This place is the total opposite of Hampton Inn Miami Airport east. This hotel is everything you expect of a Hampton Inn. The staff here is warm and welcoming. Rooms are clean and ready by 10:00 am. All modern amenities. Safe location where you don’t have to look over your shoulder for crime. USB ports on the night stands, exercise room has one elliptical machine, two treadmills and three stationary bikes. The dumbbells are new and go up to 50 pounds. There is a small exercise machine for pull-ups, tricep extensions and several other exercises.
I highly recommend staying here if you are doing a Carnival Cruise.

Elizabeth and her night shift crew are amazing! She made sure that the shuttle picked us up from the airport and greeted us upon arrival. Our check in was simple and she answered all our questions. There were even complimentary waters! Wonderful staff here!

Had to make a quick trip down to Miami for passport issue. We were very pleased with our stay. All the staff were very friendly and personable. The front desk young lady, I cannot remember her name, but she knew the area and gave out excellent directions for passport pictures. Most importantly, very helpful in assisting me print documents. (The same young lady). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room was clean, no unpleasant aroma. It happens sometimes. Anyhow, breakfast was good. We had plenty of options for food choices. The hotel location is close to Miami International Airport. It is 10 miles away from passport agency. During checkout process, the front desk was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for two nights. The hotel accommodation was good and there were no problems with reservations. The front desk was friendly and helpful. When asked he offered suggestions for local eateries and directions within a short walk. We used two shuttles. The wait for the airport shuttle was longer than anticipated. The front desk also arranged for a shuttle driver to the ports. She was on time, very friendly, and professional.
The rooms were clean, including the sheets. The bathroom was sparkling clean. I especially liked the tub surround that was just like, newly installed.
The breakfast attendant was there the whole time and the breakfast area was fully stocked with fresh food and very clean.

The hotel is well-suited for business travel, which is my primary use case. It also accommodates families. The staff is consistently welcoming and accommodating. However, there have been occasional challenges with the transportation service between the hotel and the airport. Specifically, waiting for an extended period (approximately one hour) for the van at the airport can be frustrating. There are a few restaurants in the area, although they are pricey, as is the case with most establishments these days. Overall hotel stay for me is always pleasant.

I called about a week prior to my arrival because I had a question and the young girl who answered the phone at the desk was so sweet and was able to help me. When we arrived at Miami airport and we’re ready for the shuttle, the young man who answered the phone I believe his name was Selim (I’m sure I spelled that wrong) was so helpful got us to the right place at the airport to meet up with our shuttle. The shuttle driver was amazing and so friendly. Check in was a breeze our room was cooled off already and smelt so good. The linens were clean and crisp. The continental breakfast was amazing tasted so good. Everything was so fresh. It was noticeably quite no one in the halls over night, even though we were on the flight Path to MIA and planes were low we couldn’t hear them. We’re gonna be staying another night in about a week when we return from our vacation and I know will be equally excellent. All my future Miami stays will be at Hampton Inn Airport West

Booked room, specifically asking if I could leave my car for a week. I was told yes, first 5 days free anything after that $10 a day. Confirmed a 2nd time about parking told it would be set up at front desk, I could not pre-pay. Arrived and Front desk told me I had to have bought package for special price. Where is this special package? I was charged the whole week of parking, after inquiring before hand! Bad customer service.

Vivianna has been so kind and helpful while our family is in the midst of hurricane evacuation. Rooms are clean, quiet, and secure. Prices were reasonable and not absurdly inflated despite the increase in need from those of us leaving high risk areas. Pet friendly. Free breakfast. There are many nearby restaurants. All in all great value and much compassion in a time of deep need. Would recommend!

Friendly staff. Well-stocked, fresh, and vareity-laden breakfast. Eating area was neat and clean. Manager was obviously intent on making the dining experience pleasant. Offered reasonably priced shuttle service to cruise port. Make sure to call hotel when you get off plane if you're expecting transport to the hotel from the airport. Transport is free and also you need to let them know you're coming. Book transport to cruise port when you check in at the hotel.

First time I stayed at this hotel. Since my arrival the guy from Front desk kind. We enter room 419, very clean, nice and all in operation. The next day we saw a Cuban housekeeper, I don't remember the name but also kind. We went down to breakfast and the whole menu was served, clean and organized at the tables. I cannot help but the wonderful attention of Mrs. Dinora, who explained in detail a dessert that I did not know. I will definitely be back at the hotel, because great service makes a difference. Sadly it was just one night. Thank you
