Honestly, I’ve only just reserved a vehicle to rent but my wife used them in February, 2023. She had booked at another rental company and it was basically a “bait and switch”. Gold Coast was so accommodating when they heard her story that she remembered them which is what led me to book with them. When I called, Adam was extremely kind and helpful and booked my vehicle without any problems. He explained exactly what I’d need to bring to complete the rental process and you could literally hear his smile over the phone. As a small business owner, I have an appreciation for exceptional customer service and that’s exactly what Adam provided.

We left our car here for 5 days while cruising. Very happy! Bonito was a pleasure. Really took care of us. We only waited about 5 minutes for shuttle pick up and drop off. Price was half of what the cruise parking would have been as well. Definitely recommend this place !

Great experience parking my Caddy SUv for a 2week trip abroad, from the price of parking and convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport. On the return from our trip there was a delay with luggage, causing a delay in our scheduled pickup, the driver was so flexible in keeping in touch with us until the situation was resolved. He picked us up and was as friendly and helpful as could be. I would never hesitate to park here on future trips.

Absolutely excellent experience. One of the owners (Adam) was exceptionally accommodating on short notice and we had an amazing hassle free experience renting a mustang and spending a weekend in south beach Miami while waiting for a flight cancellation.

I have parked here a few times. They are always friendly and timely. They recently had their phone service changed and I was unable to reach them when I arrived at the airport. Sure it was inconvenient in the moment but Adam refunded me for my Uber from the airport. I will definitely be using them for future parking!

We chatted with someone called Eric, and he sent someone to our hotel to pick us up and gave us a great price and a great car. Everything was very smooth and easy.
He was a very professional and old fashion person with principles and values. You feel that the person will never try to rip you off by charging you extras after you pay.
After dropping the car off, they took us to the airport and was really nice driver as well.
Definitely 5 ⭐️ stars car rental.
Ps. I quoted 3 different places and he was the cheapest in the area as well.

Enterprise messed my car rental up and didn't have another car. I went to Avis and Hertz they said it would be hours before they could help me. I found Goldcoast rental in Fort Lauderdale. They told me to come on in and they would have a car waiting for me. Don't know what I would have done without them. Saved my vacation. Very courteous and professional. I just have to come and give these people a review. So AVIS, at the last minute, told us they no longer had rentals. We ended up at Gold cost. They were fast and very courteous. I was kinda iffy at first but I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up having to extend the rental for a couple more hours with no hassle. In all 5 stars, I’m big on customer service.

Just wanted ro say we found this family run company to be excellent! We needed a car for 1 day to go out to Sawgrass recreational park then down to Everglades Shark Valley… we started to look at big rental names but the chap ‘Rocky’ at our hotel desk in Fort Lauderdale recommended this company. We got a comfortable car, they picked us up from out hotel to pick up a car at Miami airport and took us into downtown Fort Lauderdale after returning the car. Adam couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave us a great service at a very reasonable rental rate… the free pick up and drop off for us to use Uber would have cost us more than half of the rental charge! Highly recommend this company and a big thank you to Adam for the service!
