I really liked this place! The staff was great. The young man who checked us in was very polite and attentive to our needs. The decor was swanky and clean. And the succulents out front on the patio entrance were gorgeous! I would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area!
Disgusting customer service.
Error with the booking, hotel refused to refund the booking literally minutes after it was booked. Pretty much said they didn't care and I had to deal with it.
The front desk was very nice, it’s a good value for the money, clean and accommodating. I really like that they offer tea, coffee and water at all times in the lobby. It looks like family managed and I love that.
The front desk is nice people , but is a lot of Marijuana smoking in the rooms you can smell the hallways. The rooms are very crowded with furniture not much space in them ..the housekeeping are very unprofessional when cleaning the rooms they leave the cleaning supplies out in hallways dirty towels on floor 😑while you re going downstairs to lobby and chemicals you can smell because they place them by your door . Not a good atmosphere if you want to enjoy your stay as a getaway to enjoy !!!
Clean, quiet, And staff is friendly. I recommend it to all my friends.
Great basic hotel. Most amenities closed due to COVID, but that's understandable, and was communicated prior to check-in. Currently no continental breakfast or airport shuttle, but I was notified by the hotel as soon as I booked. Room was clean, lobby counter was regularly sanitized between guests. Free parking was a huge perk!
The place is ok. Not good but ok. I extended my stay 3 times and paid with cash(my card wasn’t working).the old guy cheated me 2 times with my change back, I tried saying something but he just laugh it off. On my last day, I told another front desk staff and all he said was sorry but could of at least see how much they owe me back and maybe gave me back my change($5). He even said I was staying in one of the executive king room when I only asked for a regular stander room. When I looked online To double check what room I was staying in, it was a regular stander room not a ex king room! One Of those days I left to explore and came back realize my room was made and clean up(I didn’t need room service or cleaning)and I didn’t put the sign on the door either. So rather you put the sign on the door or not, the cleaners will go into your room anyways!
And I got some dirty sheets and blankets! I really don’t think they change Anything! If only I can post some pictures!!
Good place safe clean, friendly quality, thanks to all the staff, good price and location.
Staff is very friendly. Room is clean and the hotel provides adequate towels, soaps and other toiletries. They also provide free coffee and water all night. It really is an amazing place. Well worth the price, definitely recommend to anyone.
Great location! Across the street to the best pizza and close grocery Safeway, Walgreens,Trader Joes just down the street!
This is the best hotel in San Bruno BY Far. The staff and rooms are of high quality, I can't say enough about how much we have enjoyed our stay here. And the fact that the beach is a 20 min drive from here, is the topper.
Aside from all the noise FM the neighborhood good hotel, clean rooms, great reliable WI-FI Great management staff
Room is a little small but has everything you need. Very clean room. Good size refrigerator and microwave. Picture of room that you see is exactly what you get, so I was pleased! Staff at front desk courteous.
Awesome location lovely staff very clean
Frank desk employing at night he is awesome very helpful and professional those are the people I like dealing with when I go out of town keep it up.
Staying here was a very last-minute plan due to unexpected flight changes. While my stay was brief, it was less expensive than other available options and the free shuttle is why I booked it. Arriving at the airport, I encountered an unexpected problem. Turns out that the free shuttle for this particular hotel ends service at 10 pm, while other hotels keep theirs running for longer. I arrived after this time, but the front desk staffer wrongly told me the shuttle would be there shortly. 30 minutes standing out in the cold and three phone calls later, I found out I would need to book an Uber to get to the hotel (an unexpected added expense). Once at the hotel, I encountered a second issue and had to change rooms. After that though, things went well. Breakfast was very basic, but was adequate and the airport shuttle easy to take back to the airport. If you are arriving before 10 pm, this hotel isn’t a bad option, just be aware if you arrive later at night you need to be prepared to find an alternate way of getting to the hotel.
Standard Days Inn Hotel. Provides late check-in and free parking. Continental breakfast here is complementary. Close to the airport
it's a bit pricy and price is seasonal. some guy who argue pricing for a short night stay got it at 40bucks discount
Good spot, walls are a bit thin but everything works great
only okay, the room was nice but the walls are paper thin and the breakfast was meh. Was hoping for more given the rate. Close to the airport.
Room fine. Front entrance worn & tired. Personnel helpful & attentive. Shuttle seemed late from airport. No one answered the phone for airport pickup. Shuttle to airport fine.
The staff is amazing...We were all very comfortable, very convenient to everything.
A Hotel. Room, bed, fridge, toilet, shower, tv, internet. Clean and ready to be slept in. Just wish I was not on the bottom floor. Party in parking lot and no one could quite outside. But all in all decent.
They took $150.08 deposit. I never got it back. I’m contacting my credit card issuer to make a claim. First time this happens to me. I have stayed at tens of hotels and never experienced this issue. If I don’t go through my CC statement I’ll never find out that they really took my money.
Its a nice quiet place. Good costumer service and has a good tv and AC.
Better than I expected when I heard "Days Inn." Clean, comfortable, modestly but nicely decorated, and in reasonably good repair.
Overall, this was a bargain next to SFO airport....nice rooms, close to places to eat (Uber/drive), and quick shuttle to airport starting at 4:00 AM.
I've read many reviews of hotels that talk about them needing TLC, but I've never stayed in one until this trip. The walls were severely scratched and dinged up. Nothing a good paint job wouldn't fix, but it appeared to have needed that for a while. It was hotter in the room than outside and the A/C struggled to cool it down (which was weird since it was between 60-70 outside...). The room also needed a hard-core deep clean. There was a pile of trash behind the dresser and a previous occupant's belongings under the bed. All in all, not worth the price. Glad we weren't staying long.
Nice front desk staff. Water in vending machine is a good price. No gouging as would normally be expected as hotels - thanks.
Parking can be a little tight. Close enough to SFO.
Room was comfortable - though not completely quiet.
Was able to walk across the street to Zorba's and get really decent pizza (though it was expensive - but hey this is the Bay Area.
Good choice of hotel. Shuttle bus outside the front door to and from the airport terminal was quick, efficient and free. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The Inclusive breakfast was presented in a clean environment. I can recommend this hotel to other travellers looking for a hotel near the airport for an overnight stay.
