Loved this stay. Genuinely friendly and attentive staff across the board. Nice looking lobby and guest rooms. Great rate compared to other similar hotels in the area, although valet parking rate was absurdly high. Talking to the valet attendents about this saved me $15 a night though (again, great empowered service). Highly recommend for your stay in downtown FL.

A very decent place to stay, definitely above average. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast & lunch they served. Free shuttle to & from the airport.only complaint us the that it seemed like it was managed by college aged students that didn't care much about their customers.

My main reason for staying here is the kitchenette!! I hate only having a microwave and coffee machine which forces you to order out but at this hotel you have a kitchenette, almost all the pots or pans you need, kitchen utensils, and a regular size refrigerator. I like how spacious the rooms are and very clean. They do offer breakfast which includes hot and cold items. I am always comfortable when I stay, overall the staff is friendly and I have never really had any issues. ****Remember many establishments in the travel and hospitality industry are short staffed. Don't take out your frustrations on those who actually show up to work and have been working through the pandemic.****

We had a great experience at this hotel. While the room was dated, it was clean and met our needs. The pool area was nice and was clean. The breakfast was good. The best thing about our stay was the service provided by Keila at the Front Desk. She was amazing!

Nice and clean hotel close to airport. They serve morning breakfast which is just OK. When we were there they served scrambled eggs with chive, sausage and biscuits. Also they have cereal, waffle station and oatmeal. Fruits and Juice also there. Wendy’s and Dunkin is walkable distance from this hotel. Our room is neat and clean. Bed is kind outdated. They have decent pool and gym.Staff is great. They have good lobby area to wait and courtesy shuttle service to airport.

Homewood Suites is a very nice and cozy restaurant. The staff is very pleasant and the morning breakfast was surprisingly very tasty. I will definitely be back again.

The location is great being close to the airport but there are no restaurants, stores within walking distance if you don't have a car....only thing close is a Wendys and Dunkin Donuts as well as a couple gas stations...no restaurant at the hotel. They do have a decent set up for a continental breakfast and they had everything...people at the hotel were friendly enough and the room was clean and nice...no complaints except nothing close to hotel where u can grab a bite to eat other than fast food. We weren't really here long enough to see anything much...the pool area looked nice. Also shuttle service they offer to and from the airport is worth it.

Mini suites all have a small full kitchen. It's truly a home away from home. I highly recommend staying there. You will enjoy it.

The accommodation was lovely indeed. The suite was spacious with a little extra room, so you could relax and indulge. The hotel staffing were very nice and helpful.
I would stay again and would recommend other people to this hotel. They could improve on communication in some areas.

Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, though I did not interact much with them. Hotel location is in a difficult location to navigate in and out, especially if traveling East on Griffin. Some room locations facing North or East are noisy due to aircraft flight path into FLL and nearby railroad.

They also let us check out late then the usual time. And last but not the least their breakfast is excellent. Now wherever I go I look for Homewood suites.

The People here are amazing! From the Front desk to the Breakfast staff, even the housekeepers! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcomed! King suite was Everything you'd expect w a great view of the pool! The Breakfast was on point!! The Ladies did they thing and with a super friendly attitude and Big smiles! Can't wait to be back!

We are 100% pleased with our stay. The suite was perfect. The hotel staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We have no complaints and would not hesitate to stay here again. I’m very picky about were I lay my head to sleep, so trust me if I had not been completely satisfied I would not be afraid to say so. Great place to stay.

Very impressed. This hotel is in the same price range of the 2.5 star hotel American put me up in after my flight was canceled and a 3 star hotel (from a competitor's brand) I stayed in the night before, but the room and the hotel in general were in much better condition. The staff was friendly. The room was cool and comfy. Breakfast really was very good, as indictated by other guests. Options included cereal, with milk and a lactose free option, bread with a toaster, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, a waffle maker, oatmeal - already made or packets, with an assortment of add-ins, hard boiled eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, what looked like grits, and I saw someone with fried potatoes although I clearly missed them on the breakfast bar. Juice, coffee (regular, decaf, and robust), and ice water to drink. It was by far, the best complimentary breakfast I've seen served. No hassle, little noise, and a great shower. The bed was comfy enough. It didn't make a huge impression when I laid down, but I didn't wake hurting so that's good. Would definitely stay again!
Also, I received an email that we could check I'm through the app. I was able to use it to check in and out. I did have to see a front desk due to an issue (not the hotel's fault - but they were helpful and kind). We were able to use the digital key and other features. I appreciated the app.

Three treadmills do not make a "gym". Also, a city bus stop is near to ferry guests to and from local destinations like the Hollywood broadwalk and Young circle, are both very cool. A printed "how to" would have been nice on navigating the bus to and from either location.

The hotel lobby is well decorated and front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool but the latch to get in isn't label so it was difficult to get into the door.
The hotel is located close to the airport with lots of restaurants nearby and in walking distance.
The King bed suite was exactly Luke the pictures on the website. I highly recommend this property.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, modern with full kitchen, quiet with a private bedroom which allows a couple to have their own space without disturbing the other, if desired. The service was excellent. We received Amazon packages during our stay and were even offered a cart to carry the packages. Breakfast was filling, often too much for one meal. Convenient, great wifi (allowed me to work remotely and even stream Netflix). Definitely will stay here again and again!

I’ve stayed at this location several times and it’s always clean. Angela, the manager, is such a sweetheart and always there with a warm welcome. It’s close to Dania Pointe with great restaurants. Also close to the FLL airport which is a plus. This location never disappoints.

I stayed here the night before an early flight out of FLL. This is probably the nicest hotel and room I have ever stayed in, and I’m sad I had to leave at 5 am and couldn’t enjoy a bit more. My room was massive, with a full kitchen, full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, the works. The bathroom set up was fabulous, and the bed was comfortable and huge. I hung out at the pool and got dinner from the clever mini market by the lobby. I’ll absolutely stay again.

The hotel was nice. But the reservation process was a mess. The Hiton Rep. Said she has a better price and changed my reservation. Her reservation was a better price but it has to be paid upfront and could not be cancelled. When I found this out I was 😡. I called the hotel upon the Hilton 800 number and was told to ask for the general manager. I called and the general manager was not in. Patricia answered and refused to even change the reservation. This angered me. Because lige happens and reservations do change. The will not help you out so beware!

Just a quick layover but very nice rooms comfortable beds, plenty of pillows which I love and a free continental breakfast that was bigger than most. Oh yeah, they also offered terrific shuttle service that was convenient and efficient. Two things I love with any service. :-)

Very nice! The room was clean and staff was excellent. I was very tired from and 8 hour drive and had an event to attend that night. The room set and comfort of the bed, gave me and my son a great nice sleep so i could travel home. Wasn't tired one bit! I normally wake up when traveling due to uncomfortable bed this was not the case. Thank you!

My overall stay was good.
The young woman at the front desk during the day was kind, the older woman with an accent wasn’t as kind but she wasn’t horrible either. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, aside from the microwave. The furniture was a bit battered probably due to other guests carelessness but for the most part, I enjoyed my stay.

Business takes me to Miami on a regular basis but I prefer flying Southwest. The convenience of being close to Ft Lauderdale Airport and quality of service at this Homewood Suites makes the extra daily commute worth it. Hollywood Beach a short drive very convenient for my daily walk.

Due to Covid-19 this place is very good. They don't have buffet breakfast they give a breakfast basket with yogurt, bagel, cream cheese, orange or apple juice, banana and coffee or tea. That's is enough to start a day in this difficult time. Thank you all staff.
