We found the location very easily and were taken to the airport very quickly, the attendant was very courteous. We didn’t have to wait outside for a bus which was very handy. On our return, we received an email with instructions for our pick up. Which we followed and had to wait approximately 10 mins to be picked up. Very satisfied with their service.

Very humble, polite, helpful staff….used their service for first time (going from London to Cuba and parked with these guys for a week) and was pleasantly surprised to find such a good option of parking…. Few good things I observed

-When we came back they got the car to airport within few minutes and it was clear of snow, heated and all cozy and we were ready to go home - this became a big advantage in winter

A valet service is always appreciated but often many are reluctant to obtain such a service due to uncertainty of wait times. If you have a flight to catch, you are generally looking for a swift parking service to accommodate your schedule, and that is why I was a little bit reluctant to try this service.

I am however, glad to report, that this service exceeded my expectations. The establishment is located in the vicinity of the airport, and is in fact a more convenient location to travel to. Once I drove my vehicle to the front of the business; a driver appeared within moments and drove to my terminal.

Upon my return, I called them to let them know I had arrived and will be navigating the various checkpoints. Once I was finished with the checkpoints and the customs, I called again to notify them. Within ten minutes, the driver appeared with my vehicle, and drove me back to their establishment.

Safe, courteous, and swift; there is little else one can ask for. I will most definitely be using this service again.

Amazing service!! These guys were SO easy to deal with, best prices out there PLUS they were kind enough to take my Tesla to get charged when I called them from Paris (as I saw the charge had decreased more than expected due to hot weather) so when I arrived home it was all charged up to make the trip to my house. I booked online for 2 weeks stay, soon as I arrived for drop off someone helped drop me off at the airport, and when I landed I called them and within 15mins had someone pick me up. We will absolutely use this company again. It is a valley service, so the "shuttle to/from the airport" is in your own vehicle. It was a simple process and both pick up and drop off were about 15-20 min. Both drivers we had were kind, personable, and respectful of the fact that they were driving our car.

I had a very stressful outgoing flight because the airline refused my box. I had to go out of the airport to Home depot and repack it. To do that I had to call the parking service (Park4U) and ask them to bring the car back (for a fee). I had 3 hours left to do all these and waiting for the car seemed like forever. I was stressed so I was screaming on the phone, calling every 3-5 mins asking where the car was. They were very accommodating and stayed calm throughout my ordeal. Not my finest hour. I apologize for that and I appreciate their service and professionalism.

I use this service all the time for my personal travel. It's excellent and cheap (for Toronto airport parking). Sometimes the wait to be picked up can be a problem. Sometimes that's supposedly because the airport may be busy and the driver has to battle his way through traffic but the last time, my plane landed at 12:42 am, I called at 1:09am to say we had landed and again at 2:05 am to say I had my bags and he picked me up at 2:30 am. Needless to say at that time in the morning, the airport wasn't busy and they had lots of time to get the car, and I wasn't in the mood to stand around in the cold waiting so 25 minutes seemed excessive.

However, overall the service is cheap and (usually) convenient so I will continue to use it.

I have used this service a couple of times since and it has been much more prompt.

Best experience. Highly recommend. You drive to the location and they drive you to the airport in your vehicle. No waiting for smelly or crowded shuttles. When you land, you call them and they pick you up at the airport in your vehicle. Drop the driver at their location and you are on your way. Will use ParkForU for all of our air travel from now on.

USE THIS SERVICE! So convenient. Prompt. Polite. Trustworthy. AND CHEAPER than parking yourself in any other parking lot! We chose the service where we were dropped off and picked up in our personal vehicle at our Terminal. 4/5 stars because we would have preferred a time indication of how long they would take picking us up at YYZ (clearing snow off our car, jockeying cars, warming, driving over from their lot, etc.). We followed text directions and waited outside in cold for 25min. We will definitely use the service again, but suggest waiting 10-15 min(?) before heading out to wait for your car to arrive. Especially if your vehicle needs to be cleared of snow.

We just used this service for a three week vacation and to be honest I was nervous. We always park at the airport or have someone drive us and I ended up having to book something relatively last minute. We were travelling with a dog so having the airport drop off worked great for us. We called when we were just 15 min from the airport and a driver met us at the airport so we could unload there as a family. I was nervous having someone drive my car away from the airport so I did put an AirTag in the car. I tracked it over the three weeks and it didn’t move. The car was located in a large lot near their main office. The morning of our arrival the car was moved to their main address. When we landed we called and the car was at the airport within minutes and my husband drove the employee back to the lot while I collected luggage. Car was in great shape with nothing concerning. Will totally use this service again.

Fabulous service - we use Park for U every time we fly. Can't beat their quick service, affordable rates and the convenience of using our own car. It's a game-changer never having to navigate the airport loops to a terminal and avoids the nightmare of leaving something behind on a shuttle. Even better when returning and being picked up in your own car so we never have to remember where we parked. The best was when my 17 yr old son and I swapped drive/fly legs and he flew home to pick up my car and we didn't have to worry about him finding the car or trying to navigate in the heavy airport traffic or find the right exit to get home. First time using this service. I showed up on time to pick up the driver and it was very smooth. People behind us were being (and acting) impatient, however my experience was great. It took about 20 mins in the line up until our turn which I thought was reasonable.

Similar timing for our driver yo pick us up at the terminal.

This parking service was very easy and convenient. When you arrive you call their office and someone will come out to valet drive your car and you to the airport. Affordable, reliable and great customer service.

I needed to speak to the management team and they were easy to get a hold of and prompt.

When I booked my drop off / pick up, I didn't see an option for an airport pick up and drop off. After, I found out for $20 (each way), they will meet you at the airport and you can hand your keys to them right there, as opposed to driving to their lot and then to the airport.

They also offer a detailing service for $150. right now it's out sourced, but they are looking to bringing it in house (from what the driver told me).

An amazing and quick way to be dropped off at the airport and picked up in your own car. Pricing better than traditional valet parking in which you still need to wait for shuttle buses and wait for long periods. Staff is very helpful and considerate of your vehicle and time. They even send an email to say your car is safely parked. Will definitely continue to use in the future. The app is easy to navigate but can be glitchy at times.

We used Park For U for our recent vacation to BC. I pre-booked a week before departing. Upon arrival to their location, somebody met us outside within minutes, and drove us in our car to the airport, dropped us off and helped with unloading our luggage. When we came back to Toronto, I called up, somebody answered immediately, told us which post to stand at outside, and within 10 minutes were there to pick us up, again helping to load our luggage. The drivers on both ends were extremely courteous and friendly. The cost was $95 for our 15 day trip, far cheaper then any other valet service out there. This was our first time using Park For U, however will be our go to moving forward.

One thing to remember as a traveller is that as our borders open up, the number of people travelling will increase exponentially. However, these businesses that deal in tourism have suffered a great amount of loss over the past 18 months. With that, they have lost many employees, and are extremely short staffed at the moment. It is going to take a few months for them to build up their work force, and properly train new staff. Please be patient with all service providers, including the airlines and the hotels.

Great service and options. Been using for years never had a problem. Sometimes the wait is too long or calls go unanswered, so I would add extra time when arriving to the facility.

You pull up, they drive you to airport and drop you off, then store your car. When you return they pick you up and you opt to pay extra and go directly home in your car or drop them back to the lot.

Very convenient and very close to airport. Very good value for the money.

We didn't have room for another person in the car, so we paid the extra $ and got drop off and pick up service. Let me tell you, with all our luggage (including a car seat) and an active 4 year old it was absolutely wonderful to hop out of our car at the airport and hand over the keys. Waited about 10 minutes for them to pick us up on our return, took the keys and off we went. They helped unload/load as well and were professional and courteous. I would absolutely use this service again if we fly out of Toronto in the future and have already told family and friends about it.

We used park for u for 5 days and had a very stress free experience! Booked online. Instructions were extremely easy to follow. Close to airport. Once arrived we only waited a short time before we were taken valet to the airport (we were early). Had no concerns about our vehicle being in trusted hands in an outdoor gated parking lot. The day we were arriving back in Toronto we got another set of institutions via a txt early am! Again very easy to follow. Honestly. I usually hate flying out of Toronto, and this service honestly made it so great. It was honestly seamless and seemed to be too good to be true - but it was just great. They came out straight away, dropped me off, e-mailed me when they parked it. I called when I landed and when I had my bags (as they direct you to) and they were there in 10 minutes.

Always a pleasure using this service! No shuttling your luggage on and off a bus load of people! Drive up to their location an agent comes out and switches the driver positions and off you go to the airport. When you arrive you have had your own personal drop off at your desired terminal. On return you call from the plane and then again when you have picked up your luggage and in a short wait your vehicle comes, picks you up and drives back to their location drop off the agent and you are on ur way home. I’ve use the service three times now. Each time their price beats everybody else in the area. Their lot is only located a few minutes from Toronto Pearson airport. You book online before you go. I usually do it a few days or a few weeks in advance. When you arrive, a gentleman comes out to meet me drives my car with me and my son and our luggage to the airport where he kindly gets out of the car and helps us with our bags. We go off to check in and the driver takes the car back to their lot. As soon as he arrives and parks the car, he sends a text to confirm that the car is parked safely. A day prior to returning to Toronto. I received a text stating what I should do when I arrive. I am to let them know when I’ve landed and then let them know when I pass through customs and I have my baggage. Once I’ve done that I call the number that they give me on the text and a gentleman is there to pick me up in my car in under 10 minutes. He helps me with my luggage. He drives me back to their facility where he gets out of the car and I drive home. It’s a fairly simple process your car’s warm in the winter when you get it or cool in the summer and you don’t have to worry about lugging your luggage all over the place. Your luggage comes out of the car when you leave and gets put back in the car when you get home. No dragging it to the shuttle bus, dragging off shuttle bus. As long as they keep their prices at what they are now I will continue to use them every time I fly from Toronto.

I've used this service since it was new. It was ridiculously cheap at first, and I was a little scared it was a scam.

It wasn't. They simply understood that to build business, they needed to be cheap.

Now they are very competitively priced, and have figured out how to run their system smoothly.

Yes, they pack cars tightly in their lot. This allows them to get more cars in, and since they plan for your arrival, they can get to your car when needed (they day you are scheduled to be back.

Yes, please be smart and take your own photos of your car at drop off and do a quick review immediately upon getting it back. Accidents can happen, and a scratch would may not have been noticed.

Yes, they may use the passenger seat - they bring their own drivers back from the airport using customer vehicles.

Keys these days aren't always in the ignition - be sure you give the driver your key and be sure to get it back.

Both drivers we had were courteous professional friendly, just excellent. Felt safe and you don't have to share a van with a group of people and no need to drag your luggage around. Dispatch lady was also great even when we had to call a couple of times for pickup as our luggage was last off the plane and then pulled us aside for a random pcr test so it took us a while actually get out of the airport.

Had a reservation at Sky Park and when I arrived the attendant refused to accept my car and insisted that, even though I had a reservation, their lot was full. Turned me away as I was trying to get to my flight and was horribly rude to me. The only redeeming thing about Sky Park was the fact that the attendant sent me to Park4U. I HIGHLY recommend Park4U! I arrived upset and panicked - the gentleman at the office was kind and accommodating even though I did not have a reservation with them. He gave me an excellent rate and had a driver escort me to the airport immediately. Highly recommend this service. We were going skiing and bringing our skis in our roof box was much less expensive than renting two or more limos/vans on either side of the trip. The check in process was fast and efficient and got us to the airport in great time. We were staying at the Best Western 5852 Dixie Rd. The front desk agent in the morning was extremely rude & told us there was no parking even though we confirmed at check in the night before. We had to make last minute arrangements. Park For U provided us with fast, pleasant service before our early morning flight. Had an "above and beyond" experience last week: Upon my return from a business trip (around midnight), I was picked up promptly at the terminal, as expected. After driving away from the lot, I had to make a stop. Subsequently, the car wouldn't start (dead battery). Not knowing where else to turn, I called Park For U and spoke to the dispatcher. They promptly sent a driver to my location with booster cables and had me on my way home in short order!

The drop you off and pick you up in your vehicle which I really liked especially since we travel with children and when they picked us up our car was nice and warm. Not having to clean a car off of snow is a huge bonus.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially if you're traveling with small children...first time booking with them and will continue to do so...super easy, very friendly, and reliable! We traveled with 3 kids 5 and under and it was so easy and convenient and ended up being even cheaper than the traditional competitor's. Drove up to Park For U, driver gets into your vehicle and drives you directly to the airport....so seamless, one stop vs getting out, unpacking and repacking luggage. I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. 4. Every driver has been courteous and professional and are great at conversation in the short rides we have. 5 today they offered me a perc for my business with them and I plan to use that extra service next time (the driver handed me my car and they found another way back to the office so I was free to leave immediately from the airport!!!) . Love this place and will never go back to park n fly or anyone else. Super easy fast and very friendly. Great price and no frustration in the process. They took us to the airport in my car and then picked us up with our own car nice and warm. No getting on shuttles, waiting for them or lifting bags over and over. The employees are a 10 in my books. They are very polite, professional and didn’t take the car for a ride and put extra km’s on it. Try the 24 hour service and you won’t be disappointed guaranteed. Cars are kept on their site under video surveillance.

Always friendly. Good deal when you want to Fly and it is like getting door to door service. You drop your car with them 4 min away from Pearson international Airport. They will drop you off and pick you on arrival. You pay around 60 cad per week.

Really great service and amazing price. Drove to the lot and an employee drove us to our terminal at the airport. Had to extend our stay by 2 days which was no issue - just paid extra on arrival. When we landed we phoned and they directed us which pole to stand by outside of the airport doors. Less than 10 minutes later they were there to pick us up in our car! Will definitely be using them all the time going forward

Excellent service. Everything was seamless. This was a last minute selection because the reservation we had did not accept a pick-up trucks. I did a quick Google search, found the company, and was able to reserve and get valet delivery within 30 minutes. Driver drove well and explained the process upon our return. The driver name was Money, and he gets 5 stars from me. I highly recommend this service.

Solid experience! Booked online via SpotHero, and had a generally smooth experience. The place may look a little sketchy as others as mentioned, but it IS an industrial area near the airport anyway with many similar lots. The process was pretty smooth. We pulled in at 3am for a very early flight, took photos of our vehicle, and were driven to the airport for drop-off. Pickup was less smooth, as we got tied up in the airport and our driver had to loop around to grab us a few times (greatly appreciated his patience). No visible damage to the vehicle upon return inspection. Exactly what we needed for our trip to be smooth and our car to be safe! Thanks team.

Used Park For U for the first time this past week. I found the people I dealt with to be very friendly AND efficient (I did not have to wait very long dropping off and picking up). Loved the ability to leave luggage in the car when getting dropped off, and putting luggage in the car from the airport luggage cart. No messing with multiple pieces of luggage getting into and out of a shuttle.

Great concept and nicely executed. I wish I'd heard of them 4-5 years ago when they opened!!!

Used park 4 u for the 1st time and my overall experience was good. Got the departure pickup added and the associate was available right at the departure terminal when we reached. At pickup the wait was about 15 mins on a Saturday night but could be more on other busy times.

Price was competitive and service was good. Took good pictures for my cars safety and would recommend the same.

Had a reservation at Sky Park and when I arrived the attendant refused to accept my car and insisted that, even though I had a reservation, their lot was full. Turned me away as I was trying to get to my flight and was horribly rude to me. The only redeeming thing about Sky Park was the fact that the attendant sent me to Park4U. I HIGHLY recommend Park4U! I arrived upset and panicked - the gentleman at the office was kind and accommodating even though I did not have a reservation with them. He gave me an excellent rate and had a driver escort me to the airport immediately. When I arrived back in Toronto the arrangements for pick up were fast and easy and the driver picked me up very quickly. All the staff were courteous and professional. Fast and friendly service. Used this service before COVID and recently returned. Prices are higher now, but I think that's common across all airport taxi services. Great price for great service! Unlike the other airport parking services, this one drops you off at the airport in your car and also picks you up in your own car once you return, so there is no hassle with having to wait for shuttle services. Staff were friendly, service was good and price was great!

We recently had a trip out of Toronto and I checked several places for car parking. Our concern was easy in and out without parking at the airport ourselves. We arrived at 3:00 am and were taken care of immediately. Our driver was very courteous and friendly and drove us to the airport. Upon return we called the number they gave us and within 10 minutes we were picked up at the designated area. The same friendly service driving us back to the office. Everything was simple to arrange. I cannot express enough how great this service is. If your flying out of Toronto highly recommend them.

Had a great experience! On the departure date, we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for the representative to come. On the arrival, we notified them right after the passport control and again after we received the baggage - all in all, probably waited for 10 - 15 minutes for the representative to bring a car. The car was parked for 2 weeks and appeared in the same state as at the drop of. The representatives were wearing masks and were polite.

They were quick efficient and it made my departure and arrival all that much less stressful.Its perfect dropped right at the front doors as well as picked up. I was right. Very professional service. I arrived on time. Someone checked me in and drove me to the airport with my own vehicle.

Upon my returned, I called them and within 5 mins someone was there with my vehicle. He drove me to his office and I paid for number of days I stayed longer (My tripe took 2 weeks longer that I had originally planed). They give me 30% off of the difference.

Overall very good experience and will definitely use this one for my next trips

Great service and cheaper compared to terminal parking. Advantage is no shuttles involved. You drive to parkade and a driver drives you with luggage in your own car to terminal where you can offload luggage. We found it super useful as we had tons of luggage. On arrival they bring your car to the terminal! There was no delay as we notified them as soon as flight landed. Drivers friendly and car was safe. Would definitely use them again.

This was our first time using a valet parking service and it was the best park and fly experience we’ve had. Both drivers were prompt and courteous. We opted for their car cleaning service and they did a very thorough job. It was very convenient and time-efficient to have curb-side drop off and pick up. Dropping off the driver is no big deal as it’s a 2 minute drive from airport to their parking lot.
