I stayed with Home2 Suite San Francisco Airport North with my family for six nights. Our experience with this hotel was outstanding! Great spacious room, excellent room service, and delicious fresh breakfast. All staff members that we interacted with were warm. Special thank you to the front lady Veronica. She is super friendly and professional. Once I was trying to use the laundry but found myself short of three quarters, Ms Veronica helped me from her own pocket.

We stayed at a total of 5 hotels during our vacation and this one was by FAR the best. The room was wonderful, two queen beds, a pullout couch, a full kitchenette and a pretty large fridge too. The space was super cleanly and we all loved it. Breakfast was amazing compared to any of the other hotels we stayed at, super wonderful staff working the breakfast area every morning and warm food!! We utilized the laundry which was wonderful for five people traveling on a longer vacation. We also used the gym which was great. There was one guest at the breakfast bar chiding another person's child for being "rude", mind you he was legit a child, which was weird and sort of obnoxious, but that had nothing to do with the hotel so all was good.

Great place for an extended stay. Waiting for contractors to finish our house and rather than leaving our cat boarded, we get to have her with us. Great room and nice property. Only cinema is the non smoking isn't enforced and the nice patio with grills is the unofficial smoking area. Beautiful fire pit is full of cigarette butts.

Home2 Suites here lived up to their name. Very comfortable stay and the breakfast is one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had a long time. Well organize, with good options. Most importantly, quality food and drinks. Looking forward to my next trip to San Francisco so I can stay here.

I booked one of the meeting rooms to host our work holiday party. The room was perfect for what we needed. Everyone had a good time. After the party, I knew I would be exhausted and wouldn’t want to drive home. I ended up staying the night with my dog. The room was perfect. It had a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Very spacious and quiet…also, very clean. The breakfast in the morning was decent…hey, it’s free 99 so it hit the spot for me. My overall experience with HOME2 SSF was fantastic. I would like to give a big shout out to Shetal who helped me secure the meeting room and was very patient and answered all of my annoying questions…lol. Also, Thank you, Kathy for helping me with my overnight reservation. You guys are great 😊

I had surgery in San Francisco and had to stay in town for 10 days. My stay was great! Clean comfy rooms and great breakfast. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying for an extended period of time.

Nice, corporate area where the hotel was located. Very safe. Close proximity to highways and sites.

Rooms were big, beds were comfortable. The breakfasts each morning were filling and there was a lot to choose from. Service was excellent.

I would absolutely stay at this location again while traveling to San Francisco.

Honestly, I'm surprised this is only a 3 star hotel. This place seems to be kind of new but they keep this place SPOTLESS! I love walking through the hotels hallways & smelling a faint hint of bleach. The cleaning crew keeps this place in GREAT condition. Its in the Bio tech area kinda tucked away, lots of parking & the rooms are a good size with kitchen amenities. It's also close enough to the SFO airport. This will be my go to place when I decide to visit San Francisco.

Midway through a two week stay and I gotta say the room is excellent and the breakfasts have been quite decent.

Given my long stay though, it was important for me to make use of the in-room kitchenette. Turns out the pans they offer for their induction stoves are completely ruined. Whether or not it's toxic, the Teflon coating has dozens of deep scratches and the exposed metal is rusting in spots. Previous customers should have been fined for damages like ago! When I asked for a different pan, Feynman at the front desk indicated that all of their pans are in this condition.

Bottom line is that I must go buy my own pan if I want to eat anything other than microwave dinner. Basically false advertising on this amenity.

For the coin-fed laundry machines, bring cash or get cash-back elsewhere to avoid paying the in-lobby ATM fee. Clerk will change bills to quarters for free, at least.

Staying here for a month during a work project. Great location near the airport and south San Francisco biotechs (the 5 minute commute cannot be beat!!) There is a small kitchenette in the room with a medium sized fridge freezer, a sink and microwave. You can also borrow an induction burner from the front desk if you feel like whipping up a mean stir fry. Weber gas grills on the patio increase your culinary options further!

Breakfast staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will make sure you don't leave hungry! Front desk staff is professional and often multilingual (I heard Chinese and Spanish from various staff). Housekeeping is thorough but you have to request it when needed.

The only gripes I have are that the rate changed almost daily during my stay sometimes approaching downtown 5 star hotel rates even when the hotel was less than half full! And they charge $25 a day for parking on top of that!!? Could prevent me from staying here next time if my client freaks out when they get the bill! Fingers crossed though because I really like this place!

Wish they had a pool but the beach is only 20 minutes or so away

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. I wish I knew about the deposit that they charged but they quickly released it the next day at checkout.

I've never stayed at Home2 Suites until Tuesday. OMG, the service was FABULOUS and our room was perfect! I've stayed at other hotels and spas and the toilets haven't been cleaned, but here.... EVERYTHING was clean, well kept and beautiful! Anytime I need to rent a room again around the airport, this will be my spot. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious...cooked, nice and hot. I highly recommend booking a room here, their prices were way better than Embassy Suites and so are their rooms.👍🏼👍🏼

Recently spent 6 weeks there on company business. Staff was very helpful and worked to quickly resolve any issues. Recently remodeled room was clean, spacious, and well appointed with furnishings. I love the walk in shower and the large flat screen TV with a decent channel lineup. There is a well equipped gym and laundry facility onsite. Nice selection of food for breakfast including hot items. Home2 also offers a generous selection of convenience food and beverage items available to purchase 24/7. Beverage selection includes wine and beer. The kitchenette is well equipped considering the size of the room but there's no cooktop. Instead, hot plates are available to check out at the front desk. Unfortunately there's no airport shuttle which seems to be the trend in a post COVID world. Overall I had a pleasant stay and will happily stay there again in the future.

Had a great stay from check in to check out. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and very quiet ac. Staff was serving customers for the breakfast buffet. Satisfying for a non restaurant breakfast. Team members were going above and beyond to serve a decent meal. Jon set a positive tone at checkin and the rest of the stay stayed at a high level.

The showers have no water pressure if it wasn't for Christina at the front desk I'd rate it lower. Very welcoming personality great person to have your guests make initial contact with you can tell she likes her job and definitely easy on the eyes !

Had a great stay the rooms were spacious and perfect for pets. The only downside was some of the items in the room were not cleaned. My dog found a open chip bag under the couch, there was old coffee grounds in the coffee maker and some of the silverware had food on them. They definitely need to give more attention to their cleaning.

Front desk staff is so professional and nice!! Very Clean rooms, cozy beds, with lots of pillows. Very quiet at night too being on the 3rd floor I was worried about noise from above but it was very quiet. When I arrived front desk lady was dealing with 2 total rude Karen's and she handled them with such professionalism and grace. Safe well lit parking lot compared to other places in the area. Will most definitely be staying there again!! Breakfast was great for the kids.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable and clean. They were very strict with the COVID mandate and that's what I love. A business that follow the rules. We didn't know that, this hotel can accommodate dogs. So we next time we make a trip out here, we can finally be a complete family with our fur babies.

Hotel was clean and looks new. Staff was friendly upon check in and check out. Ice machine had button for cold water also. Beds were not too soft and not to firm, pillows were perfect. Lots of cupboard space, shelves and drawers. Called down for sheet, blanket and pillow for pull out sofa bed and man brought it within 5 minutes. Was not located in busy area so no problem parking($13) or people hanging around in the parking lot. A lot of electric vehicle charging stations. Close to a Starbucks. Breakfast area was pretty busy at times- didn't try so can't comment but smelled great walking through. Check out was noon. Thank you for the awesome experience and comfortable stay with the family. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice, clean, and decently prices hotel. LOVE the color scheme, nice size room, full size fridge, nice microwave, reasonably priced parking, and staff were kind. The only thing I would add is a full stove top and oven plus more variety concerning pots and pans especially for people that are going to be there for a while.

This is the second Home2 Suites that I have stayed in over the past 4 months, and I have been impressed both times.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with an impressive selection of furniture that can flex from casual use, to dining, to home office. They use rolling tables and furniture creatively, and curtains that can be drawn to separate the space into living and sleeping sections.

It is nice to have the option to have a full size refrigerator, a sink, and microwave in a small kitchen setting. The Samsung TVs are massive for such a small room. Pretty impressive.

A rather odd characteristic of the room, that I don't take points off for but fine to be slightly strange, is the lack of wall switches for turning most of the lights on and off. They have to be turned on individually. For example to turn the desk lamp off, you actually have to crawl underneath the desk and turn off a switch on the cord. I found that to be a little strange.

The only thing that I would take off points for is the fact that I showed up at 11:00 at night, after 15 hours on a flight from Singapore, and there was a fairly loud party going on in the back courtyard that went on until after midnight. I was on the top floor of the hotel, and it was still loud enough to keep me awake. I would have appreciated the hotel staff shutting that down at that hour, or at least asking them to be quieter.

If you're interested in any Hotel it should be this one as they have so many amenities such as an out door BBQ grill, my bf cooked and we cleaned the grill. We didn't use the gym or the game room, the rooms are nice and the beds are really comfortable!! Which is a major plus in my book. The whole Hotel is something to look at😍. I have no complaints . Hotel staff are really friendly. They have restrooms for the guests and are really spotless!! I will try to upload some photos. Looking forward to breakfast , haven't tried that out yet. Thus far I have enjoyed my stay even though I am a local. It is better if you go to hotels.com and book a room save some money. It is 14.95 per day for parking as there really is no parking around here. The location is ideal: fast food gas stations and 711. Very convenient to get to 101 north and south. Very charming get - a-way.... 100.00 deposit, my room came with a full size refrigerator, works fantastic( some hotels do not have this option) a sink with dish soap as well as other detergents and a fully functional dishwasher!!!😎 . This hotel provides :Cups, plates, toaster, microwave, silverware, free coffee / teas anytime in the lobby. They will work with you and allow you to pick which floor you'd like to stay on. I booked this room for approximately 135.00+100.00 deposit, no cash for the deposit!! need debit card or credit card. This place is so fancy and so worth every single dollar. I'd recommend this hotel as apposed to the other hotels surrounding it. They also have boardrooms available not sure the cost inquire within, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THIS AREA!!! I PLAN TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! 😍❤️ Nice size tv comes in clear, the bathroom I have has no bathtub but the water in the shower is always hot no matter what time of day it is, not always the case with other places... Going downstairs for breakfast. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me!!

I traveled for work, which later turned into my wife and 2 y/o joining me. The staff was able to add them to my reservation, and we enjoyed our stay. It's exactly what we expected with being so close to my company's lab. The continental breakfast is an added bonus. Not great, but good when you don't have to worry about getting it somewhere else. The staff is sweet and I really enjoyed my stay.

I had an excellent two nights stay in February 2024. Nice combination of friendly staff, clean room, and well equipped fitness center. In my opinion, a much better option than the hotel next door that I stayed in a month ago.

Your experience at front desk is going to be 50/50 if it's going to be good. The younger Asian guy is pretty absent and not helpful. We called the day before for an early check in, and the person at the front desk make sure to make a note on our reservation. Although when we arrived, this "note" was missing. So we ended up waiting 3+ hours for our room.

I understand check in is at 3pm and anything early is a favor. But that's why we called the day before. Don't tell it will be ready and then change your terms the last minute.

I really loved my room! Very spacious! I love that t had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, plates ,cups, all the things I needed. What bothered me was, the Front desk didn't alarm me on how the light work inside the room. I walked in a dark room and none of the lights worked, so I left to go back downstairs to see but housekeeping helped me! I think the Front Desk should explain that at check in so they won't experience what I experienced. All type of things ran through my mind while searching for light.

I am booked for a suite for tonight, I can't wait! The rooms are very clean and I would recommend this place to anyone!!! This is gonna be my new place to stay when I come back.

I'll let you know how I like the suite next!!!

Happy New Year to all!!

Everything was decent but the whole hotel has an odd smell (maybe it’s their cleaner).

I stayed in room 301 and there is an area near the bed where the floor creaked.

There was warm breakfast and decent variety but not custom breakfast like other hotels. Still a decent meal.

Absolutely a great place to stay while traveling for work or vacation. Out a town a bit so parking is not crazy. The staff Martha & Gisela are Absolutely the best & make your stay great while enjoying breakfast. Evelyn was very great to work with during my stay also. Great place to stay! Rooms are well insulated so you don't feel like you have neighbors. Comfortable beds and great breakfast! Doing their part to fight the coronavirus while keeping guests happy by having staff who prepares your breakfast. Those girls behind the counter do a great job!

Hotel is nice, very clean & rooms are quite comfortable. The elevators are high pitched squeaky so its a bit unsettling while riding as well as a little loud from your room (depending on how close you are to them) not unbearable loud, just that they can be heard. Staff is capable & knowledgeable but not overly pleasant.

This is basically a business hotel serving the tech community in the Oyster bay locale and not a luxury hotel resort. That being said the important things that I want are here namely; Free Breakfast, clean - bright and quiet rooms, convenient location, snacks and nibbles available, and a reasonable price per night - all of which this hotel completely provided. The rooms offer an on-suite kitchenette with a selection of plates and cutlery and a personal coffee maker. Large screen TV in room with typical cable channels (although Airplay or Google TV not available, so bring your dongle if this is important to you). The hotel is dog friendly, but you wouldn't know it from the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only gripe I can think of is the parking is $20 per night per car. Seems excessive, but that may be par for the course in San Francisco. Within a mile from the Hotel there are a number of restaurants and shops so consider what you want to do and plan accordingly. Definitely recommend this place as a comfortable stay if you are in the area.

Our last night in San Fran we needed to be near the airport for a 6am flight. This was very nice and convenient. We went to the outdoor area to relax by the fire pit and it seems like it hasn't been cleaned up in awhile.

The room was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I agree with the idea of paying for parking is a little absurd when it isn't a guarded lot or not valet.

Would certainly stay here again. Enjoyed having a kitchen!!

We arrived at the hotel at around 3 expecting a sleepy, cranky front desk worker. To my surprise I was way off. TEE was very welcoming. We had plan to go to San Francisco to sightsee. He advised us on places to go and gave us a map high light the area where we should stay away from. Told us we should Uber it if possible because of all the smash and grab. Good thing he told us that. During the ride to the Golden Gate Bridge, we saw someone breaking into a car. Hotel does have free breakfast, gym/laundry room that’s open 24 hours. Parking is $27. Witch is not bad comparing to other hotel I’ve stay at. Thank you for the wonderful. Thanks TEE for help.

Home2 Suites was the perfect hotel for my trip to San Francisco. We were literally 6 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes from the highway. This made things super convenient for us. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly.

My only Cons: I wish the hotel had a pool, but the outside seating area was very cozy. Also, the food options surrounding the hotel closed around 9pm. So I advise to get food earlier before you get comfortable in your room.

Overall, a fun and exciting trip to San Francisco.

Clean, spacious, comfortable

Rooms are the typical H2S style, bed was comfortable and plenty of towels for all guests. The lobby is large and plenty of seating for breakfast. The outdoor space is also very spacious and has 2 grills.

Would stay again

I travel frequently for work and have stayed here many times for multiple day trips. Rooms feature a kitchenette! So you have a full size sink, microwave, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, and upon request can get a induction grill for your room to cook meals. Beds are comfy and the amount of counter space that basically goes along the entire wall is nice. Bathrooms are super nice and clean. Double queen rooms have a tub and king suites have a walk in shower. The free breakfasts are big too.

My company pays for everything so don't quote me on this but I believe they do have a small fee for parking a car there. Maybe $20.

This Hotel was recommended by several friends and family members however, this was my 1st stay. OMG, I loved it! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and everything was just perfect! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating inside of the beautifully Christmas decorated building! The lobby was sparkling clean and you could smell the freshness in the air as well as in the rooms. Very spacious rooms with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. I had to checkout but really didn’t want to! 🥰

Clean rooms and hotel overall, friendly service, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, good complementary breakfast options, coffee/tea always available (24hrs) by the concierge, safe location close to many companies, easy access to the highway, parking is paid but that’s the same for most hotels in the area. Great for a small or extended stay. Will def be coming back here for my next work trip.

Check in was not as smooth as I’m used to at any of the Hilton properties I have stayed at. However, the location, cleanliness of the room, breakfast and breakfast service were awesome and perfect. I will definitely consider this hotel as n the future.

I always try to stay in Home2 Suites when I can and this one did not disappoint! As for the parking, I'm not sure but I don't think members pay. At least I didn't as I booked in the Hilton app. It's always kinda rubbed me the wrong way to charge your patrons to park at your business, but I guess that's just the way it is in some places. So if you're concerned about that, become a member and maybe you can avoid it. Anyways, the room was very quiet and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed 2 nights here while on a mini-vacation from Bakersfield. There is so much to like about this place! Here's a list (in no particular order of importance):

1. Reasonably priced

2. Excellent (& complementary) hot breakfast

3. Quality climate control systems in the room. Can't tell you how many times I haven't been able to get a hotel room to a comfortable temperature for sleeping

4. Comfortable beds

5. Shower comes on hot and with a strong spray

6. Quiet and fairly uncrowded surroundings (even in San Fran!)

7. Really good coffee!

8. Plenty of space to sit and do some work in the lobby. There's even several floor plug-ins for your laptops

9. Parking is comparatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area ($15/day)

10. Rooms accommodated a family of 5 with ease (2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa).

I hope other Home2Suites are similar to this one. We will be on the look out for more of these in the future.

Can’t express how happy we were with this place. We had originally booked a room at Parke Point (a literal trash hole) and found out the lobby closes at 11pm only after we drove 8 hours to get there even though they say they are 24/7… but anyways… we were so fortunate to have found a place at Home2. The room was huge, clean, and even had a dishwasher and kitchen sink with plates and bowls. The complimentary breakfast was also great, by far one of the best I’ve had. Can’t believe this place was only $50 more than the dumpster we booked.

I love this chain of hotels. All of them are modern and have a small kitchen. Something special about this area - I saw a hummingbird right in front of the hotel. That's amazing! But yes, it is not very good if you are into nightlife and going out - only offices around.

Clean property, lots of parking, front desk lady was really welcoming and helpful. We asked to light the firepit outside, and the workers were really helpful in helping us out. Lobby had complimentary coffee. Breakfast is complimentary. Rooms are spacious, and even has a dishwasher! Linens were clean, the furniture is modern, towels were clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable place to stay as a family. They have rooms with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed during covid and were impressed with breakfast. They kept everything clean, the breakfast crew dished up your food for you. They were very kind and helpful.

It was a really good stay. The family really enjoyed it. The clean hotel has everything we could use: a decent gym, small kitchen, and an outdoor patio with grills. All the employees including housekeeping, front desk staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning people were all very friendly and welcoming. The only negative was the knives in the kitchen were completely dull. Other than that small detail, this hotel is a great value. We will definitely be back!

It was an adequate hotel but one of the best Home2 Suites I have stayed in. The breakfast was pretty limited and not my favorite due to the fact that they served you. The gym however was a very nice touch and I thoroughly enjoyed using it. The hotel halls also smelled a little odd. In all a decent hotel but I would probably not study here again.

Diamond member here. Overall it was a good stay. The beds were not so comfortable and could use a refresh. My king sized bed had 3 pillows only which was weird. Free breakfast was good. Worst part was the parking at 22.50 per day…. so unnecessary with guests already paying a nightly rate. Parking was fine/easy otherwise. Seemed like a quite business district area. Staff especially the breakfast staff were great. Hotel seemed clean and orderly. I Would stay again if I ever like budgeting in parking.

We spent a couple nights here on a random road trip. This property seems quite new. Everything was fresh & clean. We had mini-suites which were furnished with sofa, king bed, giant tv, and a tiny kitchen. The entire property is nicely fitted out & very comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was above average for a free buffet. Free coffee & ice water is available all day in the lobby. Lots of families were present, and a surprising variety of dogs.

I will stay here anytime time I'm in south SF.

20 minutes from downtown sf, and less than 5 from SFO. Rooms were well cleaned and kitchenette provides everything you need to reheat food left over from your excursions. Grill is also provided out in the patio of you plan to conjure up some hot food. Continental breakfast is also included. Cheaper than some hotels in the city itself if you're on a budget and willing to sacrifice convenience of being in the city ( I think you also save on parking fees)

Very comfortable and homey feel to the hotel. Staff is nice and accommodating. No restaurant, so finding food or drinks is limited to a small stand by the reception (mostly frozen food).

Two things made the experience a little worse: breakfast was too basic, the omelettes didn’t taste well, boiled eggs were too cold. Other options were cereal and toast.

Second, as is the case with most hotels now, it seems to be a standard practice to limit room service to just towel change. Covid is pretty much behind us and it should not be a justification for cutting services (without cutting prices too). We were offered a partial room cleaning every second day though. But the hotel experience is lessened by limited service.

Overall a nice hotel and we will be returning (though probably find alternative breakfast places)

Awesome stay. Good looking room. Awesome amenities. Mini kitchen in room. Sofa turned into a bed, great for unexpected guests. Bed mattress was a little stiff. Friendly staff. Good distance from coast and airport.

I love how homely the hotel room is. There's a fridge, sink, dish washer, and dishware! I love how spacious the room is and how the shower is set up! It was a wonderful stay.

1st off the first room we were given smelled like dog urine and bleach trying to mask it. That urine smell was terrible. We were moved to the second floor and after that everything was great. My first time at Home2 Suites. I would recommend it. The room was good we had two queen beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen area came with dishes and silverware. Dishwashing liquid and sponge. Full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Paid for parking...the vehicle was safe. Also this area in South San Francisco was great for morning walks.

We travelled to california to different cities for a little over a week long trip and stayed in multiple hotels but this was the best hotel we stayed at.

The rooms were very clean, had no odor of any kind at all, came with a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The included breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good. The staff who provided the breakfast were also very friendly.

One thing to note is there is an additional fee for parking which is not included in the original hotel price. But even keeping that in mind, while comparing the total price vs value, for us, this has still been the best hotel for the price

Nice and modern. They served hot breakfast. The only thing was that the bathroom fan wasn't working and they had a small kitchen with utensils and cookware...but no stove, just microwave.

Wonderful stay at the Home2 Suites! The front desk representative was polite and professional, and she completed the check-in process quickly. The hotel feels relatively new. My room seemed relatively spacious and was very clean. It has an apartment-sized refrigerator, a full-size 1000W microwave, a sink, and a dishwasher. It also includes a single-cup coffee machine and coffee pods from the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely happy with this place. The hotel is 20 minutes from the downtown, but really worth of drive. Nice ,quite ,just perfect location. Many restaurants and places to get a coffee from. Hotel is brand new. Extremely clean .interior is very well thought, it has kitchenette with toaster, microwave, plates cups really everything you need.I absolutely love it, even if I would have to stay here longer thank a week.

Not our best Hilton experience but mostly due to staff. Requested a blanket and never came. Then asked for towels and they were never delivered. Both times I offered to pick them up and was assured they would be sent to the room. Breakfast was good but allow time for it as it served so long lines. Very clean and comfortable.

I would give this Home2Suites 5 stars, but there was one lady at the front desk named YVONY, who is the rudest employee that I’ve ever encountered at a Hilton franchise. She needs to learn to provide better customer service and not roll her eyes at customers.

Aside from her, we actually love this Home2Suites because its close to SF, its easy and fast to check in (except that there’s no digital key), the rooms are very clean and spacious, the parking is decent (except that its $20-$22 per night), most of the employees are nice, and there is breakfast provided every morning.

The room was great, breakfast excellent. All of the staff with the exception of one desk clerk were friendly and helpful. However, we were on a non-smoking floor and when you used the restroom you could smell smoking of different varieties.
