Ashley was the manager on duty checking in on me every day I stayed here for the 5 days I was here at the hotel they were very good making sure I was well taken care of. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, this location was a perfect place for anyone staying in Miami area. Close enough to the airport which they also have airport shuttles as well as a nice fancy restaurant.

A very average room experience that is elevated with great service by the team members. Some serious updating to the rooms should be considered.

Shuttle schedule from MIA is pretty good, and drivers were friendly and safe.

Evening reception can get busy to request beverage and the few snack items were easily emptied from their locations.

Morning breakfast was enjoyable and organized. Dining tables were being kept clean. At the front desk, team member Parish was excellent, as was Hanoy at the bar. Made you feel welcome and valued.

I really like this hotels due to the fact that it has airport shuttle and I save my money on that. The drivers are really nice and make you feel welcomed to Miami. Also the staff are really nice and understandable. I had to to check in earlier and check out later and they really made it happen. Also the pool are and the jacuzzi are really nice. Of course you’re gonna have people smoking weed, it’s MIAMI! So just be aware of that. The only thing 2 things that I didn’t like was the little on site mini market, barely had any beverages to choose from and snacks. They did have a Starbucks machine you’ll have to pay to get coffee. Also the on site restaurant was really expensive. $16 for a burger? No thanks lol. Other than that definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were not the most updated but they were CLEAN!! The breakfast was great. We wanted to check in early so we put our name on the waiting list and we had a room by 1pm on the top floor just as I requested. FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE IS ALWAYS A PLUS!! 3 minor issues with this hotel. First, the front desk needs some help. Every time I went to it only 2 people were working but the line was long. Customer service was great though. Second the elevators are tiny. Third I was very confused about if this hotel was smoking or not. Outside of every room it’s says no smoking but online it gives you the option for a smoking room. All in all I would definitely stay again.

Love this hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. The layout of the hotel gives a great vibe; very relaxing!! The pool/hot tub area is very nice. The gym is very impressive, with lots of varied equipment there's something for everyone. Breakfast buffet is great as well.

Its okay. Its nothing fancy about it. The lady at the bar is awesome and very nice. We had a great time visiting and just having fun. I enjoyed myself and the room are big and spacious. We had 4 people in one room. Two beds and sofa bed....can’t beat the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Could use a little updating but nothing was dirty or not working. We loved the complimentary airport shuttle. We arrived on our check in date extremely early and after a little bit of waiting we were very grateful to be able to check in to our room very early.

The breakfast was very good, we loved the made to order omelet station. We also enjoyed the evening reception with complimentary cocktails. They were willing to make any cocktail for you, not just beer or wine, which we were surprised and very grateful for. We also enjoyed the large hot tub by the pool.

Overall this was a fantastic stay and if we ever need to stay in Miami again we will definitely be returning. We are very glad to have become Hilton Honors members and will only be staying in Hilton hotels from now on.

It is worth the money. Since it is close to the airport, going to the beach or any other place is easy. The complementary breakfast and evening drinks enough for the day and evening. Dont miss out on the omelet during breakfast. We were four of us who stayed and we got to use the sofa that turned into bed so it was good night sleep for all of us. You do need to inform the day before for housekeeping. We were given extra blanket immediately upon request. You just need to ask. The pool is in a partly shaded area so it's cool to hangout there. I did see a gym, which none of us used though. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend for a concert in Miami and I am beyond impressed with the quality of my stay. For starters the main lobby is beautiful and we were helped by the front desk employee Perrish who was amazing to us. So helpful and hilarious which already set a great mood for our stay. I also appreciate his good customer service considering they were very busy and he still maintained a great attitude like he actually enjoys his job. We also got vouchers for complimentary drinks during our check! The room is big and and so comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing considering it was complimentary. I couldn’t be happier with the value of this hotel considering how affordable it is. Definitely will be staying here again. Thankyou to the workers of this hotel for ensuring all your guests have a positive stay!

Usual Embassy Suites design but updated. Stunning lobby/atrium. Very clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was really good, like always. Rooms are huge and clean. It has a pool and a hot tub but the pool area is a bit small and kinda boring. It has a decent size work out room. It has a bar/restaurant in the lobby if you decide to stay in for the evening.

This hotel is great! The decore is very contemporary and the staff is very friendly & helpful. The restaurant serves good food as well. A couple of outstanding highlights are the evening "Kickback" sessions; which allows you to sit back, relax and enjoy the snacks and free drinks. The other highlight is the delicious, hot, made to order breakfast. This is a great way to start a productive day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at this hotel. When we return to Miami, we'll definitely be staying here again.

There are so many good things about staying at Embassy Suites Hilton. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the lobby is stunning 😍. 1st rate service at the front desk when checking in. Asked for recommendations for lunch and was given directions for some excellent Cuban food. The concierge was very helpful when helping me set up a tour of Miami on the Big Bus (which I would highly suggest if you want a taste of Miami). Enough can't be said about the buffet breakfast, made to order eggs or an omelet, fresh fruit, sausage, pancakes, etc. Then, in the evening, after a full day of touring, you are greeted with complimentary drinks and evening reception. Will I stay here again, absolutely 💯. Would I recommend this hotel? Only if you want nice accommodations and a wonderful hotel to make your stay 1st rate in Miami. Be aware this is close to the airport, so yes, planes can be noisy but I would rather be comfortable after touring and be greeted by the pleasant staff who is interested in making my stay as enjoyable as possible.

We needed a room due to a flight delay and Embassy Suites was able to help with a room and a shuttle from MIA. The room we wound up with is really nice with plenty of space.

Needing a quick bite, we ate at their restaurant for lunch. Our waitress was wonderful and helped brighten our day.

Off for a dip in their outdoor pool with these wonderful temps today!

My experience at the Embassy Suites was fine, It would've been better if the cleanliness of the room was good. I didn't like that the bathroom always got clogged when I use it and I have to spend a couple minute trying to flush everything. On my last night one of the guest neighbor were so loud that it disrupted my sleep, maybe It's my fault for not letting the front desk know of the situation maybe they could've done something or tell them to keep it low. I like the room laid out even though you can tell its outdated but still look nice. I would stay here again if they improve their clean protocol and fix those toilets.

Clean, well appointed suites. Very convenient airport shuttle 24/7. Breakfast buffet and happy hour are free. Very little vegan food in restaurant, but otherwise it has everything we needed and we will stay there again.

Everything was amazing. The staff was very nice the free breakfast was the best free breakfast I've ever had. They also do a social hour where you get two free drinks. The only downside about this place is the location it's a little bit farther from a lot of the restaurants. It's right next to the freeway so there are no places that are walking distance. I would recommend if you're going to stay here to get a rental car or you will be spending a lot on Uber and lyft.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week and we enjoyed it. The location was very conveniently close to every place we wanted to visit. The room was big, clean, and felt comfortable. Breakfast and happy hour were great. I highly recommend this hotel.

We’ve used this hotel several times for cruises out of Miami. Hotel shuttle from airport. Next day shuttle to port of Miami very inexpensive & convenient. The restaurant seemed expensive but portions are huge. The hotel rooms need updating! But the staff goes out of there way to be accommodating.

Shout out to LUIS the concierge Very helpful young man. He’s a keeper, promote him!

I found staying at this hotel to be a very pleasant experience. I was here for a couple days for a work meeting. The hotel has a great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs, even helping me look for a lost item. If my travels take me back to this area, I'll look forward to staying here again.

The staff does a lot for this hotels rating, as they are personable and very helpful. The hotel itself has a nicely renovated lobby and good restaurant/bar but the rooms need a major facelift... If it weren't for the staff this would be 2 or 3 stars at best.

My husband loves this hotel! He appreciates Brian (I hope I got his name right) and the housekeeping staff very much! We stay here quite Often! Out of the majority of the Hilton properties in Miami, he enjoys Embassy’s hotel, location and most of all their breakfast! Lol! The gentleman who checked us in was amazing! I didn’t catch his name but his interaction with my 2 year old was super sweet and very much appreciated!! In my property we focus in forming a bond with our guest! We try to ensure to make our hotel their home away from home and it’s evident Embassy suite has the same value as we do! Thank you for that!

Embassy suites MIA is located just around the corner from the airport, MIA, and run a shuttle every half hour back and forth from the airport. There is plenty of parking at the hotel, however they charge you $21 a day which is extortionate! Baring that it is a well located hotel for the airport, and they have a nice lobby and atrium, with a nice gym and an outdoor pool. They also run a manager's reception between 5.30pm and 7.30pm with snacks and drinks which is great. The rooms are a good size but could do with an update as they are showing age. Another drawback is that it is right on the flight path and the train line which both are noisy. Overall a good hotel at the airport though

Great hotel and easy shuttle from the airport (but you do have to flag it down - it will NOT stop).

They automatically upgrade you if you're Diamond - you don't have to ask. And plenty of snacks and water. And a special floor.

The breakfast was really good - doesn't feel like a cafeteria, like other Embassy Suites.

I recommend asking for an Airport View - you can see the planes take off!

Highly recommended hotel, and no need for a rental car (which is a huge plus).

The staff was very helpful when we asked them if we could park our trailer. Parking was $20 each spot, so we paid $40 in total.

The ground level looks very nice. The pool is outdoor, so we could not use it because the temperature was not high enough:(.

It is located in the middle of industrial are, but we felt that the neighbourhood was relatively safe.

Breakfast was good. The egg station lady is so skillful and experienced.

This hotel is one of the biggest hotels in town. Their rooms are spacious and clean. It has also access to the mall so it is very convenient to get anything that you need like food, groceries, and coffee. The lobby lounge has also good ambiance if you just want to relax have coffee. All in all. it was a good stay. Highly recommended

What an awesome stay after being cooped up during the pandemic. This hotel was bright, cheery, gorgeous and extra clean. My pageant girls and families really enjoyed their stay. We felt right at home and the staff was attentive and helpful. The hot breakfast was a welcome treat and I got to have a homemade omelet for the first time in a year! Yay!

Had a Great Experience at the Miami Airport Embassy Suites! In fact, it was TERRIFIC! Airport shuttle pickup was prompt, checkin at lobby was effective & efficient. I enjoyed the check in agent/ hostess who warmly greeted me and truly was very caring. In fact, everyone I came upon was very customer oriented and helpful. Restaurant had great food. I enjoyed the manager reception and breakfast was superb. The Chef made great omelets! The hotel location was perfect since it was close to my business meetings, as well as the airport. I thank the Sales person who worked my reservation. I look forward to returning because of Business projects and hope to stay a bit longer. I enjoy Embassy Suites, and this hotel is the best in the southeast! Thank you for everything!

Staff are wonderful even when busy. Breakfast is awesome as are the cooks! Please tip generously! Food is respectable but very pricy at the restaurant. It’s close to work, so happy about that. There is a Tesla charger, but you will find inconsiderate ICE vehicles parking in those spots bc that’s just the way some people are.

Living room lighting is a little too dark. Needs more outlets. Toilet bowl is very small almost child sized! It’s a noisy location. Highway cars with exhaust amplifiers (why??) or jets taking off at midnight or 6am. The atrium is nice but it is also a superb echo chamber. It’s also weird that the lobby is not easily accessible from the stairwell - for those who like to take the stairs - But there are 6 elevator.

Great hotel near the airport. When we were there, they had a social every night where we would get free drinks and snacks. It is a bit outdated but that's fine. The service was phenomenal and that's all that really matters.

This location is close to the airport and Tri rail station so be prepared for plane sounds and v train horns! The rooms are very nice!

This hotel offers an evening reception and a made to order breakfast so it was packed!

One cruise line (the love boat) canceled a cruise so they have been sold out for a couple of days. Our room was ready at 4pm and we were upgraded to a deluxe room!

Service is probably better under normal circumstances. I can’t even image trying to deal with a ship just canceling and leaving all of those people scrambling to salvage some type of vacation!

You get what you pay for.

Pros:

I paid $151 for one night. The room was decent and provided all the amenities a upscale hotel of Hilton’s caliber can offer. Additionally, they offered a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 min. The price included a breakfast (which I did not go to due to me oversleeping). The staff were very hospitable (allowed a late check in and late check out at 230pm). I would recommend this place.

Cons:

There weren’t many negatives I can gripe about. Some of the wall paper in the bathroom were peeling. The heating did not work. It only blew colder air. In the evening there was a constant mechanical knocking. I have no idea what it was. I was able to sleep but for a lighter sleeper this may be a problem.

I honestly hope I get to visit again.

SHOUTOUT TO PARRISH L. for making my stay absolutely extraordinary.

This hotel is beautiful and the breakfast & happy hour amenities are something I’ve never had even in my international travels staying at 4/5 star hotels. I loved this place, truly. Nice gym, pool, lobby, & spaces to work or have quiet space.

Parrish was a great person. He made me laugh & smile & made me excited to be in Miami. Thank you, friend, for being so outgoing & abundantly accommodating!!!!! ❤️🙏

I was in Miami for work and had a room booked here by a coworker. Overall it was a good experience. Has a pool area with a hot tub and big patio. Also a bar that serves food. It was ok and served it's purpose if you didn't feel like going out. The breakfast at the hotel was good. They have omelets made to your liking with sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. From there they have normal cont breakfast items. Was there during spring break so it was pretty packed and not normally so busy, so said my coworker. Masks were worn pretty much everywhere indoors in the common areas. They also offer shuttles to and from the airport. I had to utilize it for the ride out on my departure. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was clean and very close to the airport. Staff was mostly friendly, but not very attentive to your request. Two different times we asked for an extra blanket and comforter. First time they never brought it up after two hours of waiting. Second time they only brought a comforter and no pillow. When you have a three and six year old they don't like to share.

Overall if you're looking for a hotel very close to the airport with good food, great pool, and a place to sleep this would be a go to.

If you are going to pick a hotel near a lot of the sites in Miami and with a great staff that cares about you, this is it! I spent 7 months at this hotel and the hotel staff ensured that I felt like I was at home the entire time. The personnel at the front desk will do everything they can to ensure that you enjoy your stay and the housekeeping staff will ensure your room is cleaned and stocked with towels and wash cloths on a regular basis. (Don't forget to tip the housekeeping staff. Some of you leave your rooms a mess and they have to clean up after your dirty mess so the least you can do is tip them. While you are leaving a tip, leave them a nice thank you note and don't be surprised if they write you one back because they are nice like that.) The free breakfast in the morning is amazing and the drinks in the evening will make for a great start to your evening plans. (Again, don't forget to tip those that are pouring your drinks. The drinks are free so you can spare a few dollars for tips.) I would leave the hotel through the pool area on some mornings and I can tell you that the pool and hot tub are well maintained so enjoy the pool and hot tub knowing that you are swimming in clean water. The maintenance personnel will ensure that anything that is broken in your room is taken care of quickly so if you find something wrong with your room, just ask to have it taken care of, no reason to be rude about it. With all of that, I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to all of the staff at Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport! You all are the best!

We unfortunately did not take advantage of the restaurant which I now regret but we sure did order room service every day! They deliver your food covered and wrapped in a towel, true Korean style and its adorable. I had the best croissant and fruit for breakfast on our last morning.

Excellent 1 night stay at this Embassy Suites. My family had just got off a cruise ship and arrived several hours before check-in. We were graciously allowed to get in a room without any additional charge. Also, many thanks to Embassy shuttle driver Eduardo for transporting us to a wonderful Cuban restaurant he recommended... La Rosa. It was a very good experience.

I really like Embassy Suites and this location was no exception. I enjoyed a two room king suite. Plenty of room, clean, made to order breakfast, evening receptions, shuttle service, and staff was more than accomodating. Only downside is most of hotel does not have a good views except poolside view but everything else makes up for it. Kid and pet friendly. GPS tends to take you in a loop before it gets you there (this is definitely not hotel's fault) just be aware and you will see it. Will definitely stay here again.

My overall stay was good. The hotel lobby which is the main floor is beautifully renovated and that sets the expectation of the whole building to be equally as nice but that wasn’t the case. Everything else is old and outdated. The room was clean and I liked the view. I was given snacks and water bottles as a Hilton member. The lady at the desk was friendly and I was able to check in earlier without paying a fee. Shuttle runs every 30 mins to the airport. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was great! Far better than reviews indicate. The room was huge and pristine (maybe a bit worn and dated, but the mattress was new along with the large TVs, coffee maker and other conveniences). Breakfast was great. The restaurant food was pretty decent as well. I didn't get to the pool but it looked perfectly pleasant. And, as many reviews indicate, the staff were fantastic. I was a bit worried when our airline sent us there, and it ended up a bright spot in a frustrating evening.

The negative comments on here are all lies smh. I stayed at the embassy many times and it was never dirty. Very clean beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly . The rooms are amazing. I have never seen garbage in the halls at all. The pool is beautiful. The lobby is beautiful. Best hotel I've seen. Please post honest comments on here. Its not fair to potential customers.

I got off a cruise ship frustrated with poor customer service, and walking into Embassy Suites MIA was like a breathe of fresh air. Firstly, it's an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Norma at the desk got us checked in early, Omar gave us a ride to the store, breakfast was super yummy, the entire staff was super sweet, the Miami punch at the reception was divine! We lounged by the pool most of the day and enjoyed the beautiful weather. We only needed a place to stay until our flight home the next day, but it wound up being the most relaxing part of my whole vacation! Will definitely be the place I stay when I'm in Miami. Thank you again Norma and Omar! Norma also has excellent taste in music 😁

My experience at the Embassy Suites Miami International Airport was incredible! The service, the amenities and the dining was great. I loved how big & spacious the rooms were and how close it is to the airport and miami attractions!👏🏼❤️ The pool area is so relaxing and it feels like you’re in an Oasis with all the palm trees! Definitely recommending to friends & family! Thank you Embassy Suites for such an unforgettable getaway!❤️

Right at the airport. If you love watching planes this is excellent! Large and clean pool area, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast and manager’s reception were good. Great rooms and were clean. Shuttles to the airport and anything in two miles. They also run shuttles to the boat port.

We heard lots of noise on our top floor. We brought it to managements attention and it never got addressed nor did we get moved. There also was a family reunion cruise group that took over the hotel and pool area. Lots of children and teens. But the happy hour and breakfast was amazing. The hotel was much quieter after the group left the next day. We stayed for 4 days/3nights.

Very friendly staff beginning with the reception and every one throughout our stay. Older 2 bedroom suite, but very clean. Excellent cocktail hour with all free drinks and snacks. Constantly replenished. Amazing breakfast buffet and made to order omelets. Their "PARK AND GO" program is ideal and the best price for anyone flying out of Miami Airport - only 8 minutes by shuttle - or going on a cruise. We certainly will be back. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

I had a premium suite and it was a lovely room and clean . Only complaints I have is not being told about daily parking until we got there, the toilet being stomped up the entire time we were there , and the tv was small compared to other embassy suites I have been too. The staff were nice and friendly and brought everything we needed. The premium suite was clean as well and it was spacious.

Had good service. The are not many places to eat a evening meal only one. If you wish you are able to go to the restaurants around the area. They do provide a shuttle service. The breakfast was very good

It's self service.

Had an excellent experience at this hotel before boarding a cruise. All the staff were extremely helpful no matter where we were in the hotel. The free drink cards for the evening was a nice perk, also the free breakfast was way better than expected. The pool area was nice and you could watch planes above your head every few minutes which was cool. They had live music in the main part of the hotel which was nice too. Def 5 stars from us!

I stayed at this hotel the night before my cruise. I did run into a small issue when I checked in through the Hilton app and requested a digital key.

After I finally arrived (the free shuttle from the airport took longer to have availability when they stopped to pick up passengers; I had to wait for three shuttles before there was room for me), I went to my room and the digital key didn't work. I had to trudge back down to the front desk with my luggage and get a physical key when the attendant said the digital keys were not working. They should have sent a communication via the app to let people know.

After I got into my room, the rest of my stay went off without any other issues. I went down to the bar to get dinner and a drink. Even though the bar was packed, the bartender did her best to make sure we all had our drinks as quickly as she could. The food was very good, as were the drinks.

I would suggest the hotel have two shuttles working during peak cruise time (usually the day prior to a cruise) to help get people from the airport to the hotel faster. It is easy to figure out when the cruise lines embark so they can have more shuttles running the day before. They can judge this by the reservations.

I would definitely stay here again if I am traveling to Miami again.

Good rooms. Great breakfast and managers reception. Price is a reasonable. Watching the planes land was actually fun....at least until bedtime 🙄. Very close and convenient to airport.

Customer service and attending to rooms is seriously lacking. My family had to go to the front desk for EVERYTHING. Don't waste your time calling the front desk and assuming they will be responsive. Towels, trash, tissue - we had to go down for everything! Not on par with the Hilton brand.

Awesome Hilton brand. All the comforts of home, spacious room. Did include a tiny balcony was able to see the city scape at night was cool.. Loved the complimentary evening reception with small bites. It was a great opportunity for guest to mingle outside of their rooms. The free breakfast was top notch. Will be visiting again when in Miami.

I would definitely stay here again if I am traveling to Miami again.

The staff at this Embassy Suites has to be the best staff I encountered at an Embassy Suites. The lobby was nice and clean. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous. There is plenty of seating in the lobby. There are two sets of elevators in the lobby (on both ends). This is a great location near the airport and with more reasonable pricing especially with larger groups of people if you plan to go on a cruise.

Maybe not the best photos but overall really enjoyed the stay here. Rooms were clean and the best was comfortable. I had no problem sleeping and normally I have trouble the first night or two while traveling.

Amenities were good. Enjoyed the breakfast and nightly social drinks. Even the food was... acceptable. Resort+Airport prices; $18 for a cheese burger and fries. Still considering I didn't want to leave to get something it's still within the realm of normal for somewhere like this.

Good proximity to the airport and things I needed to get to. I'd probably stay somewhere different on my next trip, but that's more for a better commute to/from Orlando. All things considered, very happy with my stay.

My family and I had an exceptional stay. The customer service was top-notch; the front desk staff was always available and addressed our requests promptly with reasonable and effective solutions. From the kitchen personnel to the janitors and maintenance team, everyone was incredibly polite. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable

The hotel was nice. However, I was a bit disappointed that most of the electrical outlets didn't work. I had to use the plug from the lamp in the bedroom in order to use my hair straightener. The breakfast each day was okay. The food could've been better. In the fitness center, the treadmill had a cleaning substance that almost made me fall. It was that slippery. Overall, the experience was good but not great. The traffic around the hotel was congested.

My review is not based on my stay since I didn't. It's based on the service I dealt with, the lobby, the store, the cafe Alfred in the lobby. The hotel decor is very artsy with swerving back side of chairs in the cafe, concrete walls and interesting furniture designs for the lobby. Service was friendly and greeted well as soon as we arrived. Pool and Openaire restaurant is on second floor.

I flew in for some work, location is very close to airport and where i would be working, which was why i selected this property. I ended up booking the 2 room pure wellness suite and i have to say i am very pleased. Room smelled great, clean and a comfortable bed. Staff has been very helpful and property looks very appealing inside and out.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are big! Beds were comfy and the space was clean. They have a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes which was super convenient! They have a shuttle for the cruise port for a surcharge, but depending your party size uber may be cheaper. The free morning breakfast was impressive! Eggs, sausage/bacon, pancakes, potatoes, pastries, fruit and cereal. It was delicious. The lobby is large and really pretty! The pool is gorgeous! Honestly depending on customers who stay determines your experience you get at the pool. Pool area needed tending to during my stay as there was kids eating candy and snacks and leaving wrappers all over the floor. Regardless we enjoyed the pool very much!

*** I will state tho, that the women at the front desk... my goodness... lol... they were not welcoming at all. Not even informative. Also, we did book this hotel for a place to stay after our cruise, but there was no rooms available for early check in. Not to mention once it hit 4PM our room still wasn't ready. We didn't get settled in til about 5PM. Which is understandable of course , however other hotels definitely can get you in earlier.. You can checkout at 12pm tho.

The hotel itself was very nice especially to be near an airport. There way a young man at the check in counter (I wish I could remember his name) that was excellent, he went above and beyond to be accommodating and making us feel welcomed, his coworker at the counter not so much, she seems like she did not like her job at all. I would stay again but be sure to manage expectations for an early check in time.

I would like to thank Victor at the front desk for taking care of us at 1am! After being giving the run around by overbooked hotels, Victor saved the night! My hat to you Victor, you are an asset to the company.

Our room was great and breakfast was GREAT!

This place is really convenient to the Miami Airport which makes staying here perfect if you have an early flight in the morning or a late arrival. They advertise a 24 hour shuttle. Yet with covid those hours are reduced. Please contact hotel directly to get updated info. Staff was friendly and the food was good for a hotel restaurant as well.

This ES is a maintained older property with the amenities you expect from a Hilton property. Overall very good customer service. Excellent breakfast! Can't say about the Manager's special cocktail hour, judging from the bar, looked like many happy customers. Location is by airport, noise level early morning is intense. Self parking $22 nightly. Overall a good choice for airport location. Recommend!

Embassy Suites is my first choice of hotels. I know what to expect s far as quality and comfort. The hotel is beautiful. The location is great.

The customer service is absolutely horrible (really non existent). I have never seen such rude service to paying customers. It seemed as though they were doing us a favor. The manager, the service from the restaurant and bar were all very kurt and snippy. The restaurant was closed so food orders were handled at the bar. The waitress slammed her hand down on the counter and yelled out “we are not taking anymore orders!” They were still 5 people in line waiting to order including myself. We had to order from a local delivery service.

SHAME ON YOU EMBASSY SUITES.

There is no excuse for such poor service. The staff needs to be retrained or let go.

Night auditor, was above standards of customer service. Great attitude, and made my check in seemless.

My new favorite hotel when I visit Miami. Rox was amazing. Best customer service. Don't listen to the other reviews, I stayed in 2 different rooms add they were both clean and comfortable.

Not a bad hotel at all. They do need to invest in another airport shuttle since it takes about 30mins between pickups and drop-offs. I did enjoy happy hour with free alcohol. The complimentary hot breakfast also wasn't bad. Room service could have did a better job with the burger bun.
