Got the governor suite and it was awesome room it had a living room and a bedroom two bathrooms, one with the shower. Easy check in and easy check out. The bar is open.

This is what you have become accustomed to at a plus hotel, A nice room which was well laid out, and very clean. A firm but comfortable mattress, There is a lot of traffic on the main road outside the hotel but the room was very quiet.The hotel had many floors but the lift wait was minimal and it was quick. I thought it was good value for money. There were some fast food places nearby, but for a restaurant you will need transportation.

We were in SF for a Giants game and flying out the next.morning. This BW was at a perfect location, close to the airport and Oracle Park. The room was just right, clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

This place saved us from a terrible experience. We had had a mixup with a booking and ended up at the airport with no hotel.
We got a shuttle to the nearest Travelodge which was a horrible place, very rundown and poorly run.
When I woke next day there was the Best Western right next door. I ran around to it and asked for a room.
The lady in the desk was lovely, and well used to this situation! She gave me a room right away, for the same price as I'd paid for the Travelodge!!!! And it included breakfast.
We moved our stuff over and were able to relax for the rest of our brief trip.

Convenient, easy, straightforward lodging. Beds are meh and the TVs arenāt great. Pretty disappointed when hotels havenāt upgraded their media options in this day and age. Breakfast was microwave-your-own burritos and English muffin sandwiches, pretty low effort but overall decent and would stay again. Front desk staff was great and welcoming.

Iām a huge fan of this hotel before a flight from SFO. They are always friendly, there is a bar/restaurant with great quality food/drinks, complimentary FULL breakfast with many options, pool, gym, free business center & printing, and itās always clean. The cherry on top is the park and fly option to leave your vehicle for up to 10-days and the free shuttle to and from the airport. Overall 10/10 every time!

Excellent accommodations and very good breakfast, but they desperately need to get their act together concerning the airport shuttle or just drop the service. Pickup at airport was chaotic and confusing, had to call three times to determine status. Did not realize that shuttle is contracted so you need to watch very closely for the tiny āBest Western Plusālogo on the vehicle. Shuttle to airport was 100% jammed. One more person and they would have had to turn away. Too much added stress while traveling.

All I can say is it was a absolutely great hotel in a pinch. I checked in @11 pm and they gave me until 2pm to check out. The breakfast was amazing and the staff, everyone of them was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.Oh and the room, to me was absolutely great clean quite and comfortable.thanks

Nice rooms - I thought that the room was a little small, but San Francisco, right? Called to see if a microwave was available but there wasn't one. (Lobby one was open for use).
Staff was great.
Parking is $10 per day I think and you just have to place a card on your dashboard.
I think breakfast was pretty good in spite of COVID.
Will stay here again.

Room was ready before check in time so we were able to go right in and unload. The place was clean. Does include breakfast, but it was crowded and hard to move around while dishing. The restaurant was closed for the 3 days we were there so we didnāt try it. This location is close to the airport but far from main San Francisco high lights. Youāll need to rent a car or pay for transportation. About 20 minutes from embarcadero st.

Staff is awesome and on point, definitely disappointed in the shuttle not being 24 hours, or atleast at 4 am wasn't available l, for my 5am flight.
Other than those small details, I use here frequently, when I fly out of SFO

I enjoyed my stay here. McDonald's directly across the street, Costco less than a minute drive down the street. Id stay here again, the hot breakfast buffet was cool my family liked it. Only complaint is it would be nicer if the restaurant was open longer and with a bigger menu and the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser was empty when we arrived. This isn't a deal breaker though, keep up the good work Best Western Plus ! We'll be back !

Probably the best service I have had from a hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was fully stocked and had a large variety of options. The rooms were clean and the showers actually had hot water. The free hotel shuttle is also a plus.

Nice clean rooms:-) Very PROFESSIONAL STAFF š. There's a McDonald's across from the hotel and a free breakfast. Have a nice Fitness Center! A shuttle that takes you to and from airport. The price is on a national average appropriate. Had a problem which was addressed and rectified. They always put the customer first which is how it supposed to be:-) Save money š° and give them a chance š¤.

Overall itās a good hotel. Itās clean and smells good. Also very nice of them to have a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower. Breakfast is good. Although, during our stay, one of the elevators was broken so there is only one for the whole hotel. So during breakfast time, we had to wait for about 5 minutes for the elevator to get to our floor. Also, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear people talk in the hallway. You can hear the wind also vert clearly through the windows. But in all, would definitely recommend.

Just passing through, heard they just opened a Restaurant called 'The Brass Elephant' in the lobby. Never tried Prawns and Risotto before but WOOOOOW was it delicious!
As A Chicken Wing connoisseur, probably some of the best wings I've ever tried. Lightly breaded, perfect serving size. Not at all greasy and the crunch that comes out just by tearing into the wing, perfection!
Upon request they served a Blue Hawaiian on the sweeter side, it was excellent. Overall, a pleasant experience.

If youāre ever in San Francisco this hotel is the place to stay. Friendly, professional staff, great location, very close to the airport, and great hotel with clean rooms and great beds. I ended up at this hotel because my previous hotel was a mess but my family and I are glad we ended up here. This place is great. The moment I walked into the beautiful lobby area I was greeted by friendly staff and checking in was a breeze. My room was much larger than anticipated and clean as can be. There is an ice machine as well as soda machine on every floor which makes it convenient, not having to continually go up and down the elevator everytime you need something. Room service is affordable and delivered within 20 min of ordering. The bed and pillows are comforting and crispy clean, the TV clear with good reception. There is no better place to stay that is as affordable and offers so much for so little. 5 stars and a rating of 10 out of 10. I'll definitely stay here again.

He was kind enough to help my cousin find a store that sells flutes. He was also gracious enough to help bring down my familyās luggage to our car. He is a very nice and hospitable young man. We checked in May 3. Room was not very clean. There were bed bugs or droppings on the bed in addition to a strange insect. Looked like a baby scorpion.
Thatās dangerous. Now no routine housekeeping! But the Brass Elephant servers were amazing!!! Especially Rosa. ! Sheās what keeps that restaurant together
The front desk staff was not knowledgeable on where places are located. All in all good.

Breakfast is ok here. They use to have fresh eggs and sausage, now they have some kinda frozen wrap burritos. There is a bar and lounge downstairs which is convenient. The male bartender there was great. Very kind and social. The front desk dude wasn't very friendly or maybe it was late and he didn't want to be bothered. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Vending machine in hallways. I'd recommend this place. Sometimes u can get a room here for a great deal online..

There was an unpleasant odor upon entering the hotel lobby, when checking in. It was gone by the next morning. The free breakfast is about what you would expect, with the positive exception of the variety of large fresh croissants. While the location of the hotel relative to the airport is great (5 stars), the location of our room relative to the street made for a lot of traffic noise (2-3 stars), which is the rationale for the 4 star rating of the location.

The location was perfect for me as I needed it to be near the airport. The parking lot is open space but felt safe. Room is clean and tidy. Overall service at the front desk was good too. I had an issue with my toilet and they rectified it immediately. Sadly, the kitchen was busted when I came so the breakfast selection was a little limited but still substantial

We have stayed at a number of places in the area while getting medical care at UCSF over the last 4 years. This is the best hotel with reasonable rates. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. The rooms and baths are immaculate, well-designed, attractive, with comfy beds. There's an on-site laundry, breakfast bar with good food, good wifi. There is a safe and fridge in-room. I wished there was an in-room microwave. It is an easy, quick drive into SF, but a nice, safe area. The rooms are well-insulated, so no noise from the road, airport, or other rooms. If your nose is sensitive due to chemo then you will appreciate the total absence of smells in these rooms. Even if you have to pay a few extra dollars for this stay it is worth it; you're worth it.

There was a giant roll in shower. So if I couldn't stand and sit I could just roll my wheelchair in there and then dry it off later. Luckily I was able to get in there and the water was a good temperature, and had plenty of pressure. I was very happy. Thank you Best Western Plus Grosvenor. You made my stay before surgery very pleasant, and restful. Also, thanks for the super clean room. Kudos š¤š·

We loved this room. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and gracious. We arrived very late and realized our room didn't have a microwave. Even though it was after midnight, they were nice enough to send up a freshly sanitized microwave when I called the front desk to request one. We would definitely stay here again!

The lobby gave a great first impression of the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and the internet availabilty definitely enhanced the stay. I originally gave them five stars due to the service and quality of the stay. However, after the stay we realized that we had been charged twice for our room. I have called three times now and am hoping that the problem will be resolved soon, as I am still waiting to have the money returned to my bank account. Edit: the issue was resolved within a few weeks of the stay.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but for what you are paying this is a great deal for a very nice room near the airport. The room was very nice, modern, and clean. The restaurant was great and the bartender was super nice. The free breakfast was really good Checking was really fast and it was close to the airport. Sure you could pay $200 and get a marginally better hotel, but I will take this option for $115 every time. Also they have a free shuttle to and from the airport.

I stayed here on a road trip with my family this past week and we had a great stay. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to access everything we wanted to do in SF and was a quick shuttle ride to the airport for me early in the morning. I loved the views from the little outside stairwell and they had a good amount of breakfast options. Decent soap and shampoo in the shower as well as a mini fridge. The only downside was that our room didnāt have a microwave. But if I were in the area again I would happily stay at this hotel.

Excellent, helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Despite the slightly clunky and old-fashioned decor, the premises are entirely quiet and comfortable, a great value for the price. A small maintenance problem was handled quickly and professionally. And I watched the staff deal with a guest who was clearly mentally ill (and unbelievably obnoxious) with enormous patience and professionalism. I'd stay again!

I loved it, honestly! It's cheap, doesn't feel very stuffy, has a dated yet classic, very human feeling to it. The bed was comfy, the HVAC worked fine, the internet was EXCELLENT, and the hot breakfast was pretty decent! The coffee was OK. The parking is $9/night but that's fine given the parking rates of nearby hotels. I would stay here again, the location is extremely convenient in my opinion, aside from the Costco being too busy--go to a different store, honestly. If you're traveling for business, this is a very savvy way to stay. Otherwise, if you're touring the city and don't have a car, consider something near a BART station. The only improvements I could suggest is water pressure and maybe a larger desk/table in the rooms. Re-submitted this because the parking is actually $9.

I stay here when I am in San Francisco for medical appointments. The location is ideal due to the locations of the multiple clinics I have to get to. The staff have always been very friendly and accommodating to my particular needs. Even the other guests have been friendly when I need to interact with them. The breakfast always smells very delicious in the mornings. Unfortunately, I have not been able to enjoy their breakfasts for some time now, but I look forward to when I can enjoy their breakfast again. The waterfall glass in the lobby is a pleasant sight when I come in through the front door, something I look forward to seeing.
The close proximity to the airport can be a little noisy as jets fly in and out overhead, but that is outweighed by the convinces and location this particular hotel has to offer. I always look forward to staying here. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in San Francisco.

had to take a shuttle they provided, it came right on time that the lovely worker Bianca had told us on the phone. it was around 9pm so we were unsure if we could still get a room but we got a very nice room for the night! my only complaint is that house keeping did not clean good enough, theyāre was a LOT of hair from the previous customers who stayed here in the bathroom on the toilet and in the bed which made me uncomfortable because then i wondered if they had changed the sheetsā¦ other than that everything else is absolutely amazing at this hotel. good breakfast, friendly workers and also have vending machines with a decent variety of things to snack on and drink. hotel was very peaceful too. i recommend especially if youāre taking the shuttle to and from the airport, the drivers are good at communicating where they are going and the hotel name is on the side of the vehicle.

I was definitely leery of this site , given the price. What I found is a treasure for the traveler jus passing through. This isn't a resort. It has everything you need. It is clean and updated. The kitchen isn't fully functioning but the breakfast had many offerings. There is food available in the evening from a food truck-like vendor. For the price, with shuttle service, you can't beat it.
