We absolutely loved this hotel! The room we had was spacious and everything in it was updated. I love that they're pet-friendly too. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Lot's of choices including made to order omelets. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Hotel has a great lobby and a great staff especially Yolanda. I had an issue with my room and she took care of it for me and made it a great stay! One downside to my stay is the rooms are very dated and in need of a major upgrade. I was told that it may happen in Nov - Dec of this year. I would stay here again if I was traveling to the area.

A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. I was so surprised, because I wasn't expecting such a great place, at a reasonable price and near the airport. After traveling for days, it was a great place to be. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pretty decent place not far from the airport. From our room we could watch them land which was really cool considering it was right over a little bay. Place was clean. Breakfast was very good. Many choices. Restaurant was ok but it took forever.

Great last minute stop! Great room, very nice people working here, free happy hour drinks and buffet breakfast! Stella loved her bed! She gives this place 5 paws up!

They had the wrong room for us but in the end they made it right. We were there with all our family so we had a bunch of kids. Sadly, I can't remember the awesome woman's name who was working the front desk at night. She remembered my name every day and and was happy to get us whatever we needed. The breakfast crew (especially Graciella) were very nice as well and made our kids feel at home. Nice breakfast and a good time in San Francisco.

I don't always come here but on my military drill weekend I do as my service has a contract with them. Always great service and friendly staff. This place got renovated a few years back on the inside and it looks great. Way better flow and design, the features they put in make it stand out for sure as a top tier hotel in the area to stay at. They also give a complimentary bag of waters and candy when you check in.

Beautiful hotel!! My room was very spacious, my only complaint was that it is pretty dated for being so nice. The bathrooms you could tell haven't been renovated in a long time but it was kept very clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, fridge(no freezer), coffee maker, iron and blow dryer. The breakfast was awesome, buffet style. Keep in mind parking is $27.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport and other amenities. Nice large atrium with full cooked to order breakfast and a wonderful buffet. Evening managers reception with drinks and snacks. Nice meeting rooms. Great service. Everyone was friendly and customer oriented. I would recommend embassy suites San Francisco south to anyone traveling in the area.

This has been one of my favorite hotels. We like to be together as a family even though it is stressful and chaotic with 5 adults but here we all felt like we have our own space. The living and bedroom space along with the kitchen area was AMAZING. The service here is unbeatable. The free breakfast was delicious and the entire atmosphere at this hotel as been nothing but the best. Pet friendly!! 10/10

The hotel is a 10-minute drive to the airport. There are no restaurants nearby but the lobby restaurant has good food. The lobby is open and very inviting with lots of seating.

The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a modern shower.

Rooms don’t have heat just central heat that doesn’t come on often. The room was kind of cold during the day. The hotel did offer extra blankets.

Other Amenities:

- Free WiFi

- Fitness room (Old equipment)

-Microwave and mini fridge

-Wet bar

-Pullout Couch

-Small balcony

-Indoor pool (spa closed for maintenance)

-Free breakfast

-Nightly Happy Hour (2 drink tickets per adult)

The hotel encouraged social distancing and has an optional mask policy for fully vaccinated guests and required a mask for unvaccinated guests.

Pretty nice location. Embassy has two locations near SFO and this is the better. The other gets a lot of bad reviews. None of those complaints happened here. Heating worked fine, pool was open, gym room, etc

Having a conference here is always a pleasure. The rooms are large with plenty of getting ready space for the amount of guests per room we assign. Hotel staff is great as well as the catering staff. I really appreciated that Silvia met with me the morning of our conference to go over the BEOs and make sure everything was right. As someone who works with quite a few hotels across the US, this is not the norm and it definitely helps to avoid any mistakes later in the evening. The group booking staff is wonderful as well. Our buffet lunch was awesome but the plated dinner was so so (we are on a budget so that probably had something to do with it. They are great with working with you on a budget!) We look forward to our future conferences.

The room is very beautiful. The only thing due to covid you have to walk all the way to the back to park. And there's been a pile of trash in the hallway all day today

This is the best hotel by far! The elevators are fast, the rooms are great, the serves is fast and nice and the food is great! I have to say, I have been to many hotels and this is the best. I feel bad that this hotel has only three stars because only one time the heater broke

Nice renovations .

I came again In January 2020 and tried the restaurant, Taste. I was pleasantly surprised. My appetizer, brussel sprouts was cooked perfectly, bacon bits were crisp. The main dish was crispy skin salmon, quinoa, and Swiss chard. The skin was crispy indeed and the dish flavorful.

I think everything about the hotel was great, nice rooms, spacious breakfast area, excellent front desk staff. But the hotel manager needs to train the front desk staff on how to provide customer service that's above and beyond and what will make everyone like this facility. It's a mixed bag right now. And it can be easily improved.

The room was great and spacious definitely fits your needs when traveling with family. My only complaint is the parking. The parking lot had a ton of construction going on and parking was very limited especially since there was a large group staying at hotel. Overall location and room were great for visiting different parts of San Francisco.

This hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. The room itself was nice and comfortable. The inside of the hotel seems to have been renovated but the outside of the building needs some paint. The breakfast was just ok. They served the same thing everyday. The parking is always full and very tight and you have to pay $37 parking per day. The employees are friendly and willing to help. The indoor pool area is small and as soon as you walk in you get this strong chlorine smell it make your eyes water. Overall my stay went smooth. The things I pointed out are for your information and I hope it helps.

Cancelled flight led to a need to find close accommodations, this hotel was the closest on my list and I'm glad I chose it! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was better than I had even hoped for. The breakfast in the morning was great! The omelet station chefs were excellent! Thank you so much for helping me enjoy what was a frustrating situation!

Best hotel to stay at in South San Francisco. Trust me, I’m here for a 9 month project and will be staying frequently so I did my research. Corner suites are cool. Gym is under construction but other than that it’s a great place to stay. Be sure to ask for Jordan! He’s the man.

Our stay here was awesome. The place was nice and clean. Staff were friendly the moment we got there to when we left. Kids enjoyed the rooms and their free breakfast. But if I could give them extra stars I would. Special THANKS to house keeping and to Christian. I didn't know my kids left their tablet behind until Embassy Suites called me. After getting in contact with them Christian helped return our tablet back to us. Within two days my kids had their tablet back. They went above and beyond in providing great customer service. It was a great stay and staff were amazing.

The Embassy Suites hotel offers a fantastic experience with its spacious rooms, providing ample comfort and relaxation for guests. Its prime location ensures easy access to nearby attractions, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The hotel excels in offering a variety of excellent food options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Moreover, the presence of an onsite Tesla supercharger adds to the convenience for electric vehicle owners. For corporate events, the hotel stands out with its plentiful and spacious meeting halls, making it an ideal venue for successful and memorable gatherings. Overall, Embassy Suites delivers an impressive stay that caters to both leisure and business travelers alike.

Comfortable bed, decent sized rooms with lots of amenities. The first room I got was still occupied. Breakfast is good and the evening reception is nice. Lunch was good as well. Kids seem to like the pool.

Would have given five stars , vit didn't stay long enough for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and courteous, except for one desk attendant. He didn't seem to know his job, didn't provide check-in kit or waters as normal.

Lovely big suite as I would call them. Lounge with dining table, small kitchenette with fridge, lovely big bedroom and bathroom.

Free breakfast was amazing giving we were spending on average £20-45 for 2 of us when we were staying in San Francisco. Every night there was a manager’s promotion, you’d be given a ticket each at check in and that entitled you to a free drink downstairs at 5-6:30 and some light snacks. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool as it was crowded with kids most days from quite early in the morning until late in the evening. There’s not much to do around there, but we did have a car so we travelled around a bit. We found a Safeway supermarket to stock up the fridge which was roughly a 10 minute drive away. Would stay there again!

Great hotel however all amenities are unavailable. No gym, no pool, but the bar is open. Offers hot breakfast to all guest. Close to the airport however shuttle is not currently available. But the large rooms and indoor court yard makes it all better. I recommend this place.

I went for a getaway for a pre valentines day weekend. It was everything I wanted and have no complaints. Nice quiet room, higher floor as requested, sexy shower, soft cozy bed, warm heater turns on in waves. Didn't eat or drink here I had brought my own. Next time hope to go for a swim in the pool inside the property if open. No neighbors noise. Decent view out the window from room. Only thing that SUCKS is the price of parking $40.00. You can pay this separately at checkout before exiting hotel. Or you can include it with the price of your room. Non refundable. You do get charged $100.00 bucks for incidentals but it's refunded upon leaving the room like you found it. The rooms are no smoking not a problem for me. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely go back again soon. 💯💯❤️❤️🔥🔥🌟🌟

Staff were really helpful and Pleasant, the Rooms were really Clean, the TV in the Bedroom was a 55" I believe so that was nice, and the Pool was nice and Warm it's an indoor Pool. Complimentary Happy Hour was Fun I believe it starts at 4, and ends at 6. We Ordered a Cheese Pizza, Garlic Fries, Waffle Fries, and a Bacon Cheeseburger the Food was Decent enough. The Complimentary Hot Breakfast was Gd I wouldn't complain when it's Free, again all Staff Were Super Chill! My Family and I will Return to this Hotel thanks

Awwww man. The remodel makes it a whole lot better. A young gentleman named Steven if I not mistaken helped us out. He was great. Directed us and informes us with EVERYTHING we needed to know around the area. Love it. Will be back more. Often. Thanks a lot Steven.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff are incredibly kind, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was awesome!

Our flight back home had been canceled so the airline got us a last minute booking at the Embassy Suites Hotel. Upon our arrival we were exhausted and both phones had died. The front desk employees were welcoming and went above and beyond for us. They even provided me a phone charger to charge my phone as they checked us in. Additionally they gave us a compliantly snack and drink voucher. Throughout the stay we enjoyed great food, professional staff and a clean comfortable room. Thank you to the incredible staff !

I have stayed here twice in the last few months and have found the staff to be friendly and professional, the rooms clean and the breakfast very good. Quick ride from the airport. My only complaint is the cost of parking is ridiculously high at almost $40 per night.

Amazing!!!! Amazing service from check in to help with city questions to guest service for room to check out!!! Every thing was perfect. Parking is tight but it is everywhere in the city. Was kinda nervous reading some of the reviews but a positive attitude makes all the difference we had NO trouble with parking at anytime. Nice hot breakfast every morning with great selection of drinks. Yes, you pay for nightly parking but you do almost anywhere to keep your car safe. All I can say

is this embassy does everything possible to keep everyone happy and with great customer service. The rooms are super clean with comfortable beds.STAY HERE!!!!

customer service what does anyone have to complain about!!!

Great stay overall. Lovely atrium that doesn’t make going to your room feel claustrophobic, honestly I kinda liked the view going to and leaving the room. Room was large and had a sink and mini fridge with and extremely small balcony that you can’t do anything but stand at. BUT it was useful since the room doesn’t have a separate AC or Heater for the room. Apparently the rooms use central AC for the WHOLE hotel, meaning if the hotel is running heat you can either run heat or turn it off. If they hotel is running AC then you can run AC or leave it off. Never seen that before…

Free breakfast that had an omelette bar. Washing machine and dryer that took card 👍🏾. Pool was closed at the time.

Didn’t like the 33$ a night cost for parking your car in the parking lot. It’s not close enough to the city to warrant it so it shouldn’t be extra. Plus I didn’t see security for the parking lot so what’s the point of the fee other than squeezing money out of you?

I think they were a bit short staffed so room cleaning happened on request and needed a day notice (new towels and toilet paper on request), not an issue really, just good to know.

This is a very good hotel for those traveling with kids or alone. I thought that it was particularly well designed, with a large courtyard that supports the continental style breakfast in the morning. The rooms are spacious as advertised, and come with a pullout sofa. The staff is nice and accommodating. The only drawback is the fact that they do not offer room service. Otherwise it is a good pit stop when visiting San Francisco that will not break the bank.

We had a corner suite and the room was very nice. There was a full sized table for my family to enjoy dinner and game night. There was a nice breakfast with made to order omelette. I think breakfast should go a little longer. We received two adult beverages each for the nightly reception. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

I read a lot of mixed reviews with this property. We stayed for one night in July, 2022. The suite was very clean and large plenty of room. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We were spending the day in San Francisco this was the end of the vacation. We were able to check out bags at the front desk complimentary not needing to worry about brining our luggage to the city. 5 star Service for us we love Embassy Suites!

I will also acknowledge that the laundry area is very convenient. I had not done my laundry in a long time and I was so happy to hear that there was a laundry that operated 24/7. The prices are also very affordable and I was so happy. The parking fee is also not bad, other hotels charge $50-60 per night but this hotel only charged $31!

One of the finest, nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was very good! The suites are clean, modern and spacious. Little disappointed about the spa being out of service, was really looking forward to it, but nevertheless great. Pool was heated and lovely. Overall we were very happy and satisfied-shall be back! 10 Min walk to the Cal Train -easy access to SF

Gret overall.

Had to sleep with my windows open cause the AC was heating the room.

Room service informed me that the AC is more of a central one that the whole building gets at the same time. Whats the point of the temp controller then? 🤔

Breakfast was okay, room was nice, service was great.

I share the other people’s rating.

Rooms are large 4/5 but the carpets have a musty smell and need to be replaced 1/5.

The breakfast was good but no variation, the omelet station was quick and a big plus.

Location is great to drive all over the Bay Area but there is nothing walkable 4/5. You can always order food.

The front staff was 3/5.

The other staff including the breakfast staff were excellent and attentive 5/5.

The parking lot was horrible- every spot says compact, the parking lot was tight to maneuver and there is no space to open your car doors. On top of this, the hotel charges $29 plus tax per day, 0/5.

If they replace the carpets, fix the parking lot and charge less for the parking lot we will return.

This is the first review I've ever written but had to comment on this breakfast. No hotel status needed and it's free, and I'm telling you, it's the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Also, free airport shuttle and it's luxurious, leather seats and very large. Will be staying here again.

Real time edit: Allow enough time though cause it makes a million stops.

Went back home to visit and someone had a party here. It was definitely like old times! Too bad they took the fish out though, did some remodeling that was good like a lounge area near the front door. The breakfast was good as usual.

This place is great - inexpensive for SF and our go to spot for when we stay in the city. They allow dogs and more importantly allow dogs in the room crates when ur not there which is PERFECT. Free breakfast, clean big rooms, and good walking area outside for our dog. I like the layout of it allows u to go in and out with no need to awkwardly pass reception after a night of going out lol. It’s an embassy so it’s like any other embassy. Can trust the quality to be good.

I have always been a big fan of Hilton Properties.

And this hotel has to be on top of the list. Great location, couple minutes walk from the San Francisco station.

Very well maintained and clean.

Amazing, sweet, friendly professional and well trained staff.

Love the breakfast, huge variety of dishes to choose from, custom made omelette.

The rooms were huge, but the balcony or patio was very tiny.

Great place to stay. Milpitas is one of i think the quietest, safest and cleanest place and room if for a family with small baby. Great employees also. Polite and helpful. We stayed there to stay away from the heat and smokey air supposedly 1 day and we ended up staying 3days. Price is cheap but the hotel is i think deserved 5 starts

Loved my stay there for a week. Room is very spacious. The hotel is in the Bay Area so weather is very cold. I miss my morning walk along the bay. I am glad I visited San Francisco. The city is safe for solo woman travelers. Plus the breakfast was good as well.
