Parking is secured and well lit. Cameras throughout the lot and secured by a gate with monitored access. No room reservation is required to park here!

Shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 5 AM - midnight. After midnight up to 5 AM - on demand. 
Upon arrival, check in at front desk. 
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS: For shuttle to the INTERNATIONAL terminal, you must  ride the ATL bus from terminal to terminal. Please plan additional time for this. 

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

I love Marriott, however this place does not have a pool like stated in the app and online. We had to leave before 7 for the air port it was about 6:30…. They lady at the bistro wouldn’t allow us to get out children cereal. For the price it’s clean and that’s it. Dude employees and it is not for families at all. Great for business people and drinks.

We stayed one night before our flight back home. The room was clean and had all of the usual amenities. Shuttle to the airport was timely. Front desk staff were pleasant but the person who worked the Bistro in the hotel lobby was very rude and disrespectful. I don't like to write negative comments but I will give credit where credit is due. I love staying at Marriott's and I am surprised that they employ somebody with no customer service skills whatsoever.

Great hotel but horrible front desk employees! They all need to be trained in how to actually interact with customers. The employees mumble and mutter under their breath and clearly have disdain for others. They are unresponsive to questions and service requests asked in the Marriott app. I've never had such a disappointing experience with Marriott employees.

This place is awesome. The hotel is clean and modern. Bed sheets were sublime. The front desk persons are great. They are professional and have great customer service. There are balcony’s/patios for each room. Definitely worth the stay.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and a reasonable base rate. EXCEPT that our pet fee for 2 small dogs under 11 lbs was more than our room. $120 is outrageous. I certainly don't mind paying a fee but this is robbery. Had no other options. Other hotels on this trip were $50 and $100 and yes all Marriotts.(all one night).

I had a strange situation happen during my stay. I had my “Do not Disturb” sign up for the day. I left for a few hours and came back and the toilet seat was up. I assumed housekeeping came through when I first saw it but then realized nothing else in the room was touched. All my personal belongings and everything else was exactly how I left it except the toilet seat being up. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would look into it. I still never got an explanation as to what and why that happened and who was in my room while I was gone. Then my patio door wouldn’t lock but they sent me a very nice and helpful young man named Andre to help. He was able to fix it and made my stay feel a lot safer!! :) I still would like to know what happened as that whole situation made me uneasy but overall it was a clean, quiet stay.

It's a really nice place. Pretty clean, friendly staff. But be warned, the pet fee is $120. They don't tell you that when you are making your online reservation. In fact, the site doesn't indicate any fee at all. It just says pet friendly, which it is.

Clean room. Nice. Will definitely recommend. Gym was clean. Feels safe on property. Mask requirements which is great and the staff follow guidelines. My visit was in early February, fair rate. Comfortable beds too. I enjoyed my stay.

When you hear the name Marriot, you expect things to be a little more classy than what I experienced at this place. They didn't even have a microwave in the room. The whole room is set up very weird. I will say that it smells amazing in this hotel but I have stayed at cheaper hotels that were better than this.

I gave 3 stars for several reasons. I booked my hotel under false pretense and after me pointing out theses details they still have them on there website so i feel obligated to advise the public to not get caught up in the ammentities. THey are UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Which means there are alot of workers walking around, wet paint on walls with no signs, no pool, no breakfast, nails in parking lot and no house keeping. Just getting through the gate is a headache. They say 24hrs front desk but no one answered my calls at 545am. The dont have rollaway beds and the breakfast the offered a muffin, granola bar, and apple juice was shameful. Had I known all this was going for the amount of money I paid for 3 days and 2 night plus 60 bucks incedential fee I would have stayed at the Embassy. I paid for 4 people but only provide towels for 2 people. I had to call and ask for soap for the shower since no one bother to check and make sure the soap dispenser was full so I was left to get back out and wait for the soap to arrive this is when I was informed there was no house keeping that would service the room with people in it. THe 65 inch TV was great however it shows a screen saver of the indoors pool they use to have that they have now filled in to expand the workout room. So I assume they are attempting to attract on business guest. My visit was business but I brought my kids with me thinking they would be able to enjoy some ammentities but nope. The internet was lagging also which was really the last straw for me considering we may have been 1 of 5 guess at this hotel. THere was simply no excuse for that so imagine when at full capacity that internet will be useless. The 3 stars they did received was for the bed and great TV. What I dont understand with business being extremely slow why are these hotels still charging prices as if they are full service advertising what they do not offer to get you to choose them. I stayed a M -W not even a weekend and paid 268.00 +60 but they refunded me the 60. Which was still to much. I wont stay there even when they are finish renovating who stays at the courtyard of marriot with no pool or jacuzzi?I really feel like that was a bad decision. You offer spa stuff and no pool area.

Clean and super close to the airport. Unlike the Courtyard Miami Beach last week the staff was super friendly and accommodating! I had to early check out and was even offered a 1/2 day rate due my flight times! Kiana was super informative about the amenities and that the hotel was under complete renovations. Just really outstanding. Only negative was the hot tub is no longer in service 😥.
