These guys were super nice and even loaded and unloaded our multiple bags of very heavy luggage for us. Bus was extremely clean and had amazing ac!! Pick up and drop off are a breeze with WallyPark.

Maybe the best customer service experience I've had in the past 20 years. When a third party booking company couldn't modify my WallyPark reservation (under 24 hours until arrival) Shirley at WallyPark MCO went above and beyond, was able to contact that company (whose phone # could not be found on their website), cancel the reservation and make me a new one. She called me back when she said she would and was just excellent from start to finish, listening to my gripes early on, understanding immediately what the problem was and even though it had no solution in her play book, she took it upon herself to solve it 100%. Every customer service agent in every company can learn from Shirley.

I have used WallyPark services (valet and covered parking) with no problem for some time and considered myself a loyal customer. Not any more. This last trip did not meet any standard I had experienced prior. It took them 35 minutes, 2 attempted phone calls and a text to get someone to pick me up after I arrived in their lot....and almost 45 minutes after I arrived at the airport. While on the phone with someone, who in fairness was trying to help, the van drove past me and others standing in the empty space we were all advised to stand by. Yes, we were comparing notes. Since I was alone, I got a space on the shuttle back to my car, however, many people were left waiting. Multiple other vans were picking up their customers every 10 minutes. It was a frustrating and bad experience on the start and finish of my trip.

We used WallyPark services over 4th of July weekend to visit family and it was so convenient leaving our vehicle there which was in perfect condition when we got back. The service was spot on, we did not have to wait long for a shuttle to pick us up, and the driver was super professional. On the way back, after a long flight, the shuttle was right outside waiting for us. It was an overall great experience and will be using WallyPark services in the near future.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service. They claim to run their shuttles every 5 minutes to take you to the airport. We waited over 30 minutes and almost missed our flight. When returning, we waited over 30 minutes to get picked up after multiple texts and calls were sent. One shuttle every 30 minutes. To top it off when picked up the drivers were extremely rude. I highly recommend using another service.

Service at this establishment has diminished so profoundly. While the car is fine in the lot, the shuttle system is poor, and that is a huge problem. Despite getting there at 5 am with no traffic, I waited half an hour for a shuttle to take me to the airport. When I returned, I could not reach anyone at the Orlando office by phone to schedule a pick up, even after 12 attempts. Went to the voice mail of a full mailbox.

Got off a flight at 11 pm. Reached my car at Wally Park at 1:30 am. Then the marked customer exits were not functioning. It would have been laughable if I wasn't so frustrated. And the staff? They gave no regard. But they still expected a tip.

Wally Park is just another reason not to fly out of Orlando.

It's a shame that so many people share the same experience that I recently had when returning from a trip and waiting over 30 minutes for a shuttle. The drop-off process was quick and easy, and the initial driver was very helpful. The return back is the complete opposite. You can use the WallyPark app to note your arrival and terminal location, which results in an automated text that you will not wait longer than 15 minutes for a pickup, or to call a number, which goes to a voicemail. When finally talking to a live person, they claimed I was standing in the wrong location...I wasn't. I followed the app instructions correctly, and other parking services were arriving every 5-10 minutes, as other recent customers stated in their reviews. The customer service agent was extremely rude and said it would be a couple minutes. This is after waiting over 30 minutes to be picked up. I never had an issue with this service until this last experience. Noting that WallyPark only responds to positive reviews, it's a shame that with so much competition for parking, this is their customer service response.

Parking and pick up always great..guys at guard gate not so much. If had to get out of their seat it seemed to bother them. Not my fault everything going digital and sometimes there are glitches..but will continue to use Wally park

Not very good customer service. We arrived at 5am No one in sight so we assumed that we could park in the front and left the keys in the car My husband attempted calling several times no one picked up until the last day of our 4 day trip. Then once we returned they move my car and we had both set of keys in the car without realizing it.We only had one set once we realized it we was already home 45min away. When we called back the next day the on call manager gave use attitude and said that they didn't have our keys with out even look. Finally after looking the manager located our keys and refused to send them to us stating we had to pay for it. Therefore we had to pick our keys up.

Do NOT park here. You will wait 40min for a shuttle to arrive. You will see others like Fast Park and Parking Spot come 20x before Wally Park shows up! Never fails, done using them!

Guy at the gate in the MCO location is super rude and just unhelpful. Leaving two stars because the drivers were good.



I had to interact with the same gate attendant arriving and leaving and both times his attitude and general demeanor was the same, leaving a lot to be desired (6PM flight and 8:30 AM arrival, days apart, clearly it wasn't a bad day/moment thing).

Booked an uncovered space the night before my flight and when I arrived in the morning with my receipt the scanner would not scan it. The attendant manually let me in but gave me no ticket. The shuttle driver did not write my parking space down for me so when I returned I only knew that I was in the uncovered part but the shuttle driver wouldn't take me over to where that was. I then could not get out when I tried because I had not been given a ticket. I will never use this service again and I don't recommend anyone else use it.

This location gets worse and worse with its shuttle pickups at the airport. Last night, it took 37 minutes for a shuttle pickup at Terminal A. What’s odd is that there always seems to be shuttle drivers waiting for people in the Wally Park lot (which is great), but why not run continuous shuttles so the wait on either end is never more than 10 minutes or so?



To make matters worse, myself and other waiting called multiple times and the phone rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered.

I can’t speak for Wally Park as a company, but this location does poor business. Only reason this wasn’t a one star was because on the way to the airport things went fairly smoothly. However on the return, I waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes in the cold, only for the driver to not take call me to my vehicle. Took, 2 people to their spots and dropped everyone at the front of the lot, leaving me to walk in what became cold and lightly rainy weather. On top of this I was charged for being late which was completely out of my control.

Save yourself the trouble; Stick with FastPark or something.

When I parked I got on the shuttle with several other people. We started toward the parking lot exit when the driver saw someone he knew. He immediately parked the shuttle, got off, and has a conversation with this person while we waited. Finally got to the airport. Luckily I had left myself plenty of time.



When I returned I got my bags and headed to the pick up area. I’ve done this many times and knew exactly where to go. I followed the instructions on the card they had given me and texted them that I had arrived and was waiting on B side. That was 11:00 am. Beautiful day. Not much traffic. Thought this shouldn’t take too long. Ugh!! At 11:09 I finally called and the person answering said he didn’t get my text until 11:06. (He must have seen an old friend). He said not to worry-it would be 6-7 minutes. After waiting for 24 minutes the driver showed up in his Wally Park van. I proceeded to the van and he asked me where I was going. Seemed an odd question until he said he does car rental pick ups too. Guess that’s why they leave their customers waiting so long. The parking was no great deal either.

My wife recently used WallyPark when she got back from a trip the car battery had died. The people working late evening on 2/16/21 were very helpful staying with her and our daughter. Trying multiple times to get the stubborn car to start, which they finally did. We will only use Wally Park from now on. Thanks so much!

Good facilities, terrible service. Waited 30+ minutes for the first pickup and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited 45 minutes for the second pick up. If you use their service just be sure to call every 10 minutes to be sure they don’t forget about you. I’d give one star but at least they pick up the phone and try to make an excuse each time 🤷‍♀️

Pick up- return was easy. Opted to pay $30 for gas they charge a $1.75 versus $2.36-.44 for outside- good value if return empty.

I will never park here again. I booked through a third-party Internet site. I didn’t realize when I made the reservation that the time defaulted to 11 AM. Note that I was still charged for an entire day, just didn’t realize that the time defaulted before mid day. When I went to pick up my car, I was charged over twice the daily rate as a “late fee” that I had to pay in order to leave on top of what I had already paid.

I called and tried to resolve this with them but they were unresponsive, I will never park there again. The parking lot was empty and it would’ve cost them nothing to do the right thing and make a happy customer but instead they chose to be rude and try to swindle me after a long day of traveling.

Will not go back,there. When we arrived for our red eye flight there was nobody in the building. It was spooky. Turns out the staff member was asleep. He was not,too happy that he had to drive us to the terminal. When we got back,from our trip, it took us almost an hour to get picked up by the shuttle.

You only get one chance to make a first impression...this one was not positive! I arrived in the middle of the morning (Sunday) to park there for the very first time. I had pre-booked a covered parking space and according to the instructions an attendant would be there to assist with any questions I may have. There was an attendant at the booth when I pulled up to the entry gate, but his door was closed and he was "busy" on the phone. I had some difficulty getting the QR code to scan on the entry gate, and I was there for some time but he never budged. After finally getting through, I drove around the covered spaces for awhile, uncertain as to where I could legally park (many of the lanes were monthly parking only), after driving around for awhile and seeing NO ONE around to assist, I went back to the gate agent at the booth...door still closed, he's still on the phone...I tooted my horn and he slowly turned around and gave me a look that told me immediately that customer service is not what he's cut out for! I told him he needed to show me where I can safely park in this place, he gestured to a group of open parking spaces and went back to his phone call...needless to say, you have completely lost me as a customer, there are too many other options available!

Awsome service, We used the App to booked, pay so upon arrival all you do is scan with the barcode on your phone the same on the way out. No need to interact with anyone. Really nice parking. The shuttle came fast the Driver a super nice gentleman helped us with our bags and explained to us what to do upon returning. When we got back it took less than 10 minutes, we got picked up by the same driver who took us right to our vehicle and helped us putting the bags in the trunk. Leaving we just scanned the barcode and we where on our way in no time. We plan on using this service on our future business trips.

We had a great experience with Wally Park. We parked at other Airport parking areas that were half the price but the rides to and from the airport were a challenge. We had an early morning flight and did not want to have to mess around with for shuttle service so we paid the extra and thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was totally worth it!

Definitely book with Wally Park if you want to wait 35 minutes after you text their number and for them to tell me they didn’t get it’s really annoying when you’ve been on a plane for five hours and have to wait this long I could’ve been half way home. Definitely going to reconsider booking with them on my next flight give some of the other third party shuttles a chance.

Bus driver stands around after dropping you off, implying that tip is expected

Also during checkout if you loose the receipt in your travels, the checkout person at the exit gate was of no help to lookup your check-in date by way of looking up your details on the system by searching for your vehicle tag plate, your name, phone number etc

I want to say that I am not happy with the treatment when parking at Wally Park, an employee with blond hair, on 05/29/20 at 11:37 pm. My husband and I wait 10 minutes in front of the outbox the two times we need to leave. A parking lot as big as this one, without an employee to help us, and when the employee returned to the outbox (10 minutes later), he answered us very badly in a bad mood. It doesn't have a good service.

I went on vacation and had my car parked there for a week. When I returned to get my car, I didn't noticed my car was scratched because it was dark outside. My car was scratch up on the passenger side. When I contacted them to explain what happened they didn't seem to care. I was told the supervisor would call me but I was never contacted. I find this unacceptable behavior from a business I trusted to take care of my vehicle during my absence. I am still waiting for them to view security footage of the incident and be compensated for my damages to my car.

Parking area is great, prices are cheap (especially for covered parking compared to others) but the shuttle service is horrendous. Be prepared to wait over half an hour waiting to get picked up from the airport. While you're waiting, you'll see every other parking service come and go multiple times.

Very pleased with our first experience with WallyPark. Shuttle drivers were courteous, helpful. My only concern was the lack of directions for when we returned, no instructions on ticket, when I called #, I was given a # to text. Luckily, I had a pen so I was able to write it down. Shuttle was quick to arrive.

First of all we booked with Wally Park because it said they pick up every 5-15 minutes and we paid almost double. Instead we waited over 30 minutes so we we not happy. 2-3 of every other parking shuttle parkngo , parking spot and others came in the time we waited for Wally Park. I recommend the others now that I know better.

Wally world is not in line with other major travel agencies in regards to inclement weather changes. Unless you are a loyalty member no fees are waived, you will be charged for charges and then deal with nasty attitudes on the way out. The staff reminded us that they were not the only parking spot. Great Job Wally.

Wally park used to be a great place to park for a great price. It is now a terrible experience and overpriced for what you get. I pre-paid and had a confirmed reservation for self park, but was forced to park along the side of the street instead of an actual parking space. As you can see from the photos, Wally park put cars on top of curbs, on the side of the curb, and also in what should be driving lanes. I tried to speak to a manager but he refused to talk about this topic with me. I will definitely be shopping around for a new place to park.
