Toronto Pearson International Airport is famous for always being crowded, but I like Terminal 3 because it's always quiet and cozy. This time, I'm headed to the United States, but part of it was under renovation.



The seating areas weren't particularly spacious, so many seats were occupied. Also, Starbucks had long lines. Something new I saw this time was a Subway sandwich vending machine. It didn't offer footlongs, but you could buy sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. The sandwich near by store costs about $15, but the sandwich at the Subway vending machine was reasonable at around $8.



Immigration process is quite smooth, not long line up early in the morning that I like.

There wasn't any waiting when I arrived in Toronto from Edmonton at 4:30 pm on May 21 in Terminal 3 as well as on May 24 departure in T3.

Easy and pick pickup

One of the best managed airports I have ever visited. Very big and busy airport. Everything is very organized and best managed. You don’t need to pay for the baggage carts. There are Kiosks stations for self check in and baggage tags. Staffs are there to help you. You can also use counter to checked in. Very neat and clean airport. You don’t need to touch any doors after you wash your hands in washrooms. Very comfortable seatings arrangements. Lot of duty free shops and food places. Airport signage is excellent. Anyone can find desire location easily.

Great place to spend money you don’t need!!!

Efficient and only if I could have used the new MCP checkin fastrack...but kept saying error ..oh well...

One of the best Airport with high-tech facilities and easy to navigate.



Fast security and border checks

Used this terminal recently for Philippines Airline.



It was quite busy as other airlines had landed around the same time. luggage from our flight was moved off the belt on to the side on floor.



Didnt have time to explore the terminal in detail but it has your tum hortons for quick fix and there seems to be a lot of staff around.

This place is a technology wonder, designed to present the Best of Canada to the visitors to 5his country and other travellers . There are kiosks to process your entry data and plenty of smiling staff to help people who aren't techno-savvy . The handling of such large crowd is very efficient a big 👍👍 to Pearson Airport staff and managers

Not quite terminal 2, but almost as good

This is a very huge and magnificent airport with friendly staff all the way.



One thing to keep in mind is that you should try and arrive early for your flight because the airport is super busy.



Terminal 3 is gorgeous with lots of restaurants and shops as well. The only downside is that their men washroom ran out of toilet tissue.

With time to kill while waiting for a flight out west, I found the shops open with few staff and even fewer shoppers. It was nice to be in an airport setting again... Everything was clean, well-sanitized, and orderly. Airport staff were busy but Canadian polite and helpful as usual. Food options in T3 aren't as great - look for the Subway restaurant as a cheap option.

The process was easy going came in after midnight so not to many people was there that need processing had to step into immigration because it never fail me beside that all went well

Warm and friendly Airport adorned with colours that will lift your mood. Exhilarating but busy time of the year. Friendly staff.

Pretty nice as far as airport terminals go. Have seats with tablets you can order food from and play games on, etc

This place is a bus stop for TTC. It gives people a chance to get to the city of Toronto with public transit fare. So, it is really economical way from Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Terminal 3 to various areas of the city of Toronto. Sometimes, it might take more time to get to the destination where you want to go in the city than taking a taxi or car from the airport.

One of the most well managed airports of the world. Get to your gate sooner than later because it can get Lil busy.

Like any other major international Airport

Big terminal but over time it was built up to have everything you need within reasonable enough distance of wherever you are waiting for your plane.

There is also free wifi and plenty of free charging sitting stations.

Washrooms are spacious and clean.

Shop and food variety is good but pricing is expensive. Better eat right before coming here!!!

You know what!? I have traveled extensively, and I noticed the low rating... not valid. If you don't travel to other airports please don't review one of the busiest places in Canada and the world! If it over whelms you, it's likely you, not the airport. We'll done again Toronto.

The washrooms were clean and well maintained, there were plenty of food and drink options available. Duty free shop was well stocked however the line up to check out was 15+ people deep at 4:30-5:00am.

Very fast and convenient this time.Feb 2023. But have had to wait for immigration lines and baggage on my earlier trips. Hopefully, Pearson has learnt from it earlier experiences.

Very well organised check in, security and customs... But some gates like A6 for instance are really smaller with less glass windows giving a container like feeling.

A clean ,comfortable airport with all facilities of international standard. Very professional, friendly and cooperative staff all around.A real reflection of Canada 🇨🇦.

Visited the Terminal 3 after long time as I took Flair airlines. Airport was not busy but it is not good as Terminal 1. You can take mostly low cost airlines and some US airlines.



Departure

It was early morning so it was not crowded and security clearance was smooth. There are many restaurants in the terminal. However the walk was very long from security to Gate (B5).



Arrival

Arrival was smooth and fast. I did not had checkin bag so it was immediately out. Ride-sharing area is outside the gate at the same level.
