I've parked here twice and didn't have any issues..however they didn't have enough space one time and I had to leave my keys which wasn't an issue in my case as nothing happened but if you don't feel comfortable with that option you may want to pass. This place seems to have better rates than it's competitors in the area.

Definitely the best park-and-fly place at Pearson by my experience, and i have used quife a few through the years. Always punctual, no long wait for the shuttle. Courteous and efficient staff. The best value for money!

Used this parking in mid July for two weeks. Polite staff and quick shuttle. Really enjoyed my experience. They took plenty of precautions for safety which is greatly appreciated. I used to use Direct Flight and I'm happy with the new establishment. Definitely will recommend and will absolutley use again.

So have to say that I finally found a cheap and reliable airport shuttle parking service. Park your car and shuttle is there waiting with an advanced call or at the spot. Honestly the drivers were prompt and very helpful. Definitely will be using their service whenever we travel.

Very reasonably priced and decent customer service. I trust my car there my only feedback is the bus can take awhile to come and collect you from either the airport or their location. They are a small business and not as fast as park n fly but they are more cost friendly so you take the good with the bad. We’ve used them twice and happy with service.

Have not had a single bad experience with Aerospot. Cheaper parking and friendly customer service. In the winter my battery died while parked and they were happy to jump start us. Never have to wait long for a shuttle to or from the airport. Would definitely recommend

Best place with the best prices. We were shuttled to the airport early in the morning when i realized i left my keys on the roof of our vehicle, called them , he said he`d check, and he called back to verify he`d set them aside. On the pick up call , they had the jeep running, warmed up, and parked at the office! awesome place. Some people do care to do a good job.....and no, they didnt use it for the week!

Though this is a rather small outfit for economy parking, we did have good service here. Not crazy about giving my keys but they took a out our car in the front, ready for when we could leave quickly. I did save a lot of money parking here! Thanks!

The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating! It is generally tough for me to hand over my keys to a someone, but I was confident that it would be secure with them, and I was correct. Because I went to Moscow, my car was there for around two weeks. With all of the covid restrictions and requirements, the trip itself was a little chaotic. These gentlemen made my journey less confusing. If I had to suggest something to make your travels go more quickly and efficiently, it would be to park your car with them.

Reasonably priced - lower than others in the area. They took good care of my vehicle and the Valet service had it nice and warm when we arrived. My only gripe is the long wait for the shuttle - called at 12:20 am, shuttle arrived at about 1:00 am - about 40 minutes watching several of the other shuttles drive by. This is the trade-off for economy price. I would use them again.

Aerospot had the best rates we could find in the area. We booked with them and received confirmation immediately that we had a reservation. We also received reminders as it was closer to the date of our travels.
Upon arrival, we parked our car and did not wait long to get a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was very courteous, and dropped us off right at our terminal.
We had our vehicle stay for two weeks, and I was a bit nervous with our vehicle being out in the open, but there were many cars, and they were monitored 24/7.
When we returned, our vehicle wouldn't start because of the cold temperatures. The employees were very quick to help boost the vehicle and get us back on the road.
I highly recommend using this parking service, if you are looking for a good, cost effective place to park.

The employees are extremely accommodating. My family and I were running late for our flight and couldn't find a parking spot. We first went to another lot, where we were told our vehicle would not be allowed, and then we headed to Aerospot. Within minutes, they had a parking spot and a shuttle waiting for us. The quickness with which the service was provided astounded me, and it was because to them that we were able to catch our flight. I've never published a review before, but I've already told everyone in my family about them. They are the place to go if you need something quick, inexpensive, and safe.

Dropping off - when I got there, didn’t see any open spot. Was advised to leave my keys with them. Shuttle to the airport was already there while I was filling up the paperwork. Full process took about 15 minutes.
Pick-up: called them after collecting our luggage. Shuttle picked us up within 15 minutes and when we got to the parking lot, our car was already started, heat on and brought to the front of the lot. The driver dropped us right beside our car, unloaded the luggages, even helped the kids get off the shuttle bus.

Great prices, no hassle, easy access in and easy access out. I booked via "WAY" paid on line (price was excellent). My flight was to land on Thursday but did not land until Friday. I called Aerospot and they were very helpful. I paid the extra day on site and the price was great as well. Will be using this lot always and will let my family and friends now as well.
