I found it on Groupon, like many people say from the reviews, it does look sketchy at first, but I gotta say this place is very affordable, attentive, there isn’t long wait to process check in and out, shuttle bus service is very fast and frequent.
With the price and services, they do deserve a 5 stars review. I have my car stayed for 3 nights, I have an app watching the car, it’s completely fine when I came back to pickup.

Everything went absolutely smoothly with ARB parking! They were responsive, pleasant, and organized. Drive in and park up front, pay, fork over your keys, get on a shuttle and arrive at the departing terminal - all accomplished in 15 minutes. The price was perfect, my car was safe, and I was picked up so expediently (despite me accidentally requesting pickup at the wrong terminal) when I came back. I had a great experience as a first time customer. What I liked the most is that I did not have to call for a pick up on my return. Very convenient, everything is link to your cell phone number and email. Easy instructions as to how request a shuttle on your way back. Car key was ready for me on my arrival to get my car back. The overall experience was very pleasant. When we pulled the car we were unsure where to park and the lot seemed full, the office helped us with a temporary slot and said they would move later. On the way back, the car was parked right in front of the office. They pull cars ahead based on the pick up time so that customers don't waste looking for car. The shuttle experience was very seamless with no wait. I will definitely parking here again.

a shuttle on line nor did I know what the office number was either) some instructions or indoctrination would have been helpful. Also, I could have asked questions. However, the service was so swift and expedient that I had no time. That's not a complaint. Overall they drove safely. I would recommend and use this service again.

This place worked out great. They are easier to get to than most spots near Newark, though the road has lots of potholes. They keep your keys so you won't lose them traveling, have the best rates, and are very speedy. Check-in is quick, and the pickup at the airport was perfect. They were waiting at the spot when I got there and I was in my car heading home within 30 minutes of getting off the plane. Their shuttles are more frequent and comfortable, and everyone is helpful and friendly.

While we were very hesitant to try out this parking experience I'm happy to say it was a pleasant surprise and we'd do it again from now on. While the staff working weren't overly friendly, the shuttle drivers to/from were wonderful and kind. We didn't wait any longer than 10 min for a shuttle in either direction and our car was waiting for us when we arrived back. The price was FAR better than parking at the airport.

They really wanted a five star review which I can't conscientiously give, but I'll say 3.5 and round it up to four.
The good - Price! Very economical, although you have to pay in cash. Probably a good place if you're going to stay for a week or more. Text updates are good.
OK - Van is relatively new though not super clean. The guy when I checked in was very busy on the phone and had to wait about 5 minutes before he could talk to me. It was better when checking out. You may have to wait a while on the van since I think there are only two and only one seems to be running at a time.
Not so good - Lot isn't paved and so your car is dusty when you get it back.
I wish this new business well and may use them again when I have to be gone over a week, but will have to add $10 for a car wash when done.

I had a great experience here. Flawless shuttle pick ups both ways. It’s an unbeatable price in the area. Just have cash, know your terminal (not just airline), and save your ticket they give you. The people on my shuttles were unhinged while the staff was very laidback and nice. If traveling stresses you out then pick a more expensive lot. It’s very busy here.

This was so much easier & cheaper than long term parking at the airport. As soon as we arrived, they immediately took us to the airport (a 5 minute ride). On return, they were there waiting for us before we even picked up our luggage. My vehicle was already pulled up and ready upon return to the lot. Very fast service & easy to use. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lot is a little hard to find. There needs to be better signage on site & from the main road. We passed several other airport parking services that were much more visible & easier to find. I will definitely use them again.

Found this place on Google, great rate for parking considering the holiday weekend/travel. Their set up and process is seamless, super punctual and honestly one of the better off airport parking experiences I have had. Don’t be turned off by the lot- there are ALOT of cars and leaves you to wonder is there is really any room to park- I was super skeptical at first. I was pleasantly surprised and glad I chose this lot- They guys handle everything and already had my car pulled up when I got back from the airport via shuttle. Absolutely great parking experience. Although we were anxious when we arrived and saw the thousands of cars parked at this uncovered dirt lot, our fears were immediately relieved as they have a system in place for parking that really works! Their shuttle to Newark was prompt and picking up was extremely easy as well. After we landed and retrieved our luggage on our way back, we followed their instructions on their text. Their shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes later. We will definitely use this parking lot again if we are ever flying out of Newark again.

We used ARB parking for two separate trips this month, and we were so thrilled with the experience. When we pulled up and saw the sheer volume of cars in their lot, we honestly got nervous for a minute like how do they keep up?! We were in for a surprise when every part of the experience was smooth and fast. They have an amazing system worked out. You pull up and leave your car at the office. After you check in, you hop into their waiting shuttle and get dropped off at your terminal. The way back was so simple. You tap a link to let them know you are back and they give you simple instructions where to wait. If you have any questions, they answer their phone immediately. When you arrive at their lot, your car is ready and waiting! It is so convenient and it sure beats the regular airport parking pricing.

It was an easy park n fly experience for us at ARB! Having our flights leaving at 6am and getting back at 5am, we were at the parking space before dawn but there was no hassle leaving our car there. The shuttle service also runs round the clock plus the request for pickup at the airport is very fast. Our driver Abdul is friendly & very professional. Will definitely use their service again!
