This hotel is the epitome and embodiment of hospitality. Having out of town friends and their family stay at this hotel due to prior arrangements go sour is the best thing that could of happened. After parking my vehicle under the awning to check-in around 9 p.m. last night I was greeted by two well dressed and charismatic gentleman who gave me all the information I needed about parking and valet. Getting this kind of service with a smile and a genuine attitude told me that I had hit the jackpot with my lodging choice. After going through the front door, I was transported to an elegant interior that smelled like lavender/vanilla and a hint of clean linen. A refreshing smell that was topped off with a spotless guest lounge area. When checking in I was greeted by yet another sharp dressed gentleman who put me at ease. From the time we started the check In process and answering a few questions, I had keys in hand in under 5 minutes. Talk about efficient service and let's not forget his congenial attitude with a smile, I would pay extra just to have him personally check me in every time. Directions to the room were simple and the view was jaw dropping. Imagine getting off your elevator and seeing a beautiful luxurious couch right in front of you (no more standing around waiting for the rest of one's party to catch up, now you can relax in style.) Rooms were spotless and clean and up to date. Thank you very much for this short but memorable experience.
Extremely gracious and courteous host. Room was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. On the top of the list of places I would visit again.
Beautiful lobby, great staff, great amenities and location. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the rooms are a little bit outdated. Overall was very happy.
A very nice hotel and great hospitality. We arrived early Friday morning from an overnight flight from the west coast a day prior to our Caribbean Cruise Our check in time was 3pm. The gentleman at the desk informed us our room was ready and checked us in early so we could rest from the flight. Thank you so much and we greatly appreciate you accommodating our needs.
The restaurant staff could use some training in customer service and being nice. Totally make you feel unwelcome. Can't ask for anything without some attitude. The hotel is very nice but that restaurant..... Good grief!!!
A more than adequate experience at this close to the airport hotel with a clean appearance and nicely appointed rooms with plenty of space, a fridge and a microwave. Breakfast is good with bacon and sausage standard. Prices are very good for the standard presented. I could see myself staying here again.
My Dad stayed here during a visit to see his daughters and grandchild. It was very nice other than the smell of gasoline gas in the hallway leading out to the pool? Loved the apples, waters and even G2 in the gym! Really clean hotel with great tasting orange water. The Lounge/breakfast area looked very happening too.

A gentleman named "Jeff" (not sure why you have a company policy against saying your last name) took my travel agent's call and was very helpful in accommodating my special requests for my reservation. It was around 7:30pm EST on August 29. I recommend he be rewarded for his excellent customer service. - John Kevin Cullen
Stayed there for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Hotel is great. The only thing that could have been better is the menu at the restaurant. It did not have many options, but i ordered a chicken caesar salad and it was delicious. Great environment and friendly stuff. Thank you very much

It is clear to me that this hotel does not carry the same level of service at night as they do during normal check in hours. After spending 13 hours at the Disney Theme park, all I wanted was to get a room that would accommodate me, my wife, and our three girls. I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and a roll away. When I arrived, at 9:45pm, I was informed that I could not have the roll away because of the square footage of the room. I was told I can only get a rollaway in a King room. Well, I asked if they had any available, the response I received was, "You have checked in now and to switch rooms would be like getting a new room" Much to my dismay, I headed upstairs. My girls beat me to the showers so at 10:13pm I called down for 3 towels, 3 wash cloths, and 1 blanket. Those things did not arrive until 11:26. NOW, I can go upstairs to my room. Shower and get some sleep before my 8am flight. This place gets 2 Stars for room size and proximity to airport. But the are a ZERO on customer service!!!!!!
