I was skeptical at first due to other reviews but my wife did the reservation anyways.Thank goodness we rented with Green Motion. Super easy pick up from the airport and drop off! Yes, we had to put a security deposit when we got the car and if you want unlimited travel pass then you have to pay a little extra. Overall our experience was smooth the lady at the front desk (Leonela) was super nice, explained everything to us in detail. We will sure rent with them on our next trip to Miami.

I forgot my jewelry box under the seat of our rental. It had a few rings and some broken earrings. The jewelry isn't worth much (if anything) but my Dad gave it to me and he passed away when I was young. It's incredibly sentimental to me. I was so terrified that I had lost it forever. One word of wisdom is to not count on insuring the car with credit card rental insurance because they do not honor it so probably best bet is to insure it online when you book it. Other than the insurance hick up the car was great and we enjoyed riding in the convertible.

Edwin was so great! He was nice, personable, and informative! We never would have thought about tolls because we come from a state that doesn't have them and since we were driving down to Key West (bucket list location) we feel like he ended up saving our butts! We rented a convertible mustang that was newer, clean and nearly free of blemishes. The reality is, most people renting cars don't treat them with the care they would if they were their own so you can't blame the company for that. Green Motion provided us with stellar service and made possible an experience we will never forget. Thank you!

Edwin took the time to explain all of the different car rental options available to me and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. He was patient and answered all of my questions, making sure that I understood everything before I signed on the dotted line.
What really stood out to me, though, was Edwin's customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, including directions to my destination and tips for driving in the area. He even checked in with me a few days later to see how the car was running and if I had any issues.

This car rental place is about 5 minutes drive away from the airport car rental center. They have a shuttle van running between the terminals and car rental center. I give 4 stars because they have a car insurance hidden fee. The final price is cheaper than any car rental inside the airport.

Very good experience. The staff was friendly, Nelson that was our rep from the pick up to the drop off was very courteous and attentive. Our car was modern and clean I loved the fact that it didn’t smell like cigarettes (base on previous experience) and that they reinforce that policy.

I never heard of this car rental company before booking on priceline. The shuttle comes to get you at the airporr and it's really close to airport like 5 minutes away. my check in was good I has no issues. Beware of the $1,000 deposit/hold on your credit card for the rental if your using your own insurance. But that's only if you book online. If you book in person he said the deposit/hold was $500. It's kinda weird. But nevertheless I was please with my car and customer service. I would definitely book with them again. Everything went smooth for me.

They were great at getting us a car as soon as we get in contact. The price was reasonable. Staff was on top of things. Only reason why I don't give them the five starts is because they took too long during the check out process. I was afraid I was going to miss my flight. I normally just drop the car keys and go, they kept us there while they check. I guess it's okay, at least I can be there in case they want to say I did something to the car 🤷🏽♀️

So, I rented through a 3rd party Priceline, I selected 1pm pick up as that’s when my flight would have landed. When I got to the receptionist, they said my reservation as been cancelled as I missed the 2 hr window grace period.
It’s funny I never got a policy with the that confirmation, I had to rebook spending additional $$. When u going on vacation/trip always expect the unexpected. Customer service was very good and helpful. Please take the toll pass as Miami has many tolls. Just $5 per day.

Unlike other nearby rental places, Green Motion is not a scam. After having trouble with two other places and waiting almost 3 hours, I finally decided to try out Green Motion. The process was smooth and quick, which was refreshing after being frustrated. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
