I found this place because my husband was finding places that we felt wouldn't be a good fit for us. I looked on the airport website and had already chosen this place mentally, when it was on their list of preferred parking!!! The price from the 3rd to 6th of October from 5am to 8pm return was like 125. But when I signed up (just to make it easy for myself later) the price dropped to about 94 dollars!!!
We were in the last spot they had at the time and it happened to be where the bus was parked. The driver moved up but my husband had to roll the window down to have him pull up some more for us to get in good (drivers both ways were fantastic) I say alllll this to say that my husband forgot to roll the window up and we had no idea! We were already in Florida when I missed their call. Called back and was told about the window being down AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO COVER IT WITH A BAG!!!!! I AM SOOOO THANKFUL FOR YOU! Upon my return from my 2 week trip my battery had died and soon as my driver dropped me off he called car service they went over in 30 seconds and had me ready to go under 3 mins!!! I found this parking lot “by mistake” a couple of years ago when I googled directions to airport parking, and have been using them many times since. The staff and shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday after I returned from a short trip, my car would not start, and several staff members offered to look at the vehicle to try and help me figure out what the issue was, provided jumper cables and key batteries, and when nothing worked, offered help when I needed to charge my phone and wait for the tow service. They really made an effort to help and I was so grateful!
A few tips if you are planning to park here: - Reserve a spot in advance (it’s easy online) they do get filled up during peak times.
- The parking spots can be tight! If you have to remove child seats, or large pieces of luggage through the side doors, it’s better to do so before you pull into your spot, because you might not be able to open the doors all the way once you are parked. They have oversized parking sport available for oversized vehicles

Best airport lot experience I’ve ever had. We prepaid online very easily through spothero, just had to scan a QR code when pulling in (and there was an attendant right there to make sure scanning worked and to direct us to open portion of the lot). Before we had even gotten out of the car, someone in a scout type car had radioed to the shuttle about our location, and it arrived basically immediately, very polite driver who got our bags, and an easy short ride to the airport. The driver gave us a handy notecard with easy and specific instructions for catching the shuttle upon our return. When we did return, the pickup was simple, and we didn’t wait long at all. Dropped off right by our car. Everyone was very polite, which was kind of shocking for an airport parking lot.

Great location, cars are not parked on top of each other like other lots, they have security, fence and you park yourself. You get to keep your keys so you don’t have to worry about anyone moving your car or driving it. Make an account and download the app. Rack up those flyer points with them and earn a free day every now and then. Make a reservation in advance for the best rate. Easy process once you’re there, shuttle service is great and clean, drivers are great as they handle your luggage and I never had a long wait at the pick up spot at the airport terminals and they drop you and your bags off at your car. They tell you where they will pick you up once you are getting dropped off at the terminal….Just remember to leave them a little tip $.

When the shuttle dropped me and my family off at our car, the driver noticed that our tire was flat. He went to get someone to help us. He brought an air pump then gave us directions to a tire service place so that we could get the tire fixed. We were able to get the tire fixed and drive home safely. After receiving the wrong information about the arrival pick up location I have a suggestion. When I landed in Newark I called the provided phone number and told the gentleman on the other end that I just landed with United and wanted to know where the pick up would be. He said go to the ground level and the shuttle picks up at section #1 every 5 minutes or so. After waiting for 35 minutes I called and said no shuttle had come. He said that I must be at the wrong location. I repeated that were standing at #1. After the back and forth he asked what terminal and I looked around and saw a sign that said terminal A and he then said you need to be at #18. I said why did you tell me to go to #1. He told me that I said I was at terminal C. I never noticed what terminal I was at so he must of misunderstood what I said. That was my experience. My suggestion is in the emails I received after I dropped off the car should have the wording of where to go at each terminal. This would make the experience go much smoother.

I was a bit hesitant about off site parking as I want to make sure I get to the airport early with no delay as well as coming back to picking up the car. Surprisingly the entire process was seamless! When I arrived they told me which section was available to park, the shuttle was right behind our vehicle waiting for us to jump on. Took about a 10 min drive and was dropped off at airport. When I came back I followed the instructions on the postcard they give. When we arrived at the pick up location, 5-10min later the shuttle arrived and ready to pick us up back to our car. I used this place for a vacation two weeks ago, and I would like to share the pros and cons of my experience.
Initially, I had booked another place, but just a few hours before departure, I read some terrible reviews (such as a system where you leave your key with the staff, resulting in car damage by the staff).
I ended up forfeiting the payment for that place and luckily found this one.
**Pros:**
1. You don't have to leave your key with the staff. At other places, there are serious issues like car damage because the staff move cars around arbitrarily. Here, you can feel assured that such problems won't occur.
2. We arrived at 4 a.m. in the dark and were surprised to see a patrol car parked at the entrance. Bad things often happen at night, so it was very reassuring to know that someone was watching over the parking lot.
3. The shuttle bus runs frequently, and the driver is very friendly!
4. Systematic and thoughtful customer service: There's no need to worry about where to catch the shuttle bus on your return trip. They kindly send an email with all the details. Such thoughtful service is truly impressive.
**Cons:**
The only con is that there are no cons.
Overall, this place deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10, and I plan to use it exclusively in the future.

This parking lot is clean - well lit - very secure and super easy to use. When you check in, they tell you which row to use for parking and a shuttle is there in minutes. When they drop you at the airport, they give you a card with a reminder of your row, and easy and specific directions on what to do on return.
It could not have been easier or faster. And the staff are all super friendly and professional.

My favorite parking service in Newark. Have used them dozens of times and have never been disappointed. One of the easiest and fastest lots to access. Upon arrival you can your code, find a spot and the bus picks you up and drives you directly to your terminal. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for the bus. In facts, it’s almost always already waiting. Upon returning to Newark, you simply walk outside to the area referenced on the card your driver gives you and again.. generally a very short wait. On multiple occasions I’ve walked directly onto my flight to find a bus already waiting. Checkout is just as easy. You keep your keys so your driver drops you in your lot/row and you drive out. Simply scanning the reservation code on your phone (I get mine via email by reserving online) & a receipt will be printed / you can exit the lot. So simple & one of the most reasonably priced parking options in Newark. Easily one of the most convenient too.

Parked at Newark Airport Long Term Parking for four days last week. Have parked in Long term lots at a couple NY airports and the cost at Newark was very reasonable by comparison. The bus drivers were cordial and helpful with our suitcases. And the bus arrived at the designated area at the arrivals terminal within 10 minutes. The attendees in the booth when we arrived mid-day and when we left at night were helpful. The only caution was my GPS had us drive through what appeared to be a bit of a scary neighborhood (i.e., homeless people approaching car at traffic lights looking for money; there were many traffic lights) in an attempt to get to Garden State Parkway at 9 pm. Signage to get to highways, Parkway and Turnpike, were not great. Good lot and good rates. Would keep my car there again but will research more direct routes to the highways.

Didn't have to wait more than 15min for pick up on a Sunday night. My driver was in a hasty mood on the road on the way back, which I appreciated! Beautifully paved and lighted secure parking. Self park. You take the keys and the cars are not jammed into spots. (No nuts driving like idiots in your car.) Extra security/customer service guard driving around lot in marked lighted car. He apparently carries a battery charger, jack and car opening tools in case your in a bind!

Couldn’t have been easier. Pulled into the lot, a sign advised open spots in row 7. As we were going down the row, the shuttle was behind us. We parked and the driver was immediately helping us with the bags. Got to the terminal very quickly. Upon leaving, you don’t have to call, the driver gave a card with our parking location and where to go for pick up. We went to the designated spot and a shuttle came in six minutes. Dropped us off in front of our car and helped with the luggage again. Leaving and entering the lot only required scanning our pass. Super fast and convenient.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It is very convenient and never had an issue so far. My sister-in-law had an issue once, but in a good way, apparently, when she got back, the tire went flat. The parking lot attendants helped. That's worth noting about. The only bad thing I could say is that the parking lot use to be a transfer station, which means all of the areas trash was dumbed here. Doesn't make it bad, just throwing out a bit of history. Was one of the reasons why visitors thought Jersey smelled like trash. Thank God it's gone.

I have used NALTP twice - once in August and in December to fly out of town. We had a good experience the first time, but it was even better the second time. Van service at both the lot and at the airport is regular and reliable; it’s so nice that they come to your car and load your bags. One thing that really put their service over the top the second time was something pretty simple; they hand you a postcard with pickup instructions AND they write the row you’re parked in on the card. Like I said, very simple, but it really set our minds at ease that we could rely on them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The parking is very safe, secure, and well staffed, although a bit out of the way to drive to, but it’s a quick trip to the airport. The price is relatively affordable compared to the airport - $26/day at the holidays. We’ll absolutely keep parking here in the future.

Immediately after we arrived at the airport a shuttle was there to take us to our car (No Waiting) it was PERFECT! Very helpful today when I needed help from an emergency auto locksmith to replace my key fob I’d lost on vacation. I wish I’d known you can reserve with them ahead of time, but I sure will in the future when I’m flying out of Newark. Parking lot attendant is a pretty impersonal job. The attendant today didn’t have to be as nice as he was showing me kindness and grace in a very exasperating time for me. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean a lot.

I’ve left my car here about four times already for at least 4-5 days at a time. Service is great, everyone is kind - even when I’ve been there at 4am to catch a flight. I always have peace of mind on my trips because I know my car is safe. They have security 24/7. Shuttle service is fast too! I plan on using them for my next trip in a few months.
