After a horrible day of traveling it was pleasant to be greeted with such good customer service. The young lady and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew I came across throughout my stay also always said hello and asked how I'm doing.
What I was really impressed with was the two ladies at the Bistro. I went down for a drink and something to eat and they not only were thoughtful and friendly they did a great job preparing the food and drinks. While I was there they got kind of busy but they did and amazing job greeting customers and helping them. I work in the service industry and impressed with the work ethic.
as I said had a horrible day and those two ladies made my day better.
The hotel itself is decent. Room was clean.
Being next to the highway and airport it is a little noisy.

ONE STOP PARKING—Courtyard Marriott — Being new to Georgia from Texas I am still trying to find ‘reliable partners/services/agencies’ to build trust and comfort in all aspects of my life. At the very last minute, I stumbled across this service through Google. I was skeptical and anxious having been a victim of identity theft, so I called the number instead of using their website—from there the experience just got better and better! The phone representative was amazing! She calmed me with her great customer services skills; and, then told me what to expect every single step of the way. Before we hung up, I had already received my confirmation email which contained all the information she said it would. On the day of my travel I drove my car directly to the chosen location—which is protected by security gates and cameras. I went inside, presented my ID, received a ticket to confirm my parking permit, and returned in 5 days with not a scratch, dent, or any signs of tampering to my car (and it wasn’t left sitting on bricks!). This was a wonderful and amazing experience—possibly miraculous given the affordability of their services!!! Thank you, God! There are still amazing and wonderful people in this world!!!! Thank you, OneStopParking! I will see you all on a regular basis!! 💋💫

For what we do, it was not terrible for 2 nights. I have to say they have really stepped up the cleaning and rooms. It was a very nice surprise. All service people were very pleasant and helpful... except the breakfast attendant. I should have apologized for interrupting her personal web phone time when i ordered breakfast. She grunted a few times and threw my food at me but really did not respond with any legible dialect. I hope her life is not as bad as she makes it seem. Working in a nice establishment, making a wage. There's air conditioning heat lights and a clean workspace. The word Hospitality comes to mind. This was an extreme lack of it. She does not need to be sitting behind that cash register all morning. The courtesy of a smile goes a long way. She was the worst part of my stay.

Great desk staff, grill workers -very nice and welcoming. But Airport shuttle was slow slow slow to show (other hotels made 2 trips before ours came) and floor sticky by coffee "fixing" table.
Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

The hotel staff is exceptional. I was greated with a wonderful smile and very friendly welcome. I had an issue with my first room and was changed rooms without a problem and received a follow-up phone call to confirm the room was satisfactory. I would stay here again just for the amazing staff. Decided to book this room last minute when my husband and I missed our flight. We were able to get to this location easily with the shuttle service provided. The room was the typical Marriott style- clean and comfy. The staff was also attentive when needed.

Not bad but the fact a few hiccups. #1 no signage, I had to go inside and ask the clerk. Is this the Sonesta? #2 The toilet had a small leak. I mean really small but I noticed water in the grooves of the tile. #3 Do to the change over a lot of the amenities where closed (Restaurant & Bar). It was clean and pretty quiet.
