Overview

Park to Fly is located at 1900 Jetport Drive in Orlando, has been serving Central Florida since 1990. They are open 24/7 with options to self-park or valet (at no extra cost). Shuttle service is available to the airport. The reviews are excellent, with many repeat customers who seem delighted by the professional staff and prompt service. Park to Fly is a reputable company with locations all over the country. They started in 1967 as a parking service geared towards business travelers.

One reason to book your Orlando Airport parking here includes the online reservation system. Reserve your parking space online and pay in advance to save time on the day of your flight. Car wash and detailing services are available at a reasonable rate, so you can head home after your vacation in a fresh, clean car. I was delayed an hour and a half getting back to my car as my bag came on a later flight and I waited close tot half hour for the shuttle. park to fly charged me an extra $4 because I was late. I have longboard been a frequent flyer at their affliate ParkNFly in New Orleans and they never did this! #lostmybusiness

I parked here quite a few times in the past, but will NEVER use this lot again. I encourage you to look elsewhere too. Upon arrival the lot was closed. I should have taken that as a sign, however, I prepaid and didn't want to leave immediately. There was another party who was too trying to park and had to walk around and knock on the door and then wait for someone to come out and let everyone in. The shuttle to the airport was fine and the driver was nice. However, upon arrival back into town, you call the number they tell you to and it goes straight to voicemail. This is at 11:20 pm and even on my reservation it said my arrival was 11:25. I left MULTIPLE messages, emailed them, Facebook messaged them, called their emergency line... NOTHING and NO response. We were stranded at the airport at midnight with my 70 year old mother. At 12:15 .. an hour later.. we called a cab. Paid $25 to take a cab ride to the lot. The office was open and the front desk person only offered a mere.. I'm sorry. Got the key to my car and to top it off, there was PILES of dirt on my floorboard. I understand the lot is dirt, but at least have the courtesy to shake your shoes or put paper down when driving the vehicles on your lot !!

Worst experience ever. If you like being stranded at the airport then having to spend $25 for a cab to get your car this is your place.. if you want a safe place to park your car and have a shuttle pick you up I would go elsewhere. We called multiple times no response waited an hour before we gave up and got a cab. When we did get our vehicle back it was dirty inside and out.

If I can give a negative star times 1 million I would. These people are rude and out of their minds. This Jamaica guy was really rude when talking to me. If you are a company attached to Park n Fly in ATL, you lack in comparison with them. At least with them they have an app that can interact with a system that allows you to go in and out if you scan it, not a system to go in the office and fill out paperwork like it's the 70s. If I prepaid for a dirt spot to park my car, don't give me a problem when I come pick it up. People...Don't waste your time or money dealing with this outdated dirt lot.

After I dropped my car off the driver left me waiting in the shuttle for over 13 minutes probably because I was the only one and he wanted to wait for more people which is understandable I suppose. However, he didn’t bother to see if I needed to get to the airport immediately to catch my plane. It was 46 degree weather and he left the door open to the shuttle so of course I was cold waiting. I finally went inside and complained to the nice girl at the counter and she got the driver and he came out of the office and asked if I was ready to go, Rude.

Now that I've had some sleep I think it's time to review my experience from last night.Yea I finally got my vehicle made it to my house. It took a total of about 1hour 45 minutes. Like something happened they couldn't find some cars, some keys were missing. Apparently owner was out of town. Some people either got sent home or quit. Never wandered when I called to say I landed. Phones rings off the hook. I have used them several times. During holidays no less. Never had this issue. Its like last night S just hit the fan and they had no idea how to manage the situation.

I understand stuff happens. But Hell yea I was upset with the situation. What bugs me, the people working never once apologized ( except the shuttle driver, wish I could remember his name) never once had someone working say we're sorry we got backed up or whatever. As for my business, unfortunately with this one awful experience, I very well may not return.

This would really be a 1 star review had it not been for the several other good or adequate experiences I have had.

This is the worst place to use for parking your car. We got off the airplane and called both numbers for 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. We had to run after one of the shuttles and then we arrived to the longest line. There’s three people working and about 75 people here. Don’t waste your time or money here. I would give it 0 stars, but that’s not an option!

Update. When we got our car the passenger side had about two inches of water in it. The manager didn’t have an answer as to what happened. Please do NOT use this parking company.

There was a LONG line when we first arrived (my husband and I, and our 2 year old). Basically, they lost EVERYONES keys, had them all mixed together in cardboard boxes, hundreds and hundreds of keys. We were there for over 3 hours, my husband waiting in line and I outside in the cold chasing a toddler trying to keep her happy. Meanwhile the bus kept bringing more and more people and the line just got longer and longer. It was a nightmare, we should have been home at 9, it's now midnight and we just left. To top it off, it started raining as we were leaving, leaving everyone in line no place to go. They were rude to my husband, very unapologetic, and they sent workers home while the line was just growing. Do. Not. Leave. Your. Car. Here. And if you have to, for God's sake, bring a spare set of keys. After all this they refused to give any sort of discount at all. My first and last time parking here. We will never park anywhere that requires you leave your key there again.

We parked our car at this location for a week over Thanksgiving. When we came to pick up our truck there was a massive dent in the side. The manager refused to give us the information for their insurance and said that the damage was already there! We had to resort to calling law enforcement. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place!

Best parking service in Orlando. The shuttle is fast with pickup and the rates are affordable. I usually don't even need to call for pickup because there is already a shuttle waiting in Ground Transportation.

Budget friendly but I have been sitting at the airport for 1 hour. Third time calling and they seem like they’ve never called a shuttle for us.

Red eye flight with no sleep and knowing they’re less than 2 miles away is BS. Never again.

Not a good experience. We had an early flight and we were signaled to park right infront of the office and the man walked away before giving us any further direction. Since we've used these services at other locations before, we grabbed our things, left the keys in the car and made our way to the bus. We sat in the bus for a bit and finally went on our way. First off, the driver did not close the door all the way, and every bump we hit the door opened just a little bit more. Feeling concerned, I started to look at the driver because he seemed to keep correcting himself on the road. As I looked at him via the rear view mirror, the man was literally falling asleep. His eyes kept closing for micro seconds at a time, causing him to veer off and make the sudden corrections. I watched his eyes all the way to the airport, and tried getting his attention multiple times. Discretely we would also laugh really loud to try and wake him up. Needless to say, I was a bit scared for my life that morning. Before I got off I asked him if he was okay to which he replied, "yea, why?" I prayed he got back safe and all the other customers after me. Will definitely not be using this service again.

The driver Ruben that brought us to the airport was great down to earth. He helped us with our luggage and was very polite. Reason I gave them 4 stars due to the car rental they should of been more prepared also the company should have explained it online if you rent with them. That they hold $500 for 24 days to make sure the car is okay and clear to go. If I known that i would of went to other company they do way better then that. Other then the situation with the car rental. The transportation to airport and their company was on point. Thank you Ruben for your service....

Quick easy check in and out, friendly staff, quick shuttle with driver who didn't scare me! Be sure to tip your driver if they deserve it, I did! Even refunded me for the hours I didn't use without me asking!

Based on my experience, I would not reccomend this off-airport parking facility.

I made reservations online ahead of time. Google directed me to the location which has very little signage. First impressions were not good--trailer for an office and parking lot mostly dirt and grass. But with advertised free valet, you can remain on the limited asphalt near the trailer, er.. office. Drop off was easy. Pull up to office, go in to tell them your here, get your ticket stub, get on the waiting shuttle, you're off to the airport. I was told upon return to call number on stub, they would pick you up and return you to your car. Simple? Not really.

Getting off plane I called and gave name and the ticket number. They said the shuttle would be right there. That didn't happen. While at the airport pickup location, many other parking company's shuttles arrived and departed, but not any Park To Fly. Their website states a shuttle every 5 to 7 minutes with the disclaimer of possible traffic. According to Google, all traffic was indicating green during this time. At this point I should have seen at least 4 shuttles come and go. I made several calls to them while waiting. One to verify I was waiting in the proper location, I was. One call, no answer. One to ask the status of the shuttle, on the way. Last call I was put on hold so they could check on shuttle. They returned to the line to say it would be right there. Ten minutes later the shuttle arrived. I asked the driver if they were short staffed today. He responded they were not. The ride back to the lot was traffic free and about 8 minutes. As advertised, the car was parked up front and ready to go. I went inside for the key which was on the counter and ready for pick up. I mentioned it had been an hour since my first call and mentioned if this was a normal wait or if it was excessive. They told me they had make a mistake and were apologetic.

I chose Park To Fly because I was arriving from the west and most of the other parking facilities are located on the east side of the airport. I thought it would be more convenient and efficient. I was wrong. Next time I will drive a little further to one of the companies of which I saw multiple shuttles while waiting for my airport pickup.

Nice parking lot for storing car for an extended time while flying out of Orlando Airport. There service and quick pick up at the airport was great. Only negative was we got to there lot at 1am in the morning and there sign out front was hard to see which made it hard to find the entrance, they need more lights at night.

Place is extremely poor with time management. Waited an hour for pick up and was about to find my own Uber. Even after, they still charged me $1.34 because my plane arrived an hour late. So I assume punctuality only matters for the customer, not the company. Staff did not seem to care that they made customers wait. This has happened once before, however I made the mistake of using them again. Other customers were upset on the bus, one stated that last time she used them they did not even pick up the phone to transport her back. When we finally made it to the lot, they lost the other customers keys to his rental vehicle. I swear I cannot make this up!! Frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and use Fast Park and Relax. Service is much better.

I had a little trouble at check-in as I used the Park 'N Fly Web site to book and pay. That seemed to throw them off, but I still got out on time. When I returned, I called the number on the ticket and had to wait about 30 minutes for a van to pick up. That wasn't bad. I was also impressed that when I returned, my car was waiting in a line of other cars outside of the office. Yes, it was covered in mud, but that washes off. The bad part was that my windows were cracked, I assume to let out the warm air in the car before I arrived. But, it had rained just before I arrived. My passenger's side and driver's side seats were soaked. The floor mats and inside of the doors were soaked. Documents I had in the driver's side door compartment were sitting in water. I had to drive 40 minutes home in a very wet seat. My car smells horrible as a result. I pulled all of my mats out of my car last night as soon as I got home so that they would properly dry, but to no avail. I will need to take it in for a professional clean after everything was saturated with water. I don't think I'll be using this company again for this reason.

Be prepared to park in mud. Arrived 15 July and parked in mud. Picked up car 18 July to find mulch in my grill, radiator, exhaust and in area by windshield wipers. Some areas have grass as high as windows. I made reservation through park n fly website. Contacted park n fly and was told they don't belong to them and brushed me off.

Awful experience. Took over an hour to get from airport to actually get my car. Had to be driven into wet field to get my car that was parked in mud. They drive and park your car when you drop it off. There are signs saying if any damage occurs they are not responsible, so if they ding your car you are still responsible. There are other companies with way better service. Felt very uncomfortable leaving my car in their hands but had a plane to catch and didn’t have time to book another option.

This is the absolute WORST company to park your car with. We landed from our plane with no baggage and came straight outside to ground transport. Was told to go to 36A and did so. 20 minutes went by. Called to get an ETA on where the shuttle would be. I was told it was 12 minutes away. Called again 15 minutes later. I was told the shuttle came around, didn’t see anyone, went back to the office to pick more people, drop them off and circle around again. Waited another 20 minutes. Called again and the transponder said the same thing happened again. AN HOUR LATER, he finally circles around to pick us up. Absolutely unacceptable while we were outside the whole time. There is no way we missed the shuttle. We were very vigilant as we just want to get home. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. FASTPARK has about 10 shuttles throughout this hour. Definitely go with them instead.

Very nice and efficient. They valet park your car for you, which is nice. When you call they bring your car up to the office. No waiting on a bus and/or searching for your car.

Absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful, even at 6 am they are cheerful and ready to help. It was raining outside when I arrived and someone came out and greeted me with an umbrella! He took my bags for me, and we got my car all situated which they parked for no extra charge. I did wait a little bit when I arrived back to the airport after my trip but it was a normal wait time, maybe 10 minutes, which I expected! As for the reviews below, my car was perfect when I came back, and it was rainy while I was gone, and no ants. Accidents happen and it could have possible been parked on an ant pile and those suckers can get inside of anything. And as for whoever was complaining about waiting, that is part of life. It is normal to wait about 5-10 minutes for your shuttle and 10-20 minutes to go back to the lot. I think they are doing a great job here, the only thing I do wish was different is the ground, it would be nice if it was cemented or at least gravel. It would stop the bugs and mud on the cars when it's rainy! But it isn't the end of the world!

I expect so much more from airport parking. I expect that I will be given a parking ticket that will indicate the time of entry. I expect that the transport to the airport to be ready and waiting. I expect that the transport to follow me to my parking spot so that I do not need to heft my luggage to the transport vehicle. I expect not to park on grass. I expect that when I return I do not need to wait for transportation back to my car - had to call two times and wait. I expect that when I return I do not need to wait to pay my parking fee. There should be an automated system so that I do not need to walk into the office and wait in a single line that contains both entering and existing customers. So maybe I expect to much but I would much rather pay more to park to get expected service.

Always fast check-in and pick-up. Will continue to always use them line these past 4 years. I fly all over USA from Orlando every couple of months to speak/present and Park to Fly is very convenient.
