First time using them- flew out of Newark. Google maps was a bit hard to follow, lots of turns one after the other (coming from I95)- not SNAP issue- Google maps was lagging. Quick service, valet and indoor parking, so you shouldn't need to worry about hail, snow etc. Gated. Quick ride to airport- waited less than 5 min. A phone call to office on arrival, after getting luggage, and shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes. Drivers are friendly. Overall- a good experience and recommended if flying out of EWR.
Great shuttle service. It was on time and clean. Our female driver was so kind and friendly. We waited at the airport less than 5 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Our car was waiting upon our arrival back to the lot.

The pick up and drop off were fine, but when we picked up our car, the gas light was on with only 16 miles to empty. My car's gas light goes on at 60 miles to empty and I know for a fact that it was not on when I dropped the car off (because I never let it get that low). Unfortunately I didn't note the mileage before dropping it off, but I would suggest anyone parking here to document mileage and gas levels before dropping off.
Guy driving the shuttle is same one getting your car. Waited forever for him to bring cars down. Girl behind counter was zero help and has an attitude problem. Actually removed my ability to take survey after we finally got our car. I've used SNAP many times but this was probably the last.
Easy drop off. Just got a little wait for the shuttle and a bit of a line as expected. Soon as I left the plane I called them up for transport which pulled up as soon as I came outside. 10 minutes later when we got back to snap my car was already outside and ready to go.

Im actually waiting in the parking lot as we speak. They have damaged my car and took photos of the damage and said it was done prior to arriving. It’s fresh white paint! The bumper is off it’s hinges and it is a fresh scratch! They refused to let me see security footage. I called the police to file a report. When I called the police they advised me to go get pictures if where it was parked. The young girl at the front desk said no customers allowed. I just read on some other reviews that they have white pillars! Which matches the scratches ! I’m calling the better business bureau and filing a claim. NEVER PARK HERE!
paid a decent price . a lot. cheaper than some of the other places nearby. i paid online. dropping my car off was as simple as just that. dropped my car off and hopped on a shuttle immediately after . when i came back from my vacation. i called them to come pick me up from the airport and they were literally there in less than 5 min. got my car no problem. establishment is clean and organized . shuttle drivers are polite and helpful. would def use them again
Bus drove right by us during pick up from airport and had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Second time I’ve had to wait a long time when using them. Other than that they’re pretty good.
I showed up and asked a staff member where to park and got A look of disgust and ignored. Then went inside just to be ignored while the male there finished a text. He then dropped us at the wrong terminal and we had to walk for a solid 30 min with a child and luggage. Upon returning there was a bus and when I waved to get his attention he wagged his finger at me then flew by at a fast rate of speed. When I called to figure out what what up and when to expect another bus the attendant was very short rude and after acting like I was ruining her day by asking for assistance she said someone will be by to get us “ “Eventually” and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company.
I've used this service before in the past and it went seamlessly, however today has been a complete inconvenience! The first bus was full and we were told by the driver that another would arrive shortly. That was not the case. We waited 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up to bring us to the airport! This will be the last time I use SNAP.
Getting in the parking was fine with the shuttle service. But getting the car out of the parking when we came back to NJ was not fun. Wait time was over 30 min. They couldn’t find our car. We had to keep showing the gentleman where the printed car park receipt was since he couldn’t find our car on his phone list of Acura’s…shuttle frequency is 20-30 min to from airport. Car was on the sixth floor and a lady finally got it.
I recently parked my car at the snap parking location in Newark NJ for 5 days while vacationing in Jamaica. During my drop off I explained to the employee with my make and model car the gear shift can sometimes stick preventing my car from turning off properly. I went over details as to how to shut my car off and keys signs that would tell them my car was not shut off (example radio would still be on, my interior lights would be on, and the car would beep when opening the door, and the doors would not lock) the employee stated she understood as her uncle too has a similar issue with his car and she would place a note on my car. Before boarding my flight I called back and spoke to the employee who ensured me my car was fine and if there were any issues they would call me. Returning from my vacation and being handed by keys I discovered my engine light, battery like and other indicators where on and my car would not start. The reception could not inform me of what happened to my car but confirmed that the note details how to turn my car off and my contact number was on the account. I waited over 20 minutes to speak to a supervisor who informed me prior to my arrival my car had to be jumped because my battery was dead and he was unaware as to why. I informed the supervisor that whom ever parked my car did not turn if off proper as the volume on my radio was turned down and my interior lights were switched to the off position indicating they were unable to turn it off and didn't know what to do. The supervisor informed me that he was unable to rectify the situation and instructed me to contact the general manager in the morning. Because of the facility's negligence I have to purchase a hotel room for the night as I live over two hours away and had to pay for a brand new battery to be installed. I have contacted the general manager several times and she has yet to return my phone calls. I would not recommend using this facility for length trips at all
I actually had a good experience with SNAP. I am a bit hesitant with off site parking and they proved me wrong. The shuttle was swift to drop me off and pick me up at my terminal. I saved a good bit of money and would use their services again without hesitation.

I will not be parking at SNAP again. I thought it would be a good option after looking at Google reviews, but I had a terrible experience. To start, we arrived at 5am, and waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. Many other places like this often have numerous shuttles running and you never wait over 10 minutes, but this was not the case. Also, the car in front of us came out of park (or someone forgot to put it in park) and rolled into our car. There was no damage, but there also was no apology from the staff, they just said "thank you for letting us know". And upon our return, it took over 45 minutes for the shuttle to collect us from the airport. We had been traveling for over 12 hours, and that was the last thing we needed on top of everything. So overall, terrible experience.
Only left the car overnight, so maybe they didn't have time to clean the car as I requested. Waited almost an hour to be picked up and the van was too crowded to distance. I thought this was going to be a fancy treat to return to a clean car. Instead I spent $20 for off-site parking in Newark. Not again.
I always leave my car at SNAP when I drive to the airport. I love how my car is always parked in the garage and I don’t have to worry about it being outside, especially in the winter when it snows. The staff I always friendly and helpful. They are also quick to drop you off and pick you up.
SNAP indoor parking. Highly recommended. Great service, efficient, and affordable price. Use the service whenever flying out of Newark.

I park here quite a bit. I've also parked at other lots over the years. Price here is on par, but A) this is INDOOR parking. That means that when it snows, your car is covered!! B) The lot is big enough that they don't need to move your car to an offsite lot like >many
Absolutely seamless drop off and pick up system. Zero hassle. I dropped my car off (I used the prepaid option) and was in the travel van to be brought to the airport within minutes. You’re given a ticket with a number to call after you pick up your luggage when you return, I followed those directions and waited outside for less then a few minutes for the van to be picked up. Upon arrival to SNAP my car was there waiting for me, and I was at the desk for less than a minute to get my keys. Definitely recommend SNAP for long term parking, my car was there for 3 weeks with no problems.
Wonderful service and the most convenient way to park and go. The manager is amazing and very committed and wants what's best for this business. A++
Snap Parking was the best parking service I have ever had. Their service is impeccable, they are friendly and very efficient. I made a reservation online, arrived at the parking lot and within minutes was on the shuttle bus to the airport. No long lines, no waiting, the checkin was so fast that I was at the airport within minutes. Returning home was also a breeze. Easy directions and clear communication. They picked me up less than 10 minutes after I received my bags and my car was ready to go when I arrived back at the lot. This is a five star company, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
