Located minutes away from Newark International Airport. Free shuttle service to and from airport included with online purchase. No extra charge for large SUV's or vans.  No room reservation needed.  

DUE TO COVID-19, SHUTTLE HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED. CUSTOMERS MAY PARK HERE BUT WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR UBER/LYFT TO/FROM AIRPORT. UBER COSTS APPROXIMATELY $15 ONE WAY.

Shuttle starts 6AM - 12AM every half hour on the hour to the airport. Pickups are on demand. No shuttle from midnight to 6AM.
The shuttle will drop you off at Parking 4 (P4) and you will have to take the free train to your terminal (3-4 minutes).  Please plan accordingly.   

Upon arrival at airport on return:
When you arrive at Newark Liberty Airport, please make sure to take the monorail to P4 stop. There you will be able to contact hotel directly on 973-375-4102, option 0 for a shuttle pick up. Or dial #52 on the  free phone at P4. Shuttle is a white van with the Red Carpet Inn logo. 

Please allow 25-35 minutes for shuttle to arrive as the drivers may encounter delays.  

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

It was okay but it can be better the rooms could be cleaner and all the traffic on the outside that's not pertaining to the hotel need to stop

We arrived on 08/5/21, The area is not the greatest. There is no breakfast and free shuttle that they advertise (at least when we went). We get into the room it was spacious and seemed to be clean. BUT when nighttime came around I noticed a small bug in the bed. It indeed was a bed bug. The staff did switch our rooms. But I had to sleep with one eye open in the other room they put us in thinking it could possibly be in the next room as well. Would not recommend this place.

It's doable for a short stay. Non-smoking room had smoking room bed sheets -multiple holes and burnt spots in the blankets. Room was A decent size. Bathroom was clean enough. Pretty good AC

Omg stay away ! The worst service I received in the longest time, the hotel absolutely refused to authorize a date change with my expedia reservation. Money wasted and got yelled at. What a scam. Is there 0 stars I can put ? Lol

We were 3 Friends in 2 Double (Queen) Bed room. They put 2 Bath Towels When I requested 1 Extra Bath Towel they refused. Front Desk person said that to give an Extra Bath Towel she need approval from Manager Carolina. No Breakfast, No Microwave in the room. No Professional Staff of front desk. I will suggest not to stay in this Hotel. Red Carpet Inn, at Union Avenue.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We drove 10 hrs from Ohio and arrived 5/20 at 2am but booked for 5/16 - 5/23. When you walk in, you automatically get hit with the smell of Marijuana. As you walk to the front desk the smell gets stronger. The woman was oblivious to us because she was watching TV, which was fine given the time. The window slot was covered with a towel but with the strength if the smell and then once the woman looked at us, we knew where it came from. During our trip, we realized we forgot or lost our id but still had our credit card with name. I was giving her my name and explaining but she said we didn't have a reservation. We told her not possible but she just gave a blank stare and she kept saying, "huh". It turned out she couldn't even hear us because of the towel. She found our reservation and began to give us a hard time because a third-party got our room. We told her, "Given the smell, atmosphere and service, we will not be stay and would like a refund". She refused and stated could not help and didn't want to tell us who we could speak to. We didn't even check-in technically and would have just paid one night but she stated since it was done by a third party we will be charged for all dates. We did not stay there because it was disgusting all around. Plus, they basically stole our money and their staff provided no help of accommodation because she was too high to care.

please never come here ! on top of the rude ignorant self righteous indian woman working behind the counter, this hotel has MULTIPLE rooms secretly ruled by coackroaches and even bed bugs ! please dont come waste your money here unless your other option is the streets ! either way its just as bad

Dear Manager, I stayed there from Friday to Tuesday. I was supposed to leave Monday due to the snow storm flight was canceled and we had to stay another night which the price went up to $95 not worth it at all. My people booked the room, If I would've checked the reviews I would've knew YALL HAD ROACHES before I got there, cause somebody in the reviews also said it. I'm not the first to say it. Now that yall saw my review YALL NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, CAUSE THAT'S BAD BUSINESS.

Still a zoo, kids up and running through the halls. The carpet is horrible. As the name changes so should it's appearance, inside and out. Customer service is still great.
