My flight arrived later than expected and there was no shuttle service available for me so I had to spend an additional 21 dollars for a Lyft ride to get back to my car. Very disappointed.
Parking was easy. Shuttle good. Driver wonderful. I booked and paid parking for 3 days. Out flight was cancelled. 3 hours after drop off we called to be picked up. An hour after shuttle came with same wonderful driver. Dropped us off. I tried calling to get 2 days refunded to no avail. I then emailed and got a one line reply from a wise ass! “You want parking for free”? I wrote back that the reply was unprofessional and I WAS ASKING FOR RETURN OF $$ for 2 days. Never heard again.
