I didn't see the bad reviews until I entered the name of the company into Maps on the way to the airport. Instant terror. To make things worse there was a thunderstorm and traffic so we arrived at the parking lot short on time. We had Uber already open in case the shuttle didn't show up but it arrived in less than two minutes after I called. Same thing when we got back - shuttle arrived two minutes after I called. Both drivers were great. I will definitely use them again.



Obviously a lot of people had bad experiences but I can safely say this is not universal.

No complaints! Embarkation at Port Everglades is always chaotic - I waited with others for maybe 30 minutes. Driver was courteous and loaded everything quickly according to drop off location. No issues getting to the right pier.

When I disembarked Sunday morning at 8:30, I was lucky enough - the shuttle was waiting with another couple on board. I was in my car at 8:50 a.m.

The only suggestion I would make is to tell people where they will be picked up - for me it was the same location I was dropped off - by baggage drop off. I didn't know until I called the shuttle number for pickup.

While waiting for pick up at the Embassy, others returning were complaining they had to Uber back due to no pickup. I think the company is short-staffed, like everywhere. But I had no problems and will use this location again next time I sail from Port Everglades.

We parked in the rear of Embassy Suites on 17th Street Causeway. Lot seemed crowded but there were spaces available. Called the dispatcher and was picked up in a nice, clean Mercedes van. Courteous driver had us to the airport within minutes. Hope to find my car in same condition when I return and expect return shuttle to be just as smooth.

Fantastic experience! I paid $40 for 5 days of parking, the cheapest anywhere I could find. When I arrived I called the number provided and was shuttled off to the airport within a few minutes. Both my drivers to and from the airport were excellent. I can’t wait to use this service again.

Busy and understaffed; but they were communicative and worked as quickly as they could. They use clean quality vehicles. It is located in a hotel parking lot... It works well.
