This is a fine service. They run about the same pick-up times as other groups and it's anywhere from 5-15 minutes. I always have them clean my car inside and out and for the small amount they charge it's always a good job. I use them 4-6 times a year.

Very quick and professional service! It took less than 10 minutes to drop off the car, check in with the front desk, and get to the airport. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and they were very kind and assisted with my bags and stroller to/from the car. Although I used a groupon to save a few dollars, I would absolutely purchase from them directly. Another plus: in a city where Spanish is the prevalent language spoken, they are a bilingual service!

We happily used Park to Travel in July, 2019. You guys were great. A little out of the way, but easily found with GPS! You took our car and promptly took us to MIA. We returned a week later at 1AM. Would anyone be there? YES you were. You quickly picked us up, helped with our luggage and we were on our way home to Naples. No question about it. The next time we fly out of MIA we'll "Park to Travel." Yes, we'll recommend you to our friends.

We had a good experience with them. The check in process with them was smooth, the driver took the three of us to the airport right away and we did not have to wait for more costumers to arrive. The pick up Van was super fast, no more than 7-10min after we call them to pick us up at the airport. Location is very good since they are literally next to the airport. I will use again in the future.

Pros: Tremendously friendly and helpful people. Owner was very kind and flexible when we picked up our Penske rental here. Very, very good customer service.
Con: the property is the size of a postage stamp so maneuvering is very difficult.

The location is very convenient and easy to locate. The vehicles are stored in a locked fenced compound. There is a person staffing the reception desk at all times (since they also rent cars), the pickup was very fast after we called upon our return, the pickup vehicle was clean and new, and the driver was very courteous. We'll definitely use this lot again.

Have left my suburban here about ten times for about a week or two.
I always park inside plus the Burb gets an extra charge for length. It’s still less that parking garages close to me. They’ll wash it also for extra $.

It is "valet", so you drop the car near the front door, and they will park it in the lot for you.
The pickup shuttle can take 15-20 minutes to arrive, so prepare for that.

Always friendly and ready to take one to the airport, and for pick-ups after the phone call. Once as I was catching a flight, I left my camera in the van, and the driver came back to the airport to return the item to me. They're sometimes very busy, but they are responsive and never fail.
