Pretty easy for myself & family. Parked vehicle and a van was ready for us to the boat. After the cruise I was picked up within 10 minutes. I had my family wait on the boat as I picked up car and drove back to boat, 5-7 minute drive. I would use again!
The parking garage was easy to find. I just plugged in the address for premier parking. It is in the downtown area so you might want to drive slowly as you get closer. Upon entering I just asked one of the staff members how to get to the premier parking being that it is in a parking garage. There were people walking around with red shirts, which were staff members for the premier parking. They'll put a sticker in the car and number your car, they also give you a tag so you can provide it to the staff member upon your return.
We waited for maybe 15 minutes before someone arrived with the van to take us to the cruise terminal. He was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us a blue sheet of paper which gave directions on what to do once we get off the boat. Once we made it through customs, they were outside waiting and we just gave him our last name. Although everything went well, I do believe they need more vans to transport people.
Remember to have money for a tip.
I had a good experience. The staff are dedicated to their mission of transporting passengers back and fourth to the cruise line port. Downtown Miami can get very congested with traffic so delays will occur but the drivers I had were good drivers. Easy access to I-95 although you must allow extra travel time for delays. Tip: Be in line at the start of their trips from the parking garage to the port, around 11 am if your ship allows yout to board at noon, and try to get off the ship asap to beat the downtown traffic for an easy ride back to the parking garage.
Excellent location, great parking and on time shuttle services.
From my experience with vacationing, patience is key to help smooth out any bumps that may occur when traveling. Our experience with Premier parking and shuttle service was great. I like the fact our vehicle was in a garage, and not burning hot or full of debris from being outdoors during our vacation. The drivers were round tripping to and from the port. Getting to the port took a little longer than coming back, but a overall great experience. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Premier Parking & Shuttling.
We had a good experience with Premiere Parking. It was easy to park and take a shuttle to the cruise port. You had to wait a little longer for a shuttle after our trip but we got on one and got to our car easily. I feel bad for the drivers as passengers seem to have problems being patient and waiting. Lots of obnoxious people saying how they were the first or second person waiting for a shuttle and therefore should be on the shuttle before others. I give the drivers credit for handling these people with care.

I used this garage to park my car for a 3 day cruise. It was a seamless process from start to finish. Be sure to drive up to the 7th floor and look for the “Premier Parking” sign. Don’t follow the other cruise parking signs in the garage. The drive to the port was about5mins. After the cruise was over I was off the ship before 8am and the driver got there shortly afterwards. I will be using them in the future.
Was a great price very nice people little hard to understand the people driving but they were extremely nice and helpful. Just be patient and go with the flow they have 3 vans running. I will use them for future cruises
