Great location near the airport. First time having dinner at the hotel. My group loves it, and I have a fast service from the staff. Perfectly cooked pork chop and mash potatoes.

The room was very nice, clean, and cozy. The bed was comfortable and had a good space to work. The conference rooms were set up well, and the staff quickly accommodated our needs to have more space. The gym is good, but the ceiling is low for any overhead exercises. The guest service agents at the front desk were awesome particularly Jamilah. She went above and beyond to make sure all went well.

Everything on point! Staff is very friendly and takes pride in satisfying your needs. Plenty of accommodations. Beds are most comfortable and bedding is the softest cleanest ever. I always look forward to staying there even if it's just for the one night before our flight next morning. I liked the material on the bedding and pillows so much I had to know the brand which read Pacific Coast. My with bought it for me at home ♥️💏

If you are traveling, a best bet. 5 minutes to airport.

Look out for the entrance and the confusing "Do not enter" sign because there is not a "Enter" sign if you are driving. Nothing to walk to!



The shuttle to airport leaves every 15 minutes and everyone delivers to you. Rooms are quiet, clean and most necessary amenities.

I had a quick overnight here because my next flight left early in the morning.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

My room was clean and fresh with clean sheets and plump pillows. No noise in the hallways came through, even though I was right near the elevator.

The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes, so I was able to make my morning flight with plenty of time left over.

I do recommend getting an early shuttle, because traffic can be bad even at 6:30 in the morning when I was on the road to the airport.

My recent experience at Hilton Newark Airport restored my faith in humanity! I accidentally left four expensive rings in my room when I checked out. I was devastated when I realized it and assumed they were long gone. The honest housekeeper Benilda found them and turned them into their lost and found department. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you!!! There are still good people in this world!

Stayed to catch and early flight out of Newark. We left the hotel via shuttle at 4:20am. It was a full shuttle. Took advantage of the park and stay + AAA rate that includes 7 days of parking in their adjoining parking garage. Great deal! Parking is typically 18 to 24$ per day which is still cheaper than long term parking at the airport. Shuttle to airport runs 24/7 every 20 minutes starting at top of the hour. Food at bistro was good, had the chicken wings. Service was good as well. Used the hilton app for contactless check in/out and room key. Worked great! I really like how Hilton is staying ahead of the curve with technology that its consumers are now use to with using apps for transportation and delivery services. Any questions I had I used the messaging feature on the app and received a prompt helpful response.

I parked long term on the rooftop and lost my ticket somewhere during my trip. What would have normally been an expensive fee, was waved by the manager and I was told to not do that again. I’m pretty sure that they cleaned snow off of my car as well.

This was my first time traveling to New Jersey and I really didn't know what to expect. My day started out stressful because I missed my flight but once I made it to the hotel my experience was impeccable. We were helped by Elijah. He provided us with excellent customer service, gave great advice on the best way to travel and checked on us everyday that he saw us in the lobby. He made sure that we had a great experience while staying at the Hilton. I wish all of my hotel experience could be this great!

I cannot say enough good things about the service at this hotel. I have stayed here for work conferences a few times and the service is excellent. During my most recent stay, I had a very unexpected family tragedy that resulted in me having to leave and return, it was a bit of a mess. The staff was amazing, incredibly accommodating, and able to solve my problems quickly. In addition, I had to follow-up with some questions/requests a few weeks after staying and they could not have been more eager & willing to help.

Great room and the food was very good. $11 pints is pricey but it was the hotel lounge so it's to be expected. Airport shuttles every 20 minutes us free shuttles to and from NJ largest outlet mall. I will definitely stay here again.

Including the carpet and the long term parking is very convenient especially if u have a long drive u the airport you have am early flight and you can just leave your car spend the night and catch the 24 hr shuttle early in the morning. My flights had been canceled due to weather a number of times and they were accommodating and terrific about it

There was only one person working at the checking counter but they were going fast and didn't take long for the line to go down. The bus system was not what I expected it was crowded and had some people almost on top of each other. The hotel room was amazing and the beds sent me straight to sleep. Great customer service.

One unique thing was they may text you regarding if you have any questions or need anything, and are responsive to questions sent via text. Their continental breakfast was good but rather overpriced.

The rooms are a bit dated and worn. I went to swim in the pool only to find it drained. There's also random deep thudding noises throughout the night from what I can only assume is a local factory. Other than that, it's a perfectly fine hotel; I'm just not sure why it costs over $200/night. The location was perfect for airport travel and the shuttle bus is amazing. The restaurant staff were extra accommodating too.

I've now stayed in this hotel multiple times for overnight work trips and every time I'm there it is a consistently fabulous stay. The front desk staff are always efficient, friendly, and helpful with tips/directions/etc. The happy hour is fabulous and the staff at the bar/restaurant there are also amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. Didn't love the breakfast buffet but the coffee shop is terrific. Thank you, Hilton!

The hotel is very clean, the location is perfect if your flying out of Newerk. But most of all the staff is so friendly. Everyone I encountered here brightened my day a little. The man working the front desk when I arrived was so patient with me when I was trying to navigate how to get to the shuttle location (called 3 times) and every time so sweet. Upon arrival he was all smiles.

This is a great place to stay! I stayed there with my hubby. The location is convenient so close to Newark Airport. 24 hours shuttle service is convenient. The rooms are well cared for every day. Staff is extremely friendly. I arrived on Sunday 3/1 in the morning and wanted to go to New York, so my plan was to leave my bags at the front desk... it was 11 am and they said my room was ready 😍😍😍

The breakfast people are just as amazing.

I was here before and the same waiter who helped me before was here and he exceeded again. Great service. Amazing food. Variety. They have this smoothie called Green Power and it is D E L I C I O U S. whenever I come back, here is where I want to stay. Thank you Hilton Newark Airport. By the way John is the name of my waiter... an amazing professional!

Stayed one night and used long term parking here for a week. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional even when checking in at 2:30 am. Only hiccup was shuttle ran out of space on way to airport and return but another arrived only minutes after in both instances. Shuttle tracking app was good. Only 5 minutes ride from airport. Will definitely use again.

I've stayed here on two separate occasions and 3ach time the hotel staff helped out as much as they can. I'm not sure why people lose their minds when they decide to stay at a hotel, but courtesy of loud music played past midnight is lacking with some people. They don't like it when you tell them, but the hotel staff can kick them to the curb. Breakfast was good but I wish there was more variety. Maybe after things gave gotten better.

Thanks for a great stay. Our late-night flight arrived right in the middle of a snowstorm, but the shuttle bus was still picking up passengers after midnight. The room was a standard for a Diamond, my status as elite was recognized and rewarded. We did take out breakfast from the restaurant downstairs (thank you John) and appreciate the coronavirus measures taken.

My employer asked me to organize a small conference/meeting at the hotel. Stephanie in the sales dept was fabulous! She was knowledgeable on the front end about extras i.e. snacks and audio/visual availability. She followed up with me the day before the meeting and assured me everything was ready to go. The Hilton Newark Airport Hotel was a convenient airport hotel alternative. We needed a hotel for one night flying in one evening and out the next day.



The initial challenge is the Newark Airport itself with not necessarily the best signage to lead one to get to the hotel shuttles. Don't get me wrong, there is signage but it is probably more understood by the people who made the signage. For us, we landed at a terminal not part of the AirTran system so had to take an airport shuttle bus to the nrarest AirTran station then to the P4 station then find the Hilton shuttle bus in the dark - dark bus with small Hilton sign.



When arriving at the hotel check-in was quick and easy -- had already completed check-in online with the Hilton app. Overall, the hotel looks a little tired and there are some elevator renovations ongoing. The room was a good size but again the furnishings are tired and worn.



The bathroom was adequate but the updated curved shower rod sticks out enough to keep the door from fully opening. Additionally, the toilet is old standard so close to the floor. Personally, I prefer bar soap to "bath/shower gel" and the hotel only provided a small hand bar of soap for the sink. The tub/shower is outfitted with liquid soap, conditioner, and shampoo.



The hotel restaurant's kitchen was open until 10:30 pm. The menu was adequate.



Overall, the Hilton Newark Airport Hotel was a good choice. The shuttle back to the airport was very efficient and had drop-offs at each terminal.

Had a superb experience parking here! I was traveling to Florida for business from the Newark airport and needed parking for a week. First, the online reservation process was very easy and straight forward. Once I arrived to the hotel, the signs and directions to the parking were easy to follow. The shuttle to the airport was already waiting for the guests. The driver was helpful with the luggage and very courteous. The trip to the airport was about 10 minutes. Upon my return from my trip, the shuttle service was again on point. Last, the front desk was very professional and friendly when validating my parking ticket (and there were several people in line trying to get this done). Nonetheless, the staff remained calm and helped everyone efficiently. Thank you! Totally recommend!

The best thing about this hotel is that once in my room I had no idea it was so close to one of the busiest airports! Nice and sound proof. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was ok- pretty low flow shower and towels were not very soft at all. Nothing worse than a scratchy towel on your face.



Restaurant was an awful experience. I got in late, around 9 pm, & needed something to eat. I figured I'd go down & order in person and carry it back to my room. Went to bar & was told to go across to an order kiosk. A server met me there and said he could take my order if I'd like. I asked a question about something and he did not know the answer so he went to the bar to ask, cane back without the answer I wanted. So I ordered soup and a salad, pretty quick and easy I thought. Almost a half hour later I got my order. Now, I ordered french onion soup- maybe not easy to go (I figured I'd get a bowl to take to my room like a room service order). But for $12.50 I got a snall paper bowl that was barely warm with a slab of sliced cheese on top. I asked for it to be hot, but when it came back it was still lukewarm with cold cheese on top. I was told that was all they could do because otherwise it would burn. I returned the sad attempt at soup and got a massive slice of cheesecake instead! At least that was good. Side salad was decent as well. None of the restaurant staff was remotely hospitable throughout the whole process. Granted it was late, but when you're an airport hotel that caters to travelers arriving all day and night, you will have customers all day and night.



Overall, I'd probably stay there again if needed but I'll bring or order in my own food. They did have a great park & stay deal that included 7 nights of parking.

This staple of a hotel across from Newark airport is deceivingly nice and comfortable. Rooms are updated and apportioned nicely. Service is friendly and professional. They have onsite parking for your stay or if you are planning to take a flight, they have decent pricing for long-term parking. I suggest, though, that you use a third-party app to secure better pricing.

I booked it on a whim for convenience. I read up the reviews at the airport when I was waiting for the shuttle. I was disappointed to see so many bad reviews. I walked in expecting a dingy and dirty place with cranky staff. But I was very surprised. The lobby is beautiful and clean with a restaurant, bar and a little store for emergency shopping. My check in went by smoothly. My room was exceptionally clean. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, clear of smudges and grime etc. The room is very modern and is functional. There are a lot of drawers to unpack, a bench for changing shoes, a couch with modern attached, side table to sip coffee on , a spacious closet, safe and clean restroom. The room is not very well lit in all areas though. Like another review suggested when I pulled out coffee station it wasn't well illuminated as it's a drawer under the TV but there was still enough light to see the buttons and make coffee. It didn't bother me. I stayed here for a conference and there was plenty of light on table and the bench to read even small print. The staff was exceptionally helpful. I got a message asking me if I needed anything. I was out of lotion which by the way is incredibly pleasant smelling. I asked them for that and I literally got it at my door in 5 minutes! I want to thank Jaclyn verline and houseman Mr Raymond who were so helpful and kind. I'd highly recommend this place! The bed, pillows and comforter were soft and clean and I slept really well.

The people at the desk were amazing. The manager of the bar area was a creep. His poor staff. Needs to be able to talk to customers and not send the poor waiter over to deliver messages. We had white castle brought in. We are from New England and love the castle. It was late. We all ordered a round of drinks. Really made him mad.

Excellent for those looking for a midpoint between NJ and NYC and do not want to be late for their flight. Parking is $18.00 homeless and indoor 24.00 including taxes. The cleanliness is excellent and the Front desks very friendly everyone. The only thing to improve the variety. in the pantry

Had a nice night here at this Hilton property. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff at check in were extremely quick and professional. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. The bathrooms are probably due for a renovation to match the room style itself, but other wise it was still a clean bathroom. Common areas around the elevators on the floors needed some TLC as well. It was nice that the bar and restaurant was open downstairs during Covid. Server was excellent and they had a nice little selection of beer, drinks and food. The property is also conveniently located near Newark Airport and there is a 24 hour shuttle that will take you to the airport for free. Always a perk. Thank you for the stay.

This is a decent hotel conveniently located near to the airport. We spent one night here after Porter cancelled our flight back from Newark.



Hotel staff (front desk and restaurant) all professional and kind.

Shuttle to the airport was great - every 20 minutes.

Relatively nice hotel. Good customer service. Parking lot. Rooms were clean. Furniture however was clearly old and needs deep clean or replacement. The restaurant was closed at 5 pm. The bar was open but took over half an hour to get us 2 sandwiches, though there were only 3 tables with people. There was starbucks which was also closed, but had a vending machine for basic coffee.



One thing that disturbed us was the noise. We had overnight travels and needed to sleep few hours in the afternoon. We kept hearing the cleaning crew on our floor for at least 4 hours, talking loud, slaming doors. Sounded like they are coming in our room every time, yet our door didn't open. Quite creepy.

Used this location to park my car on a trip to Atlanta. The process was very seamless. I booked via the Spot hero app which was a bit cheaper than the parking rates on location. The staff was courteous and helpful and the validation to exit the building was also very smooth.

I would give this hotel 3.5 stars if I could give had stars. Front desk staff was indifferent, not rude, but not friendly. Hotel room was clean and in decent condition, but somewhat dated. I expected more for the price. Hotel is convenient to the airport, has a free shuttle. My room had a great view of the NYC skyline! Overall, I am not disappointed and would stay here again, just think it is a little overpriced for what it is.

So close to Newark airport and great that they have a shuttle. We didn’t wait long at all. Jordan was so helpful during check in. I wish the bar/restaurant was open longer. Great experience overall after a long day traveling!

I was here with my parents last week to stay for a night before heading to the airport. First impression was not great because when my mom made the reservation, she requested a room with a full sized bed and a pull-out sofa. Upon getting to the room, I checked and found that the sofa was not pull-out. When calling the front desk, my parents were told they did not have pull-outs, which is something that should've been mentioned while the reservation was being made. Otherwise, the service was wonderful. The restaurant downstairs has incredible pizza and I was very satisfied with my dinner. A rolling bed was sent to the room within a few minutes, as well as an extra towel for me to use after my shower. Overall, the hotel would've been a 5 star experience if not for the little issue with the sofa and communication, hence the 4 star review.

Landed really late and was happy there was still a couple food options available for door dash but would have been nice to have some sort of 24 hour grab and go sandwiches or something in the lobby for purchase. Overall I'd stay again the room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were perfect. More important is how accommodating the staff was. You can tell that they have pride in what they do.

The restaurant was awesome and not pricey for the great food and service. Staff there was awesome too.

I stayed here for two weeks for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the property and amenities. I have to give a special shoutout to the bar staff though. Angel, Christine, and Julio are some of the best people I have ever met. I had the privilege of talking with each one on multiple days and they are great people who are super friendly and personable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff made an effort to get to know me, especially since I was here for two weeks and I really appreciated that. After 30 hours of delayed flights and airport sitting we arrived at the Hilton at 11pm and were quickly registered. Our room was perfect, quiet and welcoming. After many hours of sleep we ate a delicious breakfast. On site parking made car access easy. We will definitely be back.

My daughter came here for a job fair. This place is very tricky to get to, parking is $10. If you come here and free parking is promised, make sure to validate. Leaving here is difficult, and if you use GPS you may wind up going in circles around airport. Nice lobby, and pleasant experience.

I’ve never been disappointed by a Hilton hotel and this one is no exception! For the price we paid I expected an adequate but unimpressive stay, but I could not have been more wrong. This is a beautiful hotel, the staff are friendly and professional, and the room is clean and very very nice! The shuttle was clean and the driver was so friendly! Amelia’s Bar & Lounge downstairs was way too nice for weary travelers in t-shirts but they treated us like royalty and the Chili Cheese Chips were delicious! Absolutely a huge fan!

The manager Elijah was very kind and made sure I was provided the best service at the check out desk. He answered my questions and provided helpful information that would help my stay.



When I walked to the coffee and breakfast bar right before checkout, there was a lady with long curly dark hair who was very rude. I was in my crew uniform and I was rushing. I asked her about the breakfast and she immediately said “If you are looking for coffee the machine is down” and she didn’t greet me. She complained about the machine not working and she was irritated for coming in on her day off.



I asked her about the breakfast and she kept telling me to hold on for a second while she worked on the coffee machine. She wasn’t friendly or kind at all. I could tell that she didn’t want to be at work today.



When I left out of the hotel to take the shuttle to the airport, a shuttle driver David approached me, he greeted me with a smile, he was kind and he asked me if I needed a ride to the airport since he noticed I was in my crew uniform.



Overall my stay was good. I gave 4 stars for the hotel and staff and I took away one star because of my experience with the lady I think her name was Evelyn, who didn’t want to work on her day off.

I used this hotel for parking only while flying out of Newark airport.

The airport's parking rates are exorbitant, so finding this easy, safe, affordable parking option through SpotHero was a huge relief!

Just add about 30 minutes to your journey on either end (takes less time than that just to be safe). Shuttle drivers were on time, dependable, warm, helpful, and made what can easily be a stressful situation, super easy. I parked in the open-air lot and returned from 5 day trip and car was safe and sound.

Excellent airport parking experience- will certainly be returning!

Front desk was very nice and helpful, the ladies made sure I had everything ready for my stay. The shuttle service was consistent and reliable. I look forward to staying again in the future.

They do not have free breakfast, nor do they have smart tv's; but I am always comfortable here. The room decor is old, and could use an upgrade; but it is always clean. The restaurant downstairs has good food and drinks, so if you're in town for only one night, you don't have to leave the hotel.

Nice place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Quiet and close to the airport. You don't hear the planes. Rooms were clean. Airport shuttle service was quick. If you are bringing your own car it's way cheaper to park your car here for a week then at the airport.

It's an airport Hilton...everything is fine. Shuttle has to wind around a lot to get a few hundred linear feet, but that's just NJ life. The restaurant is way better than usual for this kind of place, and not even that expensive. The long-term parking package is a bargain.

Short notice room as our flight was cancelled. The room we stayed in was comfortable. The bed was just right, best nights sleep I've had since I've been in New York. The room was a little tired in decoration. Hence the 4 stars. The staff were excellent. The night reception staff were very helpful especially since a family of 5 turned up just before midnight. they were more than happy to allocate rooms. Even ensuring they were next to each other. The breakfast was a buffet however, if thats not your thing you could chose from a menu. Very reasonably priced too (this was not included in the room price on this occasion) Can't fault this hotel for services. Will stay again next time I fly to NYC

It's pretty close to the airport with a shuttle that runs 24/7 to the airport every 20 minutes I believe. But it did feel a little dated but it was clean and comfortable just needs some updating is all

Parking: reasonably-priced, covered, 3x/h shuttle. Pay in advance, print out a receipt, take a card when you enter and then show the receipt when you leave and off you go. It worked well for me.

Only caveat is that you have to take the SkyTrain to P4 to get picked up on your return. But they let you take luggage carts all the way from the carousel to the pickup, so it's not too bad.

The room was good, the only thing the AC didn't work at well. But I informed the front desk, and they got it fixed. The remote wasn't working well, that was fixed also. It would have been great if the room was checked before to ensure all was in good order.

Great place to stay if your flying in and out of Newark. Shuttle runs every 20 mins and the terminals are just about 10 mins away by shuttle.



Coffee Shop was open when I was headed to airport at 4.30am. That's a plus!



Bar was lively and they serve food as well.



We headed to Chinatown NYC for dinner and it was just a 30 min ride on Uber.



Will recommend this hotel for business, pleasure or transiting. Good value as well.

We had a difficult group of 21, and these folks were right on top of it. Elaine did a masterful job getting us all into our rooms quickly and as efficiently as possible. The shuttle was very convenient, running every 30 mins.

And most importantly, Pamela couldn't have been more helpful in arranging our stay. She is a triumph. highly recommend.

After a long international flight back to the U.S., I mistakenly booked my stay at this location for the wrong date. When I realized the error, I went to the front desk, where Ms. Paris kindly and professionally helped me cancel the reservation and assured me the charge would be waived.



However, a few weeks passed without the refund, so I called the hotel. I spoke with Ms. NeNe, who was incredibly straightforward and guided me on the necessary next steps. She made me aware of some back-and-forth with the third-party booking platform, but her honesty and clarity were invaluable.



The takeaway from my experience: every staff member I encountered here was exceptional—polite, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find such consistently great customer service. I’ve stayed in several five-star hotels with far less attentive service, and I’ve learned that the quality of staff makes all the difference.

Rooms are very nice - the beds are somewhat comfortable, the rooms have attractive furniture and decorations, the bathroom is decent, but the shower leaves some wanting. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly good. Staff are very kind and attentive. Reccomend.

After I had a poor experience which I described in detail below, I called back today and the front office manager patiently let me tell her my entire story about the cancelled reservation and my refund. She never once interrupted me, but kindly allowed me to explain as a customer, how my experience was on that day and the days following when dealing with staff at the Hilton. She then was able to rectify the situation, which was so nice because at this point it is about principle to me. She was empathetic and respectful and more people like her should be in customer service.

Pretty nice hotel. Has a 24 hour airport shuttle. They day left the 5 am shuttle was full but they were prepared and brought a second shuttle around within minutes. Other hotels I've stayed at would have had me wait for 15-30 minutes for the next shuttle . The restaurant and bar are nice but i did not eat there. The menus looked like a decent variety of food but the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport so there's definitely airport prices. There's also a Starbucks in the lobby. The gym is well equipped, numerous cardio and weight lifting equipment. The room was decent but is the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars. The door was loose so with the window open there was quite a draft that kept shaking the door. Also the couch In the room had quite a few stains on it. I didn't plan on sitting on it so i didn't think it was that big of a deal to mention to the staff. I'm not that picky. The front desk staff that I did interact with were awesome. They also have security guards on property and they were very professional and friendly. Shuttle drivers were great as well. Reminder, always tip the driver. Especially if he or she is loading and unloading your heavy luggage for you.
