on Saturday 1/25/25 my experience with parking access was awful, when I arrived at Homewood Suite @ 4:52 am to get on the 5:00 am shuttle, some other guests and myself were told the 5:00am shuttle had to leave ( at 4:50 am) early because it was filled with passengers at around 4:48 am and we would have to wait for the 6:00 am shuttle. Our flight was at 7:15am with JetBlue so we couldn't wait that long, and was advised by the Homewood receptionist to complain to parking access and send you guys our uber/lyft receipts. So I ended up taking uber to the airport that cost me $20.72, and I have the Uber receipt to prove my visa payment.
