I had a great experience from the time I stepped in the door here until the time that I checked it out. Jane was the front desk agent that checked me in, and she couldn't have been more professional if she tried! JC Rodriguez, Front Office Manger also went above and beyond in providing me with A+ customer service. All the furniture at this Hilton is very up-to-date.
This is a great place to stay! I stayed there with my hubby. The location is convenient so close to Newark Airport. 24 hours shuttle service is convenient. The rooms are well cared for every day. Staff named "Shahid" I interacted with him, was so respectful, jolly and courteous man. I will keep this place in mind every trip I make to the NJ.
This is a great spot if you fly out frequently. Shuttle service is always on time and parking during your trip is fee. Price for the room almost equals what you would pay for parking for a 3 day trip.

Our overnight stay in this establishment was nothing short of disappointing. The pool was not accessible during night or very early morning hours. No breakfast was included and would have cost about $20 extra and the garage parking cost another $20 making a one night stay in October climb far above $300 for a small dated room with no service whatsoever.

Facility and rooms are nice. Lady at the desk was very nice. Other staffers were 'short' with us. Lunch took over 2 hours. Only one waitress/bar tender when we arrived at 1:30. Dinner was better. I didn't like the food and would go somewhere else next time...getting food elsewhere would require a taxi ride. The Hotel's Starbucks was closed.. maybe it will open on Monday. No frozen dinners in the pantry.
