This garage has a TERRIBLE customer service . After paying $36 for 3 hours parking ( more expensive than south beach !!!!) i requested a receipt while paying. For the second time in 2 weeks the machine didn’t give me any receipt. I called the assistance button and after speaking with 3 different people ( useless and not helping at all) I left. Stay away from this garage !!!!!

Upon returning they let us all (a good hundred of us) stand at the terminal for two hours with no communication or any vans at all showing up.

On our blue papers it said no pickups after 10:45am. That's great, we were there at 9:30 and at 11am there was nothing.

We got fed up and left in a taxi.

They then had the balls when we got back to the garage to point to our blue papers and reiterate the 10:45 time rule.

What about everyone still stranded at that terminal?

Screw you guys. We're going home.

I parked my can there in the beginning of Jan 2020. My car WAS BROKEN INTO AND THEFT. When I questioned any security measures and what’s the following procedure, I was told ONLY CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL. They promised me to reply the next day. But that never happened. I called again but be ignored. I e-mailed again, no reply at all.

I understand no one want this kind of incident happened. But after things happened, ignoring customer, avoiding responsibility is not how to do business. Breaking your promises at this situation is so disappointing!

The place was easy to find, checked in, the parking lot looks pretty new. Once parked, the wait was pretty long, almost half an hour. About 3-4 vans passed by before they started picking up people to take to the terminal. I think I know why as they concentrate on bringing people first from the Terminal, maybe? The pickup on the way back was smooth, once we found the Welcome sign, the shuttle came within 5-10 minutes, we were in it, it filled up quick, the parking was merely 5-10 minutes from the Terminal. It's a great location. The car was found safe and sound as we left it. I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again as we do many cruises. Thank you!!!!
