I booked a space with Gold via a 3rd party website. When we arrived they said they were completely overbooked and they had no space for my car. My flight was in 3 hours and I was very close to freaking out. I paid almost $100 for this spot. Two gentlemen working there were nice enough to work something out and squeeze me in. I will forever be grateful for that! I bought them lunch and everything. Awesome customer service, seriously. Shuttle was quick and convenient.
This place was great! Jay was my driver when I got picked up from the airport. He very courteous and quick to assist me with all my luggage. He’s a great asset to Gold Park Orlando! Thanks again Jay!
My mother and I were traveling during a very busy time of the year (December) and I’d also like to mention she is wheelchair bound. Gold park staff eagerly allowed us to park at the very front and helped us with all of our bags and even took us to the closest part of the terminal to provide us with the easiest access to our airline. The driver even asked a staff member at the airport to help my mother with a wheelchair. Very appreciative of this company, I wasn’t expecting them to be this accommodating!
Do. Not. Recommend. This was our first time parking there, and we will NOT be back. We had our reservations when we pulled up to see that it's a dirt parking lot that are three cars deep in some places, but decided to give it a chance. We were instructed to park behind another car, blocking that car in. We had to leave our keys, so they could move our car around while we were gone.
When we returned, we called to let them know we had arrived. We thought they might be locating our car and getting it ready for us. Not the case. The shuttle took a little over twenty minutes to arrive. When he did arrive, the driver kept asking if we had our keys and we had to repeatedly tell them we left our keys. The driver then stood outside the shuttle while he made a call to the office. We then circled the airport and went to another terminal to pick up another couple before going to the lot.
When we arrived at the lot, the driver went into the office for our keys and the keys of the other couple they had picked up. To find our cars, the driver literally started driving around the lot repeatedly clicking our keys. When it was finally located, it was blocked in by another vehicle. We then had to wait for him to drop the other couple off, get the keys to the other vehicle, and then move it.
Overall, from the time we called to the time we were able to be on the road was an hour and our car was obviously very dirty when picking it up because it's a dirt field we parked in. Spend the money to park somewhere else.
I have parked at this location 3 times, 3rd time being for the Christmas holiday. Was greeted kindly when we arrived and was helped with our bags. Arriving back to the airport I called and the shuttle picked me and my family up after 20 minutes from calling. My car was exactly as I left it and I am very content with the service at gold park!
So happy I parked at gold park for the holidays. Shuttle took 15 minutes to take me and my family to the airport in front of our airline and then 20 min for pick up back to the parking lot. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Great service!
When I booked my reservation for parking all emails, confirmations, receipts, etc showed the name of the parking company as Orlando Express Airport Parking, so we were looking for that name, not Gold Parking, so we spent 20 minutes making u-turns trying to find Orlando Express Parking. They advertise a paved lot but it was not a paved lot, it was dirt and vehicles were also parked on a side road in the grass and weeds next to the lot and not within a fenced area; even the photos on their site show cars parked in grass and the the lot is gravel and dirt. We weren't even able to pull in to ask if we were in the correct business because the parking area in front of their "office" was very small and the entry was blocked by one of their shuttles and the car behind it was on Narcoossee waiting to turn in. In the 20 min we spent looking for the business neither car moved, which tells me their drop off parking area is way too small and they're very slow. A customer would need an additional 30 or more minutes just to drop off their car.
They also indicate they're within 2 miles of the airport when in actuality they're over 6 miles and it took us 15 min just to get to another long term lot just off the airport. When planning to go to the airport you need to know exactly how much extra time you need and between the wait time just to turn into the lot and the much longer shuttle trip would have been an extra 40-45 min, where other long term parking I've used in the past I was in and out in under 5 min.
Due to the different name causing confusion, having to circle around for over 20 min, the wait just trying to pull into the business to drop off car, and eventually having to drive to find a different company for long term parking closer to the airport during the busiest day for Christmas travel, we almost missed our flight. Traveling during the Christmas holiday is stressful enough without having to deal with all the confusion, misrepresentation and misinformation by the company. Too make matters worse they had the nerve to charge me for the 9 days of parking. We tried to cancel after we were unable to find "Express Airport Parking" but no one answered the phone when we called customer service for the Way app; no VM, no automated system, it just rang for 5 min. By the time we were able to cancel our reservation, we missed the cut off time for a refund.
When we finally got to the airport we were talking to an employee about our parking ordeal and they said we were lucky we didn't park our car there because the service is horrible, the cars aren't secure and they said the shuttle takes forever as other people who've used them have said they waited up to 25-30 min for the shuttle to take them to the airport. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress-free trip to the airport and wants their vehicle safe and secure. I'd rather pay a little more, have great service and know my vehicle is safe because you really do get what you pay for.
Excellent service! Friendly attendants, drivers, and manager! My car battery was dead when I came back and the man inside quickly got the car charger to give me a jump start. Super thankful to them!!
Check-in process: you go to the front desk, they ask for your reservation number and they give you your claim check and car tag. You then follow the shuttle to show you your parking spot and then you’re off to the airport; very very simple
Check-out process: call gold park and ask for the shuttle to pick you up with claim check number and terminal ready. Within 10-20 minutes the shuttle is there to pick you up and take you back to the lot.
So far I have parked there 3 times and every time was the same experience. Very organized and punctual, excellent service!
Super cool people working there. Took them like 20 min to check me in, park, and take me to the airport. Then my car was parked up front when I got back from the airport. Love the service!
First time parking there and just returned last night. Shuttle was very quick to pick me up and it was later at night close to midnight. Fantastic service, definitely parking here again next time I’m traveling 👍🏽
Not a good experience as I travel often and know how the good operators who run these Park and rides; 1. Paying up front when you get there is required, not after you return; 2. The shuttle only comes to the airport twice an hour, I waited 30 minutes finally to take a cab; 3. Its a dirt lot and my car was covered in dirt and soot all over absolutely filthy. I will not be back.
I’ve parked here 3 times before and I’ve seen nothing but the best. The employees are very polite. I always come back to my car the same I left it. I highly recommend.
I’ve parked at gold a couple times and my experience all throughout was pretty consistent. Very efficient service and the employees are very friendly. Drop off to and pick up from the airport is reasonable, about 10-20 minutes. No complaints here.
Excellent service and great prices! I booked through a third party which was cheaper and when you check in the process is very swift and simple. They give customers a little card with all instructions on what to do upon return, very accommodating!
Very efficient and great service. They give you very clear instructions on your ticket and when you call for a pick up they make sure you go to the correct location. I’ve already parked there like 5 times now, all with similar pleasant experience. Definitely recommend parking here.
Very impressed with the great service. I decided to try this place on a whim and I’m very glad I did; the customer service is great, shuttles are quick, and the prices are perfect! Much much less than the airport. I will definitely park at gold park next time I’m traveling.

Wonderful staff and excellent service. Took only about 10 minutes to take me to the airport and about 15 minutes to return to pick my car up. They drop you off at your car for more convenience and they help you with your bags and honestly whatever else you may need. I support small businesses so I definitely recommend this place!
I don’t ever both leaving reviews but the staff was so kind enough to help me out as I was running pretty close to my flight boarding time. They quickly had their driver show me where to park and help me with my bags and immediately took me to the airport. I’m so grateful to them that i was able to make my flight! Excellent service and wouldn’t park anywhere else!
I travel quite frequently so I decided to try gold park. I have no had issues with this parking lot as I’ve parked there 3 times now. They can get packed however they are efficient and keep keys very safe and organized. I trust these people because I’ve seen how they store keys and take care of customers’ vehicles.
Super sweet people working at this parking facility, it was my first time parking there so I was a little confused on what the process was. I was received with kindness and they helped me out with everything. Shuttle service and customer service is absolutely excellent. Will park here during my next vacation!
I travel multiple times throughout the year and have been using Gold Park for about a year now, but I will never use them again. I always call well in advance to make sure they’ll have space, before booking and confirming my reservation. However, this facility clearly doesn’t care about reservations anymore.
I was suppose to park here during the 4th of July Holiday & was told their lot was full and there’s nothing they can do about it - so unprofessional. By God’s grace, I was able to receive a full refund plus free credit from Spot Hero, their apologies and they found me an actual professional ride service that I’ll continue to use. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Excellent service with amazing price. I have parked at other park and rides in the past and they all had some kind of security issue or just didn’t care enough. These people show that they actually care. If you have common sense you will find that parking here will be the easiest part of your traveling process.
I really like parking at gold park. They keep your car safe and actually organize things nicely. Yea it’s a dirt lot but I don’t care since it rains pretty often. Service is great, attendants are good people. Definitely recommend
