Sebastian loved his hotel! Finding a pet-friendly hotel during the pandemic was a miracle! The place was super clean—all the time. The pool guy was there at least 3x a week at 5 am. The managers were even helping clean the rooms with the staff ensuring everything was sanitized. Cleanliness was a massive effort put forth by the entire team under extenuating pandemic circumstances. (It's s not the Plaza; any concerns were always addressed in a timely fashion.) I would say it's an excellent value for the area. I have paid more at the Hiltons, and this one Hyatt hotel was really on point. The staff worked together as a team. The overall cleanliness, well-maintained and guarded property was a pleasure to stay at. Sebastian and I look forward to being Hyatt brand loyalists!
Omar at front desk was very accommodating of my earlier checkin. Very professional. This hotel offers airport shuttle to FLL. It's a bit of a distance from the beach,but right next to shopping areas with many food places to choose from within 5-10 minute walk.

Extremely repugnantly unprofessional, unaccommodative and impertinent Front Reception- Omar! Requested for a quiet corner room and he vindictively assigned me the room next to the lift landing! Obstinately refused to accommodate my request for a quiet room until Natasha came to my aid. Then he deliberately assigned the entire family with boisterous kids next few rooms to me! Reinhard the GM gallantly got me out of there.
Today I made my room reservation with Sierra but when I arrive, Omar was there and made it extremely difficult for me by refusing to get housekeeping to ready my room and rebutted me in his most condescending tone that I have to wait a few more hours because they are doing other rooms!

Had a lovely stay and Derrick night manager was great! Lovey friendly staff! Just left today and i left my gold necklace in the room with a gold foot ball helmet charm on the chain room 221. It is very sentimental I got this for my son when he was 11 yrs old

The place was nice but the manager I think his name was Michael was very rude. There was a issue with the heat in my room & I called to get assistance. Someone told me the maintenance had went to lunch and would be to my room in 30 minutes I called back an hour later to find out what was going on. At that point I’m really cold & the manager was speaking to me as if he was irritated that I called. I asked if he knew when someone would be there it was just a mess. The tv only had 5 channels at best. I moved to the best western & surprisingly was way better than the Hyatt. The Hyatt & Dania beach is better FYI

3 stars for 3 star hotel. No major issues but hotel is just average. Sofa in our room had stains and sheets on our bed had minor stains. Bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom is super small. Breakfast was limited obviously due to COVID but I get feeling they use COVID as excuse. All employees we made contact with were nice. Our room was little over $80 /day so somewhat worth it. I would not pay peak season price.

Everything was clean and neat which is what you want. Customer service was excellent. Its a 3 star hotel so that's what you're gonna get.

I was very pleased to book a room for my mother to stay at this hotel for one night in June 2020. I had to call them a few times before the stay, and the staff were always very kind and very helpful. At the hotel, the staff were also very nice and patient with my mother, who does not speak English. She called me a few times to talk to them over the phone for her. They were always kind and comprehensive. They repeated the same information a few times to make sure we understood. Everybody was wearing face covering, and the room as very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable.They also had adjusted their breakfast items to reduce contact with COVID19. They have a few options for dinner, which was served as late as 10h30pm. I definitely recommend this hotel.
What an incredible hotel, staff, food, etc everything was on point!! Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Very well furnished rooms!
