Word to the wise, don’t stay here!! The only reason we chose this place was for the 24 hour shuttle... so if that’s why you’re doing it.. save yourself! They do not have one. Or call before you take off to let them know you’ve arrived and say you have all your bags. The staff is also rude. After we called multiple times, he claimed the shuttle was on its way.. 1.5 hours later we called Marriott customer service to let them know, they then sent a HILTON shuttle.. again... 1.5 hours later. Absolutely unacceptable. The same shuttle drivers of other hotels came and went multiple times. One of the drivers even told us he used to drive for this particular hotel and all the checks he received would bounce which is why he left... this place is shady.
Roach Motel!! This is the perfect hotel, if you like living with roaches! We killed a total of 9 roaches so far in our room, and still have 1 more night here! They only gave us 1 face towel and 1 big towel for the entire stay. I found 3 cleaning ladies, but none of them spoke English! The water pressure in the bathroom is weak. We would have done better staying in our car!
Several Issues. Checked into the room and lights didn't work. Called front desk - no answer. Go downstairs to front desk, find employees talking. The room also had zero bedding for the pull out sofa. Called front desk, they said they would check and then hung up. What does that mean? Will they call back? That's horrible service. Went back downstairs, and the guy gave me sheets and a blanket but no extra pillows. The room also had 2 towels total in the bathroom. I've stayed at several Marriott properties in the past 3 months. This was the worst. Horrible housekeeping. Horrible service. The rooms are also horribly laid out with zero outlets for phones. I had to unplug an alarm clock to charge my phone. They get 2 stars because every Marriott seems to have the most comfortable beds and that's the only positive I have on this location. Too many other hotels in the area - will not return to this one!
Nice place. Both the night clerk and day clerk were very pleasant. The room was smallish, but had a nice desk and a BIG TV. In general place was clean (lobby, room, etc). The negatives were, too few and inaccessible plugs. The coffee maker wasn't plugged in and the plug was behind the dresser (hard to access). Only 1 plug on the desk. Also, the bathroom had a LONG DARK HAIR hanging from the soap dish in the shower (GROSS) and the shower didn't go all the way on (knob on the faucet only caused 80 to 85% of the water to come out of shower. Also, water wasn't quite hot enough. It was comfortably warm, but not a good hot shower to shave in. All in all for the price & distance to airport was a good place & worth it. Neighborhood seemed good & rooms were pretty well soundproofed. (I could hear next room over being loud and obnoxious from the hallway, but not at all from inside my room.)
I have never had a problem with the Fairfield until visit to this hotel. We waited 2 hours for the shuttle and ended up taking an Uber. Then we had a double room but only had one wash towel and one hand towel. We went to get more, they gave us one wash towel which had a stain on it. The sheets had stains. They said hot breakfast but gave us a box breakfast each included a plain bagel, cream cheese and granola bar. If that's the case, it should have been listed under amenities. No telephone in the room so you had to walk down. Water was lukewarm for the shower. This was the worst hotel stay and I would not expected it from Fairfield.
I booked our stay through the Marriott Bonvoy App (your mileage may vary for other methods of booking). I had the option to pay extra for a hot breakfast buffet, which I did. After arriving at the property, the front desk manager informed us that the breakfast was in takeout boxes only (totally understandable given COVID), but that they also stopped offering hot breakfast completely, with fruit and bread only. They refuse to refund us for the mix up. Again, I understand the reasoning for not having a buffet, but refusing to offer hot breakfast when I paid for the option, then refusing to refund the extra I paid, citing that they have no control over the app - that's not acceptable. There's literally zero reason why their to go boxes can't include the hot breakfast I was promised when I paid extra for this booking.
I have never stayed Where it takes a half a day to get wash cloth and towels. We spent half the day In the room waiting So we could take a shower to go out and have fun. This makes no sense. I called to the front desk They put me on hold for so long that I hung up the phone and they didn't even call me back. And we went to the front desk two or three times trying to get some. Very disappointed
I called late after the rental car placed was closed and I was unable to get a rental. Not sure what that guy name was on the phone but he told me that they have beds available but the last shuttle left at 1:00AM. So I taxi over to the hotel. The room was clean, and the bed slept great, and the price couldn’t be beat! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star is because the bathroom needs some updating.
Room was clean, but the hotel has paper thin walls. We heard next door neighbors talking till midnight and couldn't fall asleep. I finally had to call their room and politely ask to be quieter. Felt terrible.
The hotel is ok. Bed is comfortable. However the bathroom was not super clean and breakfast was really disappointing. I understand we are facing a pandemic and health measures must be put in place, but giving us a box with a bad quality muffin and a grains bar was really beyond expectations.
Nice enough place. Could use some refreshing up. Good staff. Great free secure parking while your away up to 20+ days
Adequate, run of the mill airport hotel. It does its job. The rooms were clean when we walked in, but for the smell coming from the garbage disposal. Throw some lemon juice or something down that hole. The front desk were "business-like" nice, almost like courtesy by the numbers. But I suppose that works for some. It does the job. Overall, can't complain. Would have loves to see what breakfast would have been like sans COVID. The boxed breakfast with the awful boiled eggs managed to fill me up. It did its job!
Nice place to stay in this area. Decent neighborhood from what I saw of it. I don't think you have to worry about your vehicle in the parking lot.
Its just an average every day hotel. The staff is great and it's very clean. The room though is very small. Very little space to walk around. Not a place to unwind in. Good for sleeping only
Very clean hotel, free shuttle, free breakfast and a quiet room and great bed. I stay here again in a heartbeat. For better price use booking.com app for better price.
