The shuttle driver, Evelio, stood out by far as the best part of our experience here, not that anything else was less than expected, but he was above and beyond amazing! You can really tell he loves his job and is passionate about making sure the guests know that they are appreciated and well taken care of. I hope this hotel knows how lucky they are to have him as an employee, because we would go out of our way to come back just to have another conversation with him! Thanks Evelio!

The noise from the airport and train station can be a little much and several times throughout our 3 week stay there was no place to park after we would get off work ( Ricky would find us a spot). The front desk staff was a bit different (day shift ) was friendly and helpful (night shift) rude and unhelpful.

Decent rooms, nice staff, good breakfast (6:30am), small pool. Airport shuttles start at 7am. Your room key will only take you to your floor so, if you have 2 rooms on different floors, get used to the stairs. We also had trouble with the room keys working when we got there but maintenance came through and resolved the situation pretty quickly.
We came from the cruise port fairly early and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They do luggage check upon arrival and there is a nice den area where you can wait for a room to become available.

We needed just an overnight hotel before heading to the Caribbean in the early AM. This location is perfect for a quick overnight stay by the airport. Unfortunately we waited almost an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up, but once we got to the hotel we had a good experience. Room was clean and spacious. Nice lounging area near the bar. Monday night football was on so we were able to watch that with some other guests and enjoy the bar that was open late. Airport shuttle is not available until 7am, but the Uber fee is roughly $5 to the airport so not bad at all. Would highly recommend if you need a place near the airport.

I missed a flight, and thankfully this hotel was one of the only ones to have openings. The lady on the phone was very nice and made the booking process very easy. She also arranged for their free 24/7 shuttle service to come get me at the airport. It arrive quickly, and the driver was friendly. I checked in quickly and got a very nice room at such last notice. Check out was fast and the shuttle was one-time with a friendly driver. Even though this hotel is very new, it is very worth the stay. I was impressed with their customer service and clean, modern facilities.

There is a bar in the lobby which was great for unwinding upon arrival. No food at night but we just did a Door Dash order and they do have a little pantry of snack items by the check in desk. Breakfast was delicious with variety and the staff did awesome keeping up during the rush time. If we need a place to stay before or after a cruise in Miami, we know this a good option.

Wonderful staff, can’t say enough nice things about them. Great room layout - close to airport, so expect plane noise but they are thoughtful to provide foam earplugs in the room. Only thing is that the parking is quite limited- paid valet only, unless you want to do street parking on a somewhat isolated street. Good gym on site. Other than the parking, highly recommended!

The staff was amazing during our 11 night stay. I had surgery and they were very accommodating, going out of their way several times! Check in was great with the Scorpio Girls. Rafael, in the valet, was very helpful, Elena was extremely sweet during social hours. The food was good, location good, and tour suite was very comfortable. The best part of my visit was the breakfast. The room was very tidy and clean. Convenient location. However, I was displease with the customer service. I was provided the wrong expectation far as when my room would be available. The shuttle took 45 mins to pick me up from the airport. I wasn't advise I would receive a additional deposit if I booked through third party. It has been two weeks and I haven't receive my deposits. And I was charged additional $113 for "accidental fee". Which I gave no consent for my card to be charged. This resulted an overdraft fee on my end. Other than those few incidents, my stay was alright.

Rooms were even bigger and nicer then i’d expected. Airport pickup was fast and efficient. Staff was very nice and friendly. When taking a shuttle to get a rental car our driver even let us know about the train for cheaper travel (ended up using it on the way home after our trip).

Street Parking also available but not safe specially when you rented the car. I would recommend self parking which is behind the hotel and close to the pond area. Airport shuttle also available for free. it goes every 30min to airport. Room has kitchen, cutlery also available. Only one thing I noticed specially the room I stayed the ac unit air not flowing bed area. Check in Picture.

I couldn't get mad because they handled my concern with professionalism. (no need to mention my concern) Thank you for ALL you accomplished for my stay in providing superb customer service. I have to add ,this is my second stay and definitely not my last, I travel with my husband sometimes and can work from the room or go to the hotel common space. the added benefit is i can close my laptop and head straight to the hotel bar. My girlfriend and I came to the sweets because she was having surgery in the area. The room was very nice it included a kitchen with modern and up-to-date appliances. The shower is very tremendous it was a walking shower which was very nice this Saturday it was me and my girlfriend so use your imagination. The only problem I had was the water pressure in the shower. And since they were two of us in the shower we had to take turns to use the water because the water pressure would not allow the water to reach the second person so that was awful. Other than that the breakfast was very nice in the morning complimentary of course. Who was very nice. The staff were excellent. But the one other problem I had was a location it was mostly in an industrial site even though it was nearby the airport. Other than that I would say five stars for everything included they just need to tighten up on some areas

My partner, a friend, and family swung by here around the beginning of August, prior to the Carneval Conquest cruise and let me say this, what an unforgettable experience. The staff was overtly friendly and helpful, but if I'm being honest, I must highlight on of the team members at reception, Chasity.
At first, I didn't expect much, just regular satisfactory customer service but Chasity made it her mission and did it very easily in making our stay a memorable one. Her hospitality was remarkable, she assisted us in our endeavors and was also delightful to converse with; she always had a smile going on and was in tune with what I had to chat about. Tremendous patience and overall great positive energy. She definitely made the experience that much more enjoyable as opposed to the rest. Definitely a paramount asset to the team at Staybridge. When I think of exemplary customer service and hospitality at Staybridge, it's Chasity without a shadow of a doubt.

Very convenient an close to the airport, front desk staff is overwhelmingly understaffed, but overall nice and helpful. The bartender is better than the last time we were here, nice guy. Hospitable, only thing is the bar barely has anything in it but with what he had he made us some great cocktails, the menu has grown a lot which i think is a step in the right direction. Rooms are big and spacious i see many complaints on noise but we never hear any noise i genuinely love this hotel and will always stay here

Stayed one night after flying into MIA on a flight arriving at 9:15pm. The shuttle was great; we emailed the hotel in advance to let them know about our arrival and request a shuttle in advance. They provided a WhatsApp phone number we could use to call the hotel and request the shuttle after collecting our baggage . Worked great! The shuttle arrived in 15mins or less. A wonderful buffet breakfast was served the next morning. Healthy options were available including bananas, oranges, cottage cheese, and hard boiled eggs...along with the usual other stuff!

After he picked us up at the airport he recommended what to do in Miami for the only day would be visiting the city. We took his advice and we were not disappointed. The staff made it great. I stayed for 6 weeks. The website says they have social hours on Mon, Tue and Wed yet it was never sure when, or IF, it would happen. Elena, bartender, was wonderful, she's also the cook for the "restaurant" the hotel says they have. The front desk staff was great. Wanna was exceptional. When I arrived my company didn't have my correct reservations. Wanna made several phone calls and was a huge help getting it all figured out and me in a room. Evilio, he does everything, was AWESOME!! He is a man of many talents and was ALWAYS a pleasure to meet. The hotel owners need to do what they say they're website says they're going to do. The "heated pool" is NOT heated at all. That was very disappointing ..... Overall, it was a great stay.

The Staybridge was awesome. They have everything you need: stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and the rooms are big. Plus they have free shuttle service to and from the airport and breakfast. Parking will cost you 20 dollars a night though. But I definitely recommend staying here instead of expensive Miami beach where you dont get any BASICS.

After a very long day at the airport this place was just what we needed! We were greeted by the two men in charge of shuttling people to and from the airport. They were waiting on us upon booking, and we were greeted with such kindness and joy! Evelio and Lorenzo were absolutely incredible! They helped us figure out transportation around town, and after a very long and frustrating day, they gave us so much joy! We left the shuttle with a smile on our face! The hotel is only a few years old and in excellent condition. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are so comfy! I can not recommend this place enough! We truly enjoyed our stay!

I really loved the way how the room was designed. I had all my necessities there. I got a nice kitchen to prepare and store food...and when I was done eating, the dish washer took care of the dishes. I also liked the fact that I had many areas to relax around the hotel...it even had a pool where I can swim. But best of all, I liked the fact that I could do my own laundry. Paying for laundry service for a whole month would have been costly.

Once I got there the night clerk and the morning clerk were so friendly and awesome 👌 Super helpful too. The entire lobby was packed, apparently they were full capacity, but the front desk lady handled it like a pro and even got us our transportation to the port organized. I'd def stay here again. We weren't there long enough to enjoy amenities, but they did have a pool and small workoit room.

It was just a stop off, as we travelled the next day to our final destination! Lovely hotel with everything you need in a room apart from a washing machine, so from that you can imaging this was a brilliant room for the price! If we had time we could e had a dip in the outdoor swimming pool! Breakfast was nice as well and the staff really accommodated us very well from start to finish! Not sure how far the local shops or downtown was, but I'm sure they'll be a next time to explore that! Shuttle service was excellent as well, as long as you can make a call to the hotel letting them know you are there! Well recommend hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand hotel. It was the first time I stayed at a Staybridge and I enjoyed it. It’s nothing fancy but it’s very nice. It was clean. The staff was hospitable. I know the gentleman‘s name was Jean but the woman‘s name, I can’t remember. I think it started with a Y.
The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. I like that it had dishes and utensils but I wish they would’ve put a roll of paper towels in there.
They had a valet but they had self parking and both were only $10. I did not even have to drive far to park but it was a small parking lot. It feels like a far walk when you’re caring a lot of stuff but you feel safe.
I’m sorry I can’t write more but I only stayed there about 12 hours.

I will say this is the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at in Miami. When we come to visit, this is where we would like to stay at. It was a nice room and exactly what I reserved. This hotel was not like the other hotel we stayed at. The other hotel we stayed at, we reserved a king bed room, and we got a queen bed room. When I said something, they said they had run out of King bed rooms. So like I said before, I will be coming back to this hotel. Plus it is like 5 minutes from the airport.

We were greeted warmly by Evelio, the friendliest shuttle driver I've ever had. The hotel was clean and inviting, with lovely common areas and a suite setup that worked great for my family of two parents and two kids. Breakfast the next morning had lots of great options.
Only drawback: one of the seat belt buckles in the van was broken, missing the plastic cover. Nobody warned me about it, so I got a scrape on my knee on it getting into the van and it also hurt another member of my party when she sat on it. I hope it was fixed promptly.

The hotel does have some renovations underway, but nothing disruptive to our visit. The drinking glasses in the suite were not clean, which seems to be a common problem in all hotels. There are few options for dining nearby, so it is unfortunate that the hotel has no restaurant. The complimentary buffet breakfast is better than expected, with great coffee.

Get ready for the 20 dollar a day parking fee. They stack your cars by valet on top of each other there. Zero chance you are getting a semi truck parked, zero chance of you parking a box truck unless you are like me and park on the grass directly in front of the hotel. Although if you are personally renting a box truck such as uhaul, I world highly direct you not to do what I did.
The room was actually not bad. They have free laundry, but you must pay for the detergent or bring your own. The hotel is equipped with a bar as well, and in general is a nice hotel. I personally enjoy the conveniences minus the parking but I understand that it is near the airport. I would not recommend staying here unless you are flying or unless you have troubles not catching flights. There are many other hotels to stay at, at equal or better quality for the less cost not near the airport.

The area itself didn't look great (very industrial) and the parking at the hotel seemed odd. It's just a small unlined gravel area off to the side of the building.

Stayed one night before our cruise. When we arrived there was a complimentary pasta bar and wine. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen, sitting room with pullout sofa bed, office area and separate bedroom with the bathroom. Only downside to the room was that you needed to pass through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Valet parking only and they put our car up with a lift while we were on the cruise. Much safer for our vehicle. One thing people should know is that planes fly directly over this area. This did not bother us at all while we were in the room. Best value we found for this trip.

We stayed here for 2 days prior to a cruise early November, 2023. There was a group traveling together on the cruise, so we mostly stayed there. The staff did not look annoyed at the fact we pretty much highjacked the entire lobby/lounge for two days, good bartender, good rec's for "where is there good pizza delivery", and the like. The rooms were very comfortable and quite large, and the price wasn't astronomical. The airport pickup was good, frankly, there is nothing to complain about except for the lack of a restaurant, and the resale "restaurant" adjacent, which was "ok". Be advised you're basically IN the airport here, and there is no "places to walk" that are at all useful.
Oh, and, fantastic breakfast included.

Me, my husband & our toddler stayed at Staybridge Suites for nine days after my surgery.Please let me tell you that if you’re hesitant on booking your stay here.. don’t be!
Customer service was top notch, their breakfast is delicious and serve every morning. During sports games, they will have appetizers rooms, wine, beer all complementary. Our room was extremely clean up clean to date and even had a nice little kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The pool area is great, especially if you have smaller children as there is a little tide pool area for them and the larger pool is completely gated off.Evelio went completely above and beyond for me and my family! We loved his hospitality and charisma! Just go ahead and book your stay here you won’t regret it☺️😁

Nice kitchenette. Bed is comfortable and there is a pull out bed in the couch (excuse our luggage, it was a long day) . Shower is roomy. It is right next to the airport, so you can see the planes come in for landing. The room is on the 5th floor. You can hear the rumblings of the plane engine's, but that is all. No street noise.

The staff was amazing during our 11 night stay. I had surgery and they were very accommodating, going out of their way several times! Check in was great with the Scorpio Girls. Rafael, in the valet, was very helpful, Elena was extremely sweet during social hours. The food was good, location good, and tour suite was very comfortable. I would definitely go back if staying in Miami again.

This is a nice hotel. It is showing it's age a bit and it looked like they are still repairing some exterior hurricane damage but it was in pretty good shape. We really liked the room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a kitchen and living area in between. It is very close to the airport with an airport shuttle (on demand only, the shuttle doesn't automatically show at the airport, you have to call and request it.) The parking is valet only (current charge $25 + tax per night.) There is some street parking in front of the hotel, but not much and not lighted. There is a descent breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, pancakes and cereal, etc. It was a pretty busy hotel when we went but the staff was friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with how quiet the rooms were even being so close to the airportand road. We did hear some trains though. Overall I would recommend it.

While the room is clean, it could definitely use some refresh. Including to have more than one elevator working.
Utensils and cookware are pretty much straight from dollar tree.
Valet is great. Friendly, fast, and efficient.
Hotel is situated in a location where most of the warehouses near the airport. Being very close to where the airplanes approach as they descend, expect some loud sounds. So light sleepers might want to choose other location unless you have some noise cancelling ear plugs.

Close to the Miami International Airport with fast and easy shuttle services. This hotel is kept clean and in impeccable condition. We always travel here and have packages shipped ahead, they log and track all packages very thoroughly and require your signature when you pick your packages up. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Was on 2 week long stay . It’s a new property with rooms everything new which was good . Special thanks to joe who did my booking and took care of everything during my stay . Also the rest of the staff are very nice and courteous.They have the shuttle service which is great . Hygiene n mask policy was very good considering the pandemic. Right across to airport station to connect on bus , train . All in all a great stay .

Extremely hard to get food order delivered. Took 3 tries 3 different companies. But that's not hotels fault.
The laundry is free. That's a huge bonus! We walked from airport and it was completely manageable

Got stuck in Miami, thanks American Airlines, but Staybridge had a room available! Lobby is spacious and clean. Room was larger than expected, very clean, had a full kitchen, large desk, and couch, and the bed was SO NICE. Good water pressure and water got Hot! Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but the breakfast to go was decent and the shuttle bus driver was very helpful and courteous. 10/10!

Stayed there while on a business trip. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast could have been a little better but no complaints. Clean rooms and overall a clean quiet hotel.

I actually love this location. I enjoyed staying here because of the hospitality, airport shuttle, the suites and the breakfast. Too bad Uber drivers have to be told to come to the valet area and not the side entrance to pick you up. Be that it may, there is no doubt I will stay at this property again and again.

Had to stay here for business, good staff, I liked the breakfast, they offered actual fresh fruit instead of the canned stuff. My biggest complaint was the room smelled awful, apparently they allow smoking indoors, it was unbearable. Carpet needed replacement, floor was dirty, but rest seemed clean enough. I couldn't stay here again because of the smoking, but otherwise decent place. Oh and good coffee. Tip, Tuesday and Wednesday has free happy hour, and parking is $20 for valet or self park, so just valet.

Came to Miami for a my girlfriends BBL surgery. Stayed for a week and I highly recommend this Hotel. They offer in room kitchens that come with everything you need including dishwasher and a free laundry room. The breakfast is included in your stay and they offer a nice selection to choose from. We did save a lot of money by cooking our own meals in our room and eating their breakfast. We drove from Milwaukee Wisconsin so we didn’t need to use their transportation shuttle. But the absolute best thing about our stay was how friendly the staff was. Evelio is the shuttle driver and he most definitely deserves to be paid as much as the Operation manager. It’s people like him who make or break companies. This hotel by far is at the top of the list, and it’s because of the staff. Yes clean, and nice, but the staff is the main reason I will stay at this hotel next time we come to Miami. Absolute must stay if you’re in the Miami area.

The room was nice. It had a sofa bed with a chaise in addition to the king size bed and a kitchenette. The pool was nice and the water was warm. There was also the accommodating gym.
