Rude "service" - very rude! Not what we are used to in the US normally.
But it went fast when we came - very fast and without one word! Almost Without looking at us. A strange feeling.
When we came back, we had to phone them instead of an text message. Its either easy nor cheep for people not from the US - and difficult to understand them in the phone (they talk there)
The man who came was ok - we drove around for other people.
As always in the US they begged for tips with a BIG note hanging in the car!
Your supposed to call 20 minutes prior to the time you want to leave. I did. And the driver dispatched for our group apparently picked a different group up. I ended up having to call back about 3 times. Each time I was promised the next van would be ours. When it was all said and done we ended up waiting about an hour and 10 minutes. I will not be using these guys again. I think you could do far better for cruse parking in ft Lauderdale. My truck was also covered in dust after an 8 day cruise.
There are 2 different parking locations, one for cruises and one for the airport. Despite being given directions over the phone and using my GPS I ended up at the wrong location and almost missed my flight. It would be helpful if when giving directions, the different locations are mentioned.
Upon arriving at the correct lot, I was extremely happy with the level of service. Friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. I was on the airport shuttle within 30 seconds of pulling into the lot. Upon return, I waited about 6 minutes to be picked up from the airport.
My main issue was with payment. I confirmed the cost of parking in advance and was charged $35 for 3 nights of parking. When attempting to pay, I was told I'd be charged $5 extra for paying with a credit card. When I questioned this policy, I was told that it's to cover the credit card processing fees. My protests fell on deaf ears, and I reluctantly paid the surcharge as I didn't have any cash.
1. Under Florida law statute 501.0117 it is illegal to impose a surcharge for using a credit card.
2. I work with credit card processing companies and the credit card fees are at a maximum 3% of the total bill - in my case $1.05 - the remaining $3.95 cannot be attributed to credit card fees.
3. I am concerned about the efforts a business would go to in encouraging "cash only payments." This is a red flag that makes me wonder about other ethically and legally questionable business practices this company is engaged in.
4. I was given a quote in advance over the phone, be upfront about a credit card surcharge, very few people are carrying cash. If it's believed that this is a fair business practice, be upfront about it.
This is not about $5, - I would gladly have paid more for the good service - this is a matter of fair, legal and ethical business practice.

Excellent services for cruise transportation and parking for vehicle while on cruise.
Perfect choice for cruise parking. Vans were readily available and drop-off/pick-up was a breeze. Next time we have a Port Everglades cruise, we'll use them again.

Drop off and pick up service at a great parking rate. My care was taken care of by the polite and friendly staff. This company was recommended by the Holiday Inn Express staff close by. Glad I took their recommendation. Was a little concerned because, their facilities are no frills. Just wasn't sure about turning my key over. Well, don't hesitate, your care will be just fine.
