Hampton Inn Miami Airport West (MIA)

Had to wait a while for pickup and then driver went back to the airport to pick someone up.

Easy to book, great location

Left the country for a week. The he price was very reasonable and the shuttle to and from the airport was fairly straightforward. Our car was as we left it. Miami Airport Hampton Inn - West worked out very well for us.

Very disappointed…we waited 1hr 40min for the shuttle to come after I called 2 times.

This place is the total opposite of Hampton Inn Miami Airport east. This hotel is everything you expect of a Hampton Inn. The staff here is warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean and ready by 10:00 am. All modern amenities. Safe location where you don’t have to look over your shoulder for crime. USB ports on the night stands, exercise room has one elliptical machine, two treadmills and three stationary bikes. The dumbbells are new and go up to 50 pounds. There is a small exercise machine for pull-ups, tricep extensions and several other exercises.



I highly recommend staying here if you are doing a Carnival Cruise.

Had to make a quick trip down to Miami for passport issue. We were very pleased with our stay. All the staff were very friendly and personable. The front desk young lady, I cannot remember her name, but she knew the area and gave out excellent directions for passport pictures. Most importantly, very helpful in assisting me print documents. (The same young lady). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room was clean, no unpleasant aroma. It happens sometimes. Anyhow, breakfast was good. We had plenty of options for food choices. The hotel location is close to Miami International Airport. It is 10 miles away from passport agency. During checkout process, the front desk was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for two nights. The hotel accommodation was good and there were no problems with reservations. The front desk was friendly and helpful. When asked he offered suggestions for local eateries and directions within a short walk. We used two shuttles. The wait for the airport shuttle was longer than anticipated. The front desk also arranged for a shuttle driver to the ports. She was on time, very friendly, and professional.

The rooms were clean, including the sheets. The bathroom was sparkling clean. I especially liked the tub surround that was just like, newly installed.

The breakfast attendant was there the whole time and the breakfast area was fully stocked with fresh food and very clean.

Booked room, specifically asking if I could leave my car for a week. I was told yes, first 5 days free anything after that $10 a day. Confirmed a 2nd time about parking told it would be set up at front desk, I could not pre-pay. Arrived and Front desk told me I had to have bought package for special price. Where is this special package? I was charged the whole week of parking, after inquiring before hand! Bad customer service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a shuttle to and from the airport and cruise ship ports. Free breakfast in the morning with a variety of hot and cold food. Very pleasant stay.

The location is great - especially for families. The place was clean, the staff were warm and friendly, the breakfast was great, the pool was fun, the beds were fine. Would definitely stay again!
