A couple of weeks ago I was traveling with my wife who had just undergone knee replacement surgery. We were traveling to Chicago to attend her brother's wedding. Our shuttle driver was Peter, who was courteous, funny, and an overall nice guy. I thought I got all the luggage from our car to place in the shuttle to the airport. Wrong! We recently parked here for 5 days. Just prior to leaving the lot, the driver reminded everyone to make sure they had everything needed for their flights. As we're about to enter the security line at the terminal, I realized I left my suit hanging in my car. One of my best experiences period!!! From the moment we pulled in we were greeted than to checking in the office with manager Mr.Negron who explained everything. Good secured parking at reasonable prices. Check in staff was friendly and got us going to the airport in no time. The driver however dropped us off at the arrivals level (and the wrong terminal at that) and when we asked why he was letting us off at this stop he said it was to make it easier for us. It was not. Had to haul all our luggage to the departure level and to the correct terminal. Would’ve been 5 stars had it not been for that experience. The pickup was pretty straight forward - there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle but not terrible and it was expected.

Negatives - parking lot details were lacking during check-in at the office for this 1st time customer. *It was not until the return to the parking lot that it was known that the driver going to the airport should have provided a paper to place on the dashboard & it would be collected upon return to the lot. *No mention of the importance of noting the parking area letter and # details to avoid difficulty in locating a car especially during a night time return. *The young driver to the airport made no announcement prior to stopping the van to let out two other passengers. He simply jumped out of the van to get their luggage while they were cluelessly asking - "Is this American Airlines... Is this American Airlines....?" Same thing happened with me but good thing I know FLL very well. As I didn't have any check-in luggage, Mr. "Charming" lazily sat back and watched me as I fumbled to find the nob to open the door to get out of the van. Such a "gentleman"!! 😏 Nevertheless, will use the service again because it's convenient

This would be a much better company if they planned the exits and pick ups better. I’m standing here again watching 6 people stand in the parking lot waiting for Pete the driver to come out. He was supposed to be here five minutes. It’s been 15. Also it takes them about 30 minutes to come and get you. Aside from that the staff is very nice and very friendly. I may have to find other arrangements however I am traveling for work and if you are please keep this in mind.

I parked here last week and it was great! Everyone was so friendly and courteous. They made the whole process very easy. My flight back arrived very late at night (3am). It's probably the best "off site parking" experience I've ever had with a company! Convenient when flying out of FLL and open 24 hours. The staff and attendants are friendly and communicate well. They are full service with a shuttle that takes you directly from your car to the airport drop off ... and the wait is never too long! They have a great system that allows you to call in when you return and verify your attendance (and will even call if you get lost on the way to the pick-up location). I travel often, and the price point is extremely fair! I'd rather spend the money for the convenience of accessing my car, than to wait on an uber 'to and from home' ... more likely than not, I'm saving money by parking here.
It's off a small road, and at first may seem sketchy (especially at night) but, look for the green buildings and you'll find it. I've used them over half a dozen times. And never had a bad experience.

After trying their lot a second time, I can say that many of my initial concerns have been addressed and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone in the Ft Lauderdale area!
I’m genuinely surprised to see so many positive reviews for this place. I was traveling alone, and had to park my car in their dark, isolated lot. It’s unclear where the office is and how you’re supposed to check-in, as there weren’t signs or employees. However, the reason for the negative review is their employee who eventually came out to the dark parking lot, and started yelling at me at 4am. He was complaining that I hadn’t gone to the office before parking causing me to miss my shuttle, and he just kept repeating that. Given that I was traveling alone as a woman, and it was the middle of the night, this obviously freaked me out. I really didn’t care that I would have to wait for another shuttle, this guy was incredibly rude and aggressive, while also being so repetitive with his complaints that he wouldn’t tell me how to fix the situation. To make matters worse, I came home a day early on my return flight and asked the office employee if I could be reimbursed for the day of parking I didn’t use. I was assured that a manager would follow up to discuss a possible reimbursement, but they never did.
The only reason this place is getting 2-stars is because the drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are so many off-site parking options, don’t bother with these guys.

Very close to the airport, we waited about 15 minutes to park when we got there, but the bus is right there with you when you park and the driver helps you with your bags. When we got back, we waited less than 10 minutes at the terminal for the shuttle. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that it's a little pricey. It was about 50% more than parking at the airport. For Thanksgiving week it was well worth it, but I don't know about all year round.

My only complaint and this is not to the company but the other customers that I have ridden on the shuttles with. These drivers work really hard. They always take our bags from us and load them up, safely get us to the airport and then unload our bags with a smile and the same on the way back but I rarely see them getting tipped. Can they receive tips? We tip all the time but feel so bad for these guys and girls. So if you're reading this, please TIP THE DRIVERS!! They earn it. To the owners, thanks for such a great service

I had an amazing experience with Self Park FLL. I was traveling for the weekend. I made a reservation ahead of time online. The reservation process was very easy and user friendly. I arrived at the parking lot. I was assisted immediately. The woman working the desk was very friendly and explained the entire airport shuttle pickup process in detail. She also provided a card with all the same information for shuttle pickup at the airport. Once I checked in, I was guided to my parking space by a shuttle driver. After parking, the driver collected my bag and loaded it in the shuttle. From arrival at the parking lot to departure to the airport, I believe it was around 20 minutes.
The airport shuttle pickup process was pretty easy as well. Once I landed, I called the number on the card and went to the stop. It was approximately 12:30 am and I was picked up by the shuttle in less than 20 minutes after my call. They even have an option to receive a text message with a link for detailed information on how to find the shuttle stop. That was extremely helpful.
The fares are very reasonable, especially in comparison to airport parking. I parked from Friday afternoon until early Monday morning for only $34.
I highly recommend Self Park FLL and will certainly be using their parking lot in the future.

This establishment has a very warm clean and Airy welcoming feeling to it. You get very big smiles from the employees who want to help you any way they can. Unfortunately from me I was looking for a place to park the car and go on a cruise. They do not shuttle people to the cruise ships and you would have to take a taxi. When you consider the cost and the transportation issues it might be a better deal for you than other establishments. However that is something you would have to analyze based on your travel. As far as I could ascertain they have the best rates for traveling to the airport but that increases during the holidays. There is no question in my mind that I will use this company when I have to travel to the airport.

The staff are courteous, professional, and timely. Beginning with ALI at the desk, my reservations have always been correct. The drivers Ryan and Pete treat me like family. Excellent service. The staff was very friendly, and the process was seamless. I arrived to the lobby and was immediately taken care of, and I was offered a cup of coffee or water. I was also explained how the pickup process worked. I followed the shuttle driver to my parking spot and then driven to the airport. Upon arrival I called the number I was given and within minutes the shuttle was picking me up. Couldn't ask for a better service. I would definitely recommended.

I was a previous customer of Park Safe but when I tried to reach them recently, I found out that Self Park FLL had taken over their business. Although i was a bit leery of trying a new parking company, I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The whole process was very smooth. You park your own car, and take your keys. When you park, the driver will tell you what spot you are in, so I made a note of that in my phone notes. Then the driver helped me get the bags out of my car which was a HUGE help as I was traveling with a toddler. When I arrived back home, the shuttle was SUPER fast and courteous. This will be my new go-to parking company when I travel out of FLL.

Great Service while checking in with the office. Driver taking me to the airport at 500am was very pleasant- I appreciate him working so early and with so few travelers. The driver picking me up on a Sunday afternoon was also very pleasant and helpful with my bags. My only suggestion is to get a load of gravel to fill those pits by your entrance/exit gate next to the office. Did not like driving my clean vehicle through that to get out.

I had a good experience here and all the process very quickly and no hassle at all.They take you to the airport as soon as you park your car and then they pick you up in very short time. This place offered a safe place to park our vehicle, at a great price and with an amazing service. Our departure and arrival were in the middle of the night, and the gentleman who took us to the airport, and picked us up, in the van was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The wait to be picked up at the airport was about 15 minutes or less. I'll definitely use this place again if flying out if Fort Lauderdale.

Highly recommend this company. The location is right next to the airport and they shuttle you right away to the airport. The stuff is over the top nice. They also pick you up whenever you land as the shuttle is 24h. The pricing is great as well and they usually offer a prome code on their facebook page.

The lot is very accessible, the manager is great, just hope that you don't get Pete as a driver. He drives erratically, implies he wants a tip after so-so service and overall is not a great guy to have on the team for a customer-service based business. I will use this lot again and will wait for another driver if Pete is in rotation.

Convenient location to airport and shuttle service was quick and painless! Dwight was very helpful and with an 8:40 PM return to FLL we waited less than 10 minutes for Shuttle Would certainly use again - Location was a bit off the beaten path but second time will be easy and we departed before sunrise!
Follow up emails with reminder on how to process upon return arrival was very helpful as my mailbox gets a bit full and I did not need to find original Email from departure

Very fast and efficient. I did everything online, got there gave my printed receipt and was out and parking in less then 10 min. The shuttle driver showed me to my parking spot then drove me to the airport. Great setup and execution. Would recommend this spot to everyone.
