Very human approach to the customer. Nothing is a problem. Very helpful owner. I have never experienced anything like it in the car rental business. If you ever need a car in the Miami area, look no further. I doubt you would find a better car rental company anyway. Even thanks to these guys, our last two days in Florida before leaving back home to Czech republic were the special ones.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE FAMILY BY AN STRANGER. JOHN MARTINEZ IS A GENTELMAN AND HIS WIFE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY PACIENT GIVING US THE DIRECTIONS TO OUR HOTEL AND ANSWERING THE TON OF QUESTIONS MY WIFE HAD, IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN MIAMI. I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD. Brilliant service from John and Bsafe. No hassle, no waiting, personal service, easy and responsive communication… overall a very positive experience to start and end our vacation. Very smooth experience! We found it hard to choose from all the rental car offers but after reading some awful reviews left for other companies we decided to pay more and go with Bsafe. No regrets! The car was great, nobody tried to screw us over... We would rent here again!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT A CAR IN MIAMI LOOK NO FURTHER !!! I’m from LA and I went for a week to Miami and John did an amazing job helping us out. He treated us like family and gave us a GREAT DEAL! We rented a Nissan Sentra and it drove so smoothly! We drove the car all over Miami and we also went to Tampa Bay without any issues. Highly recommend!! You will be extremely satisfied !

Small but nice company with super service! I was picked up at the airport as agreed. At first something went wrong because an illegal taxi driver pretended to be the car rental company and I got into the car with him. After a few miles I found out it wasn't from the car rental. I immediately called Bsafe and the owner gave me good advice to get back to the airport as soon as possible, where he still picked me up. Also my internet did not work on my phone so I had no navigation. In the end, Bsafe loaned me a Garmin navigation device free of charge. Overall I had a very good experience with Bsafe! Thanks for that!

The owner is a very kind guy and picked us up from the airport and dropped us of back there after 2 weeks, no hidden fees, no nonsense!

The owner was personable and fast, providing swift transportation to and from the airport while also storing my car safely for many days. Transportation was there immediately when I needed it and service loading bags and any other necessary tasks was very helpful. I would recommend this business for airport parking as well as for any other rental service, based on the owners willingness to provide a quality service. The only downside is that the office is located in a somewhat sketchy part of town. 9/10.
