I would like to commend the staff of Hilton Miami Airport. My brother and I parked in your lot for long term parking while on vacation. We were not even hotel guests, but they still provided us superb customer service.
While on vacation we received bad news that my brother’s dog suffered a medical incident. Upon landing we were rushing to the vet hospital to spend some final moments with his dog.
Our friends called the hotel and explained that we were not hotel guests but had parked there and asked to coordinate an order of bacon for us to pick up. Although this was just a side of bacon, this amounted to our dog’s last meal and meant the world to us. It also allowed us to land and quickly get to the hospital without making another stop. The box was filled to the brim with bacon and breakfast meats and the staff provided free of charge. It made the last moments of our puppy’s life so happy.
I apologies but I don’t remember names and can’t call out specific staff. However, the call was made on Sunday (1/5) between 11am-12pm. Please ensure the restaurant host and manager get recognized.

I read a lot of reviews before my trip and stay at this hotel and almost cancelled it.. But out of all the reviews you read on other hotels in Miami these wasn’t bad. My experience was nothing like what everyone experienced. They greeted me nicely when checking in wasn’t sitting there all night. My room was clean,GREAT VIEW,even though we so close to airport I didn’t hear any planes. Beds was comfortable and shower was nice and hot only thing that was wrong the bathroom door knob needs to be fixed. I’m not sure where all these people with these bad reviews stayed but my floor was quite and my room was nice!! Parking is expensive. The latest you come back to the hotel the further you have to park but at least you get a spot.. we will come again 15 minutes from airport and 20 min from beach and they have rentals cars on property. The outside was nice looking to..

We had an unexpected and expedited stay at this Hilton when our flight out of MIA was canceled. The staff at this hotel was were wonderful! Shout out to Luis and Pedro at check in, who were so friendly and helpful for a speedy check in and answering our questions when we were exhausted. Also, the staff at the lobby bar were great--we got in late right before the kitchen was closing and they got our food order in in time, so we were very appreciative of that since American Airlines lets you starve to death on longer flights. As Diamond members we were upgraded to a nice corner suite, which was a spacious room with a great view, balcony, and living room area. We were sad we didn't have more time to enjoy it the next day since we had to leave early for a flight. We will definitely stay again, as the shuttle to and from the airport was on time and convenient. More plant based cruelty-free options on the menus would be appreciated!

My Man and I stayed here for a week Baecation, it was super nice great experience. We loved the location and the views. We thought it was cool being close to the airport, even though we were close we barely heard the planes. The staff was friendly during our entire stay. Housekeeping was always around when needed. The amenities were nice, we enjoyed the fitness center, pool and pool saloon for drinks. Our room was clean but being who I am and that we're still in a pandemic I brought sanitary wipes and wiped everything down. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again our next visit back to Miami.

Its a good hotel. Haven't had any problems. There are allot of people and kids right now cause of a little league baseball tournament. But its a good hotel. Really close to the airport and has a nice view. The pool area is big too. Although the signs I saw, I was surprised. Do not feed the iguanas. 🤣 . Though they are huge and bright in color.

Shout out to Pedro at front desk that upgraded my room to a suite for being diamond as well as my college who did not have status. Big shout out to restaurant staff KATE during breakfast for a pleasant chat and taking care of my order. She’s a great asset to the hotel and the industry as a whole needs more friendly faces.

I’m attending a Decoration Summit for the company Ricoma (Embroidery and Apparel printing machines). I’ve had such a lovely experience inside the hotel with hotel staff. The meeting rooms are fantastic, the food is delicious and Hilton is always high quality. Pleasant staff and delicious pizza at their cafe to the left when you enter the hotel. Spacious parking, nice pool and fantastic drinks. I would absolutely come back and rent a room at this hotel. They were sold out so we didn’t end up staying. :) thanks Hilton Blue Lagoon. Nice pre-vacation hotel if you're flying out of MIA. Food and service out by the pool was excellent. Hotel shuttle to and from MIA. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was good. Shampoo and conditioner have a really strong smell...like deodorizer. I was glad I brought my own. Everything else was fine. Rooms have a mini fridge and a small coffee maker.

This hotel is close to the airport of Miami. I arrived there with a shuttle. I had to stay for one night and go back to the airport the next day.
For food, I had a tenderloin, which was good.
The rooms are also good, and the next day , I could release my energy in the gym.
The breakfast is diverse, and anything you want, they have it. It was a short stay, but it was nice. And if you like planes, you can see them coming and leaving.

If you are looking for a Resort feeling, and affordable for a family getaway. Here is the place. They offer shuttle service, as well as outstanding housekeeping. The hotel is very clean, and fresh. The pool area has plenty of lounging areas. We even got a chance to see iguanas that were on the outdoor lagoon area. This was a very relaxing getaway. My children had a good time. Looks as if everyone was having a good time, rather it was family, or business related. Also I did a late checkout. They were very accommodating. Thanks so much .

The service here was EXCELLENT! My husband left a bag behind with our car keys in it and the bellhop actually drove it out to us at the airport! The rooms are typical small city rooms but the location is fantastic. They had a way to make you really feel welcome. You can't beat it for the price.

Been here twice and going on my 3rd next month. Beautiful hotel. It's very centric from just about anywhere and has beautiful views of the airport. Always clean and customer service is good. Rooms are nice and fridge is always stacked up in case you feel tempted to grab a bite.

I know, it sounds like everyone should expect that.. but I don’t except anything more than what it states in the contract. This facility went above and beyond for us. If I could make one suggestion it is to have softer towels, but I am assuming that’s a luxury that makes 4 stars 4 and 5 stars 5, in any case, well done Hilton!

This is a nice hotel. I have stayed here before and it's great. This time we choose to park here and catch the shuttle to the airport, leaving the car. Their fee is more reasonable than airport parking and the shuttle runs frequently. The parking lot is shady which is a bonus.

On our second day the concierge (different staff) once again set us on the best course by directing our sightseeing plans along a particular route that included a fantastic breakfast spot. They listened to our goals for the day and gave us the tools to effect an amazing walking/trolley tour of the city.

There is a shuttle that picks you up from the airport and you are greeted at the door. Early check in- no problem. A great place to stay! We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. Clean and nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and professional. When we were in the pool I noticed two staff members working hard to clean the area through out the day. The room we stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly stay here again in the future.

We went a week ago, the kids and I liked that, the hotel is close to the airport! What we liked the most is how staff welcomed us. This gentleman was very polite, had a big smile and was happy to welcome us. This place is very clean, the AC air from the room was fresh and clean plus we had a beautiful view, the New Coral Cafe has good food. Again all staff are amazing. This is a real paradise!

This property is amazing! I was initially hesitant to stay at an airport hotel, but I was more than pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The room and the view were amazing and the amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast on-site at the property and the entire staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Since this is still an airport hotel they conveniently have a hertz rental car location in the lobby and shuttles to the airport every 30 minutes. After an exhausting vacation in Miami this Hilton was the perfect way to wind down before catching our flight home. Whether it is for your late night arrival, early morning departure, or even the day rate for a layover it is definitely worth the stay.

I love the two bars the food and how it’s right next to the airport with free shuttle bus that takes you to and from. My daughter loves the pool and hot tub they even have little table game outside with great paths to walk with amazing views.

We made a brief overnight stay here on a Friday night before cruising. It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely pool on site. It has a restaurant, convenience store, and coffee shop on site. It is also near other shopping and restaurants and very conveniently located to the airport with a free shuttle service. The suite we stayed in had a lovely room and bathroom with a separate living room, television and balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is reasonably priced and staff was warm and welcoming.

Overall a very nice large hotel. The rooms are clean, well detailed, and have the usual Hilton amenities. They have lots of light and nice views. The staff are friendly, engaging and helpful. The lobby is expansive and bright. Several dining choices and a take out cafe. The bar is large and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful with great walking path and flora. The pool area is very nice and well maintained.
The only downside is the hallways could use some updating. The doors are quite beat up. Location is great and it is right near the airport. Parking was convenient and reasonable. Breakfast is pricey for what you get but service was very good,

We had an absolutely great stay. I was nervous after booking because of the poor reviews and I’m so thankful I didn’t cancel. The male server at the pool bar ( I forgot his name) was excellent . He made the best drinks! The food and service overall was great. My two young kids had the best time in the pool and hot tub. The pool and outdoor area is big and had comfortable seating and pretty water views! Having Starbucks on site was a treat. The workout center was well equipped and had pelotons which I was pleasantly surprised because that’s my usual workout. Overall we really loved it there. My only suggestions would be the rooms could use some updates but were clean. I suggest bringing your own drinks ( water etc) so you don’t spend a fortune on them there.

The rooms are ok, but overpriced for the quality of it, I did like that they give a shower cap and a scrunchy, and the bath gel was nice.
The bar has a few drinks and they are not great, although it had a nice environment.
The food was actually good, and they had Cuban dishes, too.

The airport shuttle situation was a little wonky. While it supposedly runs every 30 minutes, if you're at the end of the run, there may not be room for you and you'll be waiting for the next one. Check-in took a lot longer than needed due to only two people on duty...during peak check in time. Then getting a drink was a challenge as the only open bar was at the pool with one bar tender and a long line...main bar didn't open till 5... so much for happy hour. But the staff was super friendly and helpful and the property was very clean. Nice pool area.

They greeted him with a slice of chocolate cake and the words "Happy Birthday" written on the plate when we casually mentioned it was his birthday. It was a dream come true to be our star. We stayed here on our trip from Guadeloupe back home. The shuttle service to and from MIA was perfect; the drivers were courteous and wonderfully helpful. Front desk staff and restaurant staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Given the Hilton name, we were surprised by the scarred and dated furniture in our room and by the old appearing carpet. But the bed was very comfortable. I think its staff quality really carries this hotel. Its proximity to the airport suited our needs perfectly.

It is slightly dated but our room was clean, the facility was clean, the views were beautiful, the location was great, and the staff were accommodating. My main issue is that $30 a day for parking is a joke when there’s no viable off property parking AND we’re paying to stay here (not to mention as “Hilton honors members”) it would be one thing if we were not staying here the whole time but choosing to lease out your lot instead of having complimentary parking for booked guests seems ridiculous to me.

This hotel is the most magnificent place I’ve ever stayed at top of the line customer service, when I first arrived I was greeted by an awesome person named Carlos. This being my first time he was very patient with me, and very informative. Then I met this beautiful person who works in the breakfast seating area. Very attentive. Clean room, clean towels, clean floors, clean bed sheets, carpets clean and free of debris. I will always stay here while in Miami and I do travel a lot.and this guy makes great omelettes.

Pool said heated and when we asked the staff said it temps at 84, btw 84 degrees (f) is not even warm! If you get some cold water, warm, and hot then temp it you will see 83 is COLD!!!! No adults could enjoy the pool w/ the kids, they had to stay in the hot tub which by the way the kids ended up in because they even said the pool was cold!

Really great place, the property is beautiful and the proximity to airport and free shuttle service is really convenient. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Food prices were kind of outrageous but that is to be expected since they have you trapped on an island with no other options, but the food is good quality. Bottom line is it is a great option for just a night or two when you need to pass through the airport.

We booked a junior suite. Room was so big it was awesome. Great view also! Lots of amenities, outdoor pool, hot tub, Starbucks inside hotel, very large and roomy lobby. Room was outdated and a little beat up in the bathroom. Shower Rod was almost rusted through, end table by window was crusted up with dirt, windows foggy so while you had a great view you got a slightly fuzzy one also. I don’t think you should be requiring staff to wear masks. We’re beyond that ridiculousness and they need a break. Masks do nothing. Let them breath. Think we may have been charged twice for parking also. Paid at the front desk and had to pay again at the gate. Will follow up on that and contact the hotel when I can verify.

Loved this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to many Miami attractions and airport. Pool side bar closes early but they have covered bar little pricey. This is full service hotel and pretty huge. My kids loved the outdoor pool and table tennis setting. Super friendly staff. One thing I did not like is about not providing parking for hotel guests. They charge you $21 per day. Other than that excellent hotel to stay.

What a great place! So clean and a very friendly staff. I loved sitting by the pool watching the planes take off from airport (across the water). A little pricey (21.00 a day for parking) but, glad to pay for a clean place to sleep and enjoy the Miami weather. We will be back!

Excellent service. At the reception, we were greeted by Mario with a delicious sangria. Went swimming afterwards & we stopped at Herb n’ Kitchen where Mario made me a delicious hot chocolate. His service was superb!!! He was extremely pleasant & very professional. The room was in tip top shape. The breakfast the next morning was amazingly delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami!

I only stayed here overnight on Wednesday November 22. We had to catch an early flight out of MIA the next morning.
The hotel is in a safe, secluded area no more than 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel area is surrounded by a lagoon, which is really pretty.
The hotel is definitely older but in a good way. The decor and architecture brought me back to the hotels I grew up staying at in the 80’s and 90’s. It was nostalgic for me. The interior of the hotel smelled good and fresh. The hotel was clean and had great views of the area.
Hotel staff was excellent and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with the nice Latina lady working the bar on the evening of November 22. She was very pleasant and professional. She deserves a raise.
The price was fair although I totally disagree on the parking fee. We did not experience a single issue with our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was such a pleasant stay, the whole front desk staff is so kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet and omelet bar is delicious! The bartenders made bomb drinks and the pool area with the view of the lake are the best part of the hotel. The property is so well maintained and I’m obsessed with the tiny house outside for the hotel cat. :’) You can tell the employees at this hotel have a heart. Although there’s not much to do in the area (the compound is located on its own peninsula), the hotel has a couple restaurants and bars inside + gym. There’s also a really nice path along the waterfront. Any comparable place would easily cost twice as much. Loved my stay.

The hotel was great. We had a KING Suite with a screened balcony, a must! The view of the Lagoon was peaceful, great for walking to the nearby stores and many food options. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that was a lifesaver with teens! The pool and hot tub looked amazing, but the weather wasn't warm enough to take a dip. This hotel is conveniently located off the freeway! Huge plus! We are light sleepers and barely, if ever, heard the airport. The shower water pressure was the best shower ever! Plenty of hot water after 4 showers in a row! The only issue we had was the wait for towels etc, but it was NYE weekend, so understandable. The hotel is very safe and secure, you can only enter the parking lot if you had a parking ticket, again, love that with keeping our teens safe. The restaurant in the hotel had great bar food, quite pricey but worth it! Very pleasant stay, thank you Hilton for your hospitality.

U need to give 1-2 hours to check in even after reaching the hotel, too many people waiting and too few Staff all throughout the day!
Rooms are compativly smaller and service could improve. For ex we asked for a kettle to boil water for tea, but we never got one.
Location is far of from everything. But it's beautiful as it's nestled in a Lagoon. Ask for Room facing the swimming pool or the airport.

Very nice hotel. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and there was a shuttle to the cruise terminal out front. The cruise shuttle is not run by Hilton and had a small fee, but it was good knowing it was a good service or they wouldn't be operating on Hilton property.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was large and had a great view of one of the runways, but we did not hear the jets at all.

Stayed at the hotel two nights passing through from LA to Caribbean on business. Hotel was conveniently located to MIA. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I found the staff to be extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. In fact in most cases they went out of there way to assist when asked. 250 of the rooms were booked by teenage soccer teams here for a tournament. So it could have been a complete disaster - lol 😂- but wasn't as the staff really worked hard. I give this Hilton a big thumbs up and will definitely stay here again in my travels.

The hotel rooms are nice and clean. I was very comfortable. I did not eat at the hotel so I don't know the food. I wish there was a mini fridge. The pool is nice and the workout room is adequate. There is a lovely gazebo at the end of the property. There is a limited distance jogging trail, but it's broken up by sidewalk construction. It's super close to the airport, but it's a circuitous ride to get there. Give yourself about 15-20 minutes just to get to the airport.

The bartender was great. The gym had state of the art equipment, an outdoor jogging path around the grounds. The pool and surround was lovely. The price decent.

A great place to stay! We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. Clean and nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and professional. When we were in the pool I noticed two staff members working hard to clean the area through out the day. It goes to show how important to them about the appearance of their hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and had comfortable beds. There is a shuttle that goes to the cruise line terminals for a fee. There is also a Hertz rental right inside the hotel (next to the door entrance of the hotel) which was very convenient to use however be sure to check their hours. There is a small store in the main lobby and as well a restaurant. There is one bar by the pool where you can also order food. Their food was okay. Nothing special and it is pricey for sure. If you are really hungry there are some other restaurants (Panda, Sub, etc.) at the beginning of this street to get to this hotel which is about 2-3 blocks away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Stayed for four nights to attend a conference in the hotel.
The location is convenient for the airport, but a fair way from downtown or the beach.
The room was spacious and clean, if a little tired. Power outlets were hard to access (I had to crawl under the desk to reach a socket).
Breakfast in the restaurant was tasty and the service was very welcoming.
I enjoyed the pool and having iguanas about the place was fun!

My family and I stayed here in February 2023 for three nights prior to a cruise. We stayed in room 1140. The building is older and could use a bit of renovation, but it was clean and decently maintained. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and large, the elevators were quick to arrive. The restaurant was quite good, though a bit pricey. We had a nice time there, and would stay again.

This was our Second hotel on our stay and we checked in at the perfect time cause 5 mins later the lobby was booked....Pool stays open until 11 so that was cool but it was just too cold and rainy for us to enjoy it....I gave this hotel 4 stars because even though our room had the stickers on the door that our room was cleaned....Our room was half cleaned....Using the rest room I could see pieces of nail clippings on the floor....and there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and pieces of trash that had been missed....Long strands of hair on the bed that didn't belong to us....This is definitely a top booked hotel by the airport because of all the high traffic I saw in just those couple days....In walking distance of a few stores and restaurants so that helps and we will probably book here again in the near future

The Good: Good front desk service, good location (10 minutes from the Miami International Airport), clean and comfortable rooms.
The areas that need to improve: The restaurant and the swimming pool close at 9 pm and there are no vending machines in the hotel. Therefore, for late arrival travelers, there are no options for food or relaxation after a long day of travel.

Nice stay, great location especially for business on and near the airport. A couple minor frustrations - the room clock was off by an hour with no way to change it. Elevator clocks were off - alarming if you have business meetings and are wondering what the real time is. Service was good, especially for dining. Breakfast buffet was “ok”. Bar food was good but the burger I ordered medium well arrived medium rare. I also bit into something so hard I almost broke a tooth. Hallways were almost painfully cold in the evening, which was weird. The app controlled door locks are cool but the system running them is not on “real” time either so I was locked out.

Stayed here for one night after a cruise before flying home. We arrived at 9 am and were able to check in immediately for a reasonable fee. Rooms were old, but spacious, and we loved the corner balcony with a screened in patio. Amazing lagoon and airport views! My husband is a plane geek and loved watching the big planes taking off. Patio and pool area is spacious with lots of comfortable seating and games. Loved the gazebo at the end of the path going down the lagoon!
This property was exactly what we needed to relax for a day and will not hesitate to stay here again when we want a hotel close to the airport in Miami. Lots of food and drink options available onsite, friendly service and comfortable lodging.

Trendy, modern, environmentally friendly hotel that opened in 2014. The room I had was nice, it had a huge ceiling to floor window and the beautiful view of Miami and the Hollywood sign.
Cleaning staff did a nice job every day. The valet, front desk and bar staff very nice and friendly as well. A very nice hotel to stay at while visiting Miami.

Convenient airport hotel and that is the reason why we picked it. We were fortunate to catch the shuttle bus and arrived at the hotel within minutes.
We received excellent service from two staff members in particular. Kate and Devin went above and beyond to answer our questions, and to offer suggestions. They personified service with a smile.
Overall the hotel is a little dated and this is reflected in the bedroom furniture, and finishes.

It was a great stay! I would come back to all the services that the hotel can offer. The breakfast is the best, the onsen spa is very relaxing, and the antidote bar was full of energy plus the view of city lights. They'll make sure that they will answer all your concerns and provide your needs. The ambiance is very relaxing and sophisticated. I highly recommend staying here!

I love the location as well, as you are close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of Miami.
Breakfast at this hotel is superb. Make sure to include it in your booking, as it will save you a lot, compared to paying for it on-site.

This Hilton is in a wonderful location, very near the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the back is really nice. It was not crowded while I was there. They also have long term parking available. The bar area is nice as is the little convenience store that they have.

Outstanding customer service at this conveniently located airport hotel! The shuttle schedule runs regularly and is hassle-free. The check-in line moved a little slow as this was late-night, but the process was smooth. Trasa at front desk was very upbeat and friendly! Manny at the bar was also awesome! The room was spotless and quite modern with several conveniently located outlets. I would gladly stay at this Hilton again!

Decent Hilton with some of the best customer service I’ve encountered. Only thing that struck me as of were the bed sheets - there was no fitted sheet, but instead, a plain sheet tucked under the mattress. Sleep was still comfortable though. Bathroom could have been cleaned better, but did not hinder our overall experience. It is located in about 15 minutes from the airport, and they do not have an “on-demand” shuttle from the airport. Instead, the shuttle runs every ~30 min and it may fill up before it even gets to you. I’d recommend using a ride share service vs. opting for the hotel shuttle. I used the shuttle this time and would not do it again.

My experience was great because of the location. My room stay at the Hilton was good but definitely could of been better especially with the amount of money I put in. I wasn’t satisfied with the phone not working my entire stay and I did notify the front desk, also the elevator was not working on a number of occasions. I was definitely was pleased with the pool and bar I enjoyed seeing the scenery and iguanas.
