Very good experience using this for Newark airport parking. Price was very reasonable. They shuttled us very quickly to the airport after dropping our car off. Pickup was easy - we just called once we were ready to go and someone was there in 10 minutes. Good and fast customer service, no problems with our car, no complaints about the shuttle. I would definitely use this lot again.
I am usually skeptical with parking lots. I read all the reviews before carefully selecting. This one was 10 starts if I could. First off valet is great since I’m someone who prefers not to bring keys with me in case I lose them. I was told shuttle to airport was 10 min away. It came in 10 minutes. Pickup was smooth and easy and they had the car ready for us once we got back to the lot. Will recommend to all friends.
Parking at the garage, especially near to busy airport is always tricky. You can't rely on reviews always. Let's accept it, when things are good - no one bothers to review it, but when something goes wrong, folks find a social review site to take out their frustration.
I wanna give a shout-out to this parking garage. We parked here for 4 days and we had it booked through 3rd party. They did not throw any tantrums in accepting the coupon and gladly accepted it. I guess Indians are the ones who manage this facility.
They immediately gave a digital coupon with the ticket # and the instructions were clear. Click the link when you land and we will send the shuttle in 10-15 minutes. For taking to the airport, we got the shuttle on the spot but I guess it run every 15-20 minutes.
The trip was good, we came back after 4 days, clicked on the link and the shuttle was at the airport at the designated stop within 15 minutes.
After reaching, we gave the number and they brought our car within 10 minutes (we reached 8 hrs before, and the car was parked at the back), otherwise at the exit time, they kept the car at the front so that customers had to wait very minimal time

Great service, shuttle was great both ways, customer service was awesome and price was best we found. I would highly recommend them. No signs outside yet but when your GPS says you have reached your destination, just turn right in and there they are.
Overall a positive experience and great prices
They have shuttle buses that run every 10-15 minutes. They take your number down and text you a digital copy of your ticket. When you get back, you're able to request the shuttle back to the parking lot - no calling needed. When we arrived, our cars were already moved up and waiting for us - we didn't have to wait for the valet to bring the car up. Just check out at the desk, get your keys, and go!
Nice Friendly People. Got my Family and I to and from the Airport with Ease. Definatly recommended. My only complaint was that my flight was very early and finding the place at 3am was not easy. I went up and down the street looking for it for about 10 minutes before we saw the address sign. I would definitely recommend some signage with the MAAS logo and some lighting at the entrance. Will definatly use them again next time I fly out of Newark (EWR)
Excellent experience...I'm not sure why people writing such of bad reviews..Good customer service,5 min from airport..after I send it a txt to be picked up from airport ,my driver arrived in 10 min...since my flight were landed at 11pm my car was moved close to entrance .I noticed they did to all customers who came late pick up the vehicle so they don't need to walk far to find it the cars... definitely going to use them again..
This was our first time using this parking. We left our car for 3 weeks. Their drop off and pickup at airport was great and very organized. We didn’t have to wait at all. And all the employees were super nice. Highly recommended.
Quick and easy drop off. Convenient shuttle pick up outside terminal when you return. Let them know you landed and your car is waiting for you in the front when shuttle brings you back. Great experience.
Awesome pickup speed by shuttle at designated location from the ticket one is given with instructions where to meet the shuttle at either Terminals.
No issues after coming from a 7 day Alaska trip.

Positive side is location is very close between airport and parking location.
We pulled up and the shuttle was there already. So we threw our keys at the guy, hoped on and flew off to Europe. They did great. Coming home, a different lot picked us up and dropped us off at Maas. That's cool. Car was right there, grabbed the keys and were off to home. Painless, easy, safe. Will definitely park with them again.
