This hotel is a disgrace to marriott brands. I am a regular traveler and always prefer Marriott.
1. Extremely rude front desk. Simply do not know how to communicate kindly to people .
2. Food left in microwave by previous occupant. The online videos tell you that everything is cleaned and Sanitized. Clearly this is not being implemented. I give three starts because they sent someone up to clear the stinking oven. But then I had to use the same oven ? Didn't even bother to open it.
But the front desk never bothered to apologize.
Coming from a Bonvoy gold member .. will never return to this hotel.
Beware of airport hotel parking! The price may look good but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to wait for two employees to finish their 10 min conversation before them taking off our group to the airport. I was dropped off at the wrong terminal because of the drivers mistake and told my gate was close by when it was actually on the other side of the airport. When I flew back in I called the hotel driver to ask where they picked up and he mumbled things I could not understand and then just hangs up the phone on you this happened twice. The other people waiting said the driver did the same to them and hung up on them as well. When I went to pick up my car I was chewed out by the valet and told that I didn’t check in right, he told me I did everything wrong and had continual sarcasm and moans when I was trying to figure out how I checked in wrong. He then just walked off and left us wondering how we will get our car. He did this to the other couple I was with before realizing that HE HIMSELF had made the mistake in getting our information, but made no apology for his error. Even after he realizes we had checked in right he made not effort to apologize for treating us so poorly.
Overall a terrible experience and I advise others to save themselves the trouble of using this airport parking. I do not understand how this many employees can be so undertrained and not the least bit professional.
Wow I love this hotel it was my first time there. I went for a conference on 4/16-18 2021. The hotel was amazing. Very very clean. Rooms are nice. The beds are the best. I will rerurn!
Love the hotel. The staff was excellent. This was a beautiful place near a lot off stores and restaurants. I didn't like the price was different than what I was quoted online.
Great hotel! Everything is brand new. Staff was wonderful. Room was great. Super close to the hotel! Also a private parking lot with a gate.
Horrible stay, we booked for a king size bed and they gave us a room with double beds! The tv doesn’t work in the room, we have asked to move to a different room and they promised us they’ll be able to the next day. Next day comes they told us they couldn’t be able to this is so ridiculous I’ll never waste my money at this hotel.
The building looks a bit old from the outside but the inside was great, the mattress and bedding in our room was so incredibly comfy and the showers so efficient I actually took pics and videos so we could have it for our home one day. Those little details made a huge difference since we were very tired and just wanted to rest. Parking was kinda difficult going in and out through the entrance (it wouldn't read our card) but that's my only complaint.
We were only here for one night, however, the made us feel right at home! Clean hotel and ver comfortable beds. Great staff as well. I will return for sure.
Paid for parking here for a 2 day flight. When parking they do not come and get you like other parking services close by. On top of this they send you to the back of the building to park then tell you to bring all your luggage around to the front and wait for the shuttle to take you to the airport. All of this I was ok with to the point I wouldn’t have left a review I would simply have just not used their service again. However I contacted them after landing and collecting my baggage at 5:24. They said they are on the way. At 5:46 I called to ask where they are and explained I have been standing at A42 which is where they requested I be and wanted to know where they are. I was told someone should be there any moment. At 6:08 I called again and the person let me know she was pulling up. I questioned did you have a wreck or something as I’ve been here since 5:24 and she replied we just done changing shifts. I would highly recommend you use some other place like WallyPark which is what I normally use but figured this place was closer and gave them a shot. Not again.
Great hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were spacious with great TVs and electronics in the room. Just minutes from the airport, so it was easy to pull out of the parking lot and be at the rental return in about 5 minutes. Very classy and upscsle... and great price/value. I will definitely stay here for my trips in and out of MCO.

Good place to park long term if you are flying out of Orlando International Airport. Shuttles leave every 15 minutes. About $7/day.

The pool was amazing even the spa. I haven't enjoyed that in decades, you dont know fun unless you get out there and enjoy yourself and i did. Thanks for having me and my fam. And we will return in December.
I booked the room on booking.com for 1 room with 2 queen beds, of course I already stated that we will have 4 people. So we checked in and went inside the room to see and it only had 1 king bed so we went to the lobby and let the him know that its a mistake. All he said was “ thats all we got” and I was like excuse me and he just acted like he didnt care at all. If he didnt have what we asked for, he could have just told us, Why would he have us go all the way to the room to look at what we didnt want. He was very rude and unprofessional. He didnt try to help us at all. I had been to many 4- star hotels and so far this is the worst. We had elderly with us and this is really disrespectful. I wont recommend this hotel for anyone.
No coffee makers in the rooms OR ice buckets! I travel for a living, what BS. I will stay elsewhere. NO other hotels are doing this, this is absurd. You should be able to wake up and have coffee in the morning. I did yesterday at a Hilton!!
We used the airport parking service. Everything was flawless, except we didn't check with the valet before we tried to leave, causing a slight delay. But we know for next time. Highly recommended!

Great location if youre looking for something near the airport. Hotel is in walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and come with both mini refrigerator and microwave.
Liked the hotel i didnt get in to sleep till 5am though and back up at 730 am so i didnt get sleep or check out the amenities but it was beautiful and there is starbucks located inside
Nice clean hotel, easy access to all the facilities at Orlando International Airport. The windows are pretty sound proof so you don't hear the planes. Unfortunately the restaurant hasn't reopened yet.
I stay in many hotels across the country and this was one of my favorites. The best customer service the best breakfast the best swimming pool. An awesome wide open spaced lobby, the rooms were always impeccable. For an airport location this hotel made you feel like you were at a resort. My company chose to change hotel contracts so recently I have stayed elsewhere but myself and colleagues are working on getting this location back. Thank you Renaissance Orlando.

Great rate, location was excellent. Staff was awesome and the room was ok. Except some fixtures in the bathroom needed to be fixed and there was some repairs also needed. Minor things you notice when looking at how the bathroom is set up. I would stay again but would suggest some upgrades to there bathrooms.
Doesn't look like much from the outside for a "4 hotel. Booked online and there were no indications of a charge for parking. Really, a charge for parking?!?! Vallet I understand, and they should charge what they want, but $16 per vehicle per night to park your own car, and not guarantee anything will get stolen?!?! At check in, the woman working the desk was somewhat pleasant, not capable of smiling, but helpful. 2 key cards were issued and she stated there was free coffee and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Well, morning came early and there was a charge for everything! Of course no one working this morning knew why the front desk rep would have said it was complimentary. Its a sham, scam, however you want to put it. The room just okay, definitely NOT a 4 room. Shower was weak and needed to be replaced. Very hot water and quick as well. Someone really needed to remove the makeup hand print on the bathroom wall though. Makes everything look tacky after seeing that. The bed was nice, but only had a great night sleep with prescribed sleep medication.
Very Good, clean and comfortable. Fee for self parking even if others hotels are doing it doesn't make it right. Specially when you find out about it at the end of the booking.
Nice hotel lovely lobby. Grounds almost fully fenced in making it a long walk to out to anywhere. Hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Freindly helpful staff. Good business hotel. Not much of a view but you watch the planes takeoff and land.
Have stayed here several times before cruises. Shuttle pick-up to the hotel has been efficient with never a long wait. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms.
Really good locations for business trips, conferences, near to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle. On the other hand the downtown and local attraction are quite far away.
Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and well equipped. Beds are really large and comfortable.

This appears to be an older property, but seems well maintained. Comfortable rooms and beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant offers great food and a well stocked morning breakfast buffet. We spent a night when we arrived a day early for a Caribbean cruise.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, quiet rooms, a bunch of restaurants within walking distance, free gym, free pool/hot tub AND a free shuttle to and from the airport. You get more then you pay for which, in my experience, is rare for hotels. I seriously enjoyed being here and even though Orlando was not my final destination, I would have considered staying just for this hotel. No joke

This hotel is the epitome and embodiment of hospitality. Having out of town friends and their family stay at this hotel due to prior arrangements go sour is the best thing that could of happened. After parking my vehicle under the awning to check-in around 9 p.m. last night I was greeted by two well dressed and charismatic gentleman who gave me all the information I needed about parking and valet. Getting this kind of service with a smile and a genuine attitude told me that I had hit the jackpot with my lodging choice. After going through the front door, I was transported to an elegant interior that smelled like lavender/vanilla and a hint of clean linen. A refreshing smell that was topped off with a spotless guest lounge area. When checking in I was greeted by yet another sharp dressed gentleman who put me at ease. From the time we started the check In process and answering a few questions, I had keys in hand in under 5 minutes. Talk about efficient service and let's not forget his congenial attitude with a smile, I would pay extra just to have him personally check me in every time. Directions to the room were simple and the view was jaw dropping. Imagine getting off your elevator and seeing a beautiful luxurious couch right in front of you (no more standing around waiting for the rest of one's party to catch up, now you can relax in style.) Rooms were spotless and clean and up to date. Thank you very much for this short but memorable experience.

A very nice hotel and great hospitality. We arrived early Friday morning from an overnight flight from the west coast a day prior to our Caribbean Cruise Our check in time was 3pm. The gentleman at the desk informed us our room was ready and checked us in early so we could rest from the flight. Thank you so much and we greatly appreciate you accommodating our needs.
The restaurant staff could use some training in customer service and being nice. Totally make you feel unwelcome. Can't ask for anything without some attitude. The hotel is very nice but that restaurant..... Good grief!!!
A more than adequate experience at this close to the airport hotel with a clean appearance and nicely appointed rooms with plenty of space, a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast is good with bacon and sausage standard. Prices are very good for the standard presented. I could see myself staying here again.
My Dad stayed here during a visit to see his daughters and grandchild. It was very nice other than the smell of gasoline gas in the hallway leading out to the pool? Loved the apples, waters and even G2 in the gym! Really clean hotel with great tasting orange water. The Lounge/breakfast area looked very happening too.

A gentleman named "Jeff" (not sure why you have a company policy against saying your last name) took my travel agent's call and was very helpful in accommodating my special requests for my reservation. Stayed there for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Hotel is great. The only thing that could have been better is the menu at the restaurant. It did not have many options, but i ordered a chicken caesar salad and it was delicious. Great environment and friendly stuff. Thank you very much

It is clear to me that this hotel does not carry the same level of service at night as they do during normal check in hours. After spending 13 hours at the Disney Theme park, all I wanted was to get a room that would accommodate me, my wife, and our three girls. I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and a roll away. When I arrived, at 9:45pm, I was informed that I could not have the roll away because of the square footage of the room. I was told I can only get a rollaway in a King room. Well, I asked if they had any available, the response I received was, "You have checked in now and to switch rooms would be like getting a new room" Much to my dismay, I headed upstairs. My girls beat me to the showers so at 10:13pm I called down for 3 towels, 3 wash cloths, and 1 blanket. Those things did not arrive until 11:26. NOW, I can go upstairs to my room. Shower and get some sleep before my 8am flight. This place gets 2 Stars for room size and proximity to airport. But the are a ZERO on customer service!!!!!!
