The staff was very friendly and very easy to talk to on the trips to and from the airport. The service was speedy and very reasonably priced. I opted to have my car washed and when I was picked up from the airport, we arrived at the Park Safe location and my car was just being dried off! Definitely hassle free. I'd recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

Paul too was very friendly while helping with our luggage as well as answering any questions we had while driving us to the airport. We will definitely be using this parking service again!

We had a nightmare flight due to cancelled flights (back and forth multiple times) and the FLL staff is always very friendly and very helpful on the trips to and from the airport. The service was fast and very reasonably priced.
We got our car washed and when we were picked up from the airport, we arrived at the office location and the car was just waiting for us and perfectly clean. We would recommend them to anyone and will always use them in the future.
We cannot give enough awesome comments about their service.

The service was excellent. I signed up online as suggested by Madison. When I arrived everything was just as it should be and they were no surprises. I didn't wait very long for the shuttle to the cruise ship and it was the same when I arrived back to Fort Lauderdale. My car was waiting for me out front and there was no damage. Every employee I came in contact with was professional and had a smile. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

Their website provides the customer to make it very easy for reservations and getting a discount when you pay through the site. We are very happy with the prompt service the staff provides.

My friend and I went on a cruise last week and we're so happy we used this company. Check in and check out was a breeze. The highlight of this experience was "Uncle Joe" who shuttled us from the parking facility to the port and back. He was absolutely fantastic and he even left us know of the best times to request pick up from the port to get faster service and being that it was my first time in Ft. Lauderdale he gave a verbal tour of the area. When I come back to FL for another cruise I will definitely be using this company again

Joe and Ali were super nice. You can always count on this company.. Not even kidding..I was stuck out of coutnry on my return trip during the hurricane and when i came back 2 days late they were very helpful. They have an efficient shuttle that will take you to the airport and the price of the service is very economical. I will always use this company from the FLL airport.

2 years ago I reserved parking when I went to Costa Rica. The parking lot was easy to find and the people cordial. I was confident that my car was Secure for the six days that it was parked. I was shuttled complimentary to and from the airport. I would definitely use them again

I've left my car a few times with FLL Park Safe. Every time, it's hassle-free. When I return, I typically don't wait more than 10-15 minutes for their driver to pick me up. I just make sure to go where they say to meet. Ask them where they think you'll meet when you return, because I always end up meeting them in departures and I've noticed that some of the negative reviews on here said they went to arrivals first.
I recently had to change my travel plans and pushed my trip out a few weeks. Sal worked with me to ensure that my new dates were handled and there were no issues for me.
The prices are much better than parking directly at FLL and I feel like this is much safer.
I'll be returning and doubt I'll trust anyone else with my car when I leave town.

Staff is great and super helpful. Finding this place is a little bit of a challenge, but the staff made up for it. They park your car and bring it to the front for pick up. You don't actually see where its being parked, but I have used them several times with zero issues.
