The worst customer service ever.. be careful w the contract.they think they own us because of their low prices. I'd rather pay extra for better customer service..
Wish I had read reviews. We booked through Orbitz and didn't know anything about this company. We were forced to buy liability insurance because I didn't have a copy of car insurance policy. Who requires that?! He also tried to get us to pay $15 a day for tolls, even though there aren't any tolls on the keys. We refused and just programmed my phone to navigate without tolls. Worked out fine. Gas tank was not full when we picked up.
My boyfriend and I were going to rent a car from this company. They totally ripped us off. He went to book the car, was charged $45 fee for the car service but then was informed that a credit card is required and there are no refunds, no transfers, no exchanges. Pretty much they’re just taking our money. He called to get in contact with the company at 8pm, and they did not answer the for an hour and a half though it is advertised that they close at 10:00pm. They were not willing to even help us and ended up keeping the $45 regardless of us picking the car up or not. We were never given the opportunity to actually rent the car, they kept the money. I would recommend using a better car rental service. This one is trash.
I waited for a shuttle that never came. I took a taxi instead. I had a pickup time of 9 pm. When I got there at 9:30 pm the place was closed. According to the website, they should be open until 11 pm. I couldn't get ahold of customer service until the next day. Instead of helping me they put me on hold for an hour. I finally called my travel agent and by that time green motion had lied and told them I was a no show.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ENTERPRISE AS THEY ARE A HIGHLY WELL KNOWN PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Green Motion is a sketchy unprofessional greedy company that refuses to be accountable and help their customers. I hope that my 45 dollars that they refuse to refund me is worth it for them.
We arrived hours late and staff stayed late and kept the office open in order to make sure we had a car. When we finally arrived they were jovial and good natured. Also, they made the process efficient. Thanks Bryan and the other guy!
Found a great rate and decided to book with them. When I arrived at the counter they forced me to purchase additional third party insurance ($25/day) because my credit card insurance only covers damages. In addition I had to purchase their toll pass for $12.99 per day or pay $25 per toll I crossed. Once here I didn't have much choice so I paid it. I wish they had been more transparent with their charges and fees. I won't be renting with them again.

We booked our car in Miami, the pickup from the airport was very easy from shuttle. Our driver was very friendly told us where to fill up the car when return for cheaper gas.We saw Brian when we got there to pick up car, he was an awesome guy. He recommended night life and food choices. Iwoulliflife
Awful customer service. Customer service over the phone couldn't find my reservation even with confirmation number. I arrived at the rental office Luis couldn't find my reservation, was rude and patronizing. After much back and forth it was clear I wouldn't be renting any vehicle from them. I asked him to process a refund for the full amount of my rental which had been charged to my card by them as soon as I made the reservation weeks before my pick up date. Long story short he said he couldn't do it - charge has since been disputed with my credit card company.
I travel to and from Miami monthly and will clearly never rent from Green Motion again.
Green Motion is offering the best possible rates in the MIA area. Quality of service is also great! Brian helped me check-in as soon as I walked in and it was very quick. He marked off all the pre-existing damages to the car so I don't have to worry missing them. I have rented twice already and will go back for future rentals.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT a car from this place. I missed my flight because they are offsite with no drop box and not open until 7 on Sun. Have been calling to make arrangements to drop off keys but no answer. Was in the perfect place to be robbed or killed at 5 am trying to return a car. All kinds of hidden fees and a really slick sales pitch.
Overall an excellent experience. Brian helped us and made the process as smooth as possible for us. Thank you! Negative: Toll-flat is way to expensive in my opinion.
