM.... Also please get english speaking person twice the ladies couldn't speak English.
The room itself was clean and recently renovated and the staff at the front desk were pleasant. The surrounding area is rough and there were way too many people hanging outside between me and my door when I checked in late at night. Because this is motel style with the doors outside, voices carry and it's possible you won't sleep well if you sleep lightly. Close to the airport and again, the room was clean if that's all you need.
