I have used them several times as matter of fact always to be precise. Never had an issue .Always quick and fast . Thank god they got rid of the women who works night shifts .OMG she was the rudest person i came across ,horrible attitude and filthy mouth. I was going to complain in Attorney Gen Office . This time I dealt with this young fellow I think his name is George (with beard ) very nice and efficient .Great to deal with him (God Bless) . The driver Edward is another nice person. It is always great to park here .I recommend highly .Must have a reservation.

My husband and I went away a few weeks ago last minute and we were scrambling for a long term parking venue. We decided on EZ Way and had a great experience. Close to the airport, no wait time for the shuttle (there and back), and upon leaving and finalizing the total bill, my husband did not use a coupon that would have significantly decreased the price. I was told to speak with a woman named Joy to resolve the matter. I spoke with her first thing Monday morning and she completely understood and was both courteous and professional. She honored the coupon and promptly sent out a check for reimbursement. Excellent customer service and great staff!! Thank you!

Smooth and competent, price was very reasonable. A little bit of a wait at pickup, but to be expected given the unpredictable traffic and long traffic lights around EWR. I appreciated that the vans are well marked (unlike some of the competition sporting xeroxed pages taped inside tinted windows). I'll use them again.

I’ve parked here 3 times for travel out of EWR. The staff is extremely rude. Every time, it never fails. I get status alerts for when something is happening to my car and I’m not near by. I got an alert that my car was being locked and unlocked 32 times!!! When I called to find out what was going on the person on the phone said that he wasn’t sure but it was an accident. On top of all of that .. when you call to get a ride from the airport it always takes at least 30-40 minutes for one of their drivers to pick you up. After a long day of travel and wanting to get home to your family this is extremely frustrating. The van will speed right by you. Also their staff never had masks on on any of my visits there. I rather park somewhere else and pay more if it means better service.

I love EZ way! I've been using it for years and have recommended them without hesitation!

I’m not too down with the price increase though…

$17 per day is a deal now? Wow.

Terrible. The person answering the phone is exceptionally rude and condescending. He said it would be 30 minutes until the driver showed up. At 40 minutes I called to find out how much longer it would be. He claimed that I missed the van and that regardless of what I said, he was right. The driver was very nice though. He said he had received a call just a few minutes ago. Ever heard of customer service?! Will never use again.

Best hotel with the best staff!! I was originally booked at the Motel 6 because I was only supposed to be there overnight, but the shuttle never came. When I asked the driver of the Crowne Plaza van if he ever sees them show up, he offered to take me there. He didn't have to do this, and didn't even accept my money. When I got to the Motel 6, it was HORRIFIC, and I thought I was going to get kidnapped there. I didn't know what to do, so I called the Crowne Plaza front desk. The young woman who answered was very understanding of my situation, and contacted the shuttle driver to come pick me up from there. Luckily, he came and picked me up again and I ended up staying at the Crowne Plaza, which was a very nice hotel. I completely recommend this hotel to everyone near the Newark Airport. Thank you to the heroes who helped me, you are amazing!!! (I forget the shuttle driver's name, however, he referred to himself as the Egyptian shuttle driver. Amazing employee!)

No....just no. Go stay at the Hilton across the road. No one picks up the phone. The shuttle doesn’t run when it’s supposed to. Had to call a cab for airport pick up. Walked in a man was literally calling the police because of some issue with a refund. The hotel itself is ok but lacking in hospitality. $18 for breakfast, and there’s nothing nearby—unless you’re okay with fast food. No thanks but I’d rather walk to McDonald’s. Dude, no.

I never really do reviews, but I am compelled to do so. I chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant, a pool, a shuttle. It also had 3.5 stars. The reality? No one answers the phone (ever) so getting picked up by the shuttle was a mess, and you literally cannot connect with the front desk or housekeeping or ANYONE by phone from your room. All amenities closed (with no warning) except for a nasty "store" filled with dead frozen food. The location is in the middle of nowhere, so you are trapped in a dirty, rundown, the pillows smell so bad, embarrassment of a hotel. I am an experienced budget traveler. Choose ANYWHERE else.

We used their stay and park service for the Newark airport.

The night of our arrival, the ticket machine was not in service. We got to our room, which was relatively clean. However, the air conditioning unit was making a loud squeaking noise and the machine would not turn off.

The next day, we took the shuttle to the airport, which was a short ride.

Upon arriving at our destination, I realized that we had left behind a sentimental item in the hotel room. Immediately, I called Crowne Plaza and used the automated system to be connected with the lost and found.

No one answered, so I left a detailed message with a description of the item, our names and room number, and our phone number. We never received a call back in the week we were away.

When we arrived back at Newark Airport, the shuttle took a long time to get there and the driver was quite rude. The front desk did not have our lost item, nor did they know anything about the message that we had left on the lost and found mailbox.

All in all, we have used other nearby hotels with stay and park services that were MUCH better. I will not use Crowne Plaza again.

I used EZ Way parking for many years because they charged a reasonable price of $8.00 per day (and I did my best to fly out of Newark because of this). However they have increased their prices by 50& in the last month. As a result of this there is no reason for me to go out of my way to use them moving forward. In all probability I will start using other New York airports and no longer park at their site. Their actions have cost them a long term customer.

I have used EZ way many many times and will continue to do so. Very reliable service and I think the longest I have waited for pickup upon return to Newark has been about 30 minutes, however, all the other time it was 15 minutes or less. Their drivers are nice, always cheerful, and good drivers. Checkin is always super quick as is check out. Reasonable rates and they take good care of your car. I have never had any issue with my car or things that I may have left in the car after leaving it with EZ way.

Nothing was wrong with my stay at the hotel. But the town itself is pretty bad. I could hear loud cars flying down the street all the time. Didn't feel safe in this city. Not sure if it's a problem with just this location or the whole town.

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not park here. First, the shuttle arrived incredibly late for our departing flight so we were incredibly late and most missed our flight. Upon return, charged twice for parking because “they’re old school with no computers for proof of payment”. When we arrived to our car, it was double parked and had to wait again to find an attendant to move the other vehicle. Finally, about to leave - the gate was being operated by the hotel and wouldn’t open.

I have used EZ Way parking for every trip we took for at least ten years. They are the best. Clean shuttles with safe drivers, minutes from Newark airport. My car is in a secure parking area. Never had one complaint. I highly recommend this service!

Unexpected stay after our flight was canceled, staff were all very friendly.

Free shuttle to and from airport, it runs every half hour or so.

Coffee shop with sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit cups and other items was open 7 am to 11pm. Microwave available in this area, there was no microwave in our room.

No business center at this time( due to Covid)

Room was comfortable and clean, mugs and cups in room were glass and not disposable, which was surprising and not preferable during Covid precautions. Ice and a soda vending machine was available near the elevators

We could hear music from a local bar late at night, I think we were on the south side of the building.

As an aviation geek, I LOVED that the window in my room had a view of the airport with the city skyline in the background! It was rainy when I was there, but it was still a great view. The staff were pretty standoffish and short-mannered, but that's probably normal for the area (just not normal for a Texan). The part that really sold me on this place was the $1 parking deal they had going at the time! Other hotels I called in the city had parking fees of up to $60/night, so when the booking agent on the phone said they were having a $1/night special, I jumped on it. But, even outside of the special, it's only $15/night, which is still a good rate for the city.

It's a nice enough hotel for the price. Pool is still not open. Very glad the cafe was open this time. Room was clean except the tub, needs a good SCRUB with the right cleaners. But other than that, good hotel. I've stayed before and I'd stay again.

I spent my time here for 2 nights, I give 4 stars because I found one BT of soft drinks in the cabinet is nearly safety boxes and the sign in this hotel show 100% with out smoking but by the way start from the lobby till my room, I can smell very strong off cigarette and weeds😂😂 if you like is good but if you don’t like no choice, I understand the hotel can’t control about this,no breakfast service during COVID 19,you can’t walk to the mall, the location is good very close to the airport and free airport shuttle but for travelers if you want to buy something you need to take a transfer service Uber or lift because you can’t walk

For food is good they have small coffee shop, and some snacks, room is clean, good price I will came back again

Reserved a spot online about a month ago for my trip like I always do. Pulled into the lot to park and was told by the man behind the counter they are full. I told him I have a reservation. He said they are full. That is the website and they don’t care about that. They are full. What is the point of having a website to make a reservation when they do not honor it? I went to Snap Parking instead and had a wonderful experience. I will never park here again.

My complaint is mostly with the airport shuttle for the airport to be so close to the hotel it shouldn’t take a whole hour to be picked up which was more frustrating was they wouldn’t pick up the phone. I have stayed at this hotel before with no problems however I never took there shuttle until today it was about 20 people waiting for a shuttle every single one was picked up by there hotel but me I literally started to breakdown because they would not pick up the phone and the shuttle took a whole hour to come get me as I watch the Marriott and courtyard to name a few come by three times. If you are on business or had a long flight do not book this hotel there’s so many better options for the same price point.

Hotel airport shuttle took almost an hour to get to the airport. The hotel lobby smelled like weed, the room smelled like stale cigarettes and the bathroom and bedding wasn't cleaned. Don't waste your time and money.

My best suggestion would be to not stay here. There are bugs in the bed. Washroom shower is broken or either slow water, in winter you will shower with cold water.

You have to pay for parking, which is according to me ridiculous. It looks good from the outside, but the rooms are old and smelly.

There is smoke in every floor, during covid, I found this weird thing. Very few people wear a mask. Most employees don’t wear a mask.

It’s not worth the money, you can spend it elsewhere. Just staying for a night, this was my experience and my worst experience ever.

I travel a lot and stay at many hotels. This one is the worst.

I try to stay here before flying out of EWR the next morning! It is clean and comfortable. I can usually find a discounted price on one of the travel web sights, making it close in price to one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

Not sure about cost of parking, I park here for my stay then park elsewhere while I am out of town. You generally have to get a parking ticket to enter the lot, then make sure to have the front desk validate it if leaving the next morning.

If I could give this hotel a ZERO, I honestly would. What a nightmare of a stay. Room was dirty- specifically the bathroom, furniture with tears and holes, stained carpets. Photos to prove it. Vanessa, front desk receptionist, the worst- horrible customer service, no willingness to even try to assist. Then put on earbuds, plays on tablet. Worst experience from beginning to end, workers do not care! Just collecting a paycheck, not my problem, Manager is not here, let them deal with the issue attitudes. You'll probably have a better experience at Motel 6 across the street.

If you like wretched hotels, unsanititary rooms and lobby and rude and inattentive staff, that don’t follow government rules, this place is for you! Majority of people are allowed to walk freely without a face covering and no one says nothing to them! I wanted to grab a bite to eat but even the girl at the cafeteria wasn’t wearing her mask! Be advised that upon arrival you have to pay to park your car in the hotel parking and you will have to wait 30 minutes in line.

This place is a dump. If you need a bare bones place, I guess it'll do since it has a shuttle. Apathetic front desk and shuttle staff. No water for coffee in the room. Rooms are beat up like an old motel. No sidewalks to walk and on dangerous road to get a quick bite. Look across thr street for the better hotels.

I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza Newark many times this year and their service and hotel is impeccable. Even during this pandemic, the housekeepers clean immaculately everyday, the lobby employees are like old friends, and the overall atmosphere is clean, safe, and enjoyable. Leslie Rodriguez is like my best friend now and she is always extremely helpful, courteous (even when guests are absolutely rude and nasty), and makes you want to come back again and again. Keyla Dayanara also works with Leslie and they are both great employees. If I owned a hotel i would most definitely steal them from Crowne Plaza 😁

Most of the staff was great, one female at front desk made you feel like you were bothering her. Thin walls, room was clean, but condition of some items was poor. No restaurant, bar, gym or pool open dispite what the website says.

We've been using EZ Way parking for about 3-5 years now. We love that there is always a van waiting for us when we get there and we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a pick up upon our return. The drivers are friendly and we've never had any type of problem with the service. Vans could be a little cleaner or kept up but nothing worth complaining about.

Very clean. Reasonably priced. And the manager at the front desk is just so sweet and we even have our own inside joke lol! We are satisfied whenever we stay. 🙏

I complained about a roach on the TV console at 10:58 11/21/20. The female at the front desk said she will advise a manager but one was not available. I waited until Monday, woman took my information, said she knew which person I spoke to originally and said a manager would get back to me. I sent an email detailing the incident... no response. I'm not even mad about the roach. I mad that I paid to sleep in a place with roaches that is supposed to be upstanding but they didn't even respond to my concerns.

UPDATE 12/4/2020 - It has also just come to my attention that my laptop was stolen from my car during this whole ordeal. Parking here has now cost me $1,800 for a three night stay. DO. NOT. COME. HERE.

Editing my five star review to one star. Visited on 11/27/2020 - 11/29/2020, and have used this service many, many times before without issue. I returned to my car after calling the shuttle and providing my ticket number, as I usually do, and found my car pulled out for me and waiting out front of the check in building - I was confused as this has never, ever been the practice before. My car had damage on the front AND the back, and it was clear that they had been driving it around as my mileage was higher than when I left it. They hit not one, but TWO other vehicles while I was gone for two days.

When confronted, they were incredibly rude, and provided me a phone number to make a claim with "Joy" who has not returned any phone calls or messages - same as many other reviewers stated.

I now need to file a claim through my insurance to have the damage repaired.

Best Parking option at Newark NJ Liberty Airport! Great location, secure facility, easy shuttle service and polite customer service. And if that wasn't enough, they provide the most affordable price. I've been parking there for many, many years without any delay or incident!!

My stay was decent for the night . The room phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call down for room service. I stayed there a week and a half ago still didn’t receive my $50 security deposit . They don’t answer the phone

I don't like this place at all. The first time was bad and the second time I took pictures. Filthy carpet, visibly dirty thermostat and remote control. The chair in my room was all crumbling pleather. Nothing nearby. Customers expected to wear masks but lobby staff are not wearing masks. Housekeeping was wearing a face shield and gloves when I had to call for towels. They are low on towels apparently which is just ridiculous. 2 things about this hotel that are good are the beds and the van drivers are friendly.

I was told to come to this hotel because the other Holiday Inn was being renovated and this was an UPGRADE package 🙁 , idk why they felt this is an upgrade ...........the door can barely close , the shower head felt like it was going break with all the noise it was making & I could hear everybody convocation from the two rooms beside me. Don’t waste anytime coming here people find somewhere that’s better for the same price ...felt like I went back to the 90 with that hotel. I think red roof in this hotel is the same

The front desk workers were so rude. I had prepaid for the room online and when I came inside she still tried to charge me again. They hung up on us when we were asking questions for my room. The bathtub kept stopping up no plastic cups in the rooms the Keurig was dirty it was just a bad experience The only thing I say was positive with the beds were comfortable. The area was just sketchy.

I was moved to this hotel after waiting forever (30+ mins) in line to check in found out had to pay for parking. Don't get me wrong the place is nice but I booked a place w free parking not 15 buck parking. Room was a king with a couch it was big and clean. Service was slow and location was okay but not where I needed to be.

I stayed here for about 4 weeks on a business trip so I have good insight on reviewing this hotel. The hotel elevators always smell like weed which is gross. The guests that stay there are very rough (sorry a little judgmental). The front desk people were very helpful when needed. The man at the gate was very rude and had little patience for new guests not understanding that you need to validate your parking ticket before leaving. No one offered to help with my luggage. The beds were pretty firm and pillows were not very comfortable. All in all it was ok. A bit below average.

Customer service was bad. They didn"t tell us where the elevator was another customer had to tell us after we asked the front desk 5 times and was ignored.

Ice machine didn't work we had to try 4 different floors because we weren't informed. Charged 15.00 for parking for the guest even if you have a room there. They didn't tell us about the parking fee until after the room was paid for.

The pullout sofa was covered in plastic wrap with a whole in the plastic. Was not provided with sheet, pillow and blanket for pull out sofa so I basically felt like a sandwich. Bathroom had previously used toilet paper half done and not replace. Went to get more tissue and they didn't have any and said they would have to check another room. I would not NEVER stay here again!!!! 😡🤬😡🤬😤😡😤

I clicked on the website to book a room. I got the confirmation right away and it even sent a pending charge to my debit card. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation. After waiting for someone to answer for 10 minutes, they said they don’t see our reservation, to call back in two hours. This was 5pm. I called around 6:30 just to see if it went through early, I called 3 times and all times nobody answered the phone. I then waiting til 7:30 where I tried another 3 times and my daughter even tried from her phone a few times and still no answer. Since the charge was on my card and I got a confirmation email, I thought nothing of it. When we got to the hotel, our family members went ahead of us and the young girl at the counter said they have 2 rooms left and booked them a single last minute room on the 8th floor. When we went up, she said she could not find our reservation and that they were booked solid. We showed her the confirmation email and said it was through a third party. I was confused since I clicked on the Crowne Plaza website to make the reservation. I asked if there was any room left she said no, and she was very snarky. We walked outside and found the “third party” where we booked the hotel from (Guest Reservation) and they answered in 30 seconds the first try. They began to explain that they would have to confirm with the hotel that we did not get the room so they can issue a refund. I was on hold for 30 minutes because Crowne Plaza would not answer their phones still. We had to book another nearby hotel, the Renaissance (4/5 star hotel. Beautiful and less expensive). The next morning I called the guest reservation company again to see about my refund, they had to reach out to the Crowne Plaza again, waited for an hour for them to answer their phones. I finally got my refund. Horrible service. The Renaissance had such friendly people, it was quick, affordable, beautiful, and clean.

This was an average hotel that's located close to the airport. I originally was booked for the holiday inn but it was being renovated so we were sent here. For an airport hotel there were a few things lacking... No luggage scale on the premises, staff wasn't overly accommodating and this hotel could use a renovation. The double bed room was small too.

Its actually surprising how bad the customer service is. The person who checked me was borderline obnoxiously rude. The guy waiting on line behind me was straight up ignored while she finished a conversation with her coworker. The bed is guaranteed to have you tired the next day with a sore back. Even the couch in the room was uncomfortable. Oh and the before lowering their prices on priceline they started charging 15 for overnight parking....I guess that makes for clever marketing, not so much for a good experience.

Rooms smelled like smoke & they charge you $250 if you smoke in rooms

I had 2 rooms. But not adjoining or close rooom a available. Also there were patrons smokinhg in the hallway. Also delivery person said they were not allowed to bring food to the room.

Rooms were clean n comfy if u can get past the other things to enjoy your stay

In order to get inside I had to walk through a cloud of smoke. Each time I attempted it to enter the building. There were at least 7 vagrant. Crowding the door & smoking. At night the lobby is full of drug dealers/users.

The pictures posted by the owner are not accurate. This hotel {Elizabeth} shares post & photos with the Crown in Clark, NJ

Room was clean .. parking lot available for free .. the attached restaurant had great servers but food wasn't that good.

There is small overpriced store.

There is coffee maker in every room.

Ice machine + vending machine in every floor.

Parking lot is safe.

Monique was just the sweetest phone person I have spoken to out of all hotels I called. Just the best attitude and beyond professional. The location for an airport layover is fantastic and the free shuttle service is great. The restaurant is quite expensive as are the little shops inside. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 double beds. Also, the water was hot even on the coldest setting. Could not have a shower as a result, luckily the front desk gave me access to a nearby room so I could shower. All in all, the stay was fine but nothing to write home about

Needs a renovation and TLC!Not the best hotel for cleanliness! The hallway carpeting looks old and stained, dirt embedded.

Bedroom closet door off hinges. Peeling wallpaper as well as lounge chair torn and material chaffing. Furniture is old and outdated. I bathed cold water since the hot wouldn't come on and when it did, it turned cold fast.

Bed was okay but comforter had some tiny stains.

The noises can be heard outside my room and in the next room. Made it very difficult to get rest.

This is an older hotel. It was a very comfortable stay. The shower pressure is very sufficient, making the task of taking the shower very efficient and comfortable. Bed is comfortable as well. Staff was very friendly including the shuttle bus driver.

Excellentvalue for our money. Also I was extremely happy to have real coffee mugs in the room not Styrofoam or paper also for the coffee stirrer they use a wooden straw instead of plastic. They also offered in room organic coffee pods which is amazing. my only suggestion for that is to have actual creamer instead of powdered creamer to complete the early morning coffee experience.

The hotel is a little older in appearance however it is extremely clean the staff is friendly and professional.

we also enjoyed the restaurant both for the dinner and breakfast excellent service excellent value-for-money.

Booked a room through my travel agency for work. Apparently there were issues with the card. So instead of reaching out to travel agency, I learn that my reservation was canceled. 1AM stranded in Newark, NJ with bad weather. A simple call could have addressed the issue... Would not recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a convenient and simple stay.

For the price, you get what you need - homebase while you run NJ/NY. Room service is overpriced and not good. Don't expect more than a luke warm shower. You'll hear your loud speaking neighbors. Dated, but not too outdated. Otherwise, clean facility, the beds are comfortable and the location is perfect for getting around.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Victor at check in was excellent.

Was staying here because my flight was delayed. Airline gave me a $15 voucher for dinner. Used it at the bar but my credit card was still charged $15. Tried calling accounting and front office manager but no answer and mailbox is full (been a week). Talked to front desk (very helpful lady) who got my information and forward it but still no call back from accounting. Customer service is not their strength.

I've been to many great Crowne Plazas, this isn't one of them. While it's great to have an airport shuttle it's by no means unique. And a location with no sidewalks in the street outside should mean guests are to be warned they're stuck unless they have their own means of transportation. Much worse though is the appalling hygiene of the breakfast buffet and the attitude of a staff that'll happily chat on between themselves when a guests walks up, and offer no explanation or apology when the guests key for unexplained reasons have stopped working. Most likely due to incorrect coding or maybe just because the mag stripe is such an outdated technology that wasn't designed to be near modern mobile phones... There are better hotels at similar or better price around...

Crowne Plaza has some of the nicest people I have ever met. Timely service and absolutely great food and atmosphere. There's a guy who usually works Saturdays who is wonderful to talk to. If you ever see him tell him I said hi 😉

Stayed there on the way to and from Aruba. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had dinner in the lounge and the food was good. Never got to use the pool. Good place for a layover.

Been traveling to Newark on business for last 20 years at least monthly. Stayed at every hotel several times around airport including this hotel. 35 minutes for shuttle to arrive, previously called hotel 4 times for info from front desk and customer no service and for 10 minutes no response. Arrived at hotel with 13 people wanting to check in at 7 pm and only one person at front desk and no manager and they wouldn't call one. There are dozens of competitors NEVER STAY AT THIS HORRIBLY MANAGED FACILITY .15 minutes later line hasn't moved now going to bar.

Not bad for an overnight, but if it's for a few days, might have to think about it. The place is a bit outdated, and could use an upgrade. Plenty of parking, although you need to pay for it. The morning staff was helpful, but the night shift needs more training. The room was your standard king size bed in tight quarters, and it was in need of carpet cleaning badly. Not sure when was that room last used, as dust was visible in most of the room. Tried to get some room service, but was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Decided to order from somewhere nearby. With more staff training, and perhaps, a due renovation, this spot could earn more stars.

Stayed weekly over a period of two and a half years so I know the Crowne Plaza in Elizabeth very well. The hotel rooms are a tad dated but shouldn't discourage anyone from staying. It's always clean and the staff when I was there was top notch. The restaurant is dated and can get backed up at times but is very convenient. Cant say the hotel location is the greatest but it has 24/7 security and secured parking. Plenty to do and eat nearby just be careful.

This is a convenient hotel to the EWR airport. It's nice enough. The towels could be fluffier. The bar/restaurant has a nice happy hour, but only discounted prices on drinks, not food. The staff is super nice.

The Crowne Plaza Elizabeth is my hotel of choice when in the Newark area. I have been staying here almost weekly for nearly 5 years. There have been many changes! It's the staff that makes it special. Leslie at the front desk is possibly the nicest person you will ever meet! She has always gone out of her way to help me with any concerns I might have. Stella in the restaurant is always courteous and friendly....and a good listener as well!

The entire staff from the housekeepers to the van drivers are excellent.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The exercise facility is fully stocked and the guest laundry is always clean as well.

Before I opted for this hotel, it was a struggle for my friend and myself but this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the reception to our suite was gorgeous. They are polite, gentle and appropriately connect with their customers. Checking in was like a piece of cake. They have more than adequate elevators with lightening speed. The rooms are very clean and feel comfortable. The rooms could have been a little bigger, but it wasn't an issue. I will recommend this place always.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and willing to serve the guests.

Restaurant is nice and clean. Great tasting food. Would like to share that restaurant staff Estella carries a very pleasant personality. She is very hard working, serving tirelessly with a great smile.
