Great value, great service, great property. First time, (took a chance and booked 5 rooms), but it will not be last time. Victoria (worked 9/7 desk, really all front desk people), Izzy (shuttle coordinator?) Anthony and Antoine ( baggage and shuttle) are outstanding at what they do!
Always have a great experience at this hotel. The staff are always accommodating & courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is well maintained and the pool is not only centrally located but always clean and warm. Just always a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
no frills place to stay, this can be considered --- just be wary of the long shuttle waiting time, discourteous driver, and a lady Front Office Personnel who has no interest on guests' satisfaction.
Room is well lit, with A/C, basic and acceptable sans the hair strands on the bed and in tub (not mine), and a fly that comes as bonus with the room stay.
The night duty staff at the front office was helpful upon check in but hopefully there will be some improvements on the instructions given as to the designated shuttle pick up area (caused confusion) & pick up times that go more than an hour. Best to go with instructions from airport desk as from personal experience, I had to go back and forth to both ends of the arrival area due to the lack of awareness by the Inn personnel on the changes made at the airport. To top it off, waiting more than an hour for an angry shuttle driver was not the best.
If you are a guest who arrives late at night, it does not help when you have a 2 hrs delay checking in.
Although late check outs are allowed, there is a charge for every hour after the standard check out time. Understandable if they were able to pick you up on time (with charges for night shuttle) and check you in. But with the delay caused by them, NO CONSIDERATION --- you get charged --- no ifs or buts.
Front Office Night duty were helpful to give numbers to a pizza delivery (bar was closed by the time around 1130pm) but FRONT OFFICE DAY STAFF (LADY) was of no help on the late check-out charges and completely ignored me the first 2 times I asked.
Sadly, NO effort for good customer service.
The Inn itself is acceptable --- the staff /customer service --- I would rate as poor.
Completely unexpected and certainly a welcomed surprise. At the front desk CNC Marissa nobody will take better care of you in the state of Florida. All the rooms are clean they have renovated the hotel. They now have vinyl floors. Super clean. Spacious bathrooms with tile. And the bear essential amenities in the room. Such as television refrigerator microwave shampoo and soap. For all the extra Necessities that you might want bring him or go to a different hotel that will charge you $100 more per night. This honestly is one of the best kept secrets in Fort Lauderdale. And right off the main Highway. If you found this review helpful please give me the thumbs up.
Good experience! Staff was friendly, rooms clean, easy check in and out. shuttle to cruise port was very nice. Bar/restaurant attached to hotel is a great place to eat and have some drinks. Our room did smell a little musty, but not too bad. Very nice hotel overall!
