This is the first time we used this location and it was an okay experience. It was easy to find however once we got there it was difficult to really understand what was happening, where we had to pay and where the shuttle was picking us up to the airport. The drop off was fine however the pickup back to our car was a very long ride. It might have been a time when a lot of planes were landing however the whole process took like 45 min to get from us getting into the van and entering the parking lot. Here we spent another 15min to unload and wait in line to pay. We will consider another lot next time as their process doesn't seem to be the most efficient as it seems like they only have 1 van for each direction that transports customers even during peak times.
We were traveling to Europe and flying out of Newark Liberty International Airport. We selected this location to park our car, based upon so many positive reviews written, cordial employees spoken to during phone calls for additional information, and very good parking prices.
Upon arrival at the facility, the service was excellent. The parking facility entry gate was closed when we arrived. Upon opening of the gate, we drove inside and were cordially greeted by the parking attendants, who opened the car doors to allow us to exit the vehicle.
A shuttle bus drove up and parked next to our car. We removed those items from our car that we wished to keep with us as we travelled. The parking attendants transferred the remaining pieces of luggage from our car to the shuttle bus. After going into the office and getting a ticket for our vehicle, we were driven to Newark Airport which was a very short, ten minute drive away.
After returning from our trip, we retrieved our luggage at the baggage carousel, then called Corporate Airport Parking to let them know we were ready to be picked up for our return shuttle ride to the parking facility, to pickup our car. We were directed to the location where we would meet the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus was identified with a sign specifying “Corporate”. We stopped in the rest rooms, went down the escalator and then walked outside the building, just as our shuttle bus was pulling up to the curb.
Our experience in using this service was outstanding! The positive reviews we had read were "spot-on” in every way. I’m not sure that it would be possible to improve upon the experience we had using this facility. If we ever fly out of Newark Airport again, we will definitely utilize this facility to park our car. They were great!

We weren't outside 30 seconds and the shuttle was there to pick us up. When we arrived back, our car was waiting. We were on the road home within 5 minutes and it was 5pm on a Monday. Would definitely use them again.
I've been parking with him for 20 years. Always very professional and friendly. Never have to wait long to get either to or from the airport.
We are regular customers and always found personnel helpful. Vans always available and not over crowded. Always convenient pick up places and not long wait. Will keep using this service and highly recommend for long term parking.
Just lost a customer due to website that belongs in the 90s. How does a person book on that pathetic website. You have great reviews but it seems a lot of your customers are not from your online sales
Getting to this place is a little tricky the first time, it's a bit off the beaten path. That being said, the people have always been great. The service is quick to respond when you call, and my vehicle is always returned the way I left it. Good people, good prices. I have used them at least 10 times, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for them to show up, most of the time, they're there waiting to pick me up.

Parked my car there for 2 nights and when I returned the front of my car was severely damaged. The night manager would not admit that the damage was caused on their lot. I called the Elizabeth police to document the damage. The next day I went back to speak with the manager. He had a video of my car pulling into the lot on the drop off day. He insisted that I brought the car in with the damage even though it was clear on the video that there was no damage to my car. They are taking no responsibility for smashing my front bumper. I asked why they didn't document the damage when I pulled in, and he said they did after I left. It makes no sense that they wouldn't make me sign off that the car was brought in with a smashed front end. Another employee told me I taped up the bumper before I parked there, but had no explanation why there was no tape on the bumper when I picked up the car. My car is a pristine Audi and there is no way I had the damage prior to parking my car on the lot. The employees and managers are liars and have no respect for their customers or take any responsibility for smashing your vehicle.
