Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I took my nice Acura there for 5 nights with doubts because of the area but the parking lot was well lit. The gates closed at a certain time of the night, I received my car after the trip before I even paid.
Arriving there I had my luggage in the shuttle within minutes and arrived at the airport within 10 minutes.
Surely getting picked up was chaotic and you need to understand that while getting picked up at any airport. We ended up just taking a taxi back for 20 dollars because we didn’t want to waste anymore time. Would definitely recommend to others and would more than likely go again.

Excellent experience - other non-expensive options we saw online could require searching for a spot, carrying our luggage to a central location, hoping a shuttle would come soon, etc. For a couple of bucks more, this involved none of that, and at Value there was totally quick friendly and efficient valet service at both ends of our trip. 2/22/2024 to 2/25/2024 Service was very good and polite called the phone number and made my reservations. Reply to me with a full email of the date time and cost to drop off my car at four in the morning workers were willing to help and get me to my flight on time, on the return flight back to Newark followed the instructions that were given made a phone call told them my location was there no less than 15 to 20 minutes A+ service.

I promised I would post this review because Value Parking is so terrific. Hey, I've parked (with a reservation) at a place at LaGuardia (a special kind of hell) and stressed missing my flight. This won't ever happen with Value Parking. I actually hope they can get a service going at LGA, because then life would be easier for everyone. They do a great job, their service is exact, and there are no confusing pieces to stress about. Book the reservation, drop your car, and enjoy your trip. We usually park at another place across the Street from this Value Parking. They were closed, so we pulled in here. We were pleasantly surprised, they were very efficient and had us at the airport in ten minutes. The return was also a good experience, we called and a van came within six minutes. They were also less expensive than were we usually park so we will park here in the future. Joshua the gentleman on-site was very pleasant and professional.

Just returned from a week long trip. The experience with Value Parking was great on both ends of the trip. On arrival our reservation was processed promptly and we were in the terminal within 15 minutes of parking. On return, the shuttle driver arrived within 10 minutes of our call for pickup. Courteous staff and drivers !

Single dad traveling with a 4YO…parked the car, dropped off at the terminal, checked bags and were about to go through security with we realized her favorite “guy” aka a stuffed animal was still in the car. Called the office and they got a new van to run it directly to us in 10 mins!!! Made the flight with plenty of time to spare. Amazing service we will not soon forget!!!

We used this parking for 10 days. This was my 1st time using a long term parking facility so I was a little skeptical. Check in was simple and quick. The shuttle took us quickly to our terminal. Upon returning we called as instructed and they came in about 10mins. My vehicle was intact and park in the front waiting for me. Check out was super quick. I highly recommend this place. They were professional and efficient.

The staff here is extremely attentive and helps to unload and load your bags. Their office and lot is clean. They have a covered area when you pull in if it's raining. Bathrooms available. Their shuttles are clean and timely. Definitely worth every penny.
We found this place after first going to "The Parking Point" two blocks away. The other place pales in comparison to Value Parking.

I just want to say thank you to the guys at Value Parking. It’s my birthday, I’m traveling from PA and had a flight this morning. In the mist of getting to NJ, I got a flat tie and was delayed an hour. When I finally got to NJ, I had reservations for “The Parking Point,” however when I arrived I was told the lot was full. So I immediately rushed to the closest parking which was Value Parking. I was extremely emotional during this experience, so thank you guys for putting up with all my crying. The guys at Value Parking immediately put me on their shuttle and transported me to the airport, unfortunately I arrived too late and missed my flight. I called Value Parking back and they transported me back to my car. Hassle free, definitely booking with them while I’m in NJ! Thanks again guys!!

First time customer. Great experience. Pulled in with no reservation, left my truck at the airport in a few minutes. Driver was courteous. Upon pick up, called over for a ride, they said a van would be there in under 12 minutes. It pulled up in nine. Driver on the way back over super awesome, gave me a weather update (impending storm). When I got there my truck was waiting for me. I would definitely use this service again.

As a result of reading some of these reviews, I was a little skeptical. So when I first arrived, I noted to one of the parking lot attendants that this parking lot had a lot of horror stories. He inquired as to why I had even bothered to attend. I'm not sure what my response was, but I'm willing to take a risk.
Upon returning, the shuttle picked us up and drove us to our vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Fortunately, my car was in terrific shape, and the quarters in the glove box were still there. I do not deny that others had difficulties. I didn't, so they get five stars for that. I will continue to utilize this parking lot to park my vehicle till they fail to meet my expectations. So far, we have no complaints. Thank you

These guys were on point! We prepaid for a 4 day parking. As soon as we pulled up, check in took about 30 seconds and the shuttle was there waiting for us. The entire process MAY have taken a minute from arrival to departure to airport. They had valet parking which made it super convenient for us and easier for them to navigate, I'm sure! When we got back after our trip, we called their number for the shuttle ride, and it took them maybe 10 minutes, if that. When we returned to the lot, our car was ready for us! I won't use anyone else for off-site parking!

I never used a parking service while traveling so I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I Used value parking last year and they were amazing, the check-in process was fast , they were super professional, very kind and treated me very good, the shuttle was smoothe and quick to the air port and the return was just as smoothe, our car was in the same condition we left it, no damage and very well taken cared of, this is the only spot I use now for parking when traveling, and not to mention the prices were great way cheaper than the airport. And way better service
