4 days into our 9 day vacation we were involved in a lockdown situation in Wuhan China. We stayed in China for 20 days. We paid $1000 each to the US Embassy for a flight out of China. After that we stayed At Travis AFB for 14 days quarantine. Our car ended up requiring 34 days of parking. 💰 💵 💰 we reached out to Airpark JFK and explained our situation. They were very accommodating and gave us a very generous “Friend and Family” discount. We will always be grateful for their help. We’ve been using air park for over 20 years. It’s always been a great experience and would highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

We have used them twice so far. In all honesty, I really like them. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I like the drivers because they converse with you and help you with your luggage. They also communicate very well. They have never been rude to us. I don’t understand the reviews that talk about how they’re car is dirty on the outside. It’s not their job to maintain the cleanliness of YOUR vehicle. My husband and I have gotten so use to them, we don’t even want to look elsewhere.

Extremely efficient service. Shuttle was ready to roll when we dropped the car. Again, no waiting when we returned - shuttle was ready at the airport when we called and our car was ready when we were taken to the parking.

Used them for the first time this week. They took good care of our car. I called when my flight arrived and they picked us up shortly after at our terminal. It was a very busy day at JFK and they they were till prompt. Will use them again for sure.

Great professional service. The employees were extremely helpful . Shuttle bus and driver made sure I made it to the proper terminal. Picked me up promptly and had my car waiting for me to go. If I had parked at the airport for much more money it would have taken me just as long to get to my car. I will always use air park from now on.

I recently used this location from august 11-16th. When I approached my vehicle I realized there was damage done to my front bumper and fender. I immediately told the customer service rep and they took pictures and a video. I was instructed to call George on Thursday, this was a saturday night. When I finally got in touch with the rep he instructed me to get a estimate and submit it. I live in duchess county an got a estimate from a certified body shop and submitted it to the proper email address. After multiple attempts calling George he finally answered my request and informed me the estimate was too high and I should put a claim into my insurance company and they can notify him to dispute the claim. I do not feel this is my responsibility to have a claim on my insurance when I was not even in the vehicle when it happened. It is their responsibility to fix the vehicle and take responsibility for their actions. I was treated rudely and have filed a complaint with better business bureau.

Did a drop off. Fast and easy service. Had Ano for a driver, somewhat judgemental questioning and was not dropped off at the airport doors, instead had to walk in the street to them. I guess bc he had a nearby pickup or that's their policies.

The guys at JFK Airpark are top gun. Friendly, efficient service at an affordable price. I use this parking lot frequently and have neber been disappointed !!!!

Location was off the highway amd convenient to locate. We dropped off our car and was taken by shuttle immediately after. We arrived at 10pm the following week and they were there to pick us up quickly with minimal wait! Great place and reasonably priced!

Making a reservation is easily done online with no fee. Conveniently located and quick to get to the terminal. All the staff is super pleasant and our driver Ano was there to pick us up in a flash. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

The service back and forth to JFK was smooth and efficient. I would've given a better rating except that when my car was brought out after a week, it was covered in bird droppings. I could barely avoid it on both the driver and passenger sides of the car. I wanted to complain but suddenly everyone was gone. I just left but that put a damper on the experience. It wasn't as if the staff did not see it when they brought the car out.
