Terrible service. Very unreliable. Took the shuttle 30 minutes to pick us up and still made two more out of the way stops before the airport. Leaving the airport the confirmation email says allow 15-20 minutes. I waited and called them back 30 minutes after my initial call and they said no more than 10 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and called and no one answered. I tried calling 2 more times with no answer. Then when I used my wife's phone he picked right up the first time, but when I said we were still waiting he said he would call the driver and call us right back. After that he blocked both of our numbers. We ended up wasting an hour waiting for them and had to get a Lyft. There are a lot of much better, reliable, closer to the airport services. (This was the 'quick and safe' lot with Parkway Parking)
Listen to the reviews posted here!! Steer clear of this company completely.! They are rude, completely and utterly disorganized. They will have you waiting just like the other reviewers said.... for half hour to an hour&half (like us). Trying to reach them on the phone is almost impossible.
Zero stars. The most unprofessional parking company in ft lauderdale.
Loud complaining driver and unsafe parking. No guards, no receipt to place on the dashboard. They won't pick you up from the cruise line after you desembark at 8:30 am. These people will only pick you up after 10am.
So if you choose them be prepared to wait.
Do Not USE this company. They take over an hour and a half to pick us up from our cruise. Their lot representative is horrible, she hung up on me twice when I called to find out why they were taking so long. After a while they just refuse to answer the phone. Other parking shuttles passed by several times while we waited and waited and waited. Next time I will spend the extra dollars and not have such a terrible company ruin the last part of an awesome cruise. Do yourself a favor and do not book with them. You will be sorry.
In 30 years of Cruising and using different Parking venues, This Quick and Safe had to be the WORST experience I have ever had in my lifetime at any Parking Venue....1st, being handicapped, there were NO HANDICAP parking spot designated on this so called parking lot...2nd, the spots were so SMALL that a wheelchair couldn't be gotten out of the car unless you pulled into the isles. The paperwork I received from said it was a "PARKING GARAGE"...There was no Garage, it was a little parking lot with narrow parking spaces as indicated. It's against the law to not have "Handicap Parking Spaces" so I don't know how these people have stayed in business with that situation...I plan on contacting the proper AUTHORITIES in get that RESOLVED so no other handicapped person faces the same thing I did upon arrival. As far as SAFE, WHAT A JOKE, there was no way it was safe as there were NO attendants, no gates and no checking to see if you even paid, payment was completed in advance via an email. The confirmation email had the wrong address for the lot and also the wrong CONTACT number to call. Once we finally arrived, we called another number and were given the correct number and a small bus with a trailer arrived and stopped only at ONE place to pick up our luggage...We then had to try to get our luggage from across the lot to the back of the trailer at which time the driver THREW THEM into the trailer. On our return, we again called and the same driver and trailer showed up for several people going back to the parking lot and one person to the airport...Upon arriving he, the bus driver parked in one place only, and THREW our luggage from inside the trailer to to the parking lot....and again we had to try to get them to our car. There were cars parked all over the place where there WERE NOT DESIGNATED Parking spaces/LINES, in aisles, next to curbs and I could possibly see an accident happening. Again, no one at the lot...One passenger when he went to start his car HAD ALL THE GAS SIPHONED OUT OF THE TANK. He told us he had it filled at the corner gas station before he left for the Cruise a week earlier. Since there is NO ONE CHECKING TO SEE IF ANYONE PAID, NOTHING HAD TO BE LEFT ON THE DASH, NO STICKER ETC., NO GUARDS, NO LOCKED GATES, this would be a haven for people to come in and steal your car and or gas knowing that you are gone for at least 3 to 14 days on a cruise or a flight. IN CONCLUSION, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY and walk to the Ship and leave your car at home...WHAT A JOKE OF PARKING, I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS..
Awful experience. Waited an hour for shuttle pickup to the cruise line. They do not answer their phone. Then on arrival back, waited 45 minutes and never saw one of their shuttles (while 6 from All Star parking came and went). Called 10 times and finally got an answer and they insisted they had been running shuttle
service. We were there the whole time (along with about 20 others) and never saw them even though many other shuttles were running. Finally took an Uber back to parking lot. Additionally, when we arrived there were NO SPOTS available. Spots are also not to code and VERY TIGHT. We watched two families that arrived before us crawl out of the back of their cars because there wasn’t enough room to open the door. Do not use these people!
Terrible service. Deserves no stars. We called multiple times and no one answered. Supposed to be “quick,” but took over half an hour to get a shuttle to pick us up and bring us to our car after they answered and told us “5 minutes.” Supposed to be “safe,” but the drivers drive like maniacs and are on their phones the whole ride. Nothing “Quick & Safe” about it. Give someone else your money, these guys don’t deserve it.
Called several time to get thru upon parking for cruise. The women dispatcher was very rude. She had thick accent and we had to ask her to repeat herself several time which obviously upset her and made her more rude. Driver picked us up and proceeded to drive around to the other three lots for “another women” to pick up
After driving around, my phone rings and they are looking for me! I am on your bus dude! Y’all need to get it together! Seriously. Maybe get something via text with people names and who you are picking up. They didn’t even ask to see my confirmation of payment.
Upon exiting cruise, myself and several other people called and were treated in the same fashion we were on the way In. We were told various times from 15 to 30 min.
First thing the was confusing, this parking has no office, you just park and go. As far as the parking area it was ok, I never saw the parking attendant. When we arrived we did find the shuttle driver already there. However, the ride was not complimentary, this driver charged me $12.00 to take me to the port. Being that I did not have much time left to argue I dealt with it. My son sat on the back seat of the bus and water kept leaking on him the whole time. Coming back from the trip it took two calls and an hour wait to get picked up be a driver from days Inn shuttle to take us back to the parking lot.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! NO LIGHTS IN LOT AT ALL ... THEN NO SPOTS...HAD TO PARK AT A HOTEL LOT. THEN SHUTTLE NEVER ARRIVED AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. HAD TO UBER TO MY CAR. WHERE I HAD TO EXPLAIN SITUATION TO FRONT DESK OR PAY 100$ TO GET OUT OF CAR LOT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!......It is a poor parking lot with no security, . No one is there...except when the shuttles come. We waited an hour, going to the parking lot from the ship, finally got on shuttle, WAS TOLD TO GET BACK OFF as they were only going to airport, and another shuttle was right behind...after 25 minutes we had to get a cab to get to the lot. After things went bad...they would not even answer their phone anymore...And they told us to go to the wrong waiting areas as well, they do NOT go to the shuttle pick up area like the other company's...they go to the taxi and public pickup area. What a JOKE!
Was suppose to be transported, they advised to call 30 minutes in advance for proper pick up, after the call no one showed up for over an hour, everytime I called they said 5 to 10 minutes. 3 customers got dropped off in different shuttles yet no one pick us up and on an earlier shuttle that showed up gave preference to airport drop off leaving us stranded after we were already inside the shuttle. I had to end up taking a cab which resulted in a larger expense.
Never again! Aggressive, angry and worst service ever. I should have realized when making the original reservation, I was asking questions regarding shuttle and she was insisting I make a reservation and pay before providing answers to my questions. They do not communicate where they will pick you up from the Hotel and where you will be picked up from the airport. Then upon arrival back in to FTL they would not tell me where to go they just sent a picture of the shuttle which is a white shuttle and looks like all the others. I came out of terminal 3 and was looking for them and then they were yelling at me that I should be at terminal 4. I get to terminal 4 and ask them whether I am supposed to be upstairs or downstairs and they refuse to answer my question, they say ask someone there. There was no one in the vicinity to ask. So I go the complete opposite direction again to find someone to ask, they tell me to go to the end of canopy the direction I just came from. Why can’t they just tell me where to go and answer direct questions instead of expecting me to know and yelling at me? I then get to the right place see as pictured a white shuttle and I am waving at the driver and he drives away. I call them and they say the shuttle was black, why would they send me a picture of a white shuttle?. I ended up paying for an uber because I would rather pay someone who is nice and deserves my money. Then I get back to the parking lot and I can’t get out. The button is not working and they refuse to answer the phone. Finally 2 people from the hotel come out but their cards are not working. It takes another half an hour to get out of the parking garage. I would rather have spent the extra money to have my vehicle safe at airport and be able to get it out when I needed it instead of dealing with horrible people like these or go back to Gold Coast Parking for long term parking where they are really nice and will even wash your vehicle while you are gone.
Slow and sketchy. Arrival at the parking location, they had no parking placard to place in the car. And we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. Upon return, we waited about 15 mi utes for the shuttle pickup, then had to ride around in the shuttle for more than an hour for it to pick up from several other cruise ships, then drop off at several other parking lots and the airport. Absolutely nothing quick about it. I do not recommend this company.
