This place really surprised me. The staff, was accommodating, friendly, and professional. Restaurant for breakfast was top shelf, staff in the restaurant were always on their game. We dined here Saturday night, thinking standard garden offerings. We had a wide variety of meals, and my salmon was brilliant. Val and I split a salad and was blown away with how fresh everything was. This hotel was a great value, with above standard service.

Rooms are great, location is great, service decent, the building itself is a bit old. Like most airport hotels this is not a quiet hotel, you can basically her people through the night leaving it arriving from the airport. So it is hard to get a good night sleep. The shuttle is a great service, and parking is also available. There is a restaurant downstairs but it opens later in the day.

Another great Hilton hotel in beautiful Toronto. My husband had a great experience here during a recent business trip. The rooms, breakfast and concierge service were excellent. This is another unique Hilton Garden Inn.

This hotel might be one of the best I've ever stayed at. I travel a ton for work and the rooms here are massive, comfortable, and quiet considering the airport is across the highway. The bed was comfy and I slept great but the pillows aren't overly soft. The food in the restaurant was good and parking was seamless with automatic entry and exit. I stayed at the other Airport Hilton and it doesn't even compare to the Garden Inn. Highly recommend staying here when flying in/out of YYZ 👌

Comfortable room and the airport shuttle is super handy but I feel kinda scammed by the pool photo here on Google maps. The pool was the deciding factor to stay here but that photo is NOT the pool at this location. The pool at this location is in the basement. Not outdoors with a nice deck and trees. Why is this photo associated with this location?

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport in Mississauga, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, making check-in a breeze.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.
I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, which made my travel plans hassle-free. Plus, the on-site dining options were excellent, providing a great meal before my flight. Their new menu is inspired. Definitely try their seafood ravioli. Still drooling at the thought. Bar has amazing drinks too. Definitely worth a try during any stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. They do a great job and definitely a hidden gem and a unique Hilton Garden Inn!

We stayed here after flying in for one night to see Taylor Swift in one of her final legs of the Eras Tour. I'm not a Swiftie but my mom asked if I wanted to come and I'm always down to catch a cultural phenomena.
My expectations for the buffet breakfast at this airport hotel were beyond zero, but honestly, I was so surprised. It didn't look like much at first glance, but they have an omelette bar with a dude making fresh omelettes, a waffle machine that has Hilton's Logo on it, and some pretty bomb English Muffins. I was so content with this breakfast. Breakfast potatoes were pretty decent too… There are few substitutes in life for when your expectations get blown out of the water.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, turn down service is great, and they have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport which is clutch. HILTON GARDEN INN ALL STARS!

Disappointed that a breakfast was not provided with room. I had to pay $28 for a buffet style breakfast. Nothing else was available! I don't eat very much and only ate about $5 of food. Not even a reduction in price with being a customer of the hotel!
Swimming pool was nice, hot tub temperature was good, jets didn't work! Never fixed over the 5 days we were there!
Room service was good, made everything available when needed.
Husband called when we went in due to the fact that none of the phone charger plugs were working in the room. They never did fix them.
Considering the cost that this hotel was charging, the lack of service was abysmal!
Certainly gone down hill since last visit 3 years ago!

I'm giving 5 stars because it's the only hotel I've stayed in with amazing unscented soaps and body lotion. The room was great, service etc but I was so impressed with the soap and lotion not having a headache inducing scent. Thank you!!!

Was there for a conference so can not comment on rooms. Location was ideal for travellers. Service was great with all the servers. They were very pleasant and the coffee was always hot. The food was good as well for breakfast and lunch. It served its purpose. A comment about the audiovisual, the course director had a lot of great things to say but there was many times lots of feedback from the facility speakers. Also the doors to the conference room when opened creaked and was at time very disturbing. The lights also at times were not cooperative with the switches. So in conclusion, I think the facility requires some investments to make it a more modern conducive facility for conferences.

From the moment Mom and Dad arrived atthehotel, they were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, promptly attending to all their needs and inquiries. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which they greatly appreciated before a long flight

So close to the airport makes this convenient. I did not hear a single plane while staying here. Room was well appointed. California king size bed=Wonderful! Breakfast was delish and had a nice variety of dishes to choose from. Nice bar. Bartender Simon was wonderful. Very friendly. All of the staff here were friendly.

Stayed here for an over night stay.
Got to enjoy the pool, although the pool was a great temperature the hot tub was more like a cold tub.
That being said it did not affect my stay. Room was great and comfortable.
Need to manage the humidity a little better even in cooler months.

I stay here for only one night, arrive by plane the night and stay here before journeying to Niagara Falls . The hotel is clean, modern, the staff were helpful and kind . To me it was worth the money . I wanted something close to the airport and this was literally 10mins drive and the hotel was at the standard of Hilton that I am brewing to like . Sorry I didn’t remember to take photo of the room but it seems it was recently upgraded it was modern . Breakfast was great . I would definitely recommend and stay here again .

Huge shout out to Simon at the Dixon Kitchen & Bar. Absolutely amazing service - Fun, and on the ball! 🔥
The food and drinks were delicious and the dry rub ribs were fantastic. 😍
Hilton Garden Inns are our #1 🎉
The rooms are perfect. Lots of space and the A/C is 👌
It's amazing that it is so close to the airport. For am or on flights. Also only an hour to Niagara Falls

I brought my cats with me to this Hotel for Anime North and it was amazing. We got the suit for 4 people and it was perfect. Although I do suggest bringing a foam for the pull out couch as I heard it was slightly uncomfortable for one person, the other person said it was fine so take that as you will. The staff were so nice and accommodating, whenever we asked for something they were sure to bring it up very quickly and the breakfast staff were very nice and pleasant to talk to. It is a little walk from the bus, only about 5 minutes, bit as someone with chronic pain it was a little annoying. Otherwise 10/10 experience.

The only hotel me and my wife will stay at while we are in or around Toronto!
Don’t let the location fool you, yes it’s by the airport (very convenient when traveling considering there is a shuttle that will take you to and from Pearson airport) and it is somewhat isolated from anything. Regardless the service, rooms, pool and food can not compare! I don’t care if you’re staying in The Ritz-Carlton downtown Toronto, this place makes any other hotel look like a homeless shelter. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the updates they did to the lobby only made me love it more.
Me and my wife are in town on business twice a year and honestly I look forward to it simply because of our stay!

When I arrive late at night after multiple delays and a long flight, all I want is a comfortable bed to calm my screaming back. The Hilton Garden Inn provides that, and much more. A nice updated room, a walk-in shower, and a very welcome 12 pm checkout, which was perfect in my case.
Friendly faces at the reception added to the overall relaxed atmosphere, and I had a perfect stay!

A very nice property that is clean with modern rooms. The breakfast is good as well as the restaurant and the bartender is out of this world very friendly people.
Parking are the other hand very expensive as usual in my experience while traveling to Canada. Some parking on the surface but very limited. Most of the parking is underneath the structure on two levels very tight confines I would not drive anything larger than a crossover down there otherwise, no issues.
The only downside for this location is its location. On the plus side very close to Pearson airport on the downside there’s nothing really within walking distance. But you do have options you could take the free shuttle to terminal one and take the UP express train to Union Station .

Pros - King room is a good size, little shop downstairs (closed when I arrived), dining area is large and tasteful, there is a pool in the basement.
Cons - tub in room had hair and constant dripping from the nozzle, buffet was almost $30 extra from the room cost, half the plugs did not work by the bed, and the dining staff were not friendly (with the expectation to tip).
Location is good and good restaurants are a short 15-20 min drive. I would stay here again for business.

Nice and close to the airport. The shuttle came in handy in the morning for getting us to the airport in time. Rooms were comfortable and what we needed. Hotel restaurant was okay. Nice and convenient for a dinner before bed, so we didn’t have to go anywhere else.

The room was clean as well as the bed.
It is really close to the airport but be prepared to pay for parking here if you want your car on cite. Service was great but they only gave us 1 key card. Usually when we travel they give us (my wife and I) 2 keys.

After a long flight, I stepped into Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport and immediately greeted by the nice lady at the front who offered me a bottle of water and an amazing check in experience. I then grabbed a drink and a nice burger from the Dixon Kitchen and Bar and very much enjoyed the food and service quality. Thank you for an amazing service and delicious food!

We just had a wonderful stay for 1 night before a flight. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and the buffet breakfast (25$) was excellent! We will come back here every time we need to stay near the airport (YYZ).
During the check-in, no information was provided and it was done very quickly. I think that the service could be improved at the front desk. We had requested a bed for our baby, but it wasn't in the room when we arrived and we called twice to get 1 to the room.

Nice hotel. Just a 5 minute taxi / shuttle ride from terminal 1 & 3 to the hotel.
The shuttle operates every 30’mins, I have clicked a photo of the shuttle timings to and from the hotel and it is part of my review.
I like the fact that they have a glass jug in each room and a drinking water machine on every floor - very good environment friendly approach.
Nice hotel for a short stay around Toronto airport.

Great hotel close to the airport. Very convenient and easy transfers. The shuttle runs to and from the airport all day and it’s very simple and straight forward.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was incredible and we used it every morning. Staff at the restaurant were so friendly.
The hotel has a jug to re fill for water in each room with a station on each floor. While saving the planet is very important and I like the idea. The main store at the front desk does not sell water bottles or Gatorade. This IS the ONLY flaw and it’s not really a flaw just an inconvenience.
Parking is on site and very easy to use. We enjoyed the pool and the spa and the gym as well!
Will stay again.

This will always be our stay location while in TO. Highly recommended!!!

Great airport hotel for the brand. Excellent value. Ideal airport location, but not for much of anything else. If you're looking for a few chain restaurant/bar options close-by, you'll find them around this place. Very decent bar/restaurant with great breakfast within this hotel. Return regularly when traveling for business.

We had been traveling and hadn’t slept all night when we arrived. We asked about an early check in and they welcomed us to come right away. It was around 9:30am. Thank goodness we had a place to get breakfast and have a nap in the room before our next leg of flights. We are so grateful for the accommodating staff, excellent restaurant service and amenities. Will always come here when traveling to Pearson airport.

Hilton Garden Inn at Toronto Airport is an excellent hotel, and a great choice for convenience when flying in or out of Toronto. The rooms are clean and have all of the expected amenities, the property appears well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good, and the dining area also has a full restaurant and bar Dixon Kitchen & Bar, that is a great dinner dinner option.

By Toronto Pearson Airport. Shuttle Service (every 20 miss plus call). This was a quick overnight stay. Clean, crisp cool sheets in a comfy bed after a long travel day. Large room, coffee, tea in room. Large shower. Standard room overall. Nice looking large restaurant (we didn't use) and small "store" with continental styled packaged offerings, chips, bars, drinks.
