I have used WallyPark for years and been very happy until this month. My sister warned me describing how bad the shuttle service pick up from airport has gotten but I used them anyway because I had never previously had an issue. Well that all has changed. While watching shuttle after shuttle for EVERY other lot myself and at least 20 others watched and waited. Than there was no order so people that arrived after us got on before those waiting for longer. they have major issues and I will not be using them again until it is resolved. Oh and then because I was late arriving for my car thanks to waiting an hour for a shuttle they tried to charge me full price for another day. NOPE. Luckily the girl at exit waived it.
I always park my car here when I am flying. Easy access and lots of covered parking. The shuttle drivers are always helpful. My only complaint is that they don't pick up from international terminal. You have to catch a shuttle to the domestic terminal which is a major inconvenience. I won't use them again if I have an international flight.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We have been traveling ALL day and we aren’t able to exit the parking lot even though we have already fully paid. Their system isn’t working and there is NO ONE insight to help us. We will NOT be using this parking place in the near future.
Wish I had read the other reviews. We waited over an hour for the airport pickup to go back to our car. The first shuttle came and filled up, and because we were a family with stroller we had to wait for the next one...which took over 30 min to come. Then the gate was broken when we tried to exit. Just wanted to get home 🏡. Otherwise, the parking facilities is nice & all of the staff have been pleasant and helpful.
Coming from a frequent parker (4 times this month, already) - Absolute cluster. Pickup from the lot is always smooth, but airport pickup? Good luck. Every other company goes by 3 to 4 times before WallyPark appears. They advertise a number to text for pickup - this only returns a canned message with info on where the pickup point is, no details on ETA. They also advertise an app that shows bus location, not once has that been remotely accurate... If you can even get it to load.
My final gripe? Their charging policy. You make a reservation in good faith, if you are Iate leaving the lot, you're charged for ANOTHER day (even if you've already paid for the current day.... Ie drop off at 2p, pickup 2 days later at noon... If you pick up at 1p, you get charged for those 2 days plus one more). My advice would be to make the reservation for the full 24 hour period and just rather pick up early than late.
Really just over this company.. there are better options (The Parking Spot, Peachy Parking, Fast Park (international only)).
Awful experience!!! We waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle to come pick us up at the airport when it should've taken not even 10. Not just that, but we get to the lot and pull up to check out after paying for our reserved spot and our qr code won't scan so we call the customer review. No answer. 24 hour service and NO ANSWER. It took us another 45 minutes to get on the phone with someone and we eventually made it out after about 2 hours worth of ridiculousness. DO NOT USE THIS PARKING SERVICE EVER. If I could give this service a lesser review I would.
The only place we will park when flying out of ATL! Literally love it! I’ll donate to their children’s scholarship fund.
DO NOT USE IF FLYING INTERNATIONALLY! They refuse to go to the international terminal for pick up so you’d have to get a shuttle to domestic and then hitch a ride to your vehicle. It took us 2 hours just to get from international airport to the parking spot due to them providing direct shuttle rides
Absolutely worst experience ever! We have been waiting to be picked up for over an hour. Over 50 of us stranded. No one will answer the phone number provided. Worst service by any company. I think I’ve done 1 review in my life but this!!! I would like everyone to know to choose another company in Atlanta!
Drop off was quick and easy. If this review was for a domestic park and shuttle it would be four stars. The problem is they automated system tell you how to get international pickup, but when you make the text, they tell you they no longer do intl. so its been an hour and a half waiting for the shuttle to domestic, so I can take the shuttle to Wallypark. Really sucks.
I travel frequently, and in the past I’ve had absolutely no issues with Wally Park. However, I’ve had two horrible experiences back to back so I have to leave a review. They are on time taking you to the airport, but the rides have been ROUGH. The driver himself told me that the shocks need to be fixed. Stop being cheap! And now, when I get to the airport after a long flight, I’ve had to wait more than 30 minutes for a shuttle on multiple occasions! This is ridiculous. You can’t get anyone on the phone. When you text them that you’ve arrived, it’s as if no one registers that. The Parking Spot, Preflight Parking, and EAP have come around almost FOUR TIMES before WallyPark ever arrived. Extremely frustrating. I do not wish to do business with you all again. I will gladly take my money somewhere else.
The customer service is good, and okay vehicles. Only thing, compared to other shuttles there pick-up time needs to be better from the airport. I travel frequently its almost never a shuttle there. There competition is about to have a new customer. You will always the other shuttles there back an forth. I don't get it with them my last time. Going to Parking Spot they keep shuttles on rotation.
have annually gone to south america and have used wally park for years to take me to and pick me up from international terminalwith no problems until I parked there Monday April 12th...I board the bus along with several other passengers and half way to the terminal the driver asks which airline when i told him I needed to go to Delta International terminal,he informs me they don't go to the international terminal anymore..
there is no signage warning you they do not go the Internatiuonal temrinal...I had no choice but to check in regular terminal,ride tram to international terminal...problem was coming back,I had a heavy bag that I would have to try to haul back to regular terminal to get picked up...fortunately i had two friends to help me.....if you fly international,don't use Wally park....
also,they will not answer phone calls....
They never ever ever ever ever answer the phone and forget about every 5 mins.. try every 35 .. I had to take a real bad dump too... can you say booking with them EVER again!!!!
Waited 30 min for a shuttle while watching 6+ show up each for Park n Fly, Plus, Peachy, Spot and more during Monday rush hour. Seems like they only had 2 shuttles working. I'm going back to Plus!
I’ve been parking at Wallypark for a while and whenever I come to the shuttle pick up area at the ATL airport, they were never there to pick up but other places like The Parking Spot were there, ready to pick up travelers. This phenomena happened every time I head to the shuttle pick up area. When I went to catch a shuttle after a trip to Mexico recently, there was only one shuttle in service and I had to wait for 20 minutes to catch another shuttle since the first one got full. I remember seeing a family that had to wait for another shuttle since the one I got into only had one seat available. I bet they had to wait for an entirely for another shuttle to arrive. I don’t recommend Wallypark as the service is very slow. I would only use Wallypark as a last resort. Very unsatisfied ಠ_ಠ
you have to wait 20 minutes just to barely make it since they only have one shuttel working at a time and it fills up quickly. adding the fact that the drivers can be rude it really ruims the whole experience. youre better off going with parking spot.

Clean and professional lot. I like the ease of entering and exiting with my pass on the app. The shuttle lady was nice as well.
We used Wally Park Atlanta for a trip out of Hartsfield. I paid in advance and saved quite a bit of money off of the drive up rate. There were no issues getting in and out, just scanned the code on my phone. The drivers on both the trip to the airport and back to my car were great.
As always, great location and great service.
Staff and parking is always excellent. Even with covid everyone is working to keep up with travelers demands. i always so thankful for the staff and there willingness to go beyond the job

My first experience with WallyPark was fairly smooth. This last time was horrendous. Arrival to park was one issue. Then coming back into Atlanta, they left me stranded at 2am. No one would answer the phone (advertised as staffed 24hrs), had requested pick up via text and no one showed for over 40 minutes. Finally a man ordered me an Uber because he was sick of seeing me waiting so long by myself. Got back to the lot and there was no attendee, the shuttle driver was in the back of his running bus in the lot. Can only assume he had fallen asleep.
Excellent! Excellent! service. Considering the current circumstance with COVID-19; where a lot of companies are closing. I am glad that this location is still open. The staff and local management are wonderful. I will always support this location as long as the current staff and management are in place. Fred, Terry and Johnathan are always on top of it.
We keep giving WallyPark chances because their drivers are friendly and the location convenient but this morning (5:15 am) we waited 45 minutes for a shuttle and finally had to call an Uber to get to get back to WallyPark to pick up our car. We park two or three times a month and this is not the first time we have waited a significant amount of time for a shuttle.
Booked through SpotHero. It was difficult to leave. No attendants present. Machine would not accept our code. No one around for a few minutes. Finally a rude van driver came over to let us out. Talked to me like WE were the idiots. He had no idea what customer service is about. Will not use them again.
WallyPark is very easy to book online. I did have to learn to print out the reservation to show at the gate, both at check-in and check-out. It would be nice to have the confirmation UPC code on my phone so I don't have to keep track of a piece of paper. But that is a little thing. The check-in agent gives clear directions on where to park, based on your reservation, and the shuttle is quick to pick you up at your car. On the return, they do recommend you call a number for pickup and the wait can be a bit long, but once picked up the shuttle drops you right at your car. Again, you need to have your printed out reservation to check-out, but the process was quick and easy.
Excellent place to safely park your car. The door guards and timely shuttle to/from the airport was a definite plus. Thank you for the excellent service.
We have to travel a lot lately due to medical issues. WallyPark is great; I always pre-buy the days and get 40-50% off of what I would pay at the location. The site also tracks my usage and I get credits that have given me several free days. Very nice drivers and quick pickup and delivery.
I gave 4 stars because I had to call and wait at the International Terminal. Everything else was great. Clean vans, cheerful and pleasant drivers. I booked online and was able to save a substantial amount. All around, a good choice and a great deal. Thanks WallyPark.

Parking at WallyPark and getting to the airport was great. Upon arriving back in town is another story to get back to our car. I have to give Wally at failing grade on picking up at the domestic terminal. There were about 20 people waiting for Wally shuttle. We watched all the other park and ride shuttles come and go--but no Wally. Everyone called and texted the number on our parking receipt as instructed but no one responded??? I wanted to give 2.5 stars but could not. They only do half a job! Need to improve.
Used parking service Nov 22 4am and Nov 25th 2am. We got prompt shuttle to and fro and staff was courteous. Place is well kept and secure.
It was my first time using this parking service. Very convenient and worry free, shuttle is relatively quick for pick up and drop off at your vehicle! Will definitely use them for all my airport parking needs.

Rude staff yelling at customers
I parked at Wally park many times and had somewhat good experience. About 2 weeks ago I prepaid for covered parking, As I drove into the parking lot there was a rude attendant at 6:00 a.m. directing traffic. Would not allow anyone to go park on the side where the covered parking had most available spots. Not only did she not allow us, when I went to talk to her she yelled at me, she yelled at my husband and also at another lady that parked on the same side. I emailed the manager letting him know what my experience was that day and never received a reply. Clearly, customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority for Wally park.
DO NOT PARK HERE....price might be cheap but the service is terrible, they are so quick to charge you extra yet they cant even provide basic service. I called manager the following day to complain but judging on her tone, she didn't care. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more somewhere else for better service.
Facility is nice and prices are competitive. BUT the return shuttle is terrible. I was a loyal customer in Seattle largely because of the constant availability of shuttles. That is not the case at all with this location. It’s almost laughable at how terrible the return shuttle availability is. I thought the first time was an anomaly. Now after the second and third time, I guess the joke is on me.
The drop off service was fine with no issues, I was picked up from my car within a few minutes. However there are not enough buses during rush hour (Monday 6:30pm) at the airport. Saw 4 Peachy Parking buses and 3 Park n Fly buses during my 15 minute wait. It may be the cheapest off airport parking but the trade off is standing in the ATL heat for 10-15 minutes after a long flight. Your choice.
My second time parking here. The first time the women in the booth at the entrance was very rude, but i was picked up promptly from my car and the man driving the shuttle was very nice. Second time around I choose to park here again because they have good prices and i knew where to go. I had to call and ask when i would be picked up from my car because a shuttle never came around and got me. The woman apologized when she finally did pick me up, but i understood it wasn't her fault. She also helped me with my two bags and gave me directions on where to go once i got to the airport. Pickup was a different experience. I was able to locate the shuttle right when i came out of the airport so that good that I didn’t have to wait. However, i was not helped with my bags at all. I have knees problems and was in a lot of pain so i was looking forward to having help with my luggage after having to tote it through the airport. I had two bags so I planned on tipping as I always do when i have cash. But i was very disappointed that i got no help, especially because i was the only one i the shuttle. I had to just hold onto both of my bags. I will never park here again, yes the prices are good but the customer service is terrible so i would much rather pay more to go somewhere else.
My experience was great. The customer service was extraordinary. The parking lot is well lit. I had a very early flight and was concerned about safety until I pulled up and immediately felt safe. The drivers are extremely helpful with luggage.
I thought my opinion of this company could get no lower!!! I been using this company since October of last year for my parking since I work at the airport and I could write a book about poorly this company operates (but since my company gets discounted parking with them, I'm like stuck between spending full price elsewhere and half price here). Instead of treating me like a decent human spending their hard earned money on the business you get paid by, this man just fanned me away as he pulls out of the orange lot telling me to get on the other bus. All it took was a simple swing of the door opening to tell me "Sorry. I'm full." or "Please use the other bus." I don't know where the hell this company finds their employees but they need to look elsewhere.
New place looks clean and modern
I have used WallyPark for the past few times I have flown and have had a wonderful experience each time. Online reservations are easy breezy and you can't even park and get your luggage out of your vehicle before the shuttle bus driver is at your spot, eager to help with your luggage.
On our return trip, I called the number for the shuttle (there was no shuttle when we walked to the pickup location) and was informed a shuttle was en route. We were in front of spot 48, but the WallyPark shuttle parked a few spots down. My family and I walked our luggage down and were met with Ms. Shawn, who had a skip in her step as she hurried to meet us to take our luggage. I explained that I would take my luggage to the shuttle and she insisted on grabbing our luggage, since we have spent our day traveling. She was by far, the most polite, and personable driver I've experienced! She made conversation with everyone and was very efficient with getting everyone back to their vehicles in a timely manner. She helped us get our luggage off the shuttle and I was honestly sad that our ride ended. I hope we have the pleasure of riding with Ms. Shawn when we use WallyPark again!
Easy online reservation. Fair price for covered parking. Clean and well lighted facilities. Easy check out at the gate. Very quick pick up to and from the airport. Polite and helpful driver.
I have been using this facility for at least 10 years. I liked that they provided a AAA discount. I used the facility when they switched to nice, new buses (that were MUCH needed). Within the past couple years, however I noticed an increased decline in service - specifically in the availability of buses. I held on while they built their new facility, thinking the bus issue would improve. The new facility - very nice! The bus service, DEGRADED! It has become a norm to wait about 15 minutes at your car before a bus comes along to pick you up, and at the airport - at least 20-30 minutes of waiting. This past trip I waiting in the stinging cold for 26 minutes before a bus pulled up to stall #44 at the airport. I spoke with two airport employees (who use WallyPark for parking their personal vehicles) and they said that they are constantly waiting for WallyPark buses. It's sickening standing there waiting for the bus when other companies have 1-4 buses parked waiting for customers. NO MORE WALLYPARK FOR ME!!
slow and rude...waited 20 minutes for a shuttle. called twice and each time the receptionist was very rude with her tone. the only reason I gave 3 stars is for the sweet driver and the cheaper price
We had a 40 minute wait to be picked up at the International Terminal at 10:00 PM. We had to call twice to get the shuttle to pick us up. The driver we had on the shuttle was wonderful. She was not the one responsible for dispatching a shuttle to us. Every other off airport parking had numerous shuttle pick ups, while we were waiting for Wally Park. Will never use again.
Horrible customer service. Awful location. The current lot is extremely rundown (that's putting it mildly). Negative employees that talk about each other to the customers on the bus(es). I would suggest you investigate any other airport parking other than this company may be in your best interest. They have been building new lot for literally YEARS. The buses are new but their communication with other drivers and base is a joke. They are so disorganized it often takes several attempts to find a bus to get on and get you to the airport. Don't go if you are short on time. You WILL wait! On the return, if you miss the bus you will many times have to wait more than 15 minutes for another bus. Which can be very discouraging when you are trying to get to your vehicle and GET HOME.
Don't believe their advertisement. This place is not secure and our car had over $2000 of damage. No one said anything about the break-ins until after we left and call them later to inquire. We got back to our vehicle late at night and drove straight home when we were getting out we noticed scratch marks. Look like a couple hundred dollars worth of damage so I decided to investigate in the morning. When the sun came up I realized that we had significant damage in contacted Wally Park. They tried to play stupid but after talking to one of the local body shops they have had multiple customers in that day that had had their vehicles. Broken into that their facility. Come to find out there were over 20 vehicles broken into but nobody informed us to look for damage. My wife's vehicle has an alarm systems on confidence that is what stopped the thieves. So my wife's flashing lights in horn obviously was not caught on their video cameras? That would make Wally Park a bunch of liars and they ran from their obligation to provide security for our vehicles. We were told for days that we would receive a call from their insurance company but after a week realized that it was just smoke and mirrors. I will tell everyone that I know never to park their.
Horrible service! We had reservations at a lot down the road from this one, but were told to go to WallyPark because the other lot was full. When we got to WallyPark, we had to park on the side of the parking lot where there were no real parking spaces! Also, our flight was cancelled when returning home, so we came in the day after we were scheduled to. Upon checking out of this lot, they would not honor our reservation per-day rate for the extra day. The lady charged MORE than the posted drive-up rate that is on their website. I had to get out of the car and argue/ask for a manager, who finally agreed to honor the drive-up rate that is on their website (I had to pull it up on my phone)! We would have been better off parking at the airport! Save yourself a headache and park at one of the nicer hotels or at the airport.
