Last verified: September 15, 2026. Airport rates and rules come from miami-airport.com and a Miami-Dade County news item, transit fares from the county's Metrorail page, and off-site prices from a live ParkingAccess search for October 2 to October 9, 2026, run that day, plus dated SpotHero and ParkWhiz searches.

Disclosure: ParkingAccess sells reservations for the off-site lots priced on this page and earns a commission plus a $9.95 service fee on each booking. The airport's own garages and lots cannot be booked through ParkingAccess; the airport sells its own garage reservations through the official portal linked below.

Miami International charges a $25.00 daily maximum in the Dolphin, Flamingo and Ibis garages, $12.00 a day in the Economy Park & Ride lot, and $39.00 a day for valet. The cheapest off-site lot with space to book on ParkingAccess for 7 nights (October 2 to October 9, 2026) was the Holiday Inn Miami Airport (MIA) lot at $74.23 all-in, against $175.00 in a garage. Only three lots had space, and the two hotel lots have no reviews yet on ParkingAccess. The old Park 'N Fly lot is now Park N Fly by The Parking Spot and is not bookable through ParkingAccess.

What the airport charges in its garages, valet and economy lot

Every garage bills $2.00 per 20 minutes up to a $25.00 daily maximum. Valet is $39.00 a day. The Economy Park & Ride lot at 1350 NW 45 Ave is $12.00 a day plus a $0.35 PaybyPhone fee per transaction, with a 24-hour shuttle bus. The airport prints no effective date next to these rates.

Prepaid reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before, though the $2.99 fee is kept. The Economy lot is the one this page used to call Park 6.

Which garage serves which concourse, and how you reach the terminal

Park in the Dolphin Garage for Concourses D and E, which the airport pairs with American Airlines, British Airways, JetBlue and Qatar Airways. Park in the Flamingo Garage for Concourses E through J and all other airlines. The Ibis Garage serves Concourses J and H and holds the EV chargers. The Economy lot reaches every concourse by shuttle bus.

Airport garage or off-site lot: what 3 and 7 nights cost

For 7 nights, an airport garage costs $175.00, the Economy Park & Ride lot $84.00, and the cheapest bookable off-site lot $74.23 all-in. The off-site lot saves $100.77 against the garage but only $9.77 against the Economy lot. No live 3-night off-site quote was run, so that column shows daily rates only.

The airport columns multiply the daily maximum by the nights; valet would be $117.00 for 3 nights and $273.00 for 7 (3 x $39.00 and 7 x $39.00), which is $198.77 more than the Holiday Inn lot. The off-site columns are what ParkingAccess quoted on September 15, 2026, taxes and the $9.95 fee included; Safe Cruise Parking is $41.18 under the garage but $49.82 over the Economy lot.

For the same week, SpotHero showed subtotals before its fees of $48.65 at Clarion Inn & Suites MIA (4.1 miles), $55.79 at Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon (4.2 miles) and $55.93 at Sleep Inn Miami Airport (4.0 miles), and ParkWhiz listed the Regency Miami Airport by Sonesta lot at $57.05 with all fees included.

The lots ParkingAccess sells near MIA, and which had space

Eight lots are listed on ParkingAccess, but only three could be booked for October 2 to October 9, 2026: two airport hotel lots 1.8 miles from MIA with shuttles every 15 minutes, and a downtown cruise garage that appears in the airport search. The five better-known lots showed sold out.

Both hotel lots are new to ParkingAccess with no reviews yet, and the hotels publish no shuttle schedule, party-size limit or vehicle-size rule that we found, so call before booking with more than four people or a large vehicle.

Safe Cruise Parking is a cruise lot inside the College Station Garage downtown, about 9 miles from the airport. Its site describes a free port shuttle every 15 to 45 minutes between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM and no airport shuttle, so confirm airport transport at (305) 756-1117 before booking it for a flight.

Green Airport Parking is rated Average by 3,751 ParkingAccess reviewers and WePark in Miami Cruise Parking Average by 841, and WePark's own site lists 425 NE 13th St rather than 850 NE 2nd Avenue. Hampton Inn Miami Airport West, rated Good by 1,595, runs a free airport shuttle from 4:30 am to 11 pm per its Hilton page.

Park 'N Fly Miami became Park N Fly by The Parking Spot

The Parking Spot announced its acquisition of Park 'N Fly on February 6, 2024, in a release from its owner, Green Courte Partners, and the Miami location page now says "Park N Fly has now combined with The Parking Spot." The lot at 3901 NW 28th St, 1.6 miles from the airport, offers covered and uncovered valet and honors existing Park 'N Fly reservations. It prints no daily rate; SpotHero listed it from $28.60 a day for uncovered valet and $34.53 for covered valet on September 15, 2026. ParkingAccess no longer sells this lot.

Getting to the garages, the cell phone lot, pickup zones and transit

The airport's driving address is 2100 NW 42nd Ave (LeJeune Road), Miami, FL 33142. The free cell phone waiting lot sits off LeJeune Road at NW 31 Street, ride app pickups are on the first (arrivals) and second (departures) levels, and Metrorail costs $2.25 each way via the free MIA Mover from the 3rd level between the Dolphin and Flamingo garages.

OptionCostWhere and what to know

Metrorail, Orange Line$2.25 each way; discount fare $1.105 a.m. to midnight daily; fare gates take contactless payment, an EASY Card, an EASY Ticket or the GO Miami-Dade Transit app, not cash.

The driving directions page offers only a map link, so the airport publishes no named garage entrances, and its FAQ puts hotel shuttles on the arrivals level in one answer and the departure level in another. The airport says Metrorail runs every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 15 on weekends; the county's page describes a 15-minute weekend airport shuttle. PortMiami transfers are on the airport's ground transportation page.

Accessible parking, EV charging and vehicles over 7 feet

Every garage has accessible spaces on the ground level and level 3, and a disabled permit earns two free hours before standard rates apply. Vehicles under 7 feet fit in the garages; taller vehicles use the High-Vehicle surface lot or the Economy Park & Ride lot. EV charging is in the Ibis Garage at $0.38 per kWh.

Accessible spaces sit on the ground level and level 3 of the Dolphin, Flamingo and Ibis garages, the ground level and level 2 of Park 1, and the ground level of the High Vehicle and Economy areas. A disabled permit or plate pays standard rates after two complimentary hours; press the telephone icon at the exit kiosk for the discount. Under Florida Statute 316.1964, only vehicles with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts or hand controls, a Florida Disabled Veteran plate, or a Florida Toll Exemption permit are exempt. The Ibis Garage holds 50 ChargePoint ports on levels 1 to 5, open around the clock at $0.38 per kWh, and EVs must charge only there. Vehicles over 7 feet go to the High-Vehicle surface lot east of the Dolphin (North) Garage or to the Economy lot. The MIA Mover, Metrorail and county buses are wheelchair-accessible. None of the three bookable off-site lots publishes oversize-vehicle or accessible-shuttle rules that we could find, so call before you book if either applies.

Who should skip which option

The garage suits short trips and anyone who wants to walk to the terminal, the Economy lot suits week-long trips paid by card, and the off-site hotel lots suit week-long trips where $9.77 to $100.77 matters more than a review history.
