Great service by all. Was a bit confusing with the third party site that I booked through but staff did everything they could to explain the process. Laxman was my driver back to the airport and was very efficient.

Had a great rental experience, very smooth pick up and return. Nice car, no issues. Can’t remember her name but the lady who helped us with pickup was excellent, as was Agash with returning. One point of confusion was where we were supposed to head from the airport to meet the shuttle. It also took 10 minutes on hold to get ahold of anybody to ask. It was our first time in Toronto so we had a tough time finding where to go. Otherwise, great experience! The shuttle service was helpful

Cheapest car rental I’ve ever had! Got an upgrade too. Shuttle service to the site was quick and courteous. Anson was very efficient checking me out and back in. Don’t forget they require a second piece of ID from their list. Happily I had a photo of a hydro bill to show him. Will definitely use them again through Expedia.

Return process really quick, Lasman doing a great job. The front server also really nice . When doing the return, just park the car at right side of the building. There is a post of return desk. And someone will come or you can ask some one to finish the return.

Great customer service by jasdeep these people were so helpful and have a smile face always. Love my experience. I parked my car here for more than 4 months. Nothing happened all safe cr was in same position. She did the checkout and check in inspection as well which make me more comfortable to leave my keys with them.

Second time renting from routes car rental and by far have received great service. They are friendly, efficient and helpful. laxman was my shuttle driver and he was super nice. He went above and beyond and made the ride and experience super delightful. I highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical when I got a great price from a rental company I’d never heard of, but our experience was excellent. They have a means of requesting and tracking a shuttle was easy - I’ve not had that option with other companies where you blindly wait and wonder when you’ll get picked up. We received a brand new Jeep. The return was very easy. I would absolutely rent from Routes again.

Pleasant fuss-free experience with Routes. Sid was efficient when checking out the car, and Laxman was also efficient and confirmed I was all set very quickly after I returned the car. He also helped call a shuttle and thoughtfully let me wait in an adjacent parked shuttle because it was cold out. Thanks!
