My family and I had a great experience with this company. We dropped off our car for a 4 day trip. Our flights were cancelled and I called to make them aware. They told me just to make sure to call an hour or two before arriving to pick up the car. I did just that and as soon as I pulled up to the parking my car was ready to go. We had left some valuables in the car and wlmy husband remembered when he opened the glove compartment and saw the stuff still there. They weren't the best at answering their phone but I used the link they sent me and that's how I requested the car an 2 hours prior to arriving. The shuttle driver was also courteous and the shuttle was clean. The guys in the office were professional and also courteous.

The lot isn't fancy but the people are nice and prompt. We had no issues getting picked up at midnight after a late flight. Will definitely use them again. Great price!

The only thing I know is that I see other empty parking lots and this company is always full. That is a sign of good price and good service. I am a client of this company and I have always received good service. Could it be that some negative comments are from another parking lots to make them lower the score? In my opinion, 5 stars !!

Very Very gratefully experience. Nice staff and quick service. The valet service is fantastic. They really care your car. Despite the strong storm in Orlando, the car was delivered to me in perfect condition. I will use it again!!

Great service! More than what I expected! Due to the hurricane, many places in Orlando were flooded and they did not let me get wet, but they brought me the car to their canopy and I was able to go home without getting wet. I will park my car here again. I recommend it!

Great experience. Very professional, courteous and timely. Upon my arrival I contacted the reservation line and they told me where to meet my driver. He beat me to the stop. I will definitely use this service again.

I share the 5 stars, I do not share the negative comments. You have to have common sense. They promise to run a shuttle every 15 minutes, and they do. And they also strive to provide great service. I traveled with a woman who complained about the delay and the shuttle arrived in 15 minutes, no problem! There are people who complain to complain, I appreciate the great service of these people! Thanks Andy, Tony for the great service !!

Great service. Great long term prices. Quick pick up and drop off. Convenient location. You have to leave your keys which wasn't a big deal. Upon return to Orlando my truck was out front ready to go. It was 2 days longer in storage due to flight cancellations. When I went to pay for the extra days they said "no worries, have a great vacation". I had 2 kayaks on the roof and a Honda 3000 watt generator stored in the box. No issues. Highly recommend.

Drop off was easy, and we were where we needed to be in a timely manner. Pick up was similar. I called the number at 5:28 pm and by 5:50 we were in the van and on our way to the parking lot. Before we left, the driver gave the parking lot our number. Once we arrived the car was off to the side with the keys in it ready to go!
I would use them again in the future.

In my opinion, BMI Smart Parking gives you everything it offers you. In addition, the staff of the company cares about making you feel safe and comfortable. I reached out to them through APR and their attention was perfect. Then I came back again and the service was even better. They have clean, modern vans and always a smile to the customer. There is alcohol in gel, they offer mouth cover (free, I forgot mine). They parked my car and on my return the car was waiting for me. When I went to the airport I checked in in 5 minutes and in 8 minutes I was at the airport. On my return I called by phone, 7 minutes later I was in the shuttle and when I got to the parking lot my car was waiting for me ready to go. Honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars. Plus they have the best rate in Orlando.

Last experience here was not great, gave it another chance since I was told it was under a new owner/management. I Checked in around 4am. Super smooth process, Jordan was super friendly and informative. Place looked clean and organized.

These people are amazing. The whole process of check in and transfer to the airport was fantastic. When I got to the lot my front tire was flat (I admit that it was flat when I left the car in the lot, but since I was in a hurry I decided to solve this issue upon my return) and General Manager Tony changed my tire and they didn't charge me anything for the extra service. Also, I was comfortable in the waiting room, where chikky offered me water, coffee and chocolates. It is the best parking lot in Orlando. I highly recommend it !!

Easy to find location just east of the airport. Our driver, Michael was so polite and kind. We didn't have to wait for a ride to the airport or to be picked up on our return. Our car was parked where the van drops off at the front door when we arrived. We will definitely use BMI smart parking in the future. Nice paved parking lot. Very organized and professional!

My experience was really good. They take care of everything while I was checking in my car. Soon after drop me off to the airport all under 30 minutes. When we came back I text them at soon we landed we my bags and in less the 20 minutes and my car was waiting for us. Great experience, good and hard working people.

Pick up and drop off to the airport went great and we took advantage of their special pricing of $2.99 a day for most of our two week vacation. They had the vehicles ready to go upon our return to their lot.
Although the place appears to be a bit questionable at first let me assure you that you won't regret parking your vehicle with these folks. I was impressed with their service and care of our vehicles and you can't beat the price!!

So far, so good. I didn't check the reviews until after I was on the shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle was fast. The staff does not speak English very well, but the check-in employee could communicate well enough.
This is my car before I left it with them.
I gave them my key, and they kept it with a piece of paper with a numbered lot on it.
So let's see how it goes. I will update when my flight returns.

It got super busy, but over all great service! Got to the airport pretty fast! Loved the valet service. I also adored my driver, Jordan. He even helped me unload my bags from the car on to the shuttle!

I strongly recommend BMI parking facilities serving Orlando international airport.
Everything worked smoothly since the online reservation until the day of our arrival.
We were a little bit concerned about our midnight arrival. However, after less than 10 minutes wait the shuttle was there for us.
Definitely they have the best price in the region and more importantly very punctual with the shuttle service.
