I used to always use Peachy Parking, but will not again. Got there at 7am and there was a LINE of people waiting (at least 25 people) and was told by the attendee that a van would not arrive for another 15 minutes. Could not take that chance of missing our flight so we opted to park at the airport. I had already paid for a reservation and could not receive a refund because it was less than 24 hours notice. On our return flight the line for a van at the airport was INSANE. Glad that we did not park there after all. We would have been waiting at least an hour to get a van to take us to our vehicle. Not sure what is going on, but something is off. Recent reviews reflect this change.

When travelers arrive at the entrance, can you please tell them to wait by their car until the shuttle bus picks them up! People was literally forming a line in front of the station lane and didn’t even give the shuttle bus a chance to make its way around to others. That’s how long the line was! People from other stations are seeing the line and now they are jointing the line, so it’s gotten even worse! We waited completely 2.5 hours and still couldn’t get a shuttle. It was unfair for those who’s been waiting.
Now here’s the best part..my wife and I, we both are getting really frustrated. We have about an hour left until our flight takes off. We go to the entrance booth and told one lady staff that people are not waiting by their car and they are forming a massive line and it’s unfair for others who are waiting! Also some ain’t even aware of it! The staff literally looked at my wife and said “I’m sorry that’s not my problem, what do you want me to do? I’m about to clock out. Then goes back on her phone and turned her face to a different direction!! We kept asking who can help and she kept ignoring us!!! OH MY GOODNESS!! She was so rude and kept rolling her eyes. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. At this point we said forget it. We’re wasting to much time. We got in our car and warn others on the way out about the line. Wasted 10 freaking dollars checking out. Peachy parking I was a customer for years and now NEVER AGAIN. You're really better off parking at the airport then dealing with these kind off situation. Rather pay a little extra in my honest opinion. Gladly we made it to our flight. So I hope you guys think twice about peachy parking and be aware of this. Sorry for the long paragraph but it was something that NEEDED TO BE FIX and help others wit better CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Getting to peachy was easy and the shuttle attendants are very friendly/helpful, BUT it took us 45 minutes to get a shuttle back to the parking lot, plus an additional 45 minutes waiting to check out at the exit. We were on a later flight home so we did not get out of the lot until 11:30pm, and our plane landed at 9:00pm.
Better to try another parking service, park-n-fly had 11 shuttles come through the airport before we saw a single peachy park van.
Great customer service and fast pickup I would highly recommend. My last flight they were right there when I came out the door and the friendly driver went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable.
As I was exiting the parking they even offered me an ice cold water. I would highly recommend this service for international parking :)
Two big thumbs up for Peachy Parking! My husband uses a wheelchair and it's hard to find an airport shuttle service that offers a wheelchair accessible shuttle. We tried a competitor a couple ago and they had absolutely no idea how to secure a chair in their van and suggested my husband just hold his wheels tight. They were very rude when we insisted on a basic safety measure and it took well over 45 minutes to get someone to come help who knew what to do. Peachy Parking has been an absolute blessing! They had zero issues sending an accessible shuttle to meet us, it was effortless to get my husband in the van and secured, and the driver was courteous and drove exceptionally carefully so as not to jostle my husband while in his chair. Upon return and waiting at the airport, a non-accessible shuttle radioed for the wheelchair shuttle to come for us, and offered us cold bottled water while we waited. The airport pickup line is pretty competitive with other companies parking in each other's spots if they're open. We had a Peachy shuttle sit in his spot to save the space until our accessible shuttle arrived to ensure my husband was able to get on at the curb with no issues. They were just fantastic from start to finish and they will absolutely be our go-to shuttle service from now on. Thanks Peachy!
We arrived and there was a shuttle there already, but it was full. The guy said it would be 5 minutes and another one would be there. Sure enough 5 minutes came another 1 was there to pick us up. Upon our return 2 shuttles were immediately out front of the airport. the outdoor parking shuttle was full but the indoor shuttle agreed to give us a lift seeing as my elderly mother was with me. Immediate, courteous service. Could not be more pleased. Do not believe the bad reviews use this service.
I used Peachy to park my car to catch a flight. The moment we found a parking space, a shuttle drove up to help us. Lloyd was the employee and he was so kind and helpful. He helped load our luggage onto the shuttle and took us immediately to the airport. That was immediate service and I couldn't ask for a better person than Lloyd. He made the trip to the airport quick and easy then helped us unload our luggage. I will use this service again.
Ultimately disappointed with this place. It used to be a place that I would recommend to anyone. No more. I don’t know what happened?
Paid extra for indoor parking. Thought that I would try the extra service.
The driver was very helpful with my luggage. The shuttle picked me up very quickly, but departed very slowly from the facility. It took about ten minutes or more to pick up other drivers to the point of filling the van to capacity before starting the drive to the airport.
The return was much more difficult. There is no phone number to be used to speak with a human. Only a number to send a text to notify them to be picked up. I thought this odd, as I was told that the shuttles were on a 24-hour continuous,loop and didn’t require notification. I sent a text. No response. It appeared that the continuous service was the case for other parking services (Preflight, Park N Fly, and Parking Spot), as I saw their vans come and depart several times before I saw the Peachy shuttle.
When the van arrived, we were told that that particular van serviced only the outside parking portion of the company. The driver said that he would call for another van to pick us up for indoor parking. At this point, we had waited outside in hot weather conditions for about 20 - 25 minutes.
While waiting, the other customers reported similar dissatisfaction, including long pickup waits at the facility.
When the van finally arrived, the driver made no apology for the long wait, and made absolutely no effort to get out of her seat to help with luggage.
I parked at Peachy to decide if I would purchase a long-term contract for business reasons. I have my answer.
I’ll be investigating other options for our long term needs.
Took all the stress out of airport parking away for a really fair price. Felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in the safe indoor parking lot. Shuttle arrived quickly and got us to the terminal in no time. Will use again, highly recommend
I used Peachy for the first time last week and it was just great! I was a bit apprehensive about the return trip from the airport because of some of the reviews. My plane landed about 11 pm and in less than a minute Peachy shuttle was there. The next 5 or so minutes I was in my car at their clean and secured facility. I also had to use their bathroom and it was clean. It’s a well thought out place and I will recommend to everyone. Thank all!
Not sure why there are so many negative comments. we had the best experience with peachy parking for our trip to Mexico. Got there around 6am the person working asked if we were flying Domestic or International and had the bus in 5 min and same for coming back. I text the number they gave me and they picked us up in 5 minutes. Car was safe and sound. would recommend and use.
Almost all of airport parking was closed d/t construction and other parking areas shuttle service didn't start until 0600, my flight was at 0650, so that didn't work for me! I chose Peachy based on 24hr service and reviews. My 0430 Pick-up at my car as well as the return went smoothly. Both drivers were great and everyone on board wore masks! Cheaper than airport parking, the parking area was well lit, great service, I would definitely recommend Peachy!

I'm giving a review because of our off service tonight. We have used peachy once a month for the past 6 months and only tonight was it a disaster. I'm hoping they see this and fix things because it looks like others are having the same problem. Tonight, a Sunday, we left the airport and got into line for the shuttle back to the parking area. A bus had just left but there were still about 20 people waiting for a shuttle. Because of the great service from the past I really assumed they would be taking care of it and more shuttles would arrive quickly. We waited 20 minutes and there were atleast 100 people waiting in every direction. We were confused as to which line was indoor v. outdoor. By the time someone came up they didn't even park in the spot where our sign was with lined up customers. They parked at the end of the line and allowed other people to get on that weren't in line. Then when 2 more shuttles pulled up people that were only in line for a few minutes rushed to that one and cut everyone off. A fight could've broke out. I would expect during these busy times that either the airport or peachy would have a service person assisting the flow of these shuttle lines. It was an awkward and tense situation...families were getting annoyed with one another and arguing. PEACHY PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER FAST. They have been exceptional and detailed on every other trip and that's why I have the 4 stars. Their customer service and prices have been outstanding.
This is a review on just my latest use of Peachy Parking. Prior to this visit the service was exceptional. This time, I had a 9:40 a.m. flight. I arrived at Peachy at 6:50 a.m. A gentleman, another lady I were standing in the main aisle when the bus came in and zoomed right past us. She stopped at another group of people, spoke to them for about three minutes, and then left them standing there. She then went to the opposite end of where we were standing and picked up four people. She then came back to us and asked if we had been waiting long! Then she went back to the other group of people and picked them up. Then we circled around and headed to the airport. We arrived at the airport at 7:30, however, because it was very busy, security was backed up. I missed my plane by ONE minute of them closing the door. I had to buy a new ticket, I could have gone standby, but because I was traveling to my sisters funeral, I couldn’t afford to take the chance. I feel I would have been fine, had Peachy been on time. I am not sure I would use them again or just pay the little extra and Park right at the airport.
Wish I’d read a few reviews. Despite booking a slot “with plenty of availability” in their words, they were full and had to park across the street. The time it took also put us very close to missing our flight.
On return, every other company has lots of buses but peachy seemingly has a single bus for hundreds of people. Absolute joke.
When we showed up they were super busy and backed up. They made us park across the street in a lot that seemed to have the gate open all the time. We had to walk back across the street to get a shuttle ride. They couldn’t print off their normal ticket so wrote a number on a business card. On the return this line was the only one that was backed up at the pickup point. Overall they did the job but definitely was fast or good service. I would recommend another service.
We had to wait at least half hour to get shuttle ride from airport back to the indoor parking garage. Some other people in queue said they were waiting more than 1 hour. Even while exiting the garage the lady didn't ask for reservation confirmation and charged extra $3. Then when we showed the confirmation she could not cancel the charge. She gave us a number to call.
This place used to be great, but it looks like in order to cut costs they've cut their staff. Now it's poor service and almost no busses running. One bus every 45 mins or so. Huge lines. Not recommended.
Great parking. Service is great. Very easy to use. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle either going or coming. I don't bother parking anywhere else. Been using them for years.
Good service. The driver helped with our bags and we had alot of stuff. We were the only people on the shuttle which was great we lucked up. Quick drop off.
Every time my family and I fly, we always park our car at Peachy Airport Parking. They're amazing! The staff are always so nice, kind and super helpful. We recommended this company to another family while waiting on the shuttle to come take us back to our car at the airport because we over heard them complaining about the company they used, and how they have been waiting for 30+ minutes waiting on a shuttle. We talked to them for about two minutes and our shuttle came. We told the other family that Peachy Parking is one of the best, probably the best off site parking company in ATL. Always happy with their service and will be a life time customer.
Fares were amazing, service was top-notch, and the whole process was super easy and smooth. And driver David is a ray of sunshine with great taste in music!
We had a female driver by the name of Pat that picked us up from the airport. I most say she was no assistance what so ever. We had 7 luggages, she never once assist us with putting not 1 luggage on the bus. I even asked if she could assistance with the luggage, she said they look to heavy for you to picking up so don't you think that they are to heavy for me to be lifting. I've used Peachy for years and this one experience has made my decision to never use them again. We have prepaid for an entire week of parking and I'm highly disappointed in this customer service that we have received.
Confusion is a problem here the entrance is further then the sign says and way down the street from the visible lot. They don't take cash payments which is stupid and you can't pay in advance. It's also further from the airport then I would like to travel north from camp creek parkway

Booked this parking through On Air Parking. The staff members at both the booth and the shuttle were absolutely marvelous! They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. The parking space is neat and safe. Will definitely use again
First time flying and leaving my car and taking a shuttle. The staff were friendly. The people were really nice and helpful with it being a first time for me. They pick you up and drop you off right in front of your car. The shuttle drivers are nice and even get your luggage for you and put it on the bus. Upon arrival the driver called to make sure I knew where to go to get picked up. The indoor parking was everything. And the process is very easy. I will only use this company when flying out of Atlanta again. Thank you so much !!!

Amazing company! So friendly and accommodating. Very on top of picking you up and loading your bags. Recently got back to our car from a vacation and realized we had left our keys in another state. Was checked on and offered help, drinks etc. while we’re in distress. Gave us 2 days free to watch over our vehicle until we got our keys back. Couldn’t ask for better service! Will ALWAYS use when traveling domestically and internationally!
I made a reservation, but after I got home I discovered I been billed almost double. Apparently if you reserve you get a better rate, but they hide it in the fine print that you have to check out a certain way to get the the discounted rate. Okay, they could’ve actually explained that so I didn’t get double charged. But now after a week of calling daily to try and get this resolved, they have yet to return my calls or reach out in any fashion.

I love parking here. I use this location for international and Domestic. Always so clean and nice employees. The bus drivers are on time and politely. Make sure you tip your driver's if you can afford it. Save safe, fly safe

This is my second time using peachy my first time using the service July 9 through 14 of this year was great however I had a very different experience this time. The person that checks you out when you leave was not courteous was not pleasant we had to wait about 7 to 10 minutes until she was in the van driving to us so allow us to check out no greeting know anything that was a bit of a disappointment because I had wonderful service last time. But I will use the service again.
I have used this parking service several times, however, I cannot recommend them in this current time of COVID-19. They PACK the shuttle buses with customers on their runs and do not block seats. Park elsewhere and stay safe!

This place you park, bus comes and helps you with your luggage. Gives you a tag to remember where you parked. Short 10 min ride to airport. Bags unloaded. Walk across street to enter terminal to your airline.
When returning, from baggage area go down escalator to N1 doors. Outside always there is a bus waiting. Takes your luggage. Give them your parking green ticket of location of car. They drop you off right by it. Help with luggage. Go to exit, pull up your reservation or prepaid on phone. Hand it to them and be in your merrily little way.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! From the greeter when I drove in to Melissa my first driver to David my return driver and even Anthony(?) the manager, EVERYONE was wonderful. Huge and clean indoor facility, 50% price cut if you log in online and everyone seemed happy, had a smile and appeared to genuinely enjoy being there and helping the customer. I will NEVER park anywhere else when I fly from Atlanta airport! Thanks everyone!!! Ben
We have used Peachy Parking for years but they have hit a low point. They have raised their rates, they have a worthless reservation system online and now our worst experience. It took over 6 buses and close to 30 minutes before being picked up and finally leaving the parking lots. We have never seen worse at Peachy Parking and I am sure it will be our last. Peace out Peachy!
