I am very disappointed with the service I received. I have parked at this lot on more than one occasion but on 8/18/2021 my car was returned soiled, molded and with an odor. My daughter's white sneakers were stained with a brown liquid which was also on the rug and seat.
Apparently whoever parked the car spilled liquid which resembles soda in the back of my car and never cleaned it.
I was given a host of excuses and number to call a person by the name of Pat. Well Pat never answers and her voice mail is full. I now have to have my car detailed to remove the mold, mildew and smell.
I am very annoyed and will continue to pursue the matter of reimbursement of my daughter's sneakers and the detailing of my car.

We almost lost our plane for our vacation because we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport. When we returned from our trip, we had to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. I called 4 times. After a 10 hour flight, no one wants to stand in the heat for that long while other shuttle companies were arriving picking up their customers. It would have been easier and cheaper to pay someone to drive us to and from the airport. Do not recommend!!!
Wish I'd read the reviews first. They're all accurate. This place is HORRIBLE. Our car was dented.. like everyone else apparently.. they lost our keys and another customer that was with us.. took us an hour to get our car back. I BEG you, do not use this place, ever.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a fraudulent business. I reserved a parking space through Way.com several weeks in advance. I get to the parking lot and I'm told they are full. I'm told that EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A RESERVATION WITH THEM THEY ARE NOT HONORING IT BECAUSE THE LOT IS FULL!!! The man working even told me that his boss just wants money so will keep selling parking spaces even though he has reservations. We ended up having to park at the airport and it will cost me 3 times the amount of my original reservation. And we almost missed our flight.
Do not use this business, it's a fraud. I wish I had read the other reviews before I booked. I never would have used this business if I had read them.
First they wouldn’t except my booking from the Way app. Then I had to pay again there and get a refund with Way. When I came to pick my car up it was buried very deep. I am still waiting for my car over an hour. Definitely the worst airport parking I ever used in my life. Hopefully I get my car back today. If you have to use this place pay direct as they do not accept third party bookings.
DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CAR. This is an extremely slimy business and the owner takes absolutely no responsibility for what happens to your vehicle (just read the other reviews).
Buckle up, this was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We went on a trip and used this place for our parking near Newark Airport. We returned home and were told that our keys had been stolen from the shack (along with several others), but our car was still there - the fact that they even allowed this to happen should be enough reason for you to run the other way. They offered absolutely no monitory solution, nor offered to pay for a cab, refund, or voucher. We live 2 hours from that airport so there was no chance of a small cab fare. Their only solution was to offer to pay for a locksmith or a room at the motel 6 next door (which I assumed they also owned). We made the foolish decision to agree to a locksmith. We waited 2 hours for their locksmith, who proceeded to get a key lodged in our ignition, and then dismantled our steering column with a hammer and screw driver. It’s now 1am and we’re still sitting in a wet parking lot.
Please don’t make the same mistake, choose somewhere else .
I’ve parked here 3 times, the first time my car was returned with a tiny scratch and I didn’t think much of it. The second time was alright. The third time it was returned with a tennis ball size dent, no accountability. All 3 times the pick up time at the airport greater than 25 minutes. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
The establishment is a bit unorganized. It took them about an hour to pick us up from the airport. When I arrive they basically expected us to find our own car in that large parking lot. I would not recommend if you are looking for a smoothe airport parking transition. It isn’t worth the $5. less than other parking lots.
Very poor service. We waited over half an hour even with prior registration and watched everyone leave. Woman at the desk took super long with everyone. She also tried to pick a fight with my daughter who defended me when the woman misinterpreted my comment. I know it’s cheap, but for the time wasted and poor customer service I would find somewhere else. Forgot to mention that last time we parked here, they moved our car under the gutter and the water run off meant damage to our car. We ended up going to the dealership to fix it.
edit: Came back after our trip and they didn’t help us find our car at all. Told us it was outside and vaguely pointed in a direction. After 5 minutes of aimlessly looking for our car we had an employee come out and find it — in the completely opposite direction. Horrible service.
I went on a trip for 1 week. Dropping off and picking up my car were honestly not a hassle for me. However, my car had 300+ miles in the odometer from when I dropped it off, there was a huge scratch on the passenger side front bumper, and the hood had been opened at some point and not fully closed. Not sure why it was opened in the first place. If you value your car, pay a little more to park elsewhere...
Just checked in and in the shuttle right now. The check in was fast and easy and no extra hidden fees. George at the front desk explained everything to me and it was honestly very good to know everything. The driver Bahaa is also very welcoming and even helped me with my car. I hope the check out is as good will check back in when I come back. But so far so good
Came here yesterday and the experience was more than amazing. Great employees and lot. I get safe leaving my car here since someone is always there 24/7. The price was way really good for leaving the car for 5 days and also providing a shuttle. Definitely recommend
Best and fastest experience I have ever had hands down. The workers were amazing shout out to Willie, Irene and rashad for making my experience more than wonderful. Will definitely be coming back here. The cars are secured in a gated lot and very friendly employees.

Easy and very convenient parking facility with excellent customer service. We made a free online reservation at ewrparking.net and you pay when you check-in. When we returned, we called them after getting our luggage, then waited and they picked us up within minutes. It’s a hassle-free parking experience. We will use them again next time flying out from Newark.
The parking facility is awesome! The price is very reasonable compare to other Parking places in the area. The lot is easy to find. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend.

This place deserves zero stars!! Dropping off was fine. Picking up my car was a hassle. First nobody picked up the phone (for over an hour) for the shuttle pickup. So I had to take a taxi to the lot. Secondly, the parking lot was unsecured (the gate was wide open) anybody could of walked in. When somebody finally showed up there was no apology or nothing. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THIS BS OPERATION!!
Great place to park, only 5 mins away from the airport. Price was right. Shuttle was quick and on time. Staff is very helpful.
