I’m generally satisfied with this parking service. My car was picked up quickly and the shuttle to the airport came after a short wait. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because when I returned from my trip, I had to wait about 25 minutes at the designated spot in the airport before the shuttle arrived. Other than that, everything went well — I even had $400 in cash left inside the car, and nothing was touched.
This is my go-to EWR airport parking spot! I’ve parked here on 4 separate occasions and each of them have been excellent. Pros: super close the the airport, shuttle is quick to airport, even quicker to get picked up, they bring the car right to the front of the lot when you come back from your trip. Malik was great for getting the car ready for me even when we arrived back from the trip a day earlier than scheduled on our reservation.
