Excellentvalue for our money. Also I was extremely happy to have real coffee mugs in the room not Styrofoam or paper also for the coffee stirrer they use a wooden straw instead of plastic. They also offered in room organic coffee pods which is amazing. my only suggestion for that is to have actual creamer instead of powdered creamer to complete the early morning coffee experience.
The hotel is a little older in appearance however it is extremely clean the staff is friendly and professional.
we also enjoyed the restaurant both for the dinner and breakfast excellent service excellent value-for-money.

As an aviation geek, I LOVED that the window in my room had a view of the airport with the city skyline in the background! It was rainy when I was there, but it was still a great view. The staff were pretty standoffish and short-mannered, but that's probably normal for the area (just not normal for a Texan). The part that really sold me on this place was the $1 parking deal they had going at the time! Other hotels I called in the city had parking fees of up to $60/night, so when the booking agent on the phone said they were having a $1/night special, I jumped on it. But, even outside of the special, it's only $15/night, which is still a good rate for the city.

My husband and I went away a few weeks ago last minute and we were scrambling for a long term parking venue. We decided on EZ Way and had a great experience. Close to the airport, no wait time for the shuttle (there and back), and upon leaving and finalizing the total bill, my husband did not use a coupon that would have significantly decreased the price. I was told to speak with a woman named Joy to resolve the matter. I spoke with her first thing Monday morning and she completely understood and was both courteous and professional. She honored the coupon and promptly sent out a check for reimbursement. Excellent customer service and great staff!! Thank you!

I am writing simply because I had a perfect experience. I arrived and was promptly driven to EWR nearby. On my return I was promptly picked-up, my payment processed in accordance with my reservation and my car had been pulled-up in front of the office. Everyone I encountered was polite. Best hotel with the best staff!! I was originally booked at the Motel 6 because I was only supposed to be there overnight, but the shuttle never came. When I asked the driver of the Crowne Plaza van if he ever sees them show up, he offered to take me there. He didn't have to do this, and didn't even accept my money. When I got to the Motel 6, it was HORRIFIC, and I thought I was going to get kidnapped there. I didn't know what to do, so I called the Crowne Plaza front desk. The young woman who answered was very understanding of my situation, and contacted the shuttle driver to come pick me up from there. Luckily, he came and picked me up again and I ended up staying at the Crowne Plaza, which was a very nice hotel. I completely recommend this hotel to everyone near the Newark Airport. Thank you to the heroes who helped me, you are amazing!!! (I forget the shuttle driver's name, however, he referred to himself as the Egyptian shuttle driver. Amazing employee!)

Unexpected stay after our flight was canceled, staff were all very friendly.
Free shuttle to and from airport, it runs every half hour or so.
Coffee shop with sandwiches, pastries, fresh fruit cups and other items was open 7 am to 11pm. Microwave available in this area, there was no microwave in our room.
No business center at this time( due to Covid)
Room was comfortable and clean, mugs and cups in room were glass and not disposable, which was surprising and not preferable during Covid precautions. Ice and a soda vending machine was available near the elevators
We could hear music from a local bar late at night, I think we were on the south side of the building.

Stayed there on the way to and from Aruba. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had dinner in the lounge and the food was good. Never got to use the pool. Good place for a layover.

This is an older hotel. It was a very comfortable stay. The shower pressure is very sufficient, making the task of taking the shower very efficient and comfortable. Bed is comfortable as well. Staff was very friendly including the shuttle bus driver.

Even during this pandemic, the housekeepers clean immaculately everyday, the lobby employees are like old friends, and the overall atmosphere is clean, safe, and enjoyable. Leslie Rodriguez is like my best friend now and she is always extremely helpful, courteous (even when guests are absolutely rude and nasty), and makes you want to come back again and again. Gloria Rito also works with Leslie a lot and they are both great employees. If I owned a hotel i would most definitely steal them from Crowne Plaza 😁

I have used EZ way many many times and will continue to do so. Very reliable service and I think the longest I have waited for pickup upon return to Newark has been about 30 minutes, however, all the other time it was 15 minutes or less. Their drivers are nice, always cheerful, and good drivers. Checkin is always super quick as is check out. Reasonable rates and they take good care of your car. I have never had any issue with my car or things that I may have left in the car after leaving it with EZ way.

I spent my time here for 2 nights, I give 4 stars because I found one BT of soft drinks in the cabinet is nearly safety boxes and the sign in this hotel show 100% with out smoking but by the way start from the lobby till my room, I can smell very strong off cigarette and weeds😂😂 if you like is good but if you don’t like no choice, I understand the hotel can’t control about this,no breakfast service during COVID 19,you can’t walk to the mall,the location is good very close to the airport and free airport shuttle but for travelers if you want to buy something you need to take a transfer service Uber or lift because you can’t walk

i parked here and picked up my car yesterday , me and my brother parked same time so we had here 2 cars. i was really nervous seeing and reading all reviews...
but my experience was phenomenal , i already used 2 other parking places in this area , this place had a lot of spots where to park , sighing in took latterly 1 minute , driver was ready and took us to the airport right the way, the way took under 3 minutes till the airport door.
on way back i called driver he was by me 15 minutes later which is normal waiting time.
as i arrived to the parking my car was prepared by the kiosk, took me 1 minute and i was out !
- price was really good and i had printed out my online booking and promotion so when i came back i showed them the confirmation and paid exactly what was agreed.
i will definitely come back to this parking. and hope my next experience will be the same.

I try to stay here before flying out of EWR the next morning! It is clean and comfortable. I can usually find a discounted price on one of the travel web sights, making it close in price to one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
Not sure about cost of parking, I park here for my stay then park elsewhere while I am out of town. You generally have to get a parking ticket to enter the lot, then make sure to have the front desk validate it if leaving the next morning.

We've been using EZ Way parking for about 3-5 years now. We love that there is always a van waiting for us when we get there and we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a pick up upon our return. The drivers are friendly and we've never had any type of problem with the service. Vans could be a little cleaner or kept up but nothing worth complaining about.

Stayed weekly over a period of two and a half years so I know the Crowne Plaza in Elizabeth very well. The hotel rooms are a tad dated but shouldn't discourage anyone from staying. It's always clean and the staff when I was there was top notch. The restaurant is dated and can get backed up at times but is very convenient. Cant say the hotel location is the greatest but it has 24/7 security and secured parking. Plenty to do and eat nearby just be careful.

The Crowne Plaza Elizabeth is my hotel of choice when in the Newark area. I have been staying here almost weekly for nearly 5 years. There have been many changes! It's the staff that makes it special. Leslie at the front desk is possibly the nicest person you will ever meet! She has always gone out of her way to help me with any concerns I might have. Stella in the restaurant is always courteous and friendly....and a good listener as well!
The entire staff from the housekeepers to the van drivers are excellent.
The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The exercise facility is fully stocked and the guest laundry is always clean as well.

Before I opted for this hotel, it was a struggle for my friend and myself but this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the reception to our suite was gorgeous. They are polite, gentle and appropriately connect with their customers. Checking in was like a piece of cake. They have more than adequate elevators with lightening speed. The rooms are very clean and feel comfortable. The rooms could have been a little bigger, but it wasn't an issue. I will recommend this place always.

I have used them several times as matter of fact always to be precise. Never had an issue .Always quick and fast . Thank god they got rid of the women who works night shifts .OMG she was the rudest person i came across ,horrible attitude and filthy mouth. I was going to complain in Attorney Gen Office . This time I dealt with this young fellow I think his name is George (with beard ) very nice and efficient .Great to deal with him (God Bless) . The driver Edward is another nice person. It is always great to park here .I recommend highly .Must have a reservation.

Nothing was wrong with my stay at the hotel. But the town itself is pretty bad. I could hear loud cars flying down the street all the time. Didn't feel safe in this city. Not sure if it's a problem with just this location or the whole town.

Absolutely recommend this company for parking at Newark. Close to the airport, secured lot, and extremely easy to work with. After arriving, we were on way to the airport in minutes. When I landed, I called and we were in the short shuttle ride back to our car in 10 minutes. The dispatcher was clear in their instructions on where to meet the driver, and when we arrived back to the lot, our car was pulled out front and ready! The price I paid was precisely what was advertised, and EZ Way made everything a seamless experience.

I was moved to this hotel after waiting forever (30+ mins) in line to check in found out had to pay for parking. Don't get me wrong the place is nice but I booked a place w free parking not 15 buck parking. Room was a king with a couch it was big and clean. Service was slow and location was okay but not where I needed to be.

Shuttle was speedy both directions, picked me up within 10 minutes after I called coming back, my truck was pulled right to the front when we arrived. Price seemed very reasonable with the reservation. (Can't say I priced others). I give 4.5 stars, lost 0.5 for leaving empty coffee cup and lunch bag in the truck. I see 1 star reviews saying they are rude, it's NYC, that's how they talk, they are busy and don't have time for nonsense.
