My Dad stayed here during a visit to see his daughters and grandchild. It was very nice other than the smell of gasoline gas in the hallway leading out to the pool? Loved the apples, waters and even G2 in the gym! Really clean hotel with great tasting orange water. The Lounge/breakfast area looked very happening too.
I would like this comment to be forwarded to the General Manager, Charles Moore. A gentleman named "Jeff" (not sure why you have a company policy against saying your last name) took my travel agent's call and was very helpful in accommodating my special requests for my reservation. It was around 7:30pm EST on August 29. I recommend he be rewarded for his excellent customer service. - John Kevin Cullen
Stayed there for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Hotel is great. The only thing that could have been better is the menu at the restaurant. It did not have many options, but i ordered a chicken caesar salad and it was delicious. Great environment and friendly stuff. Thank you very much
I enjoyed Renaissance Hotel immensely! It was clean and the design is so chic, I love the white piano in the lobby! Keep up the good work!
It is clear to me that this hotel does not carry the same level of service at night as they do during normal check in hours. After spending 13 hours at the Disney Theme park, all I wanted was to get a room that would accommodate me, my wife, and our three girls. I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and a roll away. When I arrived, at 9:45pm, I was informed that I could not have the roll away because of the square footage of the room. I was told I can only get a rollaway in a King room. Well, I asked if they had any available, the response I received was, "You have checked in now and to switch rooms would be like getting a new room" Much to my dismay, I headed upstairs. My girls beat me to the showers so at 10:13pm I called down for 3 towels, 3 wash cloths, and 1 blanket. Those things did not arrive until 11:26. NOW, I can go upstairs to my room. Shower and get some sleep before my 8am flight. This place gets 2 Stars for room size and proximity to airport. But the are a ZERO on customer service!!!!!!
