This is a nice hotel. I have stayed here before and it's great. This time we choose to park here and catch the shuttle to the airport, leaving the car. Their fee is more reasonable than airport parking and the shuttle runs frequently. The parking lot is shady which is a bonus.

Comfortable hotel nice views, room was clean but the house keeping forgot toiletries, there was a smoke detector covered with tape or plastic. most front desk employees are nice and kind very helpful except for one of the guys we checked in with he was rude and said we couldn’t receive honor rewards if we booked from a third party. We later came in asking for another room key and asked for the honor rewards and one of the young ladies was able to help us adding the rewards to our account and she was very kind.

Let's start with the positive: the location is perfect! Beautiful grounds as well and the entrance is grandiose. I wish I could compliment the hotel more but it is when things did not go well.



The front desk was not overwhelming welcoming or warm. She said barely a few words. Then, we arrived in room 930 and I took pictures of the headboard. Not at all up to the standards of Hilton! I called the front desk and got an agent telling me she would inform housekeeping. Not a single apology, nothing! And of course, housekeeping never came.



I stayed at this location in the past but this last visit was really not a good representation of what Hilton should be. Very disappointed in the subpar customer service

Rooms need to be updated. Once we saw the rooms we tried to check back out but they wouldn't give us a refund so we were forced to pay for that one night even being a Hilton Honor member. Machines were down so we were not able to use our food credit. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

My Spouse and I are Diamond status for the Hilton Honors Program. This specific hotel does nothing for anyone in this program. They over charge $ 22 a day for parking. They have little to no amenities. The carpet and rooms are dirty. I asked for a mini refrigerator, since the room didn’t have one. They said they were out of them. I asked if they could open the mini bar and clear it out so I could put my food in it. They refused. I had to ask the coffee shop attendants to hold my food, since the concerned nor they front desk had the common sense to even suggest that. Their answer was “I don’t know what to tell you.” I would suggest you spend your point or money on one of the lower brands in Hilton program. Their computer system is down and they do not know when it will be reinstated so you can not even charge things to the room. Only cash is accepted. This is pathetic to say the least. Do not waste your money at this property. No customer service skills or intelligence with any of the staff.

Calling this hotel for reservations was an ideal decision indeed. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. They strive to provide us the best service that exceeds our expectations as well. I am happy that I turned to this hotel. Such an amazing service! Kudos!

It was a great stay! I would come back to all the services that the hotel can offer. The breakfast is the best, the onsen spa is very relaxing, and the antidote bar was full of energy plus the view of city lights. They'll make sure that they will answer all your concerns and provide your needs. The ambiance is very relaxing and sophisticated. I highly recommend staying here!

I love this hotel, it’s close to the airport, the staff are extremely nice and helpful. I love the two bars the food and how it’s right next to the airport with free shuttle bus that takes you to and from. My daughter loves the pool and hot tub they even have little table game outside with great paths to walk with amazing views.

Definitely not the caliber of quality you expect from a Hilton Hotel. Multiple lights in the room did not work. Thermostat would not go down below 68 and the room was too hot. The bathtub had blood on the outside - very gross and unsanitary, leaving me to question what other corners were cut when cleaning. The only thing that was good was that we asked for a quiet room and they did put us in one that was quiet.

It's a nice hotel but they charge for almost everything. In my opinion it's not a big family friendly place more for individuals. The woman at the check it was horrible - but Bryan was the best, he made everything better! Five stars for Bryan!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went a week ago, the kids and I liked that, the hotel is close to the airport! What we liked the most is how staff welcomed us. This gentleman was very polite, had a big smile and was happy to welcome us. This place is very clean, the AC air from the room was fresh and clean plus we had a beautiful view, the New Coral Cafe has good food. Again all staff are amazing. This is a real paradise!

My Man and I stayed here for a week Baecation, it was super nice great experience. We loved the location and the views. We thought it was cool being close to the airport, even though we were close we barely heard the planes. The staff was friendly during our entire stay. Housekeeping was always around when needed. The amenities were nice, we enjoyed the fitness center, pool and pool saloon for drinks. Our room was clean but being who I am and that we're still in a pandemic I brought sanitary wipes and wiped everything down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again our next visit back to Miami.

I read a lot of reviews before my trip and stay at this hotel and almost cancelled it.. But out of all the reviews you read on other hotels in Miami these wasn’t bad. My experience was nothing like what everyone experienced. They greeted me nicely when checking in wasn’t sitting there all night. My room was clean,GREAT VIEW,even though we so close to airport I didn’t hear any planes. Beds was comfortable and shower was nice and hot only thing that was wrong the bathroom door knob needs to be fixed. I’m not sure where all these people with these bad reviews stayed but my floor was quite and my room was nice!! Parking is expensive. The latest you come back to the hotel the further you have to park but at least you get a spot.. we will come again 15 minutes from airport and 20 min from beach and they have rentals cars on property. The outside was nice looking to..

We stayed here 2 nights Wednesday after a late flight and Saturday before catching an early flight on Sunday. It is actually a pretty long drive from the airport (for being advertised as the airport Hilton). The first night our room was pretty run-down, but clean. The second night we had a much better room. The lobby is nice, but the upstairs halls are kind of dirty. The pool area is very nice, but the pool closes at 9 p.m. which i thought was way to early. My main complaint is that the staff isn't the most helpful. The first night our TV didn't work and when I called the front desk they said someone could "probably check it out tomorrow." The second night we asked for plastic utensils for the room and they said because the restaurant was closed we were out of luck. We also found it decently difficult to arrange transportation from the hotel back to the airport if it is outside of shuttle hours. We waited 40+ min for a taxi that never showed. The staff couldn't care less about any needs you have.

With the help of your employees, we were able to achieve this goal. The following year, we'll be back. They greeted him with a slice of chocolate cake and the words "Happy Birthday" written on the plate when we casually mentioned it was his birthday. It was a dream come true to be our star. This was our Second hotel on our stay and we checked in at the perfect time cause 5 mins later the lobby was booked....Pool stays open until 11 so that was cool but it was just too cold and rainy for us to enjoy it....I gave this hotel 4 stars because even though our room had the stickers on the door that our room was cleaned....Our room was half cleaned....Using the rest room I could see pieces of nail clippings on the floor....and there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and pieces of trash that had been missed....Long strands of hair on the bed that didn't belong to us....This is definitely a top booked hotel by the airport because of all the high traffic I saw in just those couple days....In walking distance of a few stores and restaurants so that helps and we will probably book here again in the near future

If you’re looking for a nice, upscale hotel stay, this is a great option. If you’re looking for your upscale stay to come with a clean & sanitized room.... think again. Housekeeping uses Lysol protection seals to show the room has been cleaned, but after my stay this Sunday, I can argue that they barely clean. I took pictures during my stay I can share, but there was a sunflower seed shell behind my bed, a snicker bar wrapper (not ours) under the chair by the balcony, and black streaks underneath the comforter. Pillows do not have pillow cases and have a weird smell... I personally refused to use them. Lastly, housekeeping needs to do regular floor sweeps. There’s no reason why the microwave on the 12th floor was sticky, coffee filled, & dirty for 4+ hours after reporting it. Front desk does not answer the phone, whether you call from your room or by the elevator. Overall, we decided not to make a big fuss since we we only stayed 1 day/1 night, but this will most likely be the last time. Great environment, terrible job cleaning!

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful patio, swimming pool, and hot tub. Although there’s not much to do in the area (the compound is located on its own peninsula), the hotel has a couple restaurants and bars inside + gym. There’s also a really nice path along the waterfront. Any comparable place would easily cost twice as much. Loved my stay.

The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The staff and management is super accommodating especially Michael. He is definitely an asset to your company. This is my second stay at this hotel and we will come back here everytime we visit this Area. This place is surprisingly reasonable for a Hilton and located just minutes from Miami International. They also offer long term parking and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. This makes travel extremely convenient. Definitely a pleasant, convenient and comfortable stay

This Hilton is in a wonderful location, very near the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the back is really nice. It was not crowded while I was there. They also have long term parking available. The bar area is nice as is the little convenience store that they have.

The rooms are decent. Not really sure why they’re $200 though, you don’t even get a microwave or refrigerator. That’s the only good thing i had to say. they also cheat you out of your deposit.

Would never stay here again. Outdated. Dirty. The room was not clean let alone sanitized. Lipstick smeared on the bathroom door and handle, floor was dirty, the 2 bottles of water that they offer you to buy in the room....one was missing and the other was half empty. Tried to call the front desk but the phone was not charged. Walked down and waited in line to make them aware, was offered a free breakfast because they didn't have anybody there to clean the room. If it wasn't for us being so tired and having to get up early to catch our flight, we would have left. Then it got worse, my husband found food all over the floor and wall after moving the chair. Not even sure why we tried the breakfast. 15 min in line to order then another 30 waiting for it. Food was ok, but not worth the wait. (or price if we hadn't got it for free) This hotel needs help.

The room was a bit dusty, but good service at both indoor and outdoor bars, that's why the 2 stars and another star because the grounds are nice. I really liked the walking path. Try the steak sandwich, it's pretty good. The herb store is super slow though, they got a few orders wrong during our stay and on our last day, we waited over an hour for a breakfast burrito. They gave us someone else's huge order instead, that we returned. We couldn't take the right order on the bus headed back to the airport, so I asked the manager for our money back, she said to call so that we wouldn't miss our flight. I called several times since, but as soon as I select operator for the hotel, it automatically hangs up. Out $21.00 for aggrevation, it may not be much to them, but we had already spent lots of money here. We have friends from all over that ask if we recommend the establishment, but cannot. Customer service with a smile goes a long way. Maybe the gratuity that's already included in everything takes away incentive for good service. We'll give another hotel our business next time around and recommend accordingly.

Trendy, modern, environmentally friendly hotel that opened in 2014. The room I had was nice, it had a huge ceiling to floor window and the beautiful view of Miami and the Hollywood sign.

Cleaning staff did a nice job every day. The valet, front desk and bar staff very nice and friendly as well. A very nice hotel to stay at while visiting Miami.

Good value for the money - the rooms were nice. it was difficult with no luggage or parking service. we had a lot of luggage and had to get all our luggage up to our room but took forever to find a cart. Finally found one but they were not being wiped down or cleaned. we cleaned it ourselves and when we got up to our floor their were 4 carts just sitting in the hallways. Our floor also smelled like smoke and weed for 2 of the 4 nights. when we were checking out someone else was complaining as well. it was so strong lots of people wandering around in bathrobes? A LOT. very strange. never saw staff cleaning the entire time I was there except maid service on the floors. we got stuck numerous times trying to get out of the gate and so did everyone else. my parents could not get out either. my mom said if anyone ever robbed the place they would get caught making their get away because of the gate.

Our room was dirty, dust laden surfaces, big broken fake finger nail on the floor, a leaking toilet with water on the floor in the bathroom. One of the lamp shades was covered with mold, The rug was filthy. No room service ( though the website said there was room service), so you had to go down and order food, you couldn't call down and order and then go get it, and then wait until it was done and they still charged an 18% gratuity even though you had to do most of the work.

For the prices they charge for the room and the food, you would expect much higher quality. For $18 I would expect a fresh made patty and not some nameless preformed, frozen burger from some food processor. Same thing with the flat bread pizza. Cheap quality food at high quality prices. Did I mention that I spend 90 minutes on the phone over 3 phone calls to get my reservation correct? Or about the woman at the bar while I was waiting for food without a mask, the bartender told me that she was here before eating. Standing at the bar not eating or drinking means you wear a mask. This is a Hilton, not motel 6.

The service here was EXCELLENT! My husband left a bag behind with our car keys in it and the bellhop actually drove it out to us at the airport! The rooms are typical small city rooms but the location is fantastic. They had a way to make you really feel welcome. You can't beat it for the price.

This hotel was incredibly the best place to visit! My family and I greatly enjoyed staying here. Besides, the foods and the drinks that they served were yummy and satisfying. Even the amenities looked elegant and nice. It was eventually the place we wanted to visit again and again. Honestly, this kind of hotel was worth it to have a staycation, for it was just affordable. Others must come!

The place is nice and elegant. But I have been waiting for a long time just to get some wash towels. They provide you with towels and hand towels but no wash towels as they say it needs to be requested. And after requesting it I have been waiting 45 minutes and counting for something that should already be in my room. Now I'm late for a funeral celebration of life because of this wait!!

I just want to congratulate housekeeping that clean the room 559 . I check in 09/16/20 to 09/18/20. that room was spotless was extremely clean. The furniture in the room looks amazing . The lamps are gorgeous, if I could give a 10 stars I would.

On our second day the concierge (different staff) once again set us on the best course by directing our sightseeing plans along a particular route that included a fantastic breakfast spot. They listened to our goals for the day and gave us the tools to effect an amazing walking/trolley tour of the city.

We sat at the airport for 3 hours waiting for the shuttle.

Poor maid service. They only came one time during our stay for 3 days.

If you just need a place to crash. But not for a luxurious long stay. Just a basic hotel.

Oh and no breakfast is served during covid.

And the view is pretty awesome of the water front, downtown skyline, and the MIA runway to watch these big planes come in and take off... Jet skis for rent in the back waterfront. Worse Hilton Ever! Do not stay here! Mold in every ceiling, dirty dishes, you have to beg for fresh towels multiple times, no hot breakfast and the bagged joke of breakfast ends at 9am, no shuttle service, outdated rooms, nasty moldy refrigerator. This can Not be Hilton!!! 70% of the staff is fired so the remaining staff is spread thin and over worked. The only good thing a about this hotel is the location but trust me it’s not worth the unsanitary conditions!

The rooms and landscaping were great....pool area was beautiful but we did not feel comfortable with the level of partying going on. Sign says no coolers of glass bottles but they were everywhere...dude with a tether on his ankle watching his 3 year old peeing on the patio in front of everyone

I booked a one bedroom suite to only be given a junior suite. Nothing was said to me upon check-in. When I went to have it corrected I was told they gave the room away. I had booked with points so there was no compensation. The poor fella at the desk had to apologise for incompetent management. May I recommend courses on hotel management and customer service....

Having been a loyal Marriott patron for over a decade, I let a co-worker convince me the Hilton Honors was a better program. My recent stay at the Blue Lagoon has made me regret that decision! Limited staff at check in and checkout at peak time’s with wait times up to twenty minutes. Finding bogus charges on my bill ie. hotel bar and refreshment center in the room. Have not had these problems at other Hilton’s, but this experience has made me want to return to the Marriott.

For the price we paid and the name of the hotel I would have expected so much more than what was offered. The rooms were dirty, and smelled as such. The elevators were dirty and they actually offer to reward you to not request room service so imagine how often the rooms are actually cleaned. It was overpriced just because of the name and location...nothing more. You are expected to tip for breakfast just because they bring you water or coffee, continental breakfast consists of cold cuts and yogurt, anything hot is a charge. We found contact lenses on the floor and the curtains had stains. If you have money to stay anywhere else do it.

The staff are professional, friendly, and always helpful.unlargemro.looked over the lagoon. It was large and comfortable. The bar was full of happy folks ready to go on cruises

The bartender was great. The gym had state of the art equipment, an outdoor jogging path around the grounds. The pool and surround was lovely. The price decent.

My 5 star streak of Hilton’s from across the world remains intact. This place is fantastic, it has very good amenities and the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. If I could make one suggestion it is to have softer towels, but I am assuming that’s a luxury that makes 4 stars 4 and 5 stars 5, in any case, well done Hilton!

I would like to commend the staff of Hilton Miami Airport. My brother and I parked in your lot for long term parking while on vacation. We were not even hotel guests, but they still provided us superb customer service.



While on vacation we received bad news that my brother’s dog suffered a medical incident. Upon landing we were rushing to the vet hospital to spend some final moments with his dog.



Our friends called the hotel and explained that we were not hotel guests but had parked there and asked to coordinate an order of bacon for us to pick up. Although this was just a side of bacon, this amounted to our dog’s last meal and meant the world to us. It also allowed us to land and quickly get to the hospital without making another stop. The box was filled to the brim with bacon and breakfast meats and the staff provided free of charge. It made the last moments of our puppy’s life so happy.



I apologies but I don’t remember names and can’t call out specific staff. However, the call was made on Sunday (1/5) between 11am-12pm. Please ensure the restaurant host and manager get recognized.

Have enjoyed staying here for years. Hotel could use a renovation and upgrade. Had afternoon snack by the pool, unfortunately we had to go inside to get it ourselves as the bar staff was not very attentive. Hotel is clean and most interactions with the staff were pleasant.

Lovely Hotel! We finished up our fishing trip and this place was the cherry on top to complete an amazing Florida vacation. Check in went smoothly and we had a great room with an awesome view of the water and sunset. It was definitely well worth it!!

Pool said heated and when we asked the staff said it temps at 84, btw 84 degrees (f) is not even warm! If you get some cold water, warm, and hot then temp it you will see 83 is COLD!!!! No adults could enjoy the pool w/ the kids, they had to stay in the hot tub which by the way the kids ended up in because they even said the pool was cold!



French toast was hard to cut and bite!



The hotel was beautiful, clean and a great view of the air port!

Had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.



I placed an order at the Coral Cafe at opening time when there are barely any people eating there. I ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for my order. It wasn’t even a complicated order, it was just a burger. What was even more disappointing than the slow service was the hostess’ attitude. When I inquired about the order, she couldn’t care less. Not once did she apologize or offer an explanation.



The room I stayed in was also not sound proof at all. I could hear every conversation and door closing in the adjacent rooms. Thank God there wasn’t any children next door or it would have been unbearable.



Considering the variety of hotels nearby, I definitely would not stay here again.

Hotel looks good overall. Front staff Service is great. Noise level in the room all night didn't let us rest.

Been here twice and going on my 3rd next month. Beautiful hotel. It's very centric from just about anywhere and has beautiful views of the airport. Always clean and customer service is good. Rooms are nice and fridge is always stacked up in case you feel tempted to grab a bite.

This is a wonderful property. The restaurant and bar are great. Wonderful views and so convenient for flying in and out of Miami. Everyone at the hotel is wonderful. This is a good place to come and relax for a few days or to use as home while you explore Miami. Enjoy

The room was nice. Other areas of the hotel are definitely in need of care. We booked our initial stay months ahead for a cruise we would be going on. Then Hurricane Dorian put everyone in an uproar a the miami port closed when we asked to extend our stay we were told they could not at the hotel and none of the online booking services were working either. The hotel said they were not taking walk ins for the next day and could not accommodate us. Way to go and leave people stranded and scrambling for shelter when it was needed

Hilton is beginning to show its age. Not as featured in pictures on website. Pool area needs some attention. Note: They are upgrading outdoor restaurant area with new tile. Room was clean. Staff friendly/helpful.

Loved the landscaping. Staff was pleasant. Room was very nice. Was charged twice for parking. Handed in my room key when checking out and you need your room key to get free parking.

Stayed here for a religious convention last week.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Nice pool, outdoor trail, entertaining local wildlife and convenient slightly upscale restaurant. The lobby is stocked with two convenience

stores that have everything you need. Extremely close to the airport but away from the hustle situated perfectly on the blue lagoon water inlet. I could live at this hotel :)
