My experience was great. The customer service was extraordinary. The parking lot is well lit. I had a very early flight and was concerned about safety until I pulled up and immediately felt safe. The drivers are extremely helpful with luggage.
I thought my opinion of this company could get no lower!!! I been using this company since October of last year for my parking since I work at the airport and I could write a book about poorly this company operates (but since my company gets discounted parking with them, I'm like stuck between spending full price elsewhere and half price here). Instead of treating me like a decent human spending their hard earned money on the business you get paid by, this man just fanned me away as he pulls out of the orange lot telling me to get on the other bus. All it took was a simple swing of the door opening to tell me "Sorry. I'm full." or "Please use the other bus." I don't know where the hell this company finds their employees but they need to look elsewhere.
I have used WallyPark for the past few times I have flown and have had a wonderful experience each time. Online reservations are easy breezy and you can't even park and get your luggage out of your vehicle before the shuttle bus driver is at your spot, eager to help with your luggage.
On our return trip, I called the number for the shuttle (there was no shuttle when we walked to the pickup location) and was informed a shuttle was en route. We were in front of spot 48, but the WallyPark shuttle parked a few spots down. My family and I walked our luggage down and were met with Ms. Shawn, who had a skip in her step as she hurried to meet us to take our luggage. I explained that I would take my luggage to the shuttle and she insisted on grabbing our luggage, since we have spent our day traveling. She was by far, the most polite, and personable driver I've experienced! She made conversation with everyone and was very efficient with getting everyone back to their vehicles in a timely manner. She helped us get our luggage off the shuttle and I was honestly sad that our ride ended. I hope we have the pleasure of riding with Ms. Shawn when we use WallyPark again!
Easy online reservation. Fair price for covered parking. Clean and well lighted facilities. Easy check out at the gate. Very quick pick up to and from the airport. Polite and helpful driver.
I have been using this facility for at least 10 years. I liked that they provided a AAA discount. I used the facility when they switched to nice, new buses (that were MUCH needed). Within the past couple years, however I noticed an increased decline in service - specifically in the availability of buses. I held on while they built their new facility, thinking the bus issue would improve. The new facility - very nice! The bus service, DEGRADED! It has become a norm to wait about 15 minutes at your car before a bus comes along to pick you up, and at the airport - at least 20-30 minutes of waiting. This past trip I waiting in the stinging cold for 26 minutes before a bus pulled up to stall #44 at the airport. I spoke with two airport employees (who use WallyPark for parking their personal vehicles) and they said that they are constantly waiting for WallyPark buses. It's sickening standing there waiting for the bus when other companies have 1-4 buses parked waiting for customers. NO MORE WALLYPARK FOR ME!!
slow and rude...waited 20 minutes for a shuttle. called twice and each time the receptionist was very rude with her tone. the only reason I gave 3 stars is for the sweet driver and the cheaper price
We had a 40 minute wait to be picked up at the International Terminal at 10:00 PM. We had to call twice to get the shuttle to pick us up. The driver we had on the shuttle was wonderful. She was not the one responsible for dispatching a shuttle to us. Every other off airport parking had numerous shuttle pick ups, while we were waiting for Wally Park. Will never use again.
Horrible customer service. Awful location. The current lot is extremely rundown (that's putting it mildly). Negative employees that talk about each other to the customers on the bus(es). I would suggest you investigate any other airport parking other than this company may be in your best interest. They have been building new lot for literally YEARS. The buses are new but their communication with other drivers and base is a joke. They are so disorganized it often takes several attempts to find a bus to get on and get you to the airport. Don't go if you are short on time. You WILL wait! On the return, if you miss the bus you will many times have to wait more than 15 minutes for another bus. Which can be very discouraging when you are trying to get to your vehicle and GET HOME.
Don't believe their advertisement. This place is not secure and our car had over $2000 of damage. No one said anything about the break-ins until after we left and call them later to inquire. We got back to our vehicle late at night and drove straight home when we were getting out we noticed scratch marks. Look like a couple hundred dollars worth of damage so I decided to investigate in the morning. When the sun came up I realized that we had significant damage in contacted Wally Park. They tried to play stupid but after talking to one of the local body shops they have had multiple customers in that day that had had their vehicles. Broken into that their facility. Come to find out there were over 20 vehicles broken into but nobody informed us to look for damage. My wife's vehicle has an alarm systems on confidence that is what stopped the thieves. So my wife's flashing lights in horn obviously was not caught on their video cameras? That would make Wally Park a bunch of liars and they ran from their obligation to provide security for our vehicles. We were told for days that we would receive a call from their insurance company but after a week realized that it was just smoke and mirrors. I will tell everyone that I know never to park their.
Horrible service! We had reservations at a lot down the road from this one, but were told to go to WallyPark because the other lot was full. When we got to WallyPark, we had to park on the side of the parking lot where there were no real parking spaces! Also, our flight was cancelled when returning home, so we came in the day after we were scheduled to. Upon checking out of this lot, they would not honor our reservation per-day rate for the extra day. The lady charged MORE than the posted drive-up rate that is on their website. I had to get out of the car and argue/ask for a manager, who finally agreed to honor the drive-up rate that is on their website (I had to pull it up on my phone)! We would have been better off parking at the airport! Save yourself a headache and park at one of the nicer hotels or at the airport.
