Hotel was clean with nice and friendly staff.. But don’t leave ANYTHING in your vehicle and LOCK the doors!!!! This hotel including the other hotels in the area ALWAYS have vehicles being broken into or stolen and the hotel nor police does ANYTHING about it.. Hotel has NO cameras in parking lot

Carpet needs to be cleaned, housekeeping should clean bedroom doors, and ashes piled in corners on patio. However front desk was polite.
Beautifully maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area and the courtyard is very chill.
Had to change rooms upon arrival smelled like a kennel when it's not cleaned. Also had hair on the sheets. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. Move 2 a 2nd room & food, ice was left in refrigerator. The carpet not clean as 1 can c 4rm pix posted. Would've left but no vacancies available plus arrived nearly 10 pm CST. So was over it. However more fun occurred the next day. The water was shut down from 10 am til 3 pm. So would never recommend in Birmingham. This makes me wonder about this chain hotel everywhere sadly. I didn't get the room I requested was another issue.
I went to visit a guest at this hotel and she brags about how great everyone is and how they treat her so I will visit this hotel on a trip that I'm going on.

The room was nice. However, this is NOT a safe place to stay at. Our car was broken into at night. It was a very unfortunate situation that not only happened to us but to every other car in this hotel. It's an unsafe area not to be trusted. It was very sad witnessing every person walking up to their car and seeing their car was broken into. Sonesta should do a better job such as hiring security, having cameras on site and ensuring gated parking. I wouldn't stay here again.
Very friendly staff. Clean room. New fridge and coffee maker in room. The bed was so soft and comfy! We will be back for sure.

HOTEL, we reserved a room this past Saturday and we didn't even stay there dut to the room having BIG problems, from unclean carpet, gross substance on the chair and blood on the pillow and the housekeeping person was completely rude!!!!! We weren't even there 30 minutes!!! Disgusting!
Not bad but the fact a few hiccups. #1 no signage, I had to go inside and ask the clerk. Is this the Sonesta? #2 The toilet had a small leak. I mean really small but I noticed water in the grooves of the tile. #3 Do to the change over a lot of the amenities where closed (Restaurant & Bar). It was clean and pretty quiet.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful.one bed had a matress pad the other did not would be my main complaint.Easy airport access but would bring earplugs next time. Might as well not depend on breakfast,very small juice and small muffin.
Booked this hotel only to discover upon arriving that there is zero security for the property in a sketchy neighborhood. Only three of the over a dozen parking lot lights are functioning. Very unsafe for parked vehicles and transiting through the parking lot on foot. The vehicle gates to control access to and from the parking lot were in the "up" position. You are charged $10.00 day for "secure" parking. We decided to change hotels. Was told the room was canceled without issue and that we would not be charged. Well, you guessed it. We were charged anyways. I am a Titanium member with Bonvoy. Guess that does not mean much.
The courtyard is way better than the comfort inn
Stop charging for parking everytime someone leaves. 10$ is a pure RIP off

Newly renovated and very clean with friendly staff. My low star rating is that there were other guests partying from 2:00 till 5:00 am and Management did nothing about it. When I asked, they said they have security but only to 4:00 and they must have missed it.

shakisha Ashly overnight staff was asleep on two occasions. when calling the hotel before check in to add a name to the room I had to call 3 times before I got an answer and associate was not remembering anything I said. I had to keep repeating myself and she sounded groggy. when I arrived at the hotel it was in a sketchy looking neighborhood and parking lot was gated which raised some suspicion to me. I checked in at 1 am and had to wait outside door for 15 mins to be buzzed in. I rang the bell over and over and there was no answer. I then proceeded to call 3 more times when someone finally answered and said someone will be there to open the door. Lastly I was told my rate would be honored if I followed step prior to me checking out, I did just that and when following up with why my rate was more expensive both operation managers were condescending and did not honor their associates words. I am military and kin of employee there were other rates I could have used if associate didn't extend the courtesy to then not be honored. Overall Alexandria Coutain had the final say and did not make a honorable executive decision. A 6 hour stay was not even worth it there!!!
Terrible, water bugs and bed bugs bad house keeping courtyard normally is well taking care of this is more like the worst motel 6 I ever been to I'll never go back only went there because I missed my 1st flight and the 1st hotel gave up my room thinking I wasnt coming all the rooms were booked so I had no choice I could of just slept in my rental

ONE STOP PARKING—Courtyard Marriott — Being new to Georgia from Texas I am still trying to find ‘reliable partners/services/agencies’ to build trust and comfort in all aspects of my life. At the very last minute, I stumbled across this service through Google. I was skeptical and anxious having been a victim of identity theft, so I called the number instead of using their website—from there the experience just got better and better! The phone representative was amazing! She calmed me with her great customer services skills; and, then told me what to expect every single step of the way. Before we hung up, I had already received my confirmation email which contained all the information she said it would. On the day of my travel I drove my car directly to the chosen location—which is protected by security gates and cameras. I went inside, presented my ID, received a ticket to confirm my parking permit, and returned in 5 days with not a scratch, dent, or any signs of tampering to my car (and it wasn’t left sitting on bricks!). This was a wonderful and amazing experience—possibly miraculous given the affordability of their services!!! Thank you, God! There are still amazing and wonderful people in this world!!!! Thank you, OneStopParking! I will see you all on a regular basis!! 💋💫
