I wish I could put -500 stars. NEVER COME HERE. especially if you are traveling. all the info they have on the site is wrong. they do not take your insurance and ask for $70 a day coverage and 1k deposit. for WHAT? a compact? I am not renting a Lambo. All the info they provided is wrong.

This was my first experience with Green Motion. The daily rental rate was great. However, I did not get the vehicle at all. Their demands are VERY unreasonable to me. They required a $1000 deposit & would only accept the declaration page for proof of car insurance!! Then when I requested a refund I was told to get it from Booking.com. While sitting in the Green Motion lobby I overheard the conversation of another customer & she clearly was displeased with the service. I will avoid this rental center in the future & others like it. I'll stick with the time-tested rentals that I've always dealt with in the past. Sometimes getting a discount & low rate with those I don't know is not to my advantage!! I'll make different choices going forward, even if I have to pay more. I will not deal with this place again!!

Sucks! Do not park and ride here!

I'm sorry I have to even give them 1 star!

Customer service is very poor, the gentleman at the front desk kept taking other guest over me. He gave no instructions as to where we should park our car.

The worse was when the shuttle driver dropped us off at metro mover which takes you into the airport. They do not, I repeat do not take you to your airline departure. I believe the couple with us missed their flight.

We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience.

you’ll end up paying double the amount you planned to spend after all the hidden charges. Literally add 79$ insurance per day and the tax rates are unbelievable. I’d rather go with a known rental company with a solid reputation even I have to spend little more money.

Edwin was very efficient and made check out quick and smooth. But the company still does not give me back my deposit.... the car was returned, we did not have any tickets/violations or damage to the car, still they don't return my security deposit.

Do not use this company, I had to because of short notice and needed a car. I am still waiting after 6 weeks for a $150 security deposit to be returned when they said I would see it after 2 weeks. I've talked to a human once after waiting on hold for ages and she made up some excuse about waiting 30 days for returns, but my car was returned with no problems. Also I'm pretty sure my card number was used by someone at this company in a parking garage in a city I have never been to.

Just don't. All positive reviews are made by their staff. Service is extremely slow, they only have two counters, and when we got there only one was operational. They have hidden fees and everything feels really shaky, I'm concerned what other problems will arise when we come back after our trip. Mask wearing is not enforced at all and the driver that brought us from the airport didn't even have one. Pay a bit more for a reputable brand

This place was terrible!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I got to their office, the girl in the front was super rude!! Then they start telling me that I couldn't use my insurance because It was not on the list. The car we got was so cheap. Windows and locks were manual. I had to replace 2 tires on the vehicle. It was the worse experience ever! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I am still waiting on my deposit to be returned and nothing yet!! Been getting the runaround. First it was that I was gonna get it, then I have to wait 21 business days to make sure no money is owed, then told me that it will be release soon. Still nothing yet. It's terrible how they are stealing from people and the way they treat you! Never again with these people!! Car rental ended up costing me over $1200.00. I will be calling priceline that recommends this place to tell them about my experience too!. This place does not deserve any more business!

We booked through Sun Country with car bundle. It billed up to almost $2000 with 12 seated van upfront. That was the just start. When we got to the place to pickup our van. We were charged another $1000 more for car insurance and toll. We were told to take the deal or leave. The $2000 we paid with the bundle will be invalid if we don't take the deal. Yes we're force to take the deal. They didnt accept our own insurance. Highly not recommend. Zero star

My experience at Green Motion was honestly seemless!! I booked online and picked up and it was super easy! The car was small, compact and fuel saving too. Leonela was super helpful in getting me checked out and was very sweet.

This is the slowest service, on both pick up and return, that I've ever experienced. And, upon pick up, we had less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas and the car had an automated notice on the screen that maintenance was needed. We called to report that right away and had 0 response to the call. Wildly slow and unprofessional. Good luck if you opt to try them out.

Save the trouble and go with a reputable car rental service. They display low prices but have huge hidden fees of 40 a day insurance and 25 a day if you are under 25. It ends up being more of not the same as a reputable company except the car is way worse in condition. This company is also not at the airport and incredibly slow at getting you set up to go and to and from the airport. It is not worth the hassle and ends up being more expensive, they also have horrible customer service and are difficult to just get ahold of. Zero stars if I could.

I can give this place no stars I would. You have to call to schedule your shuttle. This place doesn’t answer the call they give you a generic text. When we got to the rental building we were told our reservation was cancelled because we weren’t there at the exact reservation time but our flight was delayed and they don’t answer their phone. We were told they have no more cars (but we had a reservation for one?)



They couldn’t give us a refund and tried to set up a rental with another place but jacked up the price to close to $1k for 3 days non-holiday weekend. This place is a scam don’t fall for their cheap rates.

Getting a hold of anyone here is a nightmare. The location and fares are good, but there are other choices at similar price and location, but without the near impossible task of getting someone on the phone. I called 3 different numbers, including the one emailed, a total of about 12 times over 3 days without getting a hold of anyone who could extend my reservation. When I finally got a person on the line the guy said, "I'm just a driver, go to the office." It's airport parking so for most people that's impossible. Never again.

Very shady. I arrived at Miami airport, i called number they provided about 20 times. Finally someone answered and told me to go to station 1 and wait for the shuttle to cone pick me up. Shuttle came after about 20 min. When i came to Green Motion office to pick the car, it took them 1.5 hours to give me the car and paper work. Finally i got a car and 3 days later, i was was driving the whole back bumper fell off the car, basically detached from the car and was hanging on one said. I pulled over and called Green Motion office but no one would answer the phone so i andes up snapping the bumper from the other side and put it in the car and drive back to the hotel without the back bumper. Brought it in next day for swap took them another 1.5 hours to give me another car. One person was working in tbe whole office and the line of customers waiting to return and pick up was building up. Over all very bad experience and i would recommend at all unless you want to ruin your trip

ZERO STARS. SCAMMERS. They literally lied to our faces about charges and about toll pass. Told me it was in our rental price and then charged me $80 for tolls. Which probably added up to less than $5. Told me I had to have insurance which I denied numberous times. He then told me there was a deposit we would get back and charged me for insurance and toll fees and $150 deposit. Tried to work it out when we returned the car. Front desk refused to get manager. What a bunch of jerks.

It was okay. They hid the insurance fees with my bundled deal. I have rental coverage but not enough for their charge. The ladies were very helpful though. My car looked like it had been shot with bullets 😮- I didn't mind for my price of 60.00 for 2 days but it ended up being over 200.00. The driver that picked me up was an absolute doll--- however no one told me the service was outside of the airport. I had to call and get someone to pick me up...kinda frustrating.

By far, the worst rental experience ever. Upon arrival to the rental company, we noticed two staff members working on a vehicle. They were using a blow torch and applying paint with a brush. When we were getting our rental, they tacked on additional mandatory fees (daily toll fees and local insurance). The company would not accept our insurance as a means to supplement theirs. When it was time to do the vehicle inspection, one of their staff members was instructed to take a video of the inspection. He walked around the vehicle but missed the scratches, dents, uneven paint jobs on the bottom half of the vehicle. I had to physically point everything out to him to ensure we would not be held liable for any of the previous damage. We are currently stranded as the vehicle completely died on us outside of a CVS parking lot. We called the company line and were told one of the representatives would call us back to help resolve our issue. I’m extremely disappointed that we are losing valuable time because GreenMotion has unreliable lemon vehicles.

I was skeptical at first due to other reviews but my wife did the reservation anyways.Thank goodness we rented with Green Motion. Super easy pick up from the airport and drop off! Yes, we had to put a security deposit when we got the car and if you want unlimited travel pass then you have to pay a little extra. Overall our experience was smooth the lady at the front desk (Leonela) was super nice, explained everything to us in detail. We will sure rent with them on our next trip to Miami.

Spent time and money for nothing, I didn’t enjoy my vacation by driving their old and dead car, it would be better to order Uber for the same money, they taking to much for insurance 200$ for 3 days and deductible is 5000$, their Nissan Versa doesn’t cost that much even. Worst company I ever met in my life

Did not know they are not in the airport, no one answers the phone to pick you up so you have to Uber there, tons of hidden fees and terrible customer service!

A shame I didn’t read reviews before arriving.

Definitely will dispute all charges!

I had very bad experience with the company and a lengthy open and unresolved case regarding company's unauthorized charges and unacceptable customer service at car rental office. Unfriendly and almost totally unreachable personnel at company's headquarters, no available decision-maker to look at the case and help with it's resolution.



Car rental low prices with Green Motion is a trap. In the end I was charged twice the amount for 4 days of rental in Miami, FL, part of this charge was unauthorized amount of the car insurance, despite the fact that I presented the proof of my existing insurance coverage to the clerk at car pick-up and I was assured by that clerk that there will be no insurance charge and all the documents and the payment method that I presented were sufficient.



I did not get a printed copy of my agreement despite my request with the clerk, nor I was given any paperwork during the car drop-off visit of the office.



I strongly advise not to deal with Green Motion rental due to the lack of quality customer service and incompetent and not-trustworthy staff at car pick-up offices.

Completely unreliable! They left us stranded at the airport with no other car rental with cars available! Had to get the greyhound and ride 4 to 5 hours with my autistic 5 year old! It was a full day completely ruined! Thanks to this company. Avoid no matter what!

Wish I had read reviews. We booked through Orbitz and didn't know anything about this company. We were forced to buy liability insurance because I didn't have a copy of car insurance policy. Who requires that?! He also tried to get us to pay $15 a day for tolls, even though there aren't any tolls on the keys. We refused and just programmed my phone to navigate without tolls. Worked out fine. Gas tank was not full when we picked up.

My boyfriend and I were going to rent a car from this company. They totally ripped us off. He went to book the car, was charged $45 fee for the car service but then was informed that a credit card is required and there are no refunds, no transfers, no exchanges. Pretty much they’re just taking our money. He called to get in contact with the company at 8pm, and they did not answer the for an hour and a half though it is advertised that they close at 10:00pm. They were not willing to even help us and ended up keeping the $45 regardless of us picking the car up or not. We were never given the opportunity to actually rent the car, they kept the money. I would recommend using a better car rental service. This one is trash.

I waited for a shuttle that never came. I took a taxi instead. I had a pickup time of 9 pm. When I got there at 9:30 pm the place was closed. According to the website, they should be open until 11 pm. I couldn't get ahold of customer service until the next day. Instead of helping me they put me on hold for an hour. I finally called my travel agent and by that time green motion had lied and told them I was a no show.



I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ENTERPRISE AS THEY ARE A HIGHLY WELL KNOWN PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.



Green Motion is a sketchy unprofessional greedy company that refuses to be accountable and help their customers. I hope that my 45 dollars that they refuse to refund me is worth it for them.

Found a great rate and decided to book with them. When I arrived at the counter they forced me to purchase additional third party insurance ($25/day) because my credit card insurance only covers damages. In addition I had to purchase their toll pass for $12.99 per day or pay $25 per toll I crossed. Once here I didn't have much choice so I paid it. I wish they had been more transparent with their charges and fees. I won't be renting with them again.

Our driver was very friendly told us where to fill up the car when return for cheaper gas.We saw Brian when we got there to pick up car, he was an awesome guy. Awful customer service. Customer service over the phone couldn't find my reservation even with confirmation number. I arrived at the rental office Luis couldn't find my reservation, was rude and patronizing. After much back and forth it was clear I wouldn't be renting any vehicle from them. I asked him to process a refund for the full amount of my rental which had been charged to my card by them as soon as I made the reservation weeks before my pick up date. Long story short he said he couldn't do it - charge has since been disputed with my credit card company.

I travel to and from Miami monthly and will clearly never rent from Green Motion again.

Green Motion is offering the best possible rates in the MIA area. Quality of service is also great! Brian helped me check-in as soon as I walked in and it was very quick. He marked off all the pre-existing damages to the car so I don't have to worry missing them. I have rented twice already and will go back for future rentals.

Have been calling to make arrangements to drop off keys but no answer. Was in the perfect place to be robbed or killed at 5 am trying to return a car.
