With all the pandemic going on, I'm surprised there's order a signals everywhere. However, there's two things that made me very upset. The first one, personnel at the Security Checkpoint was very rude. One of them just signaled me in a bad manner to take off my jacket (note, his demeanor and attitude was what made me upset and uncomfortable). Also, the lack of staff that could kindly remind people to wear their masks! I saw several people (staff included) not wearing their masks properly or not wearing them at all at the waiting area even if they weren't eating or drinking.
Monday very quiet
Okay for a large busy terminal but elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks are constantly out of service. Give yourself at least 10 minutes to get to gate B1-4 in terminal 3.

This was the worst experience I’ve had, so far while traveling. The staff are not helpful, seemed dismissive, and multiple trips through customs (I still can’t figure that out), not to mention additional fees (West Jet) to get a flight back to the US due to previous flight being delayed.
Oh, and none of the device charging stations worked in the terminal we were in.
I hope to never visit this airport or use these flight companies again.

This place is a bus stop for TTC. It gives people a chance to get to the city of Toronto with public transit fare. So, it is really economical way from Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Terminal 3 to various areas of the city of Toronto. Sometimes, it might take more time to get to the destination where you want to go in the city than taking a taxi or car from the airport.
