I am a Property Manager and I was looking for a company to deliver a rental we needed for one of our tenants and I found Miami Rent A Car, which happened to have good reviews. What a great experience. Our flight arrived late after the facility had closed. I called for our in terminal delivery of a brand new Ford Bronco. On the second ring the phone was picked up by the owner Gabe. Due to the late hour of our arrival, he drove to the branch, picked up our truck, and delivered to our hotel. I’m sure the whole situation took him 3 hours and someone was with him to drive him home. He met us right on time at departures to take the truck back. Great communication during the whole stay and certainly someone who goes the extra mile for his clients. We will rent from him again when we are back in town.
