Great spot and nice hotel digs. Lots of restaurants for food choices nearby! My one complaint so far is that there is now a charge for parking which is ludicrous at the amount I paid for this room. It’s not like there’s other parking options nearby 😒. Also, this nonsense about not cleaning the rooms due to the pandemic unless requested is counterintuitive and counterproductive to preventing the spread of any virus/bacteria.
We stayed here on an overnight in between planes. The good: the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. And that is pretty much all you need. Any issues? Well, we waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle from the airport. When it didn't arrive, we ended up taking a taxi. The hotel advertised a bistro. There are three selections and all are pre packaged microwaved food. We were starving and ate what was put in front of us. Three burgers with chips, one beer and one glass of wine with a tip was.over $80US. It was a pre packaged microwaved burger. Oh well. The morning shuttle worked and the driver was helpful.
Room was spacious and bathroom water pressure was great. Our room did not drop below 72 with the air conditioner blasting. Very disappointed and it was a hot night. Not something I want to deal with and ask for an “engineer” at 1130 at night as they recommended when I checked out. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and maybe eggs? Not sure, I wasn’t informed when I checked in and saw some people eating it in the lobby when I checked out. I wish customer service was a bit more pleasant.
Rooms are nice sized and the entire facility was very clean. Staff was helpful in food and travel recommendations. Shuttle service to and from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport was very convenient and fast. Price was also very reasonable.

I had a king bed and it was VERY comfortable!
My room was #428, which was on the highway-facing side of the building, so I had to crank up the AC in order to not be awakened by traffic noise. I think if my room was on the odd-numbered side it might have been quieter, but I cannot say that for certain.
Overall, though, it was a good stay.
Convenient location and attractive price. Parking only $5 per night. New, clean hotel with attractive rooms at a reasonable rate.
Very good experience. However the guy in charge of taking people to airport was just downright unprofessional. Made my wife struggle to sit in back seat when he said no to her to sit in the front. Also other surly comments about the other riders. Not the actual driver who took us. He was good
Courtyard Marriott is a Hidden Gem I have an awesome view of a lake right outside my window and I can also see the guitar shaped Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino. The thing I really enjoy about this view the sunsets right down the middle line of my window. If I could move here I certainly would the train station is right next to the property I can get anywhere from here. Staff super friendly very helpful I love this place! Outdoor World is walking distance the seafood restaurant is very pleasant great place to get some tacos and catch up with friends before check out the fish in the middle of the shopping complex

Clean room but not so close to airport, noise from train, dirty elevator. Shuttle took a while but drivers very courteous and nice. Otherwise exactly what you would expect from a Courtyard.
This hotel is very easy to get to and close to 95, the airport, and public transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, and the overall feel of the hotel was fresh and modern.

Mixed emotions here. Room was fine which is really important, but disappointed in that I couldn't even get hot water in the morning to make tea. Food options were basically none except mostly junk near the front desk.
over 30 people were checking in . one person working. took over 3 hours to check in. very bad experience and we go away all the time. was over priced. and was not worth the money. .Room was not so clean. T.V didnt work and room smelled . Very Disappointed. No social distancing.
The hotel was very clean the staff was pleasant nothing short of what I expected from Marriott also the catcher was I was allowed to park my vehicle there while I went on a trip to Puerto Rico for four days and they provided me with a shuttle service so it’s a win-win I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s leaving town for a few days and trying to avoid paying for airport parking

I woke up from my night's stay to find my room infested with ants. When i complained they offered me extra points. Still haven't gotten them.
I am A FOM for marriott so I am very critical of the front desk. But honestly I was extremely impressed with the team there. They are amazing. I had the best conversations at the front desk. They really made me feel comfortable. Please look up the young lady that checked me in. She was extremely professional. I will be staying here more often. 😀
If I could give negative stars I would. My partner and I recently stayed here from 6/20-6/22. The customer service was extremely disappointing and we were bit by BED BUGS! In which my partner had a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION TO! I haven’t been able to contact the manager I just receive the run around. There’s no way to directly contact corporate. This whole experience have just been disgraceful! Well we all know what happens next right?! Worst place to stay
